면섬유염색폐수의 공정별 폐수성상과 이온화가스에 의한 처리특성 (Composition of Cotton Textile Dyeing Process Wastewater and its Treatment Characteristics by Ionized Gas)

  • Three types dyeing wastewater (dark, medium, light color) discharged from cotton textile dyeing with reactive dye was collected at each step of process. Each process dying wastewater was analyzed and treated by ionized gas. The analysis focused on $COD_{Cr}$, SS and color. Bleaching & scouring process wastewater has the highest $COD_{Cr}$ value in the three type dyeing wastewater. SS shows the highest value at dyeing process wastewater in dark and medium color but light color has at finishing process wastewater. The result of process wastewater treatment by ionized gas was that the ionized gas was effective in $COD_{Cr}$ removing of bleaching & scouring process and finishing process wastewater but was not good at dyeing process wastewater. From that result it is estimated that the ionized gas could not work in opening the aromatic ring and react only in aliphatic component of the molecule. Because the surfactants contained in bleaching & scouring process and finishing process wastewater have only one aromatic ring in its molecular structure, in contrast with the reactive dye compounds consist of aromatic rings great part of its molecular structure. The color almost removed in 1.5 hrs reaction time but $COD_{Cr}$ removal effiency was only 30.7% through 3hrs in 1500 mL of total dyeing wastewater treated by 10 L/min ionized gas.

휴대폰 후면 커버의 공정시간 단축에 따른 치수 편차의 최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of the Dimensional Deviation due to the Shortening of the Cycle Time for Rear Cover of Mobile Phone)

  • In this study, we investigated the optimization of process conditions by using the Six Sigma process, design of experiment (DOE) method and response surface method (RSM) to resolve dimensional deviation and appearance problems arising from the shortened process time of the mobile phone rear cover. The analysis of the trivial many was performed by 2-sample T-test and cooling time, and mold temperature and packing pressure were selected as the vital fews affecting the overall width of the product. The optimal conditions of the process were then studied using the DOE and the RSM. We analyzed the improvement effects by applying the selected optimal conditions to the production process and the results showed that the difference between the mean value and target value of the overall width stood at 0.01 mm, an improvement of 88.89% compared to current process that fell within the range of standard dimension. The short-term process capability stood at $4.77{\sigma}$, which implied an excellent technology level despite a decrease by $0.22{\sigma}$ compared to the current process. The difference in process capability decreased by $2.44{\sigma}$ to $0.41{\sigma}$, showing a significant improvement in management capability. Ultimately, the process time of the product was shortened from 18.3 seconds in the current process to 13.65 seconds, resulting in a 34.07% improvement in production yield.

Predicting of tall building response to non-stationary winds using multiple wind speed samples

  • Non-stationary extreme winds such as thunderstorm downbursts are responsible for many structural damages. This research presents a time domain approach for estimating along-wind load effects on tall buildings using multiple wind speed time history samples, which are simulated from evolutionary power spectra density (EPSD) functions of non-stationary wind fluctuations using the method developed by the authors' earlier research. The influence of transient wind loads on various responses including time-varying mean, root-mean-square value and peak factor is also studied. Furthermore, a simplified model is proposed to describe the non-stationary wind fluctuation as a uniformly modulated process with a modulation function following the time-varying mean. Finally, the probabilistic extreme response and peak factor are quantified based on the up-crossing theory of non-stationary process. As compared to the time domain response analysis using limited samples of wind record, usually one sample, the analysis using multiple samples presented in this study will provide more statistical information of responses. The time domain simulation also facilitates consideration of nonlinearities of structural and wind load characteristics over previous frequency domain analysis.

