Nickel Mesh for EMI Shielding by Continuous Electroforming (전주도금법에 의한 전자파 차폐용 Ni메쉬 제조기술)

  • Today, We have used many electronic equipment such as computer, TV, cellular phone and so on. These equipment radiate a large amount of EMI(Electromagnetic interference) which is occurred trouble of airplane, medical equipment, communicate equipment, and especially, human health. So, Ni mesh fabrication for EMI shielding by continuous electroforming process was investigated. Continuous electroforming apparatus was made by means of rotating cathode drum. And We investigated the characteristics of two types of Ni electroforming solution. One was made by laboratory and the other was produced by M cooperation. The grain size increased with increasing current density and bath temperature, and decreasing rotating speed of cathode drum. EDX results indicate that the Ni mesh electroformed by the KIMM solution is composed of pure Ni. But the Ni mesh electroformed by the M cooperation solution has Ni and S element. The incorporation of S element in the Ni mesh has a profoundly effect on mechanical properties such as hardness, internal stress and so on.

  • In reference to conventional line speed-up and improvement railway, accurate assembly of turnout affects traveling quality of turnout area and running safety. Because of heavy weight and a large volume of the long sleepers and car limit, transport and construction of the P.C(prestress concrete) sleeper turnout is the most difficult process. the prerequisite for trouble-free transport of the factory pre-assembled major turnout components is achieved through division of long sleepers. So, in this paper we investigate structural safety of segmented sleeper which is adopted for the first time to improve performance of turnout and, new construction method.

  • Recently, advanced manufacturing system with high speed and intelligent have been developed for the betterment of machining ability. In this case, reliability prediction work with motion characteristic evaluation of sliding cover has also important roll from design procedure to manufacturing and assembly process. Accordingly in this study, H/W test -bed system for reliability evaluation of sliding cover has been developed to obtain proper reference data for design of new model, and also prevention trouble, quality and life cycle improvement extremely for advanced mother machinary.

  • This paper introduce a millimeter-wave radar system. As Fig 1 shows, This system consists of millimeter-wave radar front-end and digital signal processing parts through receive waves regarding up-coming obstacles. The system works as follow process; (1) Generate regular tripodal waves using the FMCW pulse generator (2) Transmit/Receive waves regarding up-coming obstacles (3) Analog filtering (4) FIFO memory interface (5) FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) (6) Calculation of distance / speed between cars (7) Object display and calibration. We have progress to solve the problem like as increase of traffic accidents causing damage and injuries due to the increased number of motor vehicles and long distance driving, and Need for a device to help drivers who are in trouble due to bad weather conditions. We are expect to Take the lead as a core technology in the ITS industry and to develop circuit and signal processing technologies related to millimeter-wave bandwidth.

  • In compared with air insulated switchgear, GIS has a high efficiency and confidence. Insulation method using $SF_6$ gas has a very excellent insulation characteristic for high voltage equipment but has a characteristic that insulation heredity is changed for internal unequal electric field. So analysis of time varying electromagnetic field in GIS is very important for structure design and trouble diagnosis process. In compared with established method, the SNM(Spatial Network Method) in this Paper can observe variation of electromagnetic field with real time and get result very similar to measurement. In order to Know variation of electromagnetic field distribution in fast moving particle, we make used of SNM.

  • Nowadays the Design-Build Delivery Method in public sector has been remarkably grown up in applying owing to its merits such as shortening construction duration. The Fast-Track is the wide-using method for accelerating schedule at Design-Build projects. But the public agency is in trouble to execute Fast-Track because of the lack of guideline for its process. As a result, in some cases applying Fast-Track methods, cost and construction duration are increased more than cases of non-Fast-Track projects. In this study, through the questionnaire surveys to professionals having actual implementation experiences as a construction manager, owner or general contractor, key success vehicles of Fast-Track are induced.

  • In order to collect vehicle internal diagnostic data, it is necessary to collect diagnostic data of ECU (Electronic Control Unit) included in various automotive parts. Diagnostic communication can be used to collect diagnostic data of ECU. In this paper, the method of collecting diagnostic data according to ECU function through standard diagnostic communication and the diagnostic communication module were analyzed. Among the standard modules of AUTOSAR, a standard for automotive electronics used by many automobile manufacturers, the diagnostic communication module was studied, and the process of diagnostic data processing through ECU was studied.

  • A defect dispute surrounding an apartment building is in constant trouble, a defect consulting is necessary that objective and impartial for solving a defect. The defect dispute about a defect lawsuit is conducted in the order that filling of lawsuit, consulting order, defect inspecting, estimating a repairing cost, writing a consulting report, submitting a consulting report, and decision by court. Of these, a step of defect inspecting is extensively investigated an occurred defect that each defect index and type from each part and place. At this time, it is collected of many data and created many information. For this, it need to organize and manage. The study is a modeling of field investigation work process that second phase of defect inspecting step. A literature study is defined a work until level 2. This study is defined the work until level 3 to 4. In addition, the modeling can do for using a job name, a place to job, a job to do, and a person concerned about defect consulting case. The modeling is expected a contribution of improving a defect consulting process and systematizing a judgment standard.

  • The cooling water circulation plates had been used to drop the temperature of refractory outside shell of common cooling system by using cooling plate or stave type. When they are attacked by surrounding gas, they are corroded and the water flows in the refractory due to leakage of water. So, the life of refractory material is shortened and changed due to the worse conditions of cooling system. The automatic sensing device for water leakage of cooling plate is developed to check the position of trouble by using the microprocessor system when cooling water leak and gas are flowed into the cooling plate through the leakage position. The flowed gas is detected in the micro-process system which delivers the detected position of cooling plate or stave to main control room through the wireless-radio relay station. This system can be possible to detect the position of cooling plate or stave against the water leakage part immediately and then deliver the signal to main control room by using the microprocessor system and wireless-radio relay station. This system will be developed in changing the working condition from manual system to unmanned auto alarm system.

  • Screen printing it one of the most popular methods for the fabrication of catalytic layer in electrode of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) due to its convenience and adaptability. This paper suggests an improved screen-printing method, which is rather simple suppressing the swelling trouble without additive process and competitive with very low Pt loading in comparison with the previous methods. Particularly, the gasket unified MEA made better performances than the other especially at high current area due to blocking effect on the gas leakage during the operation. These methods give us more simplified and faster fabrication chances.
