The stage costume in theater, along with the stage art, is the element that has the biggest visual effect in helping the audience to understand the theater. Nevertheless, in the domestic theater production system, compared with the other public performance products, the stage costume has been rented or purchased due to the lack understanding of the importance of the stage costume and budget problem, and thus the role of the stage costume has been undervalued. Such a phenomenon is more noticeable in the small scale theater. However, in this play White Neutral Nation (Original: Andorra), the production team and the directing team recognized the importance of the costume in the early stage of production, and accordingly lots of efforts, such as staff meetings and budget allocation, were made for the stage costume. As a result, the entire production process of the stage costume could be examined. Recently, performance culture in Korea has made rapid progress and diverse forms of public performances are created and planned. Accordingly, the level of audience has been rising and the interest in the stage costume is also rising. So, it can be said that not only the stage costume but also the production system that makes it are important. This research examined the production process of the stage costume only of the play White Neutral Nation but it is considered necessary to make researches on the production process of the stage costume used for the theater of different themes and public performances of different kinds and to systematize their production process of the stage costume.

This study had carried out an analysis of leaf tobacco production cost by cost items, growing stages, and farm sizes per 10a to provide the basic data for determination of the purchasing price of leaf tobacco by KT&G. Considering the survey results of 12 tobacco farm households, the composition rates of production cost by items revealed as 7-10% for land service, 5-22% for depreciation, 13-25% for material costs, 50-65% for labour cost respectively. The production cost of leaf tobacco by growing stages were shown as 15.3% in nursery bed period, 32.3% in main growing period in field, 30.8% in harvesting period and 21.6% in packing period. The magnitude of wage expenditure was appeared as harvesting stage, packing stage, growing stage on main field and nursery bed stage in order. The amount of material costs were revealed as the growing stage in main field, harvesting stage, nursery bed stage and packing stage respectively. The production costs of leaf tobacco per 10a by farm sizes were shown as 1,615,879won for small farm, 1,446,896won for medium farm and 1,454,408won for large farm respectively. The production cost of leaf tobacco had shown decreasing tendency according to increasing farm sizes. To promote the international market competitiveness of leaf tobacco producing farms, labour saving production technologies and cost effective farm size to decrease tobacco production cost should be developed.

This paper considers a two-stage make-to-stock production system. The first stage produces a single-component and the second stage produces a make-to-stock product using components. In addition to internal demands, the first stage faces external demands with the option of accepting or rejecting. To ration component inventory, the manufacturer adopts a static rule. This paper analyzes the production controls at both facilities that maximizes the manufacturer's profit. Using the Markov decision process model, we characterize the optimal production policy by two monotonic switching curves.

Modeling the production process is a necessary and essential aspect of the production planning. This paper introduces a theoretical model of the multi-stage production process. A multi-stage production process is regarded as a network of interrelated production activities which use system exogenous inputs of goods in production and the intermediate products transfers between activities to produce final products. Our model is characterized by (1) a few of the production-related assumptions and (2) two types of elements "goods and activities" that are represented in terms of the network terminology. This model is different from the another multi-stage production models, so-called production network models in relation to the production-theoretical concept. It is not based on the concept of the production correspondence and the activity production functions, but the technology model of Koopmans. Koopmans.

Today, a variety performance premiered in Korea, works of art as an advanced production planning and production system is becoming. Accordingly, the field of stage costume also increased collaboration with foreign producers and production systems and the advancement of the stage costume are required are becoming. The opening performance of the 30th anniversary of the Seoul Theater Festival was selected as Towol Theater Theater in 2009, April 16 to 26 of Picasso's women's costume is the study of production systems. This work directing and stage design by inviting domestic producers from foreign fields, and co-authored the work in the field of stage costumes in collaboration with foreign producers that are worth study and research work. In this study, this work has a practical study of costumes throughout the production system, an advanced stage costumes to contribute to the development of the field. The research methodology book data, collected papers, Internet resources through research and theoretical studies play 'Picasso's women's stage production of the award total to an empirical study was undertaken. The results of this study are as follows. First, the costume director for making a scholarly grasp of the direction of the investigation is ongoing throughout the process of creating the costumes. Second, foreign producers and co-author of the stage when the award, if other than purely domestic producers and create costumes to build production systems. Third, foreign producers and co-costume design and costume making coherent explanation for the processing of the list(Costume Breakdown List) are developed. Fourth, the actual performance over the director's intention to visualize the presentation was good enough, and the idea of the costume crew was taken to the director's idea of directing a play that reflected the will has a big meaning.

