This study introduces novel research using Practice Context Models supported by Knowledge Networks and Percolation Theory with the aim to contribute to knowledge management in Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities. The authors envision this proposal as a potential instrument to identify network structures based on a percolation (propagation) threshold and to analyze the importance of nodes (e.g., practitioners, practices, competencies, movements, and scenarios) during the percolation of knowledge in PoC activities. After thirty months immersed in the natural PoC habitat, acting as observers and practitioners, and supported by an ethnographic exercise and a designer-research mindset, the authors identified the production of meaning in PoC activities occurring in a hermeneutic circle characterized by the presence of several knowledge networks; thus, discovering the 'natural knowledge' in PoC as a spectrum of cognitive development spread throughout its network, as each node could produce and disseminate certain knowledge that flows and influences other nodes. Therefore, this research presents the use of Practice Context Models 'connected' to Knowledge Networks and Percolation Theory as a potential and feasible proposal to be built using the attribution of values (weights) to the nodes (e.g., practitioners, practices, competencies, movements, scenarios, and also knowledge) in the context of PoC with the aim to allow the players (e.g., PoC practitioners) to have more flexibility in building alliances with other players (new nodes); that is, focusing on those nodes with higher value (focus on quality) in collaboration networks, i.e., alliances (connections) with the aim to contribute to knowledge management in the context of PoC.
In Korea, there are many attempts to automate architectural design tasks, focusing on government-led national R&D projects and private operators, in order to enhance global competitiveness and productivity of the building service industry. However, according to a survey of architectural design office practitioners, only 25% (9 out of 37) have used it, suggesting that there are fewer cases of practical use in the field compared to research and investment in automation technology development, and there are discrepancies between automation and technology development items required in the field. In this study, the priority of automation of planning and design work of architectural design office practitioners is derived, and a comparative analysis is conducted with domestic architectural design automation service items based on the priority. A survey was conducted on practitioners of domestic architectural design offices to derive automation priorities for 19 items of architectural planning and design work. Based on the derived priorities, the degree of reflection of the working-level automation needs of domestic services was confirmed by comparing them with the domestic architectural planning and design automation service items. As a result, it was confirmed that domestic architectural planning and design automation services did not properly reflect the priority of planning and design work automation of architectural design office practitioners. This suggests that it is necessary to reflect the priorities derived in this study in technology development in order to increase the cases of practical use of the automation technology in the working environment and improve the productivity of service.

It will not be impossible to develop an Information Systems and Information Technologies (IS/IT) program and a curriculum that represents the true needs of the IS/IT industry until IS/IT educator, reduce the gap perception and IS/IT practitioner's perception of IS/IT knowledge and technical skills that the industry might need. This paper represents and analysis of perceptions about IS/IT knowledge and skills that IS/IT practitioners might consider important. This study is based in Korean. The findings give us a very important lesson for IS/IT academicians that their understanding about the required knowledge and skills for the IS/IT career is not in line with that of IS/IT industry. Classifies the critical knowledge/skill set according to content or domain of knowledge by means of a survey. This is conducted in accordance with what IS/IT practitioners and educators can easily relate. The survey uses this approach and includes four broad categories of critical information Systems and Information technologies (IS/IT) knowledge/skills: IS/IT technology knowledge/skills, organizational and societal knowledge/skills, interpersonal knowledge/skills, and personal trait knowledge/skills.
Objectives : Introduction to Medicine(醫學入門, Yixuerumen) is one of the basic clinical texts in Korean medical history. This study is designed to prove clinical value of Introduction to Medicine for practitioners in their early stage of clinical practice. Methods : Introduction to Medicine is closely reviewed in various aspects in order to examine broad outlines of specificity as well as its distinctive constructional feature. Results : Since Introduction to Medicine showed peculiar intention of developing practitioner's clinical ability, it has been a preferential choice for Korean medicine practitioners to enhance their qualification at the early stage of one's career in Korean history. It is still valid for modern practitioners because composite medical texts are needed in order to systematize one's fragmental knowledge acquired from institutional education. Conclusions : Introduction to Medicine shows a large potential as a clinical textbook in the course of maximizing one's clinical ability with its aid. Through understanding multilateral aspects of clinical guidelines and directions engraved in Introduction to Medicine, learners will be able to derive full capacity from the text.
