Job Shop 형태를 갖는 주문생산 환경에서의 계층적 생산계획 및 통제 Framework의 설계 (A Framework for Hierarchical Production Planning and Control in Make-to-Order Environment with Job Shop)

  • This paper presents a framework for the hierarchical PPC(Production Planning and Control) in make-to-order environment with job shop. The characteristics of the environment are described as : 1) project with non-repetitive and individual production, 2) short delivery date, 3) process layout with large scales manufacturing. 4) job shops. The PPC in a make-to-order typically are organized along hierarchical fashions. A model is proposed for the hierarchical job shop scheduling based on new concepts of production system, work and worker organization. Then, a new integrated hierarchical framework is also developed for the PPC based on concepts of the proposed job shops scheduling model. Finally, the proposed framework has been implemented in the Electric Motor Manufacturing and the results showed good performance.

손의 크기와 발동작(動作)이 생산능률(生産能率)과 품질(品質)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The effects of the Size of Operator's Hand and the use of Foot on the Production Quantity and Product Quality)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of the size of operator's hand and the use of foot on the production quantity and product quality. To find out the facts the survey is conducted by measuring the hand size for the worker who is randomly chosen and by grouping them into the large hand size group and small hand size group on the base of the measuring data. The grouped operators are assigned to their job as usual, and their daily production quantities and qualities are measured. The survey shows that the production quantity of the small hand group are higher than the large hand group, and the number of defects of the small hand group are less than the large hand group.

  • 본 연구는 작업자 효율 균형화, 생산성 향상등과 같은 시스템 수행도를 개선하기 위해 자동차 부품 조립라인의 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였다. 시뮬레이션 모델은 완벽한 3D환경을 제공하는 이산사건모델링 도구인 QUEST를 이용하였으며, 이를 이용하여 현재의 생산라인의 수행도를 분석하였으며, 작업자효율을 균형화시키면서 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • The aim of this study is that HPMA(Hazard Potentials in My Areas) System is to present for establishment of the voluntary safety management on industrial region. HPMA System Itself means that manager, supuryisor and worker on process-line find out the hazardous and/or unsafe potentials from their work places and make the plan of improvement by means of mutual communication with top manager and the department of safety staff, eventually put in the practice. In case that it takes the longer time to improve hazard potentials and is impossible improvement by existing technique, appropriate check-list will be used by the worker himself on the identified production line. Form this system, therefore, it makes them to get more and more sensitivity to the hazards. In this study, we present the voluntary safety management system which is controlable systematically and in the final analysis the direction of safety management by computerization of HPMA System which is activated in their work places.

왜 21세기 한국 사업장에서 메탄올 중독 실명 사고가 발생했을까? (Why did non-oral occupational methanol poisoning occur in South Korea in the 21st century?)

  • Objectives: Six cases of non-oral occupational methanol poisoning were found in mobile phone parts manufacturers in South Korea during the period from 22 January 2016 to 5 October 2016. We conducted this study to determine the cause of the accident including social environment factor. Methods: We interviewed the cases. Based on that, we described this poisoning accident narratively and arranged the evolution of the accident in chronological order. We used the Haddon matrix method to investigate the cause of the accident. Results: It was found that six cases were all dispatched workers who were under poor working condition including working time exceeded 12 hours a day, not given basic occupational health and safety information etc. Occupational disease associated with dispatched work was difficult to be reported. 2 cases were not able to identify the cause of the disease within one year. Conclusions: In short, the direct cause of the poisoning accident was that workers were exposed to high concentration of methanol(over 1,000 ppm). One of the main fundamental cause is that dispatched worker is rampant in the supply chain of mobile phone production. To protect dispatched workers, appropriate occupational safety health measures are needed urgently.

이벤트업 종사원의 긍정심리자본과 이직의도간의 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과 (Mediated effect of job engagement in relationship between positive psychological capital and turnover intention of the event worker)

  • 본 연구는 이벤트 종사원의 긍정심리자본과 이직의도 간의 관계를 직무열의가 매개하는지를 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 부산지역의 이벤트업에 종사하는 20대에서 50대, 남녀 총 394명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 분석은 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본은 직무열의를 정적으로 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 이직의도를 부적으로 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무열의는 이직의도를 부적으로 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무열의는 긍정심리자본과 이직의도 간의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이벤트 종사원의 이직의도를 낮추고, 직무열의를 높이기 위한 근무환경 개선과 긍정심리자본을 향상 시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 지속적인 연구의 필요성을 제언하였다.

머신러닝 기법을 이용한 총생산시간 예측 연구 (A Study on Total Production Time Prediction Using Machine Learning Techniques)

  • The entire industry is increasing the use of big data analysis using artificial intelligence technology due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The value of big data is increasing, and the same is true of the production technology. However, small and medium -sized manufacturers with small size are difficult to use for work due to lack of data management ability, and it is difficult to enter smart factories. Therefore, to help small and medium -sized manufacturing companies use big data, we will predict the gross production time through machine learning. In previous studies, machine learning was conducted as a time and quantity factor for production, and the excellence of the ExtraTree Algorithm was confirmed by predicting gross product time. In this study, the worker's proficiency factors were added to the time and quantity factors necessary for production, and the prediction rate of LightGBM Algorithm knowing was the highest. The results of the study will help to enhance the company's competitiveness and enhance the competitiveness of the company by identifying the possibility of data utilization of the MES system and supporting systematic production schedule management.

The relationship between Customized SMEs R&D Support and Job Creation

  • Purpose - Major countries in the world continue to grow up without employment by the economy opening, more investment in foreign countries and technical innovation. Nevertheless, SMEs have job creation continuously. As this result, support for SMEs that is the source of job creation has increased attention. However, previous research between SMEs and job-creating is limited to the job creation effect of comparing with large companies, and R&D investment effect including government support. Also, many research provides the different result of correlation with technology innovation and job creation. Therefore, previous research has insufficient to explain job creation by which in the technology commercialization stage and the job-specific workforce. Research design, data, and Methodology - This study investigated the impact of customized R&D support upon job creation by using questionnaires of SMEs R&D service of K-Institution from 2009 to 2013. In detail, we analyzed the relationship between the technology commercialization stage and the usefulness of customized R&D support. Also, we added the analyzed the relationship between the usefulness of customized R&D support and the job-specific workforce. Results - Research result, Job creation had a significant relation to the usefulness of customized R&D support in product design stage and mass production stage. Also, R&D worker and production worker correlated with the usefulness of customized R&D support. These results indicate the importance of hiring R&D workers and production workers at the higher technology readiness. Conclusions -Therefore, this study suggests some implications for the government's SMEs support policy and the solve employment problems such as youth unemployment.

  • Production Control System(PCS) can be used in controlling productivity effectively. The system provides the workers and managers and with the management information. The objective of PCS is to improve and optimize productivity in practice. To achieve this goal, PCS must be applied in many Industries. Information System at Point Of Production(POP) is the system that helps worker and managers to analyze the various information at production line in practice. In this paper, we propose a new developed Client/Server POP System using "Bar Code." The new system can be integrated and communicated with CIM.   • The purpose of this paper is to develop an efficient production strategy with changing factors to influence the productivity. The factors would be the number of Multi-Function worker, the method of job dispatching, and lot size. A simulation model has been developed for this study. We used AutoMod simulation and the process activity was animated to follow the flow of process easily. The alternatives have been tested through the simulation model, and the various alternatives is proposed for the efficient production strategy. We hope that the system is applied to similar types of small and medium-sized enterprises to develop an efficient production strategy and to achieve the satisfactory result.
