본 연구는 지역아동센터 센터장의 변혁적 리더십이 해당 지역아동센터 종사자들의 교사효능감을 매개로 하여 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 광주 및 전남 지역의 지역아동센터에 종사하고 있는 생활복지교사로 총 199부가 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0, AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 사용해 센터장의 변혁적 리더십과 종사자의 교사효능감, 조직효과성 간의 연구모형의 요인분석과 신뢰도 검증, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 사회복지시설과 교육 보육기관에서와 마찬가지로 지역아동센터 종사자들이 인지하는 센터장의 변혁적리더십은 교사효능감과 조직효과성에 모두 유의미하게 직간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 지역아동센터 센터장의 변혁적 리더십 향상을 위한 정책적 지원의 필요성을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 조직문화, 조직몰입 및 직무만족도 간의 관계를 밝히고, 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십이 보육교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 조직문화와 조직몰입의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전라남도 S시에 소재하고 있는 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 323명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 보육교사의 조직문화, 조직몰입 및 직무만족도의 관계는 정적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 원장의 변혁적 리더십이 조직문화와 조직몰입을 통해 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 및 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 어린이집 원장이 발휘한 변혁적 리더십은 보육교사의 직무만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 조직문화와 조직몰입은 보육교사의 직무만족도에 긍정적인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십이 조직문화와 조직몰입을 통해 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 및 매개효과를 밝혀봄으로 어린이집의 효율적 운영방안의 기초 자료로 제공될 것으로 기대하였으며, 결과는 보육교사의 직무만족도 향상에 있어 주목해야 할 요소로 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 조직문화와 조직몰입의 중요성을 시사한다.

The Amazon fires in summer 2019 triggered an incendiary Twitter debate between French president Emmanuel Macron and Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro that engaged political leaders, celebrities, and audiences worldwide. Currently, diplomats-in-chief connect to the global public through completely open debates, often without proper advice from foreign-affairs ministers, which may result in misunderstandings and conflicts among world leaders. Hence, this study argues that these interactions must be supported by Nicholas Cull's seven lessons in public diplomacy. The main topic on hand is presidential public diplomacy performed through digital means in cyberspace. Thus, after distinguishing cyberspace, digital diplomacy, and cyberdiplomacy, the literature review focuses on presidential public diplomacy, presidential diplomacy on Twitter, and Cull's seven lessons. Subsequently, the case study method provides a snapshot of the debate between Macron and Bolsonaro over the Amazon fires. This study concludes by answering the research question and indicating grist for the mill with regard to future developments.

This study applied network agenda-setting theory to analyze the impact of the agenda-setting function of the media on certain issues by focusing on the agenda at the center of controversy, 'Creative Economy'. To this end, the study extracted the data referred to creative economy in the media and SNS from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2014, and analyzed the data using the network analysis program UCINET and the Korean language analysis program Textom. The results of the present study show that, during the period under former President Lee (2008-2011), the media's creative economy agenda-setting function did not exert a significant impact on the agenda-setting within SNS. However, from 2012 when the government of former President Park Geun-hye had started, the agenda-setting function of the media starts to show increasingly strong influence on the agenda cognition in SNS. The central words and sub-words configuration forming the center of the semantic network moved in the direction of a high correlation, in addition to the gradually increasing correlation based on QAP correlation analysis. In 2014, the semantic networks of the media and SNS bore a close resemblance to each other, while the shape of networks and sub-words structure also had a high level of similarity.

Keunsemal, Sinhang-ri, Dunpo-myeon Asan-si,Chungcheongnam-do is where the former President of Korea, Yun, Bosun was born. The houses of Yun, Il-Sun, Yun, Je-Hyung, Yun, Seung-Gu, and where the former President Yun was born are designated as cultural assets by the Korean government. The three houses of the Yuns are located in the center of the village and the size is much different from regular houses since they were created as large scale house of nobilities during the Chosun Dynasty. Along with the three Yun houses and other houses in the village show a great history and tradition of the history and modern times. Unlike other traditional village arrangement, this village was created during the end of Chosun Dynasty and extended into the modern times. From the village, you can see the changes in architecture within the 200 years from traditional Korean-style houses to modern houses. This investigation is a research / analysis of the architectural characteristics of Keunsemal, Sinhang-ri, Asan-si. People can observe changes in the different types of architectural forms of houses based on the history of Korea and time periods. Within the village, there are large scale house of nobilities which were built during the late Chosun Dynasty, common people's houses, farmhouses which were built during the modern times, common people's houses during the industrialization period, and modern houses with backyards. The village of Keunsemal, Sinhang-ri, Asan-si is a very special cultural asset for Korea because the houses in the village show a clear architectural process of change in styles of houses for Korean history.

이 논문은 지역농협의 경영성과 변화가 2015년에 실시된 전국조합장선거 결과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤는지에 대해 알아보려 한다. 2015년 최초로 실시된 전국 조합장 선거 이전의 경영성과 데이터 (2012년에서 2015년까지)와 선거결과를 기반으로 2SLS Probit 회귀분석한 결과에 따르면 2015년 재임 중인 조합장 교체에 미치는 유의한 변수들은 후보자 나이, 전년도의 순이익감소 그리고 유사규모의 자산을 가진 그룹의 평균 ROA등 이었다. 국내농협의 조합원들이 조합장의 나이가 60세 이상인지, 순이익 규모가 전년대비 감소하였는지를 비교하면서, 유사한 자산규모를 가진 그룹의 평균 ROA가 높을수록 교체 가능성을 높이는 것으로 보인다.
