This study investigated what effects multiple intelligence, through which the diverse intelligence abilities of a learner are identified, has on technological problem solving ability according to sex. And it was carried out to present a way to reduce the gap between boys and girls in technological problem solving ability. The subject was 833 middle school students in the third grade (boys: 423, girls: 410) whose schools are located in a megalopolis or more large area. And the instruments developed by Yong-Lyn Moon(2001) and in CRESST(1998) were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, it appeared that there were statistically meaningful differences at six items in multiple intelligence between boys and girls. The six items were bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, naturalistic intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, and introspective intelligence. Second, in technological problem solving ability, it appeared that boys and girls showed statistically meaningful differences at self-regulation and problem solving strategy. Third, it appeared that logical-mathematical intelligence, linguistic intelligence, introspective intelligence, and natural intelligence had an effect on boys in the way of self-regulation and logic-mathematical intelligence, introspective intelligence, naturalistic intelligence, and linguistic intelligence did on girls. Fourth, it appeared that logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, and bodily-kinesthetic intelligence had an effect on boys in the way of problem solving ability and linguistic intelligence and musical intelligence had on girls. Fifth, it appeared that logical-mathematical intelligence did an effect on both sexes in drawing up the understanding of contents. On the basis of the results of this study, the area related to multiple intelligence directly or indirectly should be developed in the course of designing the primary and secondary curriculums to reduce the gap between boys and girls in multiple intelligence. With these efforts, the scholastic attainments gap caused by the difference of multiple intelligence will be overcome.
Objective: To prospectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of a fixed early gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist protocol compared to a conventional midfollicular GnRH antagonist protocol and a long GnRH agonist protocol for in vitro fertilization (IVF) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: Randomized patients in all three groups (early antagonist, n = 14; conventional antagonist, n = 11; long agonist, n = 11) received 21 days of oral contraceptive pill treatment prior to stimulation. The GnRH antagonist was initiated on the 1st day of stimulation in the early antagonist group and on the 6th day in the conventional antagonist group. The GnRH agonist was initiated on the 18th day of the preceding cycle. The primary endpoint was the number of oocytes retrieved, and the secondary endpoints included the rate of moderate-to-severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and the clinical pregnancy rate. Results: The median total number of oocytes was similar among the three groups (early, 16; conventional, 12; agonist, 19; p= 0.111). The early GnRH antagonist protocol showed statistically non-significant associations with a higher clinical pregnancy rate (early, 50.0%; conventional, 11.1%; agonist, 22.2%; p= 0.180) and lower incidence of moderate-to-severe OHSS (early, 7.7%; conventional, 18.2%; agonist, 27.3%; p= 0.463), especially among subjects at high risk for OHSS (early, 12.5%; conventional, 40.0%; agonist, 50.0%; p= 0.324). Conclusion: In PCOS patients undergoing IVF, early administration of a GnRH antagonist may possibly lead to benefits due to a reduced incidence of moderate-to-severe OHSS in high-risk subjects with a better clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer. Further studies with more subjects are required.
In this experiment, growth and yield were affected by planting density, pinching and mowing dates. The greatest growth and yield were obtained at a planting density of $90cm{\times}30cm$. In this planting density, plant grew to the height of 140 cm, with 32 primary, 164 secondary, and 367 tertiary branches per plant. Weight of dry flowers reached 98 kg per 10a with this planting density, which was 40% increased as compared to planting density of $120cm{\times}30cm$. Stem diameter, shoot dry weight, and weight of dry flowers increased by pinching plants as compared to those of non-pinched plants. The greatest weight of dry flowers was obtained in the plant pinched on July 10 with 102 kg per 10a, a 57% increase as compared to the control. Growth and yield were similar for both palnts which were not mowed and mowed on June 10. However, plants mowed on July 10 had significantly smaller plant height, stem diameter and number of branches than the control. An accumulated shoot dry weight was similar for all mowing treatments. The greatest weight of dry flowers and number of flowers per plant were obtained in June 10 mowing treatment with 123 kg and 2,592 flowers per 10a, respectively.

