This study examines how the president's transformative leadership in community child-care centers influence organizational effectiveness through the mediation of teachers' self-efficacy. Survey has been conducted on teachers who work in community child-care centers in the Kwangju and Jeonnam region. The data is analyzed using Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and structural equation Modeling in order to test the relationship among the president's transformative leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and organizational effectiveness. The results indicate that the transformative leadership of the president has a positive and significant effect on both teachers' self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness. Moreover, teachers' self-efficacy mediates the relationship between transformative leadership and organizational effectiveness. The results have implications for the importance of the president's leadership and suggest that governmental support should be directed towards the enhancement of the president's leadership in community child-care centers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between childcare center president's transformative leadership, organization culture, organization commitmen, organization culture, organization commitmen of the mediating effect in the effect of the childcare center president's transformative leadership and job satisfaction of childcare teachters. Three hundred twenty three childcare teachers located in S City in Jeollanam-do were selected as subjects of this study and subsequently surveyed. The results of this study were as follows: First, a positive correlation was observed between childcare center president's transformative leadership and organization culture, job satisfaction and organization commitment of childcare teachers. Second, childcare center president's transformative leadership had an influence on job satisfaction through the medium of organization culture and organization commitment. This study examined the effect that childcare center president's transformative leadership would have on job satisfaction of childcare teachers through the medium of organization culture and organization commitment. The results of this study may provide basic data for efficient operations of childcare centers, and such results are remarkable elements in job satisfaction of childcare teachers, implying the importance of childcare center president's transformative leadership, organization culture and organization commitment.

The Amazon fires in summer 2019 triggered an incendiary Twitter debate between French president Emmanuel Macron and Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro that engaged political leaders, celebrities, and audiences worldwide. Currently, diplomats-in-chief connect to the global public through completely open debates, often without proper advice from foreign-affairs ministers, which may result in misunderstandings and conflicts among world leaders. Hence, this study argues that these interactions must be supported by Nicholas Cull's seven lessons in public diplomacy. The main topic on hand is presidential public diplomacy performed through digital means in cyberspace. Thus, after distinguishing cyberspace, digital diplomacy, and cyberdiplomacy, the literature review focuses on presidential public diplomacy, presidential diplomacy on Twitter, and Cull's seven lessons. Subsequently, the case study method provides a snapshot of the debate between Macron and Bolsonaro over the Amazon fires. This study concludes by answering the research question and indicating grist for the mill with regard to future developments.

This study applied network agenda-setting theory to analyze the impact of the agenda-setting function of the media on certain issues by focusing on the agenda at the center of controversy, 'Creative Economy'. To this end, the study extracted the data referred to creative economy in the media and SNS from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2014, and analyzed the data using the network analysis program UCINET and the Korean language analysis program Textom. The results of the present study show that, during the period under former President Lee (2008-2011), the media's creative economy agenda-setting function did not exert a significant impact on the agenda-setting within SNS. However, from 2012 when the government of former President Park Geun-hye had started, the agenda-setting function of the media starts to show increasingly strong influence on the agenda cognition in SNS. The central words and sub-words configuration forming the center of the semantic network moved in the direction of a high correlation, in addition to the gradually increasing correlation based on QAP correlation analysis. In 2014, the semantic networks of the media and SNS bore a close resemblance to each other, while the shape of networks and sub-words structure also had a high level of similarity.

Keunsemal, Sinhang-ri, Dunpo-myeon Asan-si,Chungcheongnam-do is where the former President of Korea, Yun, Bosun was born. The houses of Yun, Il-Sun, Yun, Je-Hyung, Yun, Seung-Gu, and where the former President Yun was born are designated as cultural assets by the Korean government. The three houses of the Yuns are located in the center of the village and the size is much different from regular houses since they were created as large scale house of nobilities during the Chosun Dynasty. Along with the three Yun houses and other houses in the village show a great history and tradition of the history and modern times. Unlike other traditional village arrangement, this village was created during the end of Chosun Dynasty and extended into the modern times. From the village, you can see the changes in architecture within the 200 years from traditional Korean-style houses to modern houses. This investigation is a research / analysis of the architectural characteristics of Keunsemal, Sinhang-ri, Asan-si. People can observe changes in the different types of architectural forms of houses based on the history of Korea and time periods. Within the village, there are large scale house of nobilities which were built during the late Chosun Dynasty, common people's houses, farmhouses which were built during the modern times, common people's houses during the industrialization period, and modern houses with backyards. The village of Keunsemal, Sinhang-ri, Asan-si is a very special cultural asset for Korea because the houses in the village show a clear architectural process of change in styles of houses for Korean history.

This paper aims to determine whether the changes in management performance of domestic agricultural cooperatives had an effect on the election results of Korean Agricultural Cooperatives in 2015. Financial performance data (2012-2015) prior to the Nation-wide Cooperatives elections in 2015 were reviewed to determine the impact of the election outcome on the election results. 2SLS Probit regression analysis shows that the significant parameters for incumbent president turnover in the 2015 election were the candidates' age, net profit decrease in 2014, and ROA comparison to similar asset-size group. These results support the conclusion that the union members of KAC consider whether the age of president is over 60, whether the net profits of the cooperatives are worse than the previous year, and compare the results of similar groups' managerial performance (ROA).
