For the purpose of obtaining microorganisms producing high fructosyl transferase, the screening test was carried out. Among more than three hundred isolates, an isolate (C23-isolate) was selected for high fructosyl transferase producer from the dirts at the coffee vendig machine. The morphological and cultural characteristics of the isolate C23 on various culture media were studied and identified as Aureobasidium pullulans var. melanigenum.

The-state-of-the-art of rice drying in the U.S.A. is presented. The U.S.A. is a minor producer but major exporter of rice. Head yield is its major criterion in evaluating rice quality . A decrease of 1 to 3 points in head yield can be expected to occur in a well-designed rice-drying system. Rice is dried on the farm in bins in the U.S. A., and n high-temperature continuous -flow dryers at the elevator level. Two relatively new rice-drying systems are discussed in some detail. : The top-bin/in -bin-counterflow bin-type on-farm dryer, and the concurrent-flow high-temperature elevator dryer.

This research attempts to analyze communication effect of book-trailer as the promotion tool for book from various genre. For this research, existing book-trailers were classified into five types and prospective readers were selected as respondents for this research. Letter explanation type, Interview, cinematic production, stills and straplines, and animation were major type of book-trailer. Findings are 1) communication effect are different according to the type of book-trailers; 2) cinematic production and animation are the most effective type of book-trailers; 3) for memory and confirmation(sharing), a)stills and straplines, interview type, b) cinematic production and animation are founded as similar groups creating communication effect. Result of this research proposed the direction of production and practical use of book-trailer by scientific basis for publication marketer and book-trailer producer. ANOVA was used for analysis of hypothesis; measuring communication effect according to the type of book-trailer and sexuality.

본 논문은 ATM(Abstract Timed Machine)에 대해서 기술한다. ATM 은 임무 위급 시스템과 같은 실시간 시스템을 명세, 분석 및 검증할 수 있는 정형 기법이다. ATM 은 모드(mode), 전이(transition), 포트(port)로 구성된다. 모드는 머신의 압축된 상태를 의미하고 전이는 모드와 모드 사이의 변화를 말한다. 포트는 ATM 들 사이의 상호작용을 위한 진입을 나타내기 위한 것이다. ATM 은 소프트웨어 순환 공학을 위해 디자인 되었다. ATM은 재/역공학적 측면에서 계산 이론과 더불어 기존의 실시간 시스템의 소스코드에 대한 디지안 및 환경 정보를 나타낸다. 본 논문은 병렬성, 병렬적으로 동작하는 엔터티들 사이의 제어 정보이 흐름, ATM 타입과 클래스로부터의 인스턴스, 비/동기적 이벤트, 포트와 이벤트 타입, 포트의 타입, 통신, 입/출력, 예외처리, 시간에 관한 요구사항, 다수를 대상으로 하는 통신 주기적 작업등과 같은 ATM의 여러 개념을 기술하고 이러한 속성들을 Producer-Buffer-Consumer 예제로 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study was to help the consumer as well as the producer by investigating the properties such as tensile strength, extention, tear strength, wrinkle recovery, drapability, bending property, moisture regain, and shrinkage on commercial polyurethane coated fabrics. Seven commercial polyurethane coated fabrics having various base fabrics were used. The performance properties of base fabrics and polyurethane coated fabrics were measured. The relationships between base fabrics and polyurethane coated fabrics on the performance properties were identified. It was concluded that the properties of polyurethane coated fabric mainly depend on the characteristics of base fabric. Therefore the proper use of base fabric is recommended in order to improve the performance of polyurethane coated fabric.

The purpose of this study is to examine internet agent of IT(Information Technology) in health care industry Since IT is essential for corporate strategy in service management, this section examines IT in health care service, especially from the view of 'Agent Technology' that has been recently issued. Intelligent agent is a new paradigm for developing software applications. More than this, agent-based computing has been hailed as 'the next significant break-through in software development' and 'the new revolution in software'. And health care service is a non-mechanic, human-based service. This paper reviewed what possible suggestions or advices can be made to the health care service. Since many health care services using internet have been attempted over the recent years, this study will hopefully be able to come up with good suggestions from many aspects. Thus, information inequality between producer(physician) and consumer(patient) in health care service will be decreased through the introduction of agent technology.

For the purpose of producing L-ornithine by microbial fermentation, mutant strains were developed from glutamate-producing bacteria by mutagenesis using N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (NTG) and UV irradiation. Brevibacterium ketoglutamicum BK1046, a L-citrulline auxotroph which is also resistant to arginine hydroxamate (Arghx), was isolated and selected as the best producer of L-ornithine. This strain was capable of producing L-ornithine at a concentration of 24 g/l after 69 hours of cultivation in the 21 jar fermentor. The optimum supplementary level of L-arginine, a substitute for L-citrulline, was found to be about 0.2 g/l in the shake-flask fermentation.

A viscous substance producer strain BS62, which was isolated from conventional Chungkookjang, was examined for its productivity of levansucrase and levan during soybean fermentation at $37{\circ}C$. After one day of cultivation, the enzyme activity reached the highest level, 8 units $ml^{-1}$. Extracts of fermented soybeans were precipitated by ethanol and hydrolyzed by either 0.1 N HCl or invertase, and the hydrolyzates were analyzed using thin layer and ion chromatographies. Fructose was the only sugar detected. This suggest that fructose was derived from the levan produced by the strain BS62 during soybean fermentation. The aerobic, endospore-forming bacterium BS62 was identified as a Bacillus subtilis sp., based on the composition of its cellular fatty acids and phylogeny, which was determined by its 16S rDNA sequence.

Recently, needs for the window cleaning for 2~5 stories in a building has been increased but existing window cleaning work by workers is not easy to clean the windows. Therefore a demand for development of alternative techniques have been raised. The purpose of this study is to analyze feasibility of development of the guide rail-type cleaning device for cleaning window for the lower stories. For this, we analyze the status of the job, such as risk, limitations of by workers and examine the potential producer needs through interviewing field experts of the cleaning work. Futhermore, we define the required features of the window cleaning device and proposed the validity of the relised device development of the function.

The objectives of this study were to identify the pickled garlic's attributes and verify the structural relationships among the attributes, customer satisfaction, and intention of repurchase. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature review and empirical study were used. As the results of this research are as follows. A majority of respondents answered that they preferred pickled garlic with soy sauce. And they were down on the lack of variety in pickled garlic products and garlic recipes. The nutrition facts and the value of producer of pickled garlic were verified to examine the effects on consumer satisfaction and intention of repurchase.
