작업관련성 손상·질병 발생과 손실비용에 따른 예방정책 우선순위 연구 (An Analysis of Policy Priority for Work-Related Injury & illness and Investment Losses of Workplace Safety)

  • As workplace incidents has been being declining in Korea, there is criticism of the effectiveness of occupational safety policy implementation. It is unknown that which policy target group needs to be targeted to yield effective injuries prevention. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and reveal the policy intervention group with a high priority in terms of industrial incident prevention and the related investment cost. A Policy Priority Model(PPM) is composed of 6 indicators regarding influences of both the incident reduction and the cost reduction. Z-score analyses are used to confirm the high policy priority area or policy target group. Overall, workplace with worker below 50 persons, construction site with the sales of more than a hundred million won, workplace with relatively small percentage of female employees and relatively higher percentage of older worker should be prioritized to reduce workplace injuries. This paper provides an analytic way that can be used to decide the policy priority workplace in order not only to reduce work-related injuries&illnesses and the related investment cost but to further lessen the related societal costs.

  • 전통적인 Pub/Sub(Publish/Subscribe) 시스템은 중개자(Broker)를 통해 출판자(Pub)의 출판조건(Event)에 매칭되는 구독자(Sub)의 모든 구독조건(Subscription)들을 검색한다. 즉, 출판조건과 구독조건간의 매칭의 정도는 고려되지 않고, 매칭의 유무만을 판단한다. 매칭된 구독조건 간에도 우선순위가 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 기존 Pub/Sub 시스템의 기능을 확장한 우선순위 Pub/Sub 시스템이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 구독조건간의 우선순위를 결정하기 위해 검색결과의 정확도를 정의 하고 우선순위에 따라 구독조건을 검색할 수 있는 정확도 기반 우선순위 검색기법을 제안한다. 본 검색기법은 IS-Lists(Interval Skip Lists)를 기반으로 동작하며, 정확도를 통해 정렬된 검색 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

데이터 트래픽의 우선 순위를 갖는 반도체 장비 통신 프로토콜 구현 (The Implementation of Communication Protocol for Semiconductor Equipments with Priority of Data Traffic)

  • The semiconductor equipments generate a lot of data traffic via communication channels for the effective manufacturing processes of semiconductors and for the automation of semiconductor equipments. These data should be sent to a host computer in order to keep in a safe. The IEEE 802.11e specification gives differentiated and distributed access to a wireless communication medium with four access categories. These four access categories use different priority parameters which lead to quality of service in data traffic. In this paper, it is shown that the throughput of data depends upon the priority parameters provided by IEEE802.11e. We implement the usage of priority parameters in the SECS protocol for semiconductor equipments. It is necessary that the data from semiconductor equipments should be classified with certain priority for the effective use of our proposed method. Therefore, our scheme will contribute to improving the performance of the manufacturing processes of semiconductors.

  • The foundation fieldbus(FF) is one of the fieldbuses most widely used for process control and automation, In order for system designer to optimize medium management, it is imperative to predict transmission delay time of data. In a former research, mathematical modeling to analyze transmission delay of FF token-passing system has been developed based on the assumption that a device node has only one priority data(1Q model), From 1Q model, all of the device nodes, which are connected on the FF system, are defined priority level in advance, and as system operates, data are generated based on given priority level. However, in practice, some non-periodic data can have different priority levels from one device. Therefore, new mathematical model is necessary for the case where different priority levels of data are created under one device node(2Q model). In this research, the mathematical model for 2Q model is developed using the equivalent queue model. Furthermore, the characteristics of transmission delay of 2Q model which is presented in this paper were compared with 1Q model. The validity of the analytical model was verified by using a simulation experiment.

산업안전보건법 상 관리수준 검토를 위한 화학물질 유해성.위험성 평가대상 후보물질 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Priority for the Hazard and Risk Evaluation of Chemicals (HREC) According to the Industrial Safety and Health Act (ISHA))

  • Object: The aim of this study is to suggest a list of priority chemicals for the Hazard & Risk Evaluation of Chemicals (HREC) controlled by the Industrial Safety and Health Act (ISHA). Method: Screening assessment was done for 642 chemicals whose exposure threshold limit values were set by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL). Hazard data were collected from Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency (KOSHA) and/or other toxicity database. Exposure data were obtained from KOSHA internal database. The hazard and exposure scores of chemicals were listed by order of priority in accordance with GHS classification and exposure index data. Result: From the result of screening risk assessment for 642 chemicals, we extracted a list of 13 priority chemicals for HREC performed by the ISHA. A priority list of 27 chemicals which have carcinogen, mutagen and/or reproductive toxicity but not controlled by the ISHA was suggested for additional evaluation as "chemicals for special management".

