Enforcement of private information preservation law the infringement accident which is still caused by despite with private information outflow occurs. The private information outflow avoids finance and to become the fire tube. Analyzes the pattern of private information from search of private information and detection process and the research which it extracts and the research is necessary in about perfection elimination of the private information which is unnecessary. From the research which it sees it researched a pattern extraction research and a complete elimination method in about private information protection and it did the pattern extraction and a complete elimination experiment of private information.

From the 2006 report of Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private school(KFPP), Private college account for 97% and private university account for 79% of the all college in country. The report shows that private college invest in educational facilities about 200 million won every year. But the standard of investment analysis which is for the private business of private college is not arranged, private college could not make progress the business. Accordingly the research is suggested "eligibility analysis method theory" that is a basic to make decision. At first in case of Quantitative VFM analysis, we suggest alternative analysis & progress procedure in analysis step. And in case of qualitative VFM analysis, we developed 15 items of analysis which is made with professional interviews.

Until now, Many papers were written by graduate school students and consultents about railway station as main consideration. But there is no paper about specific private-invested station development. So in this paper, Just consider limiting Dong-Incheon private-invested station on a noncompetitive point of view that also constructed as a part of railway station development. This paper will be referenced of private-invested station management and direction of development in Korail railway station development. Private-invested station development is actively drived to now after Seoul private-invested station in 1989 as Korail's first induced private capital. Dong-Incheon private-invested station also built in 1989 and operated to now, but it can't keep up with current market and can't meet changeable commercial business. So in this paper, comparing Dong-Incheon private-invested station with one of the successful private-invested stations which is youngdengpo private-invested station and seeking the improvement direction of Dong-Incheon private-invested station as considering Dong-Incheon private-invested station's floating, traffic system, walking line, the range of station, the development type, facilities, and other nation's developing cases.

The public-private cooperation in package deal has been studied for the overseas energy resources acquisition. The effectiveness of the package deal has not been successful because the deal has led by the government organizations. It is difficult for the plant EPC companies to join the packaged deal due to the lack of the whole responsibility organization to support the participation of the package deal. The followings are suggested as the ways to strengthen of the public-private cooperation in this study. 1) the relevant public enterprise privatization 2) establishment of the joint model for leading the plant EPC companies to the package deal 3) establishment of the whole responsibility organization for the public-private cooperation.

There have been many studies about education in private institute, yet the researches on mathematics lessons in private institute have not been conducted enough. The purpose of this study is to analyze mathematics private lessons and obtain some implications to improve mathematics lessons in public education. First, a variety of mathematics private lessons were reviewed, and then three prevalent private lesson types were selected in each school level. Then, the nine lessons were observed and recorded, and characteristics were summarized. Later, analyzing frame with two axes (curriculum and communication) was developed, and nine lessons were located in the quadrant. As a conclusion, the weakness and strengths of mathematics private lessons were discussed along with implication to mathematics lessons in public education.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of the proporation of household expenditure item and the subjective burden of household due to the private educational expenses. The data used in this study included 761 housewives who have a child of the second grade or fourth grade of primary-school in Seoul. The findings of this study are as follows: First these six variables-educational level of mother household income place of residence grade of child number of child and the expected educational level of child-have significant effects on the private educational expenses. Second the proporation of food expense housing expense clothing expense and miscellaneous expense significantly differ with respect to the private educational expenses. Generally the proporation of household expenditure item and subjective burden are influenced more by the private educational expenses for school work than by the private educational expenses for talent.

The purpose of this study is to investigate middle school students' perceptions of private academy science education and of school science education in order to promote school science education. 180 middle school students who were taking a science class at a private academy were participated, and the short form of Classroom Environment Scale was implemented for the study. The results showed that the students went to an academy for supplementing school science or for getting a better grade in school. Some students, however, have different reason to go to an academy; they were kinds of silence-learners or received-learners rather than constructed-learners. That is, they didn't know how to and what to study. Students didn't have an opportunity to think scientifically and creatively from both academy and school science classes. They studied harder in science class at private academy than at school. Some students felt more favorable to and comfortable with academy teachers compare to school science teachers.

The demand for private education in Korea is steadily increasing every year, and the participation rate of private education is increasing as the grade goes down. In order to empirically verify the effectiveness of private education, it is necessary to analyze through longitudinal data that has been mainly investigated over a long period of time. This study investigated the longitudinal changes in mathematics academic achievement and participation time in mathematics private education using longitudinal data from 2013 (4th grade in elementary school) to 2017 (2nd grade in middle school) of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study. The students were divided into groups in which mathematics academic achievement changed similarly as the grade went up, and the effect of mathematics academic achievement was examined according to the change of participation time in private mathematics education for each group. As a result of the study, it was found that the participation time of private math education of all students continuously increased from the 5th grade of elementary school to the 2nd grade of middle school, and the participation time of private math education by group was different. In addition, the effect of private tutoring by group was different according to the group.
