Currently, many researches are carried out about tilting index table, which is one of the main component of 5-axis machine tool. The performance of the tilting index table is associated the rotational accuracy which is very important factor for high precision machining because it have an effect on machining error. In this paper, a tilting index table is developed, and the rotational accuracy of the tilting index table using a laser measurement equipment is measured. In addition, a correction value is obtained from the measured value through compensation, and the correction value is used to improve the accuracy of the table. Comparative analysis is carried out for the accuracy of the table before and after compensation. This paper can be used by a reference for performance and reliability advancement of tilting index table.

The purpose of the research is to propose an earned-value indicator for technical performance measurements of an ongoing defense R&D project and the associated measurement, analysis and the implementation process for data collection and usages. Furthermore, the study demonstrates the evidences of benefits and validity of the proposed approach through the enabling tool development and its application examples.

본 연구는 중소기업의 해외시장 개척을 돕기 위한 "중소기업 수출역량강화사업"의 성과관리가 적정하게 이루어지고 있는지를 살펴보고 개선방안을 모색함에 연구 목적을 두고 있다. 동 사업은 중소기업이 해당 사업을 통해 해외 진출의 기반을 갖추고 궁극적으로 홀로 설 수 있도록 하는 것을 정책목표로 하고 있다. 이에 논리모델을 기반으로 현행 수출역량강화사업에 대한 성과관리 평가 지표들을 분석한 결과 정량지표중심으로 구성되어 정성지표가 부족하며, 과정에 대한 평가가 부족하고 단기적 결과에만 중점을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 성과측정을 위한 지표는 결과와 과정에 대한 평가가 균형을 맞추고 중장기적 결과도 함께 포함하는 방향으로 개선해야 할 것이다.

Best value in value engineering has relation to cost and performance. But a severe problem in VE study of a project is to reduce value due to loss of performance, caused by focusing on cost reduction. Also a lack of understanding performance concept, no trial VE workshop as well as cost saving-based policy have not satisfied customer needs. A efficient and practical methodology for accomplishing best value in construction projects is proposed. This study developed a more objective approach for performance measurement approach of mega projects and suggested a systematic process of performance quantitative analysis verifying value improvement. The proposed performance measurement method would be very useful for better communication and consensus between stakeholders and VE team especially through value engineering.

In Integrated Tube Components(ITC) process in themanufacturing of color display tube, we describe the necessity of the convergence measurement method using photo sensors. Compared with methods using 1D or 2D cameras, its characteristics is to use of moving image patterns and fixed sensors. This measurement method is formulated as the measurement problem of the phase difference in phase changing periodic signals. The convergence measurement system using photo sensors, for the good performance, must have a small standard deviation for the repetitive measurement in the same condition and a fast measurement time for thecovergence change. By above two conditions, we proposed the real time measurement algorithm of the pahse difference using fundametal and harmonic in phase changing periodic signals. And, the proposed algorithm is applied to the convergence measurement system.

In introducing and applying the budget management system, the question of how to establish management structure(skelton) representing budget management responsible unit is significantly related to the degree of accuracy and analysis on the performance measurement of standard work unit. We have the following rational process of establishing performance measurement of budget management System ; 1) Standardization of work method 2) Establishment of management structure 3) Institution of budget management system. Especially, this system is based on a premise of efficiency of objectives management, it is assumed that performance measurement in the standard work unit must be enforced according to the basis and categories of performance evaluation based on the evaluating work unit. Therefore, most of all, the following three detail questions(subjects) are to be determined in order to rationalize these above principles to a maximum possible extent of performance measurement system. First, we established respective performance standard unit with respect to such detailed work unit, performance standard unit of which were accurately applicable directly from using the budget ana objectives account data and their supplementary data of the work measurement techniques. Second, by using the above mentioned question, over all evaluation and suggestion are made based on the study of the recording for each work unit development, budget management and production nit (volume of production) Third, the measurement of performance of budget management system is based on the principle of standard work unit, compared with the standard basis and actual work unit by period and activities unit and calculated percentage effectiveness according to the above procedure. and so evaluated the efficiency of performance measurement on the budget management system.

최근 조직의 성과평가 또는 개인의 성과평가를 위한 시스템이 많이 도입되고 있다. 특히 중소 제조업의 성과평가를 위한 BSC활용이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 성과평가시스템이 전문가에 의해 설계되고 구축되어야하지만 중소기업의 자금 부족으로 인해 소프트웨어 기업에서 판매하는 소프트웨어에 의존하여 실시하고 있다. 그렇지만 성과측정의 가장 중요한 것은 객관성이다. 따라서 효과적인 성과측정을 위해서는 측정하고자 하는 성과지표가 잘 설계되어야한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소기업 중에서 제조업종을 영위하는 기업을 대상으로 성과평가를 하기위해 기준으로 삼을 수 있는 성과측정지표를 제시하였다. 연구 결과로 관리부서, 생산부서, 연구부서의 기준으로 제시되는 성과측정 지표가 매우 유효했음을 통계적으로 검증할 수 있었다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop standards to ensure nursing process-based care of oxygen therapy and airway suctioning and to develop a performance measurement tool to evaluate the care applied according to the standards, and finally to determine validity of the standards and the tool. Methods: The standards and the tool were reviewed by a panel of experts and refined based on the panel's suggestions. Validity of the standards and the tool were examined through surveying a total of 366 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 3.58 and 3.55, respectively, out of 4.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care provided at patient admission and discharge. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for oxygen therapy and airway suctioning.

Methods: The standards and the tool were reviewed by a panel of experts and refined based on the panel's suggestions. Validity of the standards and the tool were examined using a survey of 293 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 3.86 and 4.02, respectively, out of 5.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care for fluid intake/output and tubes. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for fluid intake/output and tube interventions, such as intravenous catheters, nasogastric tube and urinary catheters.

Validity of the standards and the tool were examined through surveying a total of 302 hospital nurses. Results: The mean validity scores of the performance measurement standards and the tool were 4.11 and 4.09, respectively, out of 5.00. So the performance measurement standards and the tool in this study were found to be acceptable in evaluating quality of nursing care provided at patient admission and discharge. Conclusion: This result indicates that the performance measurement standards and the tool developed in this study are valid instruments to monitor and improve quality of nursing care for patient admission and discharge.