하수관거시스템 개량 우선순위 결정 모형 (Rehabilitation Priority Decision Model for Sewer Systems)

  • 하수관거시스템 개량의 주된 목적은 불명수(Inflow/Infiltration, I/I)를 제거함으로써 그 성능을 향상시키는데 있다. 이때 전체 하수관거시스템 내에서 개개 관거별 I/I 발생량을 정량화할 수 있다면, 전체 하수관거시스템 내에서 소유역별 해당 정보의 추출이 보다 명확해질 수 있다. 그러나 실제 현장에서는 예산 및 시간의 제약 때문에 개개 관거의 I/I 발생 정보의 획득은 거의 불가능하다. 본 연구에서는 하수 관거별 I/I 발생량을 AHP(Analytic Hierarch Process)를 이용하여 정량화하였으며, 산정된 관거별 I/I 발생량을 이용하여 효율적인 하수과거 개량 사업 시행을 위한 개량 우선순위 결정 모형(Rehabiliation Priority Decision Model for sewer system, RPDM)을 개발하였다. 개개 관거별 I/I 발생량 산정 결과에 기반하여 RPDM은 개량이 시행되는 기간 동안 발생하는 I/I 발생량을 최소화하는 소유역별 최적 개량 우선순위(Optimal Rehabilitation Priority, ORP)를 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 결정한다. 이때 최적 개량 우선순위에 따른 소유역별 개량 시행 시 발생하는 이익은 개량 기간 동안 하수처리장으로 들어가는 I/I의 하수처리비용(Waste Water Treatment Cost, WWTC)에 대한 절감을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 RPDM에 의한 최적 개량 우선순위의 결과는 일반적인 하수관거 개량사업의 우선순위 결정 방법인 점수가중평가법(Numerical Weighting Method, NWM)과 최악의 개량순서에 따른 결과들과 비교되었으며, 개량 기간 동안의 I/I 처리비용이 점수가중평가법에 비하여 22%, 최악의 개량순서에 비하여 40% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

사출성형기의 고장모드 영향분석(FMEA)을 활용한 위험 우선순위 (Risk Priority Number using FMEA by the Plastic Moulding Machine)

  • Plastic injection moulding machine is widely used for many industrial field. It is classified into mandatory safety certification machinery in Industrial Safety and Health Act because of its high hazard. In order to prevent industrial accidents by plastic injection moulding machine, it is necessary for designer to identify hazardous factors and assess the failure modes to mitigate them. This study tabulates the failure modes of main parts of plastic injection moulding machine and how their failure has affect on the machine being considered. Failure Mode & Effect Analysis(FMEA) method has been used to assess the hazard on plastic injection moulding machine. Risk and risk priority number(RPN) has been calculated in order to estimate the hazard of failures using severity, probability and detection. Accidents caused by plastic injection moulding machine is compared with the RPN which was estimated by main regions such as injection unit, clamping unit, hydraulic and system units to find out the most dangerous region. As the results, the order of RPN is injection unit, clamping unit, hydraulic unit and system units. Barrel is the most dangerous part in the plastic injection moulding machine.

  • 본 논문에서는 터보코딩 및 고차변조를 적용하는 3GPP GERAN 진화 시스템 물리계층에 비트 신뢰도 기반의 심볼 매핑 방법(Symbol Mapping based on Priority: SMP)을 최초로 적용하여 그 성능을 살펴보고자 한다. SMP는 터보코딩에서 정보비트(systematic bits)의 중요성을 이용하여 정보비트를 신뢰도 높은 비트에 매핑시키는 기술로서 본 기술을 GERAN 진화 시스템에 적용시켰을 때, 링크 레벨 시뮬레이션을 통해 16QAM(DAS-8)과 32QAM(DAS-11)의 변조/코딩 방식에 대해서 성능이득이 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

스키리조트 서비스품질 개선 우선순위 도출 (Analysis on the Improvement of Ski Resort Service Quality with the Performance Model)

  • This paper reorganized five service qualities dimensions of ski-resorts, then derived the improvement priority order of the service quality through a satisfaction measure considering the importance. There're more competitive situations to guarantee customers using the skies and snowboards is a major sports in winter season. In these competitive environments, this paper's going to propose a predominant-competitive strategies for improving the service quality of ski-resorts. This study measured the satisfaction considering the importance of service quality target on customers has an experience ski resort service quality to improve ski resort service quality. This study using Performance Model decide a priority order about a particular item improvement, then is going to present a guideline that can improve the service quality more exactly. As a result of the study the factors that is important to the customer were prime physical factor, access, assistance physical factor, staff service and assistant service, an improvement priority order were accommodation and eating-drinking facilities, waiting time of a slope and lift/gondola, entertainment/shopping facilities in the resorts, equipment rental and lift fare.

  • This paper presents the development of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and network to design the redundant control system in order to control the high priority process. The industrial process that cannot be shutdown or the effect of the shutting down takes abundantly damage. In this article, we say that the high priority process. The redundant systems are designed for controlling the high priority process that the control system must have many controllers to instead the main controller when it has some error. This paper we designed the redundancy control system by the advantage of the high-speed communication on the PLC’s network. The temperature control system and the traffic light control system used as the case study. Each example processes consist of two sets of controller. Our scheme we can increase the reliability prevents process down time and reduces the cost of opportunity to loss also.
