A company's private network protected by a firewall and NAT(Network Address Translation) is not accessible directly through an external internet. However, as Reverse Connection technology used by NetCat extends to the technologies such as SSH Tunnel or HTTP Tunnel, now anyone can easily access a private network of corporation protected by a firewall and NAT. Furthermore, while these kinds of technologies are commercially stretching out to various services such as a remote control and HTTP Tunnel, security managers in a company or general users are confused under the circumstances of inner or outer regulation which is not allowed to access to an internal system with a remote control. What is more serious is to make a covert channel invading a company's private network through a malicious code and all that technologies. By the way, what matters is that a given security system such as a firewall cannot shield from these perceived dangers. So, we analyze the indirect access of technological methods and the status quo about a company's internal network and find a solution to get rid of the related dangers.
This paper analyzes the under-researched field of the characteristics of th Chosun private railway, such as laws, systems, human resources, and subsidies associated with this railway, in an effort to increase our understanding of these characteristics. It was found that the private railway shared strong identity resemblance with a national project, as it served to assist the roles of the main national railway. General patterns of change of the company indicate that the private railway received increased subsidies consequent to the amendment of a related law and that it was strongly influenced by Japan's railway policies. The private railway system during the Chosun period more subsidies than those administered by Japan, and they tended to depend on fund raising for external capital. A tendency of many board members to be from the Chosun bureau was also noted. Profits in the private railway system were relatively low compared to those of the national railway such that the deficits were supplemented by the subsidies redeived. Based on corroborating examples, the private railway system can be said to have been an organization that had strong connections with national projects. It was especially related to regional industries according to an examination of the distribution of lines, which shows that most assisted the main railway or coincided with regions undergoing industrial development. Typically, northern areas were for resource development while southern areas were for agricultural production and/or passenger transportation. The company carried dual traits as it operated as a subsidiary enterprise for peripheral profit while also playing a role in transportation.
In respond to climate change caused by global environmental problems, countries around the world are actively promoting the advancement of new electricity industries. The new energy business is being applied to energy storage systems (ESS), electric vehicle charging business, and power demand response using cutting edge technologies. In 2022, the Korean government is also establishing a policy stance to foster new energy industries and making efforts to improve its responsiveness to power demand response with the innovative technologies. In Korea, attempts to commercialize energy power are also being made in the private and public sectors to control energy power in houses, buildings, and industries. For example, private companies, local governments, and central government are making all-out efforts to develop new energy industry models through joint investment. There are forms such as establishing energy-independent facilities by region, establishing an electric vehicle charging system, controlling urban lighting systems with Information technologies, and managing demand between power suppliers and power consumers. This study examined the business model applied with energy storage system, electric vehicle charging business, smart lighting, and power demand response based on information communication technology to examine the site where smart energy system was introduced. According to this study, company missions and government tasks are suggested to apply new energy business technologies as economical energy solutions that meet the purpose of use by region, industry, and company.
In modern society, there are diverse sorts of VIPs including a king and individuals. Some like a king or president are in need of professional secret services, and others become VIPs by being guarded by a bodyguard company at their own request. The former is called a public guard, and the latter is a private one. In the field of the public guard, the nation should be furnished with a guard system in consideration of political circumstances to protect VIPs. That is, the parliamentary cabinet system and presidential system call for a different guard system, and the guard system's professional features vary to some degree with political situations and cultural climate. If the ultimate goal of guard is to protect the chief of the democratic and open state in a most efficient and safe manner, it's mandatorily necessary to set up a professional and specialized guard organization to provide democratic and efficient secret services. It's desired that the domestic presidential guard division should be staffed with not only expert guards but other personnels dispatched from the military and police. In the police, guard mission is splitted among various guard and security agencies, including the National Police Agency's public security bureau or the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's public security division, 101 security unit, mobile police and 22 special guard division. As a chain of command is separated and it's difficult to manage such organizations effectively, the National Police Agency should be exclusively in charge of VIP guard and security. In the area of private guard, the private police system has shared national security task as a middle organization between the private police and private guard. But now its intent has gradually weakened, and its mission should be redefined. In addition, the way people look at private guard should change, and they should be well informed that it could serve to prevent possible crimes, protect them against crimes and get rid of their inconveniences. To make a good impression on people, the guard associations and businesses should put their efforts into reinforcing publicity activities, and the government, academic circles and press should team up with them as well.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and interpret the current situation of private security companies·guards for the past three years, security companies by size, general·special (new education), and qualification system provided by the Police Agency, Security Association, etc. It provides a theoretical foundation for private security and provides a new perspective for interpreting private security. As a result, through the current situation, this private security has a concentration of metropolitan area and facility security, an abnormal personal protection company contrast, the number of personal protection institutes, there is a special security shift to regular jobs, and the current continuous education On the other hand, the education of special security guards has been shown to be limited. In the qualification system, the utilization of security instructor qualifications and the utilization and public relations of personal probation officer qualifications will appear. The current state of typical private security is as follows. The first is the balanced development of private security and the clarity of business divisions. Second, the quality of private security education and educational institutions must be high. Third is the recognition of the qualification system and active public relations.