서비스디자인 프로세스를 활용한 UX중심 오피스 전화기 디자인개발 프로세스 연구 (A Study on UX-centered Smart Office Phone Design Development Process Using Service Design Process)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스디자인 프로세스를 활용한 제품디자인 개발 프로세스를 체계화하여 실무에서 활용할 수 있도록 '서비스디자인 방법론을 활용한 제품디자인 개발 프로세스'를 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 일반 가정용 전화기에 비해 스마트화 되어가는 사무환경을 고려한 오피스 전화기에 대한 사용성(Usability) 연구가 부족한 상황에서, 이 연구를 통해 단순 제품 개발이 아닌 제품기반 서비스디자인적 관점으로 확장하여 스마트 사무환경에서의 오피스 전화기 제품디자인을 통해 새로운 사용자 경험 가치 제공과 서비스 연계 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법으로는 서비스디자인 프로세스를 활용하여 UX중심의 사용자 니즈 도출 및 사용자 경험 가치를 구현하는 제품디자인 개발에 중점을 두었다. 특히, 제품 개발과정에서 사용자 니즈와 경험 가치 요소를 좀 더 체계적으로 도출하고, 제품기반 서비스가 융합된 아이디어를 발굴하기 위해 서비스디자인 프로세스를 접목하였다. 이를 위해 서비스디자인 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 '더블 다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스 모델'을 채택하였다. 또한 실제 사용자 및 다양한 분야의 인력들이 참여하는 Work Flow를 통해 사용성 개선방안, 사용자 경험(UX) 가치 요소 및 제품-서비스 연계 아이디어를 도출할 수 있도록 제품디자인 개발 프로세스를 구축하였다. 본 연구의 결과로서, 더블 다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스에 기반하여 '문제발견(Discover)' 정보수집 단계에서는 국내외 오피스 전화기 시장을 중심으로 디자인 트렌드를 파악하였다. '정의(Define)' 분석·도출 단계에서는 사용자 관찰 및 인터뷰, 사용성 설문조사를 통해 사용자 니즈를 분석하고, 디자인 요구조건 및 사용자 경험 이슈를 도출하였다. 사용자 유형 분석을 통해 퍼소나(Persona)를 설정하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 사용자 시나리오를 제시하였다. '발전(Develop)' 발전·개발 단계에서는 디자인 구체화를 위한 아이디어 워크숍과 콘셉트 렌더링을 진행하였으며, 사내 다양한 분야의 인력이 참여하여 디자인 선호도 및 사용성 개선방안을 도출하여 디자인 방향을 설정하였다. '전달(Deliver)' 개선·프로토타입 개발·평가 단계에서는 디자인 프로토타입 목업을 제작하여 사외 디자인전문가 자문을 통한 디자인 및 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 기존의 제품디자인 개발 프로세스와 서비스디자인 프로세스가 접목된 제품디자인 개발 프로세스 모델을 구축하였다는데 의의가 있다. 궁극적으로 향후 I사 제품이 서비스 융합을 통해서 사용자 경험 가치를 구현하고, 이를 통해 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 만들어갈 수 있도록 서비스디자인기반 제품디자인 개발 프로세스를 제안하였다.

  • The Logic Built In Self Test (LBIST) technique is substantially applied in chip design in most many semiconductor company in despite of unavoidable overhead like an increase in dimension and time delay occurred as it used. Currently common LBIST software uses the MISR (Multiple Input Shift Register) However, it has many considerations like defining the X-value (Unknown Value), length and number of Scan Chain, Scan Chain and so on for analysis of result occurred in the process. So, to solve these problems, common LBIST software provides the solution method automated. Nevertheless, these problems haven't been solved automatically by Tri-state Bus in logic circuit yet. This paper studies the simulator and algorithm that judges whether Tri-state Bus lines is the circuit which have X-value or One-hot Value after presuming the control signal of the lines which output X-value in the logic circuit to solve the most serious problems.

