휴대용 음성 녹음 방지 장치 연구 (A Study on portable voice recording prevention device)

  • 본 연구는 주요 회의 및 보안을 요하는 장소의 음성 정보보호 장비에 대한 시스템 개발이다. 가청소음 및 초음파 발생을 통한 정보 유출 방지기술로 보안 성능 및 안정성을 확보하였다. 녹음방지 모듈에 대한 무선전파의 특성상 직진성이 강한 음성정보 유출 차단을 위한 차단주파수 대역은 20~20,000Hz 광대역 주파수 차단 음성정보 유출차단을 위해 기만재밍 기술을 적용함으로 보안성을 크게 향상시켰다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 배터리를 이용한 휴대용 스마트폰 녹음을 차단시켜주는 시스템을 개발하였고, 별도의 장치 설치를 고객이 인지하지 못하도록 소형·경량화시켰다. 아울러, 원거리 녹음방지를 위하여 녹음방지 스피커의 출력을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 방안 및 대책은 지속적으로 연구가 필요하다.

전기화재 예방을 위한 EFPCD동작 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Characteristics of EFPCD for Electrical Fire Prevention)

  • 전기배선계통에 있어서 접속점의 접속 접촉불량과 순간단락 시 발생하는 스파크와 열축적은 절연물의 용착과 탄화현상을 발생하여 전기화재의 주요 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 접속점의 접속·접촉불량과 순간단락 시 발생하는 전류는 일종의 써지(Surge)전류가 되어 통신, 가전제품, 컴퓨터 그리고 각종 측정기기의 소손 및 고장을 일으키며, 특히 접속점의 접속·접촉불량과 순간단락은 다양한 현상을 나타내어 안전점검시 발견이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 누전차단기(Earth Leakage Breaker)의 보조 제어장치, 즉 전기화재예방 제어장치(Electrical Fire Prevention Control Device)를 개발하여, 상기 접속점의 접속·접촉불량과 순간 단락 시 누전차단기의 동작신뢰성을 제고시켜, 스파크와 접속점의 과열에 의한 전기화재를 예방하고자 한다.

곤돌라 안전난간 제거 등으로 인한 추락재해 감소방안 (Reducing the Falling Accident due to the Removal of Safety Fence from Gondola)

  • Gondola is widely used as a construction facility to perform external finishing work without using scaffolding at a construction site. However, since 2000, there have been 17 deaths from now so these risks associated with work can not be ignored. Therefore, it is expected that it will contribute greatly to prevent related disasters if introducing necessary measures to prevent repeated related disasters and installing additional safety devices. In order to eliminate the risk factor according to the operation of the gondola, it is necessary for the operator to use it to use it while the examination of each product is completed, and to use the over load Dangerous arbitrary measures such as arbitrary operation of the prevention device, removal of the safety fence for convenience of work, installation of the wire rope installed in the air, falling out of the wire rope and falling to the ground Do not perform such sealing measures so that any operation of the overload prevention device can not be done so as not to take such arbitrary measures, or wire the power supply wire to the safety fence so as not to delete the safety fence. Then, when the safety fence is removed, so that it does not become a gondola operation, or when replacing the wire rope in the air, to prevent the wire rope from coming off, Additional measures such as installing falling down prevention device may be necessary.

산업재해예방을 위한 안전관리방안 (On the Safety Management Scheme for Industrial Accident Prevention)

  • This study was aimed to propose a safety management scheme for industrial accident prevention, which has been increasingly embossed by industrialists and authorities concerned. A particular attention has been paid to the integrated ideas and practices to be needed in the field supervision. For this, a primary perspective of the study was drawn from the significant analysis of the current industrial accidents. From this observation, the researcher assumed that the integrated scheme should be an extension to the scientific approach in order to overcome various industrial accidents. The researcher also tried to provide more detailed information in each divisions. i.e., an essential safety device, an occupational disease, an educational practice. In this paper, the researcher will show in a first step how industrial accident prevention can contribute to progress of industrial peace and safety. Finally, the researcher emphasized that more investments would be highly profitable to industrial accident prevention and we should be in realization that all of activities in safety management are to be the main key in labour-management cooperation.

Numerical Analysis for Development of Vertical Falling Prevention System

  • Various falling prevention systems with vertical guided rail have been supplied in order to prevent falling accidents and acquire the long life and cost down for the maintenance. Almost the imported system is composed of a guided rail and the comfort components. It has the mechanism that cannot be dismounted from the guided rail at the accident site. Thus, the aim of this study is to develop a falling prevent system that has a direct dismounting function, which can release easily from the falling accident point. This system has a high durability and robust. And the cost efficiency of the system and safety for workers also are improved remarkably. From the results, we showed the proposed new falling system is sufficiently safety and satisfies the KOSHA regulation through the numerical stress analysis. Also it is expected as the useful and effective safety device for workers.

