  • We present new methods which transfer the color style of a source image into an arbitrary given reference image. Misidentification problem of color cause wrong indexing in low saturation. Therefore, the proposed method do indexing after Image separating chromatic and achromatic color from saturation. The proposed method is composed of the following four steps : In the first step, Image separate chromatic and achromatic color from saturation using threshold. In the second step, image of separation do indexing using cylindrical metric. In the third step, the number and positional dispersion of pixel decide the order of priority for each index color. And average and standard deviation of each index color be calculated. In the final step, color be transferred in Lab color space, and post processing to removal noise and pseudo-contour. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective on indexing and color transfer.

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study is to analyze difference in quality of life related to health according to our country's social stratification. Methods. This study had analytical subjects as 7,992 adults(4,557 men, 3,435 women), who are included in a variable by social stratification among 15,691 people in the age group of 20~69 years old as examinees, based on the 4th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Results. This study obtained the following results. First, seeing the score of health-related life quality by social stratification, namely, the distribution of EQ-5D index, the new middle class(class II) was the highest(men with 0.966 point, women with 0.955 point). The agricultural self-employed class(class V) was indicated to be the lowest(men with 0.918 point, women with 0.866 point). In general, the more belonging to low social stratification led to having shown the lower aspect in EQ-5D index value. Second, as for the results of the hierarchical regression analysis, the factors of contributing to difference by social stratification in health-related quality of life were chronic disease, job stress, education, and income level in both men and women. The health behavior was grasped to be a factor of contributing only to women. Conclusions. To reduce difference in health-related quality of life according to social stratification in the future, the continuous investment is needed for supporting socially high-quality education and economic stability. The sphere of health will need to be given priority to the prevention of chronic disease and the development in effective management policy for the lower classes.

  • Equity in health care has taken priority in the Korean government's policy agenda after the government-led national health insurance achieved universal coverage in 1989 along with the final inclusion of the self-employed as beneficiary. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which there exists difference or inequality in the utilization of health care, especially cancer inpatient services among income classes. We analysed the utilization of cancer inpatient services of residents in Jeju Island for a year of 2000, using the national health insurance data for qualification of beneficiaries and utilization of health care. The independent variable are 10 income classes based on the national health insurance fee imposed on each household for a year of 2000. The dependent variables of this study are an amount of cancer inpatient health care utilization measured by cancer admission days and cancer treatment costs. Also, cancer inpatient health care utilization is analysed by three categories divided into utilization in medical care institutions (1) within Jeju Island, (2) outside Jeju Island, and (3) all within and outside Jeju Island. We measured concentration index of cancer inpatient health care utilization. This analysis showed negative concentration index within Jeju Island and positive outside Jeju Island, and positive in all within and outside Jeju Island. This results suggest inequality against the relatively poor income groups in utilization of cancer inpatient health care services. Especially, inequity of cancer inpatient health care would be more serious in Jeju Island of Korea, considering that lower income groups reportedly have higher incidence rates in most of cancer and thus use more health services.

  • Purpose The research was studied the hierarchical Hangul emotion index by organizing all the emotions which SNS users are thinking. As a preliminary study by the researcher, the English-based Plutchick (1980)'s emotional standard was reinterpreted in Korean, and a hashtag with implicit meaning on SNS was studied. To build a multidimensional emotion dictionary and classify three-dimensional emotions, an emotion seed was selected for the composition of seven emotion sets, and an emotion word dictionary was constructed by collecting SNS hashtags derived from each emotion seed. We also want to explore the priority of each Hangul emotion index. Design/methodology/approach In the process of transforming the matrix through the vector process of words constituting the sentence, weights were extracted using TF-IDF (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency), and the dimension reduction technique of the matrix in the emotion set was NMF (Nonnegative Matrix Factorization) algorithm. The emotional dimension was solved by using the characteristic value of the emotional word. The cosine distance algorithm was used to measure the distance between vectors by measuring the similarity of emotion words in the emotion set. Findings Customer needs analysis is a force to read changes in emotions, and Korean emotion word research is the customer's needs. In addition, the ranking of the emotion words within the emotion set will be a special criterion for reading the depth of the emotion. The sentiment index study of this research believes that by providing companies with effective information for emotional marketing, new business opportunities will be expanded and valued. In addition, if the emotion dictionary is eventually connected to the emotional DNA of the product, it will be possible to define the "emotional DNA", which is a set of emotions that the product should have.

