스페이스 프레임 구조 해석을 위한 통합 시스템의 전처리 과정 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (The Basic Study on the Pre-Process Development of Integrated System for the Structural Analysis of Space Frame)

  • The integrated system for the structural analysis of space frame is made up 4 modules ; pre-process module, structural analysis module, optimum member design module and post-process module. Re-process module of these 4 modules involves data input module and structure modeling module. This study is to develope an efficient modeling program as a basic for development of pre-process module. This modeling program generates geometric information of space frame and performs the input fie form for structure analysis only by input general data. User can mode1 space frame efficiently within shut time by using this program.

유-무기 하이브리드 화합물과 Particle-Binder 공정을 이용한 소수성 코팅막 제조 (Preparation of Hydrophobic Coating Layers Using Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Compounds Through Particle-to-Binder Process)

  • Sol-Gel 공정을 통해서 제조되는 유-무기 하이브리드 화합물들은 방청 코팅, 방빙 코팅(Anticing), 자가 세정 코팅, 반사 방지 코팅 등과 같은 기능성 코팅 재료로 널리 사용되어져 왔다. 특히 소수성 코팅 표면을 제조하기 위해서는 코팅표면의 표면에너지가 낮고 코팅 표면의 조도를 제어가 요구된다. 표면에너지와 표면 조도를 조절하는 전형적인 공정은 in-situ fabrication 공정, 'Pre-fluorinating/Post-roughening', 'Pre-roughening/ Post-fluorinating이다. 본 연구에서는 in-situ fabrication 공정인 Particle-Binder 공정을 이용해서 소수성 코팅표면을 제조하였다. 3관능기 유기실란화합물과 불소 함유 유기실란 화합물과의 가수분해 및 축합반응을 통해 제조된 불소함유 유-무기 하이브리드를 바인더로 사용하여서 무기물 나노입자와 혼합하여 소수성 코팅액을 제조하고 유리 기재 위에 스핀코팅 후 열건조하여서 코팅막을 제조하였다. 바인더인 유-무기 하이브리드 화합물의 불소 함유 실란화합물의 첨가량, 첨가순서, 무기물 나노입자 첨가량에 따른 코팅막의 물성 변화를 조사하였다. 분석결과 불소 함량이 10 wt%인 유-무기 하이브리드 화합물(GPTi-HF10)을 바인더로 사용하여서 제조된 코팅막이 가장 소수성이 우수하였으며 수접촉각은 (107.52 ± 1.6°), 이 바인더와 무기물 나노입자의 무게비가 1:3인 경우(GPTi-HF10-MS 3.0)에 가장 높은 수접촉각(130.84±1.99°)을 나타내었다.

Evaluation of salt level and rigor status on the physicochemical and textural properties of low-fat pork sausages added with sea tangle extract using rapidly chilled pre-rigor pork ham

  • Objective: This study was performed to evaluate the quality characteristics of pork sausage (PS) with sea tangle extract (STE) and rapid chilled pre-rigor muscle (RCPM) for the development of reduced-salt low-fat sausage. Methods: Pre- and post-rigor pork ham muscles were prepared to process PSs. Positive control (reference, REF) using post-rigor muscle were manufactured at a regular-salt level of 1.5%. Fresh and rapid-chilled pre-rigor muscle (FPM and RCPM) were used to manufacture reduced-salt sausages with 0.8% salt. Reduced-salt PSs were prepared with four treatments: FT1 (FPM alone), FT2 (FPM with 5% STE), RT1 (RCPM alone), and RT2 (RCPM with 5% STE). The physicochemical and textural properties of the sausages with reduced-salt levels and RCPM combination were measured to determine if the characteristics of RCPM were similar to those with FPM. Results: The pH values of PS with FPM and RCPM were higher than those of REF with post-rigor muscle. Color values (L*, a*, b*) were not affected by different rigor-states and salt addition level. Textural properties of reduced-salt PSs were similar to those of REF due to the improved functionalities of pre-rigor muscle. RT2 had lower expressible moisture (%) than other treatments with post-rigor muscle and RCPM except for RT1. Conclusion: The addition of STE and RCPM to reduced-salt PS increased the water-holding capacity, which was lower than those of PS with STE using RCPM but similar to those of regular-salt sausage.

온간액압성형특성에 미치는 압출제조공정과 열처리 조건의 영향 (Effect of process type and heat treatment conditions on warm hydroformability)

  • In this study, hydroformability and mechanical properties of pre- and post- heat treated Al6061 tubes at different extrusion type were investigated. For the investigation, as-extruded, full annealed and T6-treated Al6061 tubes at different extrusion type were prepared. To evaluate the hydroformability, uni-axial tensile test and free bulge test were performed at room temperature and $250^{\circ}C$. Also mechanical properties of hydroformed part at various pre- and post-heat treatments were estimated by tensile test. And the tensile test specimens were obtained from hexagonal prototype hydroformed tube at $250^{\circ}C$. As for the heat treatment, hydroformability of full annealed tube is 25% higher than that of extruded tube. The tensile strength and elongation were more than 330MPa and 12%, respectively, when hydroformed part was post-T6 treated after hydroforming of pre- full annealed tube. However, hydroformed part using T6 pre treated tube represents high strength and low elongation, 8%. Therefore, the T6 treatment after hydroforming for as-extruded tube is cost-effective. Hydroformability of Al6061 tube showed similar value for both extrusion types. But flow stress of seam tube showed $20{\sim}50MPa$ lower value.

