By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com［2000］. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

Considering the recent substantial increase in national research and development (R&D) budgets in the energy sector there has been increased Interest in the effectiveness of government R&D investments. We conducted a case study to calculate the allowable scale and effectiveness of R&D investment by calculating the direct performance improvement effect resulting from R&D investment as an economic value. Using conditions that existed prior to R&D investments as a reference, five cases in which performance improved due to R&D investments were compared and analyzed. The government's financial investment is increasing rapidly in line with the establishment of the national hydrogen roadmap. R&D is needed to enhance the current low technology readiness level of hydrogen fuel cells compared to solar and wind energy fields. Therefore, an R&D project to improve the performance of the fuel cell system was selected as this case study's subject. Using the results in this study, the allowable level of investment in the task unit of national R&D projects could be calculated. Moreover, it is advisable to provide a standard for rational decision making for new R&D investments since it is possible to determine investment priorities among a large number of candidates.

In this study, complaints from visitors in the science museum satisfaction survey were categorized into four primary factors and ten sub-factors. This categorization aimed to provide recommendations for enhancing the Geochang Wolseong Space Creative Science Museum as an illustrative case study. Futhermore, the study examimed the relative importance of each factor by surveying 90 science museum visitors. The following results are obtained. Firstly, it was evident that the Geochang Wolseong Space Creative Science Museum requires urgent improvement. Certainly, in the primary factors, issues related to the utilization environment emerged as the most significant sources of dissatisfaction, while in the sub-factors, the adequacy of fees was identified as the most prominent concern. Secondly, through the result of the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) of the complaint factors, four primary issues were identified as top priorities for consideration: fare adequacy, lack of convenient facilities, in sufficient publicity, and a lack of distinctiveness compared to similar facilities. Lastly, when analyzing the relationship between complaints and overall satisfaction, factors related to human service, environment, and educational content had negative effects. In contrast, factors associated with science museum operation exhibited a different trend, suggestinga structural impact relationship with the overall impact of complaints.

본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅기술을 이용한 홈네트워크기반을 바탕으로 수요자중심의 전자정부서비스를 재설계하고자 한다. 전자정부의 핵심과제로 전자정부 로드맵 31대 과제가 추진되었는데, 이를 홈네트워크기반과 연계하여 제공된다면, 공급자와 수요자입장에서 어떤 정책과제가 우선되어야 하는지 설문조사를 통해 정책설계를 제언하고자 하였다. 전반적으로 홈네트워크기반에서 전자정부가 구현된다면, 행정업무의 효율성과 국민참여를 비롯한 대국민서비스의 개선이 이루어져야 한다고 보았다. 또한, 유비쿼터스정부를 구현함에 있어 홈네트워크기반을 강화하기 위해서 먼저, 정부는 홈네트워크기반을 활성화하는 법 제도를 정비하여야 하며, 관련 기술을 개발하도록 기업을 지원하고, 국민의 서비스 이용을 높이기 위한 안전한 인프라를 구축하여야 한다. 둘째, 기업은 다양한 컨텐츠의 홈네트워크기술을 개발하고, 국민이 전자정부서비스를 이용하기 쉽도록 홈네트워크시스템을 설계하여야 한다. 셋째, 국민은 홈네트워크기반의 전자정부서비스에 관한 관심과 참여가 있어야 하며, 정부와 기업이 제공하는 홈네트워크기기 및 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하여야 한다.

본 논문에서는 다기능 레이더의 추적 성능 개선을 위해 임무 우선 순위 선정을 위한 퍼지 추론 시스템 기반의 기법을 제안하였다. 제안한 기법은 추적 임무 수행 시 우선 순위 결정 트리를 구성하고, 퍼지 집합으로 추적 안정도, 위협도, 접근성을 선정하고, 퍼지 규칙을 통한 추적 임무의 우선 순위를 얻는 방식이다. 우선 순위를 높게 책정할 경우, 추적 주기를 변화시켜 추적의 정확도를 높일 수 있도록 설계하였다. 추적 성능 개선 효과를 입증하기 위해 기동 특성이 뚜렷한 표적 궤적을 생성하고, 제안된 기법을 적용한 경우와 적용하지 않은 경우를 시뮬레이션으로 비교 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the gap between importance and performance in perceived sanitation management for general hospital foodservice operations. Data were collected through surveys given to 168 hospital dietitians in the Seoul-Incheon, Gyeonggi-do, Daegu, and North Gyeongsang province. The 65 questionnaires from total questionnaires were usable and the response rate was 38.7%. All statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS package program (version 20.0) for t-test, ANOVA, and importance-performance analysis (IPA). According to the importance and performance analysis for 26 items, the importance score was significantly higher than the performance score for 22 items. In addition, the results of IPA showed the following areas as improvement priorities: handling foods on working table and management of distribution temperature. In conclusion, the performance level of prerequisite programs applying to the hospital foodservice needs improvement, especially cross-contamination prevention and temperature control for distribution. Additionally dietitians should be educated about sanitation management items that perceived to be less important than the others.

