This paper present a new priority control mechanism which is to balance the cell loss rate by measuring, in real time, the number of discarded cells in the queuing system with a different loss priority for each class of service such that each class of service meets its cell loss rate requirements. And, to reduce the delay rates we modified existing cell scheduling scheme. Throughout the computer simulation, the existing methods and proposed scheme is compared with respect to cell loss rate and average delay time. In the result of simulation, the proposed scheme have more improved performance than the other schemes with respect to cell loss rate and average delay time.

In the relationship between a strategy and an outcome of new product development, a sample that can most give priority to a cost-price and a consumer is reflected in the result of financial affairs and non-financial affairs the most. A sample that can more give priority to a cost-price more is reflected in the result of financial affairs more. And a sample that can more give priority to a consumer is reflected in the result of non-financial affairs more. In accordance with this consequence, there is a close correlation in the analytical type between a new product developmental strategy and a new product developmental outcome.

In this study, divide by a private enterprise and army, 2 organizations about observed priority item among administrator, service provider, user viewpoint about the information security item for smartwork activation and in 3 steps hierarchic according to AHP technique analyzed and decided priority for information security observance item. As a result, importance difference could confirm identified by administrator, service provider, user viewpoint period of about information security observance item recognizing in a private enterprise and army.

The importance-performance analysis (IPA) is a widely used analytical technique that produces a priority of managerial attention for the customer satisfaction. This study attempted to compare various different approaches of IPA such as direct and indirect measurement of importance, and traditional four quadrants grid model and diagonal grid model of IPA. Data on 17 inpatient service quality attributes were collected from 234 inpatients of a general hospital. Eight IPA grids were produced to compare the result of each model. Based on the study results the strength and weakness of each model were discussed, and a set of recommendations for practical application of the IPA in hospital settings was suggested.

The various services that a broadband integrated services digital network (B-ISDN) carries, have a wide range of delay, delay jitter and cell loss probability requirements. Design of appropriate control schemes for B-ISDN is an extremely important and challenging problem. In this paper, we proposes a priority control scheme with a delay counter and a cell counter per each class type. The priority control for required service quality is performed with delay/loss factor obstained by comparing window counter with cell counter. The performance of proposed control scheme is estimated by computer simulation.

WBAN(Wireless Body Area Networks)은 인체를 기준으로 인체 내 외부로부터 반경 3미터 이내의 무선통신이다. WBAN은 WBAN MAC 프로토콜 요구사항에 적합한 IEEE 802.15.4 MAC 프로토콜을 많이 사용하고 있다. IEEE 802.15.4 MAC 프로토콜은 QoS(Quality of Service)를 요구하는 응용프로그램들의 패킷 전송을 보장하기 위해 비경쟁 접근 방식에 의한 GTS(Guaranteed Time Slot) 할당 기법을 지원한다. 그러나 IEEE 802.15.4 MAC 프로토콜의 GTS 할당 기법은 패킷이 도착한 순서에 따라 채널을 할당하는 FIFS(First In First Service) 큐잉을 사용하여 패킷을 처리함으로서 데이터 전송 신뢰도를 저하시키고, 전송 지연이 발생하여 응급 데이터 전송에 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 응급 데이터 전송을 위한 우선순위 기반 WBAN MAC 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 MAC 프로토콜은 전송하려는 데이터에 우선순위를 부여하여 응급 데이터의 GTS 요청 처리율을 높이고 GTS 할당 지연시간을 감소시켜 응급 데이터 전송 신뢰도를 향상시킨다.

This study was aimed to identify the current status of medical service quality of medical institutes; propose improvements; and find out the impact of medical service quality by its attribute on overall customer satisfaction. The research was conducted on the out-patients and in-patients in a high-level general hospital located in A city. To examine the research, the IPA was utilized to identify the priority requirements for improving the medical service quality. The study also applied an extended theory to the analysis on mismatch between the level of satisfaction and importance recognized by the clients, to examine the impact of the above mentioned factors on the overall satisfaction and intention to revisit and recommend the hospital. For out-patients, the result showed that "hospital hygiene" had a positive and negative impact on the clients' intention to revisit the hospital in priority improvements. In terms of the sustainable improvements, "doctor's skill" had a negative impact on the overall service satisfaction, whereas "state-of-the-art facility" and "nurse's instruction" had a positive impact on the intention to revisit the hospital. In long-term improvements,"complaint remedy" had a positive impact on the intention to recommend the hospital but there were no relevant factors in excessive investment. On the other hand, for in-patients, the result demonstrated that there were no relevant factors in priority improvements and sustainable improvements. The factor of"service procedure speed"had a positive as well as negative impact on the intention to revisit the hospital. In excessive investment,"nurse's empathy"had a positive impact on the intention to recommend the hospital.

소셜 네트워크 서비스는 기존의 공급자 중심의 서비스가 아닌 서비스 이용자 간의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 생산되는 정보는 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 표현되는 콘텐츠의 우선순위를 정하는 알고리즘을 분석한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 기술의 발달은 기업에서 특히나 중요한 역할을 차지하고 있다. 기업의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 도입이 시장가치와 기업의 수익률 변화의 향상에도 기여하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 도입 시 기대할 수 있는 특성요인들을 효율성, 경제성, 종속성이라는 특성으로 구분하여 평가할 수 있는 하위 항목들을 선정하여 우선순위 중요도를 실증분석 하였다. 주요우선순위 항목은 선행연구를 기반으로 선정하였으며, IT시스템 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. AHP 분석기법을 활용하여 쌍대비교를 수행한 결과 최종 우선순위를 도출하였으며, 본 연구결과는 추후 기업의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 수용 의사결정을 판단하는 중요한 자료로 활용될 것이다.

본 논문에서는 광대역통합 네트워크(BcN：Broadband Convergence Network)을 이용하는 사용자에게 서비스품질을 제공하기 위한 스케쥴링 기법의 성능을 비교, 분석한다. 이를 위하여 트래픽의 등급별 분류, 입력큐에서의 처리, 등급별 가중치 부여 등과 같은 주요 서비스품질 관리 기법들을 분석하고 최근 멀티미디어 인터넷 통신을 위해 우선 고려되고 있는 주요 스케쥴링 기법(Round Robin, Priority, Weighted Round Robin)들의 동작원리를 분석한다. NS-2를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 각 스케쥴링 기법들의 성능을 분석한 결과, 단순히 하나의 서비스 등급에 대하여 Priority 스케쥴링 기법을 사용하는 것보다 등급별로 적절한 가중치를 두어 자원을 사용하는 것이 바람직함을 알 수 있다.