A Review of IPTV Threats Based on the Value Chain

  • The demand for services using digital technology is constantly increasing as new developments in digital consumer electronics and the Internet are made. This is especially true in terms of the demand for IPTV utilizing high speed Internet networks. Research on IPTV threats is important for facilitating financial transactions via IPTV and preventing illegal use or copying of digital content. Thus, this paper analyzes IPTV threats via the IPTV value chain. That is, the distribution system for IPTV service is analyzed along with the components of the value chain and corresponding IPTV security requirements or security technologies, in order to perform a threat analysis and research suitable for the IPTV service environment. This paper has a greater focus on the value chain of the IPTV business than the approach in previous research, in order to analyze security requirements and technologies that are more applicable to the business environment.

  • Last 2003, the CRM mayor was not lively glaringly. At beginning of the year, it may be said that gained result fewer than half of that is forecasted. Enterprises are seen that there are a lot of occasions that did not carry CRM project that planned very first time in practice or put off investment program until 2004 altogether. This can see that it is thing which CRM's accuracy of data analysis process drops up to now and investment of enterprises is unprepared. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a LTV (Life Time Value) and analyzes data which is concerned of Customer Value. Under the these environments, defines the LTV rule that can improve the customer value. And then, Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem.

한국 태양에너지기업의 가치사슬별 경제적 성과 요인분석 (A Study on Economic Performance and its Determinants by Value-Chain in Korean Solar Energy Companies)

  • 본 연구는 국내 태양에너지 기업의 가치사슬별 경제적 성과와 그 결정요인인 규모의 경제, 기술수준, 자금조달능력, 국내시장 경쟁정도 등간의 상관관계를 분석하고 있다. 249개 기업에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 다중로짓분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과 기업의 경제적 성과는 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 시장경쟁이 낮을수록 높았으며, 기술수준과 규모의 경제는 유의미하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 가치사슬별 분석에서 부품조달공정은 기술수준이 낮을수록, 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 제조공정은 기술수준 및 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 그리고 마케팅공정은 자금조달능력이 높을수록, 시장경쟁이 낮을수록 경제적 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 국내 태양에너지산업은 특유의 기술혁신체제 구축, 선진화된 금융시스템 구축, 그리고 가치사슬 공정별로 핵심능력을 가진 기업 간 네트워크를 구성하여 운영하는 프랙털 시스템을 추진해야 할 것으로 전망된다.

의류제품의 E-충성도 형성 과정과 소비자만족 (E-loyalty formation process and satisfaction for apparel products)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationships between e-loyalty formation process and satisfaction for apparel products by testing the research model developing upon prior researches, and to analyze the differences of the structural model between two groups (high satisfaction group and low satisfaction group). A total of 356 respondents participated through a convenience sampling at universities in Busan. Data were analyzed by a structural equation model analysis. The results were as followings: First, for the structural model, the attributes of shopping malls (e.g., e-store attributes and product attributes) affected consumer satisfaction which influenced the e-loyalty of shopping malls, mediated by value perception. Second, high-satisfaction group evaluated more importantly the attributes of shopping malls, higher perceived the value of products and web sites, more satisfied the mall, and had greater loyalty of online shopping malls than low-satisfaction group. Third, there were significant differences between high-satisfaction group and low-satisfaction group in the e-loyalty model for apparels. Specifically, for high-satisfaction group, the e-store attributes were more likely to influence the value perception of products and web sites than low-satisfaction group, while low-satisfaction group was the higher perceived the value of products, the more they satisfied and then the greater e-loyalty respectively. According to the findings, the implications and future suggestions related to e-loyalty of shopping malls for apparels are provided.

CRM 프로세스가 조직성과에 미치는 영향: 고객순자산가치 운영요소 관점으로

  • This study reveals how corporate CRM activities can influence organizational performance by integrating CRM process with customer equity drivers, which have been regarded as independent research areas. The results show that the customer equity drivers including value, brand, and relationship equity mediate between CRM processes and organizational performance. In more detail, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion have positive relationships with brand, relationship, and value equity, respectively. Moreover, even though all customer equity drivers influence organizational performance positively, our analysis suggests that relationship equity has the strongest effect on it.