$CO_2$production in fermentation of dongchimi was measured and interrelated with changes in pH and titratable acidity. The effects of salt content and temperature on $CO_2$production rate were analysed. Fermentation of dongchimi showed drastic pH decrease in early stage and subsequent levelling off around 3.9, with linearly increased acidity up to 0.3~0.4% optimum quality. $CO_2$production of dongchimi could be analysed to consist of two consecutive stages of constant rate. The first stage $CO_2$production of higher rate moved to the second stage of lower rate when acidity rose beyond 0.3%. When compared to those of 1 and 2% salt content, dongchimi of 3% salt showed lower $CO_2$production rate in the 1st stage and slower acidity change through the whole fermentation period. However, it resulted in the product of highest $CO_2$accumulation at optimal ripeness because of consistent $CO_2$production of longer 1st stage period and relatively high $CO_2$production rate in 2nd stage. $CO_2$production depended on temperature less compared to acidity change(activation energy: 57.3 and 44.3kJ/mol for $CO_2$production of 1st and 2nd stages, respectively; 79.3kJ/mol for acidity change), which means higher ratio of $CO_2$production rate relative to acidity increase at lower temperature. Slower increase in acidity at low temperature also was shown to extend the period of 1st stage $CO_2$production. Therefore, low temperature fermentation was effective in producing the high $CO_2$content dongchimi at adequate acidity, which is desirable organoleptically.

Ever since the year 2000, Korea's musical markets has invited famous overseas license performances and have therefore cooperated with staffs working overseas in regards to stage costumes. This study aims to suggest the methodology of the stage costume making process according to the present advanced production system of Korea's musical market. The researcher participated in the stage costume making work of 'Chicago' as a costume supervisor. It took place at the Opera House of Seongnam Art Center from January 10, 2010 to February 28, 2010. Furthermore, there was significance in reinforcing academic values and implementing practical making process of stage-costumes based on the actual field work. The method of this research was carried out through a theoretical research and a case study that focused on empirical research. As for the research scope, it was limited to the actual stage-costumes that the researcher fully engaged with as a costume supervisor of the musical 'Chicago.' The results of this study were as follows. The stage costume making process of the musical 'Chicago' was categorized according to the classification of production system in the performance. For pre-production, it was divided according to the information of the actor and the analysis of the bible. Rehearsal period was divided according to the product clothes and fitting. Production week & preview were divided according to the changeover of clothes and the arrangement of dressers. The Run was divided according to the inspection of the situation concerning clothes in general during the performance. Post-Production Period was divided according to the collection of clothes and the implemented database. This study eventually suggested appropriate stage-costume making processes for the costumes making environment according to the expansion of overseas license musical market. However, it has a limitation of the research scope to the musical 'Chicago.' The creative performances of the domestic version are planned in diverse forms and come to abroad animate by the Korean Wave. Therefore, the field of stage-costume is necessary for the establishment of practical schemes of the system and copyright in accordance with the environment.

Various culture conditions for cell growth and berberine production in cork tree (Phellodendron amurense Rupr.) were investigated. Callus was induced from cambium tissue of cork tree, and cultured on LS liquid medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/1 2,4-D, 0.1mg/1 BA, and 3% sucrose. Several factors enhancing berberine production and cell growth in cork tree cell cultures were found. Some of them enhanced both cell growth and berberine production, but others resulted in a decoupling of cell growth and berberine production with significant in the specific levels. High level of nitrate (80mM), high level of phosphate (8.98mM), and sucrose (7%), 1.0mg/l IAA were effective in berberine production, whereas low level of nitrate (40mM), and phosphate (2.25mM), and high level of sucrose (7%) in the medium were effective in cell growth. Two stage culture(first stage for cell growth, and second stage for berberine production) increased berberine production almost twice (5.06mg/g dry weight) as much as single stage cultures in berberine production.

Theatricals have been with human's history for a long time. And It is also receiving a lot of love in modern times. The stage is recognized another space of time by spectators during the play and the production actualize fictional world by using all destination things on the stage. Therefore, the design of the stage has symbolism and the production needs semiological. The Elements expressed through the stage is composed of stage equipment, costume, lighting, stage effects and the production needs light, sound and costume designers, a stage manager, grips an advertising director for the play. The study analysis on symbolic image on the view of semigical with focused on "Vishnvovvi sad" of Anton Chekhov. The details of the study are symbolism of stage effect and costume, lighting, stage equipment. Furthermore, The study analyze way to symbolic Express korean characteristics and This research is an excellent source for students who are studying the semilogical analysis of stage.