지리정보시스템 기반의 상수관망 모델링 시스템 연구 (A Study on Water Network Modeling System Based Upon GIS)

  • ArcView and water network models have been integrated to develop the water network modeling system based upon GIS. To develop this system, pre, main, and post processing systems are required. GIS programming technique was adopted by using the ArcView's script language Avenue. The input data of models have been prepared by using the AutoCAD Map3D through the conversion of modeling input data to GIS data for A city. The modeling has been implemented by using EPANET, WaterCAD, InfoWorks. To develop the post processing system, the modeling results of the water network models have been analyzed by using GIS. During the application process of the developed system to B city with 300,000 population, main problems were found in the constructed GIS DB of that city. Thus, pilot study area of B city has been constructed, and pre-, main, and post-processing techniques were invented based upon GIS. Finally, the problems related to waterworks GIS projects in Korea were discussed and solutions were suggested.

노부모 부양자 교육프로그램의 적용과 효과 (A Study on the Implementation of an Educational Program for Caregivers)

  • This study was conducted to reconstitute a family life education program for caregivers and to analyze the system of implementation. Based largely on a pre-existing program for caregiving families, I developed a new educational program. Personal time management and personal needs management were added in the content of the program order to help enhance self-esteem and internal control. The reconstituted educational program, which consists of 6 sessions, was implemented on a small group of caregivers in Jeollabukdo Province who support their elderly parents. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by a pre-test, a post-test, a follow-up test and open-questionnaire reports. The results from the post-test suggest that the program has been effective in improving the knowledge on aging process, internal control and self-esteem. But the follow-up test results show the program has been effective only in improving the knowledge on aging process. According to the open-questionnaire reports, the program seems to have been effective in improving interpersonal relationships and changing attitudes toward their elderly parents.

육성용접을 통한 금형 품질 향상에 관한 연구 (Mold Quality Improvement through Overlay Welding)

  • The frequency of the manufacturing and modification of automotive press dies via overlay welding has recently increased, but the welding quality depends on the operator skills and the working conditions. Therefore, this study presents a way to improve the overlay welding quality regardless of the operator skills. Three welding conditions with different pre- and post-heating treatments were tested on some specimens; the weld surface quality was analyzed by examining the cutting face. The results demonstrated the best quality of the weld surface that was heated before and after the welding.

  • In this study on machine measuring system based on solid feature was developed. This system was applied with injection mold using 3 dimensional solid modeler for verification. Developed program include pre-processor, main processor, and post processor. In pre-processor there are functions which check intersection, simulate motion of probe and calculate measuring time. Main processor generates measuring path and output NC code in Unigraphics. In post-processor functions that include evaluation of undercut or overcut and display of measuring procedure are offered. In addition analysis module for quality control of measured data on manufactured product was developed with geometric and dimensional tolerance concept. As the result developed program could get stability of system, precision of product, rapidity and cost down of manufacturing process compared with before measuring process.

  • To remove the Cu secondary phase remaining on the surface of a CIGSSe absorber layer manufactured by the two-step process, KCN etching was applied before depositing the CdS buffer layer. In addition, it was possible to increase the conversion efficiency by air annealing after forming the CdS buffer layer. In this study, various pre-treatment/post-treatment conditions wereapplied to the S-containing CIGSSe absorber layerbefore and after formation of the CdS buffer layer to experimentally confirm whether similareffects as those of Se-terminated CIGSe were exhibited. Contrary to expectations, it was noted that CdS air annealing had negative effects.

  • 인공지능과 빅데이터 분석을 위해 웹 스크래핑으로 수집된 대부분의 텍스트 데이터들은 일반적으로 대용량이고 비정형이기 때문에 빅데이터 분석을 위해서는 정제과정이 요구된다. 그 과정은 휴리스틱 전처리 정제단계와 후처리 머시인 정제단계를 통해서 분석이 가능한 정형 데이터가 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 후처리 머시인 정제과정에서 한국어 딕셔너리와 불용어 딕셔너리를 이용하여 워드크라우드 분석을 위한 빈도분석을 위해 어휘들을 추출하게 되는데 이 과정에서 제거되지 않은 불용어를 효율적으로 제거하기 위한 "사용자 정의 불용어 시소러스" 적용에 대한 방법론을 제안하고 R의 워드클라우드 기법으로 기존의 "불용어 딕셔너리" 방법의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 제안된 "사용자 정의 불용어 시소러스" 기법을 이용한 사례분석을 통해서 제안된 정제방법의 장단점을 비교 검증하여 제시하고 제안된 방법론의 실무적용에 대한 효용성을 제안한다.
