  • This study informs us what has influence on a decision that a customer using a hotel restaurant makes on a menu. Also, you can know how long it takes to decide what they are going to eat, how prompt and different they are. When the customers order food, they are getting very careful about their decisions. According to the study results, sometimes they are influenced by the person whom they accompany with. The most important factors to make customers choose one dish from a wide range of menu are taste of food, food sanitation, price, freshness of food materials. An atmosphere of a restaurant or its reputation, service of employees are key factors, too. You need change to reflect desire of a customer, and problems of a restaurant must be checked thoroughly. Many different kinds of food must be developed and managed thoroughly.

  • Air travel has become an essential part of the global society and its sustainable development is expected. Airlines profit structure and network operation will be influenced by internalization of external costs like emission charge. This additional cost of the airlines will be directly pose air ticket fare increase and demand of air passenger will be decreased. EU-ETS is a part of environmental binding to airlines fly to EU territory airports. This study analyzes the impact of emission charges by application of EU-ETS on airlines network change. For long-term forecast, a reliable estimation of the future price of carbon dioxide (CO2) will be used.

  • This paper proposes a simple MPPT control scheme of a Current-Control-Loop Error system Based that can be obtains a lot of advantage to compare with another digital control method, P&O and IncCond algorithm, that is applied mostly a PV system. An existent method is needed an expensive processor such as DSP that calculated to change the measure power of a using current and voltage sensor at the once. Therefore, it is applied a small home power generation system that required many expenses. But, a proposed method is easy to solve the cost reduction and power unbalance problems that it is used by control scheme to limit error of a current control of common sensor. This proposed algorithm had verified through a simulation and an experiment on battery charger using PIC that is the microprocessor of a low price.

  • This research deals with the issues concerning how consumers change their purchase behavior if one of brands in the market prolongs its coupon duration while there are more than two brands. If they extend coupon duration of a brand, consumers increase Purchase of the brand with coupons. But they increase or reduce purchase of competing brands with coupons depending on the condition of the market. increase of purchase of the brand with prolonged coupons stems from reducing purchase of the consumer's most favorite brands with regular price and their less preferred brands with coupons. On the other hand, consumers who prefer the brand at in-between level tend to reduce purchase of competing brands with coupons under certain conditions. Therefore firms which do not have dominant market positions have strong incentive for strategic alliance in terms of coupon duration.

  • Recently, many organizations in various industries have introduced e-businesses for the purpose of adding value to their businesses. However, due to no comparable business models to e-business in the past, there are no reliable yardsticks to predict the performance of an e-business. This paper considers an environmental change analysis as a means to resolve this difficulty. System Dynamics (SD) could be a useful tool to generate effective results by examining the e-business model. SD model is developed to analyze the effects of an e-sales channel which was appended to the existing sales channels in the steel manufacturing industry. The results show an increase in average price and sales volume through the use of an auction process on the e-marketplace. Stocking expenses are reduced as well by the increase of the sales turnover. A possible scenario was adopted to the developed simulation model and investigated strategic issues to draw desirable strategies with market changes.

  • If a research trend present in and outside the country is often seen, the structure measurement method of having used PZT and the optical fiber (FBG) will be the actual condition which has accomplished the stock. In order to manage such cracks, time, efforts and expense are required. Such a method has many difficulties in application of a structure by the difficult problem of the measurement range, and the expensive sensor price. Progressive cracks were generated by fracture of glass pipe sensor. Moreover, the experiment which can detect damage propriety by external Light Emitting Diode by damaging a glass pipe by load change with the application of switch using strain gage of a glass pipe was conducted.

Inspecting Driving Forces of Business Cycles in Korea

  • This paper sets up a new Keynesian model with external habit to explore the role of each shock over business cycles in Korea. The estimated model via maximum likelihood shows that the productivity shock plays a pivotal role in explaining the output variations before and after the financial crisis since mid-1970s. It also shows that the model with external habit is more successful in explaining the business cycles in Korea after the Asian financial crisis than the model without habit. The monetary policy shock which dominates by accounting for more than 70 percent of the unconditional variance of the inflation rate before the financial crisis is less important in the inflation rate fluctuations after the financial crisis. This partly reflects the regime change of the monetary policy to the inflation targeting rule after the financial crisis.

  • This study systematized synthetically to use internet GIS and real estate appraisal method in computing system for the real estate decision. First, indicated the method of using GIS and databases to appraise the real estate by using the cost approach. Second, used the artificial neural network to predict the change of land prices and the artificial neural network convinced us that it indicates easily the result of land prices without complicated processes. Third, examined land prices using the artificial neural network but there is limits for the land price prediction because of difficult data gathering. also, this study may heighten information levels of the real estate field according to 21th century information level if use actively a internet, information users who should pay much moneys in existent real estate decisions may can approach easily.
