It is important to operate an education resources which could be integrated to an system. But most of existing education information system was not developed with standardization. It is need the core education asset and reusable education service to make a good education system. Consequently, it is needed to use Sharable Content Object Reference Model(SCORM) based contents managing in order to reuse the contents of education. And it needs assembling and producing method with reusable core asset of education system to develop the application program for education. In this thesis, we study the Teaching-Learning supporting system to support systematic education resources. Teaching-Learning support system is developed of educational domain assess through development process based on Model Driven Architecture(MDA) and core asset on each stage. Application program of education is developed using MDA automatic tool through analyzing and designing for contents storage which is based on contents meta model. We finally can develop the application software of education with low cost and high productivity by raising the reusability of education contents and by using the core asset to the whole development process.

In this paper, we investigate and analyze the application of VV&A on the development of war-game models which were developed in Korea. Then we propose VV&A framework which comprises VV&A basic model, VV&A reference model and a supporting tool. The VV&A basic model consists of VV&A process, products and methodologies. The VV&A reference model includes VV&A check lists for each VV&A activities, an assessment model of VV&A execution level and VV&A process maturity model. The VV&A supporting tool is to document and manage VV&A products. The proposed VV&A framework can be used as the foundation of VV&A plan on its execution.

The new service of Korean public library, ASK_a service model suggests a new management practice in collaborative digital reference services. The model has three functions: input transaction, process transaction, and output transaction. The best form for input is the web form. The best form for process is a model with a hybrid type of public libraries(hierarchical and lateral type). The output suggests the archiving policy for gathering the query-answer data. The core of this model is providing an advanced information service to its users through cooperation with public libraries and external manpower.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a method improving the performance of a semi-continuous hidden Markov model(SCHMM) speaker adaptation system which uses Bayesian Parameter reestimation approach. The performance of Bayesian speaker adaptation could be degraded in case that the features of a new speaker are severely different from those of a reference codebook. The excessive codewords of the reference codebook still remain after adaptation proess. which cause confusion in recognition process. To solve such problems, the proposed method uses formant information which is extracted from the cepstral coefficients of the reference codebook and adaptation data. The reference codebook is adapted to represent the formant distribution of a new speaker and it is used for Bayesian speaker adaptation as an initial codebook. The proposed method provides accurate correspondence between reference codebook and adaptation data. It was observed that the excessive codewords were not selected during recognition process. The experimental results showed that the proposed method improved the recognition performance.

This paper deals with a reference model for a process-oriented parts supply company From the view point of SCM(Supply Chain Management), the model focuses on the integration of order management and manufacturing information. The model, considering the characteristics of manufacturing processes, separates the execution level from the planning level, and then introduces a virtual process to efficiently link the two levels. The model is operated to maximize its flexibility by the separation of planning and execution. A case study shows that our model significantly increases the productivity of the company.

The modeling method to support product development processes (PDP) must have certain characteristics including the ability to represent multiple viewpoints of the product development and integrate with currently available analysis and design methods based on CE concept. This paper describes the reference model to support multiple viewpoints (PPO: Products, Processes, and Organizations/Resources viewpoints) of the product development processes, from which each model (Products model, Processes model, and Organizations/Resources model) can be extracted, as well as produces PPO data schema. This reference model has associative relationships among the products, processes, and organizations/resources. To allow the extensibility to support design evolution, we propose structured dat representation methods using semantic network, which can be constructed through first-order logic. The product development processes is so represented by specifying entities and semantic relationships among them hat he appropriate information can be accessed and all of the relevant attributes about the entities can be retrieved simultaneously.

Although the demand for the use of public data increases in accordance with the expansion of Government 3.0, the poor level of data quality and its management currently implemented is becoming obstacles to opening data to the public. To improve the efficiency of management, linkage and usage for data, standardized processes for data quality management have to be prepared and appropriate data quality assessment criteria should be established. In this paper, we propose the organizational maturity model that can assess the public data quality management level. This model consists of the process reference model and the measurement framework. Fifteen processes grouped by the PDCA cycle are defined in the process reference model. The measurement framework measures the organizational maturity level based on process capability levels. The organizational maturity model can be used to establish objectives and directions for public data quality improvement by diagnosis of current level of public data quality management and problem solving. This model can also facilitate open to the private sector and activate usage of stable public data through reliability enhancement.

In this paper, we propose a reference model suitable for domestic situations. analyzing whether purchase processes suggested by RosettaNet can be applied to domestic industry First of all, implementation cases applied to purchase processes in the world are investigated. Second, purchase processes of a domestic manufacturer are analyzed for the RosettaNet standard application, and the processes are compared with PIP. Finally, new purchase processes and corresponding PIP documents which reflect domestic situations are proposed.

In this paper, a new scheme of implicit MRAC is presented for single input single output discrete system. The MRAC can be applied to the nonminimum phase system, too. They have simple structure because the parameters of the controller are estimated directly by changing the plant output equation properly. In this scheme, the observation process is well seperated from the adaptation process, so the adaptation algorithm is derived from the exponentially weighted least square method which has fast convergence characteristics and can deal with the time varying plant. The consistency of the estimated parameter is proved. And it is also proved the whole system has the stabilizing property. The effectiveness of the algorithm and the structure is illustrated by the computer simulation of the model reference adaptive control for a third order plant. It is proposed how to select the selectable parameters in the adaptive control system from the simulation results.

In design of a digital current controller for a 3-phase (3 ) voltage-source (VS) PWM converter, its conventional model, i.e., stationary or synchronous reference frame model, is used in obtaining its discretized version. It introduces, however, inherent errors since the following practical problems are not taken into consideration: the characteristics of the space vector-based pulse-width modulation (SVPWM) and the time delays in the process of sampling and computation. In this paper, the new hybrid reference frame model of the 3 VS PWM converter is proposed considering these problems. In addition, the direct digital current controller based on this model is designed without any prediction or extrapolation algorithm to compensate the time delay. So the control algorithm is made very simple. It represents no steady-state error in input current control and has the optimized transient responses. The validity of the proposed algorithm is proved by the computer simulation and experimental results.