  • Recently as the inactive response characteristics of the existing RCD(Residual Current protective Device) used on low voltage power distribution system, so control of overload and electric short circuit faults, major causes of electrical fires, are not enough. Therefore, this paper is proposed a prevention apparatus using neutral line voltage and semiconductor switching devices for the prevention of electrical disasters in low voltage power distribution system caused by overload or electric short circuit faults. The proposed prevention apparatus confirms the excellent characteristics in response velocity and accuracy in comparison with the conventional circuit breaker(RCD) through various operation performance analysis.

3축 가속도 센서를 이용한 자세 교정 유도 시스템 (Correct Posture Guidance System using 3-axis Acceleration Sensor for Scoliosis Patient)

  • In this study, we designed a device for consecutively observing position, utilizing 3-axises acceleration sensor. This method offer to check his or her wrong position and developed could to help derived a position appliance. And, we developed a Cobb's angle value in three dimensional using 3-axises acceleration sensor. A proposed device with integrated accelerometers, which can detect postural changes in terms of curvature variation of the spine in the sagittal and coronal planes, has been developed with intention to facilitate posture training. The proposed device was evaluated with 3 normal subjects daily activities. We evaluated the performance of our designed device as calculating the correlation coefficients and mean errors between the angle measured by an electro-goniometer and that estimated by a gravity accelerometer and verified the accuracy and sensitivity. The results showed that the angle obtained from the proposed device revealed a linear characteristic at the range of $\pm60^{\circ}$(correlation coefficient 0.99, error range $\pm2^{\circ}$). We demonstrated that our device could detect the changes of the motion in upper trunk accurately. Also, our device showed good potential for treatment of the patients with scoliosis and prevention of the unbalance position during a daily life.

기존 공동주택 붙박이장에서 겨울철 결로 방지를 위한 보조난방장치 운전 성능 평가 (Operation Performance Evaluation on Auxiliary Heating Device to Prevent Condensation adjacent to Built-in Furniture of Apartment Units in Winter)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate condensation prevention for condensation vulnerable areas around built-in furniture of apartment buildings by applying auxiliary heating device. Recently, the condensation and mold problems of apartment buildings has been growing due to high insulation and high air-tightness performance for energy saving. Condensation at built-in furniture were generally found in winter at the of furniture's back panels, adjacent surfaces of wall, floor and ceiling. These problems are related to the weather conditions and indoor room conditions in winter. To solve these problems, auxiliary heating device was developed and could be installed. The aim of paper is to analyze the thermal environment around the built-in furniture which were applied and not applied auxiliary heating device in winter. In results, it was possible to increase the surface temperature of vulnerable areas around built-in furniture by applying auxiliary heating device, and to minimize condensation problems by using the minimum device.

  • 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 기기의 모델은 마이크로 컨트롤을 이용하여 모터속도를 제어 할 수 있는 출력 전자 변속기로써, 자동제어 방식을 사용하여 Switching frequency를 1,000MHz까지 가능한 형태로 변환하는 자동 변속장치이다. 연속출력전류는 5A, 11A, 18A, 25A, 35A, 50A이며, 사용되는 전압은 9V에서 최대 18V까지 가능하도록 설계하였다. Micro-controller 의 software와 hardware의 블록 다아이그램을 고안하였으며, 전력손실을 막기 위해 자동적으로 3.7V에서 Auto Cut-Off기능이 있도록 구성하였다.

화재모델링을 위한 정온식 열감지기의 장치물성 측정 (Measurement of the Device Properties of Fixed Temperature Heat Detectors for the Fire Modeling)

  • 성능위주 소방설계(PBD)의 과정에서 화재 및 피난모델링의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 화재감지기 모델의 높은 예측성능이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 대표적인 화재모델인 FDS에 적용되고 있는 정온식 열감지기의 정확한 작동 개시시간을 예측하기 위한 입력정보를 측정하는 것이다. 이를 위해 화재감지기의 장치특성을 측정할 수 있는 Fire Detector Evaluator (FED)가 사용되었으며, 국내에서 적용되는 2개의 써미스터 방식(Thermistor types)과 1개의 바이메탈 방식(Bimetal type)의 스포트형 정온식 열감지기가 연구대상으로 고려되었다. 화재모델링을 위해 요구되는 감지기의 작동 개시온도 및 반응시간지수(Response Time Index)가 측정되었으며, 이때 RTI는 감지기의 설치위치를 고려하여 천장제트기류(Ceiling jet flow)와 수직제트기류(Vertical jet flow)에 대하여 측정되었다. 측정된 장치물성을 이용한 화재모델링 결과는 실규모 구획화재실험 결과와 비교 검증되었다. 그 결과 수치적으로 예측된 감지기의 작동 개시시간은 실험결과를 적절히 잘 예측함을 확인하였다.