Seidel (1981) asserted that, information produced by researchers was not being used by practicing professionals because the researchers and designers did not share the same perception of research. Nearly all of his research subjects indicated that other researchers(rather than designers) were their audience. Furthermore, criteria that were valued in academic research such as originality or choice of appropriate methods did not increase quality of information in the eyes of the designers. Instead they valued research results with relevant information, check lists, and design guidelines. More than two decades have passed since Seidel examined the gap between research and practice. Scholarly research by academics continues to be a major prerequisite to tenure and promotion. While these expectations may increase the quantity of research, the question might still be asked, "Are the data enhancing the quality of design?" The present study is an analysis on how interior design practitioners perceive and perform research. By using Seidel's research as a framework the author has developed a questionnaire in order to understand meanings and affects of research in the practitioners' field. Thus hope to serve as a step towards strengthening collaborative modes between the two communities, interior design academic and practice. practice.

Media relations is one of the most important areas of PR in Korea. And PR business ethics is the cause of misunderstandings and complications in PR media relationship. Therefore, PR practitioners' perception about PR business ethics is important part. Along with the rapidly developing PR industry, the ethical aspects of PR are gradually being taken seriously in executing PR projects and activities. PR practitioners have the social responsibility to preserve media clean in media relations because they primarily keep various information of organizations. In order to guarantee peoples right to know and the free flow and the free flow of information, the PR ethics must be closely examined.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate neurosensory disturbance associated with implant surgery performed by implant practitioner (n=47) composed of trained oral surgeon, periodontist, prosthodontist. The incidence, type and duration of sensory disorder were investigated. Anatomical factor of the patient and experience of operator were also evaluated. The result revealed high incidence of inferior alveolar nerve damage (45%) regardless of experience of implant practitioner. The sensory disturbance sustained within 6 months for 61% of cases, which revealed almost normal recovery of nerve function. Initial neurologic sign after nerve damage was not coincide with their consequence of recovery. Half of the practitioners tried surgical intervention to the implants such as removing the fixture, partial unscrewing or re-implant shorter fixture, of which trial regarded as effective measure for 53% of cases. The result indicates that the objective method of sensory nerve evaluation should be introduced to the implant practitioners and the importance of informed consent for possibility of nerve damage in mandibular implant fixation.
Purpose In this study, the difficulties were analyzed with the field data from two domestic and interview with industry practitioners. And We presented initiatives with feasibilities to overcome the hurdle for progress of easy-payment. Design/methodology/approach We collected industry data from two domestic credit card companies and analyzed that data to prove 7 proposition in detail. Also We had interview data from industry practitioners who can understand the relationship between stakeholders. For this analysis, we used the causal loop diagram to find activation inhibition and activation elements about easy-payment. Findings The Fintech easy-payment industry has been organically involved in various partners such as customers, merchants, PGs, VANs, credit card issuers, banks, payment providers, terminal manufacturers, etc. and they have been competing against each other to hold leader position in the easy-payment market. Because of the reasons, the easy-payment does not spread out as much as it expects. In this study, the difficulties were analyzed with the field data and interview with industry practitioners and proposed five initiatives with feasibilities to overcome the hurdle for progress of easy-payment. This study helps to understand current situation and issues of Fintech and easy-payment for related research in future.
Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate practical experiences of telemedicine of community health practitioners(CHPs). Methods: Qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews from 10 CHPs who have experiences in managing telemedicine system. Design-build (D&B) has been broadly perceived as an effective project delivery method and become popular in the world. However, the implementation process of this innovative procurement method in Vietnam encounters difficulties due mainly to unfamiliarity and inexperience with the approach. Critical success factors (CSFs) which could be used to enhance the project execution are useful to practitioners in Vietnam if identified. A questionnaire survey was employed to identify CSFs of D&B projects in Vietnam. Parties' competence, especially financial capability, and contract documentation are the most important factors significantly affecting project success. It was also shown that the perspectives of two principal parties in D&B projects on the CSFs are statistically correlated. The identified CSFs were then validated with some various D&B projects. The execution results of CSFs' were compared with the projects' performance measured try key performance indicators (KPIs). The most important success factors of this study were also compared with other countries'. The validation and comparison results provide project participants with some useful information to perform D&B projects better. Practitioners should well perform the identified CSFs to enhance the chance of the success of D&B projects in Vietnam. The findings of this study are useful not only to Vietnamese practitioners but also to others who are concerned about D&B method and plan to employ it in Vietnam in future.