  • Background: Stomach cancer (SC) is the second leading cause of cancer death with the rate of 10.4% in the world. The correlation between the incidence and mortality rates of SC and human development index (HDI) has not been globally determined. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the association between the incidence and mortality rates of SC and HDI in various regions. Materials and Methods: In this global ecological study, we used the data about the incidence and mortality rate of SC and HDI from the global cancer project and the United Nations Development Programme database, respectively. Results: In 2012, SCs were estimated to have affected a total of 951,594 individuals (crude rate: 13.5 per 100,000 individuals) with a male/female ratio of 1.97, and caused 723,073 deaths worldwide (crude rate: 10.2 per 100,000 individuals). There was a positive correlation between the HDI and both incidence (r=0.28, P<0.05) and mortality rates of SC (r=0.13, P = 0.1) in the world in 2012. Conclusions: The high incidence and mortality rates of SC in countries with high and very high HDI is remarkable which should be the top priority of interventions for global health policymakers. In addition, health programs should be provided to reduce the burden of this disease in the regions with high incidence and mortality rates of SC.

  • In this paper, we have discussed the search function that can be embedded and used on Android-based applications. We used BM25 to suppress insignificant and too frequent words such as postpositions, Pivoted Length Normalization technique used to resolve the search priority problem related to each item's length, and Rocchio's method to pull items inferred to be related to the query closer to the query vector on Vector Space Model to support implicit feedback function. The index operation is divided into two methods; simple index to support offline operation and complex index for online operation. The implementation uses query inference function to guess user's future input by collating given present input with indexed data and with it the function is able to handle and correct user's error. Thus the implementation could be easily adopted into smartphone applications to improve their search functions.

  • In this study, it propose what the landscape elements is to be improved urgently and how to improve landscape by reflecting the rural village characteristics away from the spatial integrated landscape planning. The study area for landscape research is selected as the 9 rural villages in Chungcheongbuk-do, and research is done by using village unit landscape diagnostic index(VULDI). the result is shown that average VULDI value of the rural village zones is bigger than one of the town village zones with difference of 15%. Two zones of Chilseong-myeon and Sangchon-myeon among the town village zones are appeared to be similar with the rural village zones in landscape level by VULDI value. Generally, the rural villages to maintain the good landscape have the low population and high engagement rate in agriculture. Looking political support criteria at the landscape level, the seven zones except Deoksan-myeon and Maengdong-myeon have high VULDI value more than 60%, which means that it seems unnecessary to support political landscape improvement. However, when it is divided into two parts of the village inside landscape and the surrounding landscape, 8 rural village zones except one zone of Sangchon-myeon have low VULDI value less than 60%, which means it is necessary to support political landscape improvement. It is important to give the intensive support of ever urgent landscape improvements and high priority landscape elements on the results of the diagnostic before planning of the rural landscape formation.

  • In the formation of a socially oriented economy in the context of European integration, the development of tourism is one of the priority areas that positively affects the socio-economic situation of the country as a whole and its regions in particular, stimulates important economic activities and strengthens Ukraine's positive image in Europe and the world. In view of this, in the framework of a thorough study of the tourism industry it is necessary to assess its potential. This study proposes an assessment of tourism potential in the regional context, which consists of consistent implementation of six steps, namely: first, the definition of research objects for which the tourism potential is determined; secondly, the formation of a set of basic features for assessing tourism potential of certain objects; thirdly, the collection of information on individual indicators, which are selected to assess the tourism potential of the objects; fourth, the calculation of parametric indices by comparing the indicators of each individual object of study (region) with the average values in the set of objects under study; fifth, the definition of a generalized index of tourism potential of the region; sixth, grouping regions by the values of the generalized index of tourism potential. Execution of the stated algorithm involves the use of various methods, in particular, statistical, graphical, parametric, the analysis of hierarchies, matrix and cartographic. Approbation of the proposed assessment of tourism potential at the regional level in Ukraine allowed to group regions according to the values of the generalized index of tourism potential, which can be used as a basis for developing measures to increase and enhance their tourism potential in Ukraine in terms of European integration.