European Union (EU) law has been a complex but at the same time fascinating subject of study due to its dynamic evolution. In particular, the Lisbon Treaty which entered into force in December 2009 represents the culmination of a decade of attempts at Treaty reform and harmonisation in diverse sectors. Amongst the EU private law fields, company law harmonisation has been one of the hotly debated issues with regards to the freedom of establishment in the internal market. Due to the significant differences between national provisions on company law, it seemed somewhat difficult to harmonise company law. However, Council Regulation 2157/2001 was legislated in 2001 and now provides the basis for the Statute for a European Company (or Societas Europaea: SE). The Statute is also supplemented by the Council Directive 2001/86 on the involvement of employees. The SE Statute is a legal measure in order to contribute to the internal market, and provides a choice for companies that wish to merge, create a joint subsidiary or convert a subsidiary into an SE. Through this option, the SE became a corporate form which is only available to existing companies incorporated in different Member States in the EU. The important question on the meaning of the SE Statute is whether the distinctive characteristics of the SE make it an attractive option to ensure significant numbers of SE registration. In fact, the outcome that has been made through the SE Statute is an example of regulatory competition. The traditional regulatory competition in the freedom of establishment has been the one between national statutes between Member States. However, this time is not a competition between Member States, which means that the Union has joined the area in competition between legal orders and is now in competition with the systems of company law of the Member States.Key Words : European Union, EU Company Law, Societas Europaea, SE Statute, One-tier System, Two-tier System, Race to the Bottom A quite number of scholars expect that the number of SE will increase significantly. Of course, there is no evidence of regulatory competition that Korea faces currently. However, because of the increasing volume of international trade and expansion of regional economic bloc, it is necessary to consider the example of development of EU company law. Addition to the existing SE Statute, the EU Commission has also proposed a new corporate form, Societas Private Europaea (private limited liable company). All of this development in European company law will help firms make their best choice for company establishment. The Delaware-style development in the EU will foster the race to the bottom, thereby improving the contents of company law. To conclude, the study on the development of European company law becomes important to understand the evolution of company law and harmonisation efforts in the EU.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the business performance determinants of private consulting firms supporting bottom-up local development projects in rural areas. Under the shortage of well-trained rural development professionals, Private consulting firms support rural development projects driven by the residents. Considering the important role for consulting firms to play in the success in rural development projects, it becomes necessary to review the circumstances of consulting market on rural development projects. This study targeted 80 companies that are listed in the book rural development consulting firms. Analysis showed that factors influencing the business performance are not professional competencies but other external factors. The implications based on the above results need to be considered for policy-making to ensure that consulting company selection must be guaranteed of the consulting firms'capability by detailed fields of consulting firms' capability, and the training system for rural development experts must be formed.

In order to facilitate the private maritime security system with high quality guard services, the status of private security companies and the security instructor system which has been operated in land side, are analyzed. Through screening the spectrums of private maritime security and analyzing the status of maritime security guard, the characteristics and expertise of maritime guard service, and it's system need are elicited. we propose the system of marine civil guard officer who will play a major role in private maritime security domain, and design the job requirements, the subjects of qualification test and the education program to enhance his professionalism and practicality. Moreover, the enactment of a provision on marine guard company in Marine guard law will be the platform to develop a private maritime security industry and to strengthen international competitiveness through supervising and piloting private guard service at sea by Korea coast guard.
Since the ocean accounts for 70.8 percent of the earth's surface, the success of IoT technology in the marine industry is to collect information from devices placed in a wider range. LPWA is a feature with a wide range of communication and is very suitable for deployment in the ocean. In this paper, the real-sea performance distance experiment was carried out based on Private LoRa, a key technology for executing the electronic phrase real-name system. A private LoRa module based on sx1276 was developed, and Gateway was developed to transfer data received by private LoRa to the server using SKT Cat. M1. After installing gateways at 599 meters above sea level and experimenting with data transmission and reception at 25 km, 40 km and 60 km, we were able to see that the communication success rate was obtained to be 96.1%. 97.1% and 96.2% respectively.
Power generation construction projects involving large amounts of capital can affect the survival of a company along with huge economic losses in the event of a business failure. In general, private companies are organizations with challenging risk taking tendencies while public companies have a risk averse tendency to avoid risk, so these differences in organizational tendencies make it difficult to respond to risk. In particular, public companies are more likely to fail than private companies because they choose the contradiction of risk picking to enter overseas markets with high uncertainty despite their tendency to risk averse due to the nature of the organization. Therefore, these organizations need risk management techniques that reflect a risk-averse strategy. Accordingly, this paper analyzes the risk management research papers of the existing overseas development EPC business in order to find the risk management techniques related to the organizational tendencies of public companies and proposes "establishing a performance audit system for risk management of the organizational tendencies of public companies" as a way to extract the risk factors through the examples of overseas development projects of public companies and to manage the organizational tendencies of public companies that affect them.