Recently, there has been increasing demand for power quality in power supply devices. The IEC 61000-3-2 standard requires that the AC / DC power supply for lighting meet the specifications for the power factor (PF) and total waveform distortion (THD). In addition, advanced countries in Europe are regulating the ripple rate as 15 ~ 30% for the flicker phenomenon caused by the change in the amount of foot energy due to the change in current of the output terminal. Therefore, domestic standards and regulations are being updated. This study adopted the Flyback converter to satisfy the PFC standard, and has the circuit first and second insulation function. To reduce the low frequency ripple of the LED current, Flyback, Coupled Inductor, LC parallel resonance filter, LLC resonance filter, and Cuk were simulated by PSIM to mimic each LED driving circuit. A coupled LC resonant circuit with a coupled inductor on the primary side and LC resonance on the secondary side was also proposed for output side ripple reduction.
Objectives: Asthma is a chronic disease, and the demand for herbal medicines in this field has increased in recent years. The new findings highlight the role of the gut-lung axis in the pathophysiology of asthma. Hence, this study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of Glasthma syrup, an herbal formula based on Persian medicine, in improving asthma and regulating intestinal permeability. The formula consists of five herbal ingredients that have anti-inflammatory effects on the respiratory tract, also known as gut tonics. Methods: The study will be conducted as a placebo-controlled, triple-blind, randomized trial. It will consist of a 4-week intervention followed by a 4-week follow-up period. The target sample size is 20 patients with moderate asthma aged 18 to 60 years. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the control group in equal numbers. Patients in the experimental group will take Glasthma syrup (7.5 mL, twice a day), while patients in the control group will take a matching placebo. Both groups will receive a 4-week combination of a long-acting beta2 agonist and a leukotriene modulator as standard of care. Inhaled corticosteroids can be used as rescue medication as needed. Results: The primary outcomes are asthma symptom scale, lung function, and intestinal permeability. Secondary outcomes include quality of life, symptom recurrence rates, and blood tests. A safety assessment will also be conducted during the trial. Conclusion: In this trial, the effects of Glasthma syrup in patients with moderate asthma will be examined. The study will also assess the effects of the formulation on the gut-lung axis by simultaneously monitoring the gut permeability index, asthma symptoms, and lung function.
The National Education Information System (NEIS), one of ERP systems developed by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, has been utilized in primary and secondary schools. In this paper, we considered the NEIS should be used not only for educational administration affairs, but also for a lifelong management of National Human Resource. The current School Information Management System (SIMS) is unsatisfactory due to the insufficiency of actual field suitability and user's conveniency. For solving such problems, the system rebuilding or revision should be accompanied by. As a guideline of revision and supplement of the SIMS, we suggest an application useful in both schools and clinics by the integrating healthcare management information of people. For this, we propose a lifelong healthcare information management by integrating Student Health Records of the NEIS with Electronic Medical Records of doctors' offices. The healthcare information is designed and represented in XML. We applied different XSL style-sheets to XML documents in order to offer a view suitable for demands of schools and clinics. The healthcare information can be managed and utilized efficiently by using the view. We ascertained that the lifelong Healthcare Information Management System is an improvement to overcome the inefficiency of healthcare information management and the connection inadequacy between schools and medical institutions, and is desirable for a lifelong management of the National Human Resource.

Generally existing structure analysis was applied to elastic analysis basically in practice. Considering the nonlinear material and the nonlinear geometric to be a more precise analysis, for this reason, The necessity for a structual analysis have been constantly required. Therefore, after optimization is performed, designed a simple model which is applied the principle of nonlinear in this study, a structural analysis of existing experienced users, have a aims at presenting theory and a method in order to perform anyone the analysis easily. In this study, the proposed model applied to die ribs, Regarding the shear load, less strain and stress was generated but strength was sufficient. The initial strain and stress was reconfigured to fit the size and shape, A hyperstudy in conjunction with Abaqus with nonlinear structural analysis, revealed an acceptable maximum and minimum range of stress and under the conditions of minimum strain, the plate made with a constant increment. In the experimental models, the plate thickness was given a power of 40 Newton, according to the thickness of the press die through an iterative process. When the stress and strain was applied to the die thickness, 7-8mm thickness could be obtained by optimizing.
Eco-friendly materials, such as alternative vegan materials using various fungal resources, are being actively researched to reduce environmental pollution and facilitate a healthy lifestyle. The fungal mycelium-based mushroom mycelium mat is one such emerging material. In this study, the commonly used mushroom mycelium culture method was modified to reduce the time required to produce the mycelium mat, lower the possibility of contamination, and improve the properties and quality of the mat. Shortening the period required for the previously used primary bag culture and secondary mat production culture. A culture method in which the bag culture was omitted was attempted using a mycelium mutated by gamma irradiation to the mycelium of Trametes orientalis. In addition, various nutrients were added to the fungal solution to observe the change in physical properties of the fungal mat. High-quality mycelium mats were produced in the experimental group containing 1.5% CaCO3 in sawdust medium, and the period was also reduced by more than 10 days compared to the existing production method. In the future, for mass producing mycelium mats, additional selection of medium components and optimization of culture conditions are essential.

Purpose: The purpose of this randomized clinical trial is to determine whether implant length and the crown-to-implant (C/I) ratio influence implant stability and peri-implant marginal bone loss (MBL). Materials and Methods: 46 patients with single tooth missing in the posterior molar region of the mandible were included in this study. 19 implants (CMI IS-III $active^{(R)}$ long implant) of 5.0 mm diameter and 10 mm length were installed for the control group, while 27 implants (CMI IS-III $active^{(R)}$ short implant) of 5.5 mm diameter and 6.6, 7.3 or 8.5 mm length were placed for the experimental group. Each implant was inserted and immediately loaded using the digitally pre-fabricated surgical template and provisional restoration. The CAD-CAM monolithic zirconia crown was fabricated at 3 months after the surgery as a definitive restoration. The ISQ value and the MBL was measured at 48 weeks after the surgery. The correlation between the C/I ratio, MBL, and secondary implant stability was analyzed. Results: Successful results in terms of ISQ and MBL were achieved with both groups. There was no significant difference between the groups in terms of ISQ values and MBL at 48 weeks after the surgery (P > 0.05). No significant correlation was found between the C/I ratio and secondary stability as well as the C/I ratio and the MBL (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The influence of C/I ratio in both groups was not shown on the stability nor the marginal bone loss in implants supporting single crown of the mandible. Short implant could be a preferable alternative option in the reduced bone height mandible under the limited condition despite its higher C/I ratio.