인공지능 기술의 발전으로 우리의 삶은 혁신적으로 변화하고 있지만, 동시에 윤리적 문제들도 새롭게 대두되고 있다. 특히 알고리즘 및 데이터 편향성에 의한 차별문제, 딥페이크 및 개인정보 유출 문제 등은 인공지능 서비스확대에 따라 사회적으로 해결해야 할 선결과제라 판단된다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 인공지능 윤리 측면에서 인공지능의 개념과 윤리적 이슈를 살펴보고 이를 예방하기 위한 각국의 윤리 가이드라인, 법률, 인공지능 영향평가제도, 인공지능 인증제도와 인공지능 알고리즘 투명성 관련 기술 현황 등을 살펴보고 인공지능 윤리 강화를 위한 제도적 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

광양항은 항만 활성화와 물동량 증가를 위하여 2004년부터 항만물류산업 인프라 관련 사업을 실시하고 있다. 이러한 개발 사업계획은 광양항의 개발 축소, 물동량증가 둔화, 터미널 운영사 감소 등으로 인하여 많은 변화에 직면하고 있다. 광양항의 안정적 성장기반 확보와 자립항만의 달성을 위해서는 현 시점에서 인프라에 대한 계획 및 방향에 대한 재검토 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 광양항의 하드웨어적인 인프라보다는 소프트웨어적인 인프라 개선의 대안에 중점을 두었다. 이러한 대안의 우선순위를 분석하기 위하여 연구방법론으로 AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 의사결정을 위한 측정요소로 수익성, 용이성, 시급성, 장래성이 선정되었으며, 대안으로는 글로벌 네트워킹 구축, 물류전문인력 양성, 친환경저비용항만 운영, 전문물류기업 육성이 선정되었다. 설문조사는 광양항을 이용하는 해운선사, 항만 운영사, 배후물류기업, 화주의 물류전문가를 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 측정 영역의 중요도는 해운선사, 항만운영사, 화주, 배후물류기업 순서로 나타났다. 측정요소는 수익성, 장래성, 시급성, 용이성 순서로 중요도가 분석되었다. 대안의 우선순위는 글로벌네트워킹 구축, 친환경저비용항만 운영, 전문물류기업 육성, 물류전문인력 양성 순서로 나타났다.

In the future, all kinds condition of industrial safety is a primary need in all advanced countries in which workplace safety is an issue. Furthermore, the increasing complexity of production systems and the rapidity of technological innovation have consolidated the recognition of the strategic value of safety, alongside the traditional competitive factors such as quality, costs, delivery time and flexibility, In this paper, the some critical issues of changes and counter-plan in an adequate safety management were identified by above considerations as follows： needs of systematic identification and analysis of safety factors； requirements to define priorities and budgeting to support the decision-making process; and needs of audit activities and indicators which measure company performance in terms of safety improvements, and so on.

In the past few years with the popularization of the Internet using mobile devices such as the universal in the field of information technology has made rapid development and spread, the width and speed of change is also expected to grow much. As a result Internet telephony (VoIP) was to emerging, VoIP as a leader in next-generation converged services, the proliferation of IPTV services, including the successful introduction and subsequent convergence of the early to gauge whether the settlement is much distance in terms of importance. Therefore, this research using the Internet and telephone customer satisfaction survey, and Kano analysis is important from the perspective of the customer requirements by looking at what the Internet phone service in the development and improvement priorities are supposed to be able to stand.
