Traditionally, in the education for the trainees of marine officier, the emphasis is laid on the practical training on board to prepare them for the future position on board and to fit them for the shipboard life. Though the education has been carried out in various ways according to each country's social tradition, culture and educational system, in these days it is done normally by the combined way of school education and training on board to get the competence for the marine officer. Thus the shipboard training course is compulsively required to the candidates for certification as merchant marine officers by the IMO STCW convention 1978 and also it is believed that the education for the dacet officers is to be completed through the shipboard training. In spite of the various earlier studies to improve the training education system, there are few studies for the matters and problems form the standing point of cadet.

본 연구는 미용전공 졸업생 205명을 대상으로 미용교육과정 인식이 현장활용성, 직무활용도, 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 전공별 각 요인들의 차이를 분석하는 것을 연구목적으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과 피부는 실습, 기타 전공은 기술적인 면, 실기 테크닉 및 현장감 있는 교육에 대한 요구가 가장 많았고, 모든 전공이 이론<실습 형태의 교육과정, 실습 위주 수업을 요구하였다. 미용교육과정 인식 및 현장활용성이 낮게 나타났고 자격증 교육과정, 직무활용도 및 직무만족도 인식이 낮게 나타났다. 미용교육과정 인식이 현장활용성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈고(p<0.001), 교육내용은 직무활용도 하위요인과 직무만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다(p<0.001). 결론적으로 모든 전공에서 현장활용성, 직무활용도 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 실기교육 보완, 실습 비율 증가 등 교육과정 내용을 개선할 필요성이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This study attempts to draw the implications of student satisfaction with fieldwork courses in the library and information science (LIS) program in South Korea by determining the level of satisfaction experienced by students with practicums at a library and information service agency. LIS students with fieldwork experience were surveyed to assess their satisfaction and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Results from a multiple regression analysis revealed that from among factors of practicum settings, major-related attributes, and general attributes of respondents, "satisfaction with majors" and "interpersonal relationships" had a significant effect on satisfaction with practicums. Examining the six components of satisfaction with the course revealed that "practicum program" and "practicum setting" had a significant relationship with overall satisfaction. A selective intervention program to improve satisfaction with the course needs to be developed based on factors influencing overall satisfaction, focusing on "interpersonal relationship" and "satisfaction with majors.

본 연구는 민간경호업무에 종사하고 있는 민간경호원과 국내${\cdot}$외 경호업체 및 기관의 교육훈련 실태를 파악하고, 이에 도출된 문제점을 토대로 교육훈련의 성과를 높일 수 있는 교육훈련 프로그램 모델을 설정함으로써 합리적이고 효율적인 교육훈련 프로그램체제를 구축하는데 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 기본적으로는 국내외에서 발간된 문헌과 학술지 및 연구논문 등과 같은 문헌자료의 수집${\cdot}$분석을 하였고, 실증적인 자료 활용을 위해서 인터넷과 국내${\cdot}$외 관련협회, 학회, 기관, 경찰청 및 인터폴의 협조를 통해 자료를 수집 하였으며, 국내 민간경호업체의 교육훈련 프로그램은 민간경호업체 실무자 인터뷰 기법을 활용하여 연구하였다. 국내 민간경호업체에서는 교육훈련 프로그램 계획시 이론교육을 최소화하고 실무 중심적 교육으로 교육훈련 프로그램을 설정해야 하고, 이론교육 또한 실무 교육과 연계된 교육 내용으로 구성되어야 할 것이다. 민간경호원 교육훈련 프로그램의 교육과목은 이론 교육으로는 경호, 개론, 경호 계획, 정보 수집, 민간경비, 경호 방법, 테러 및 테러리즘, 관련 법령, 경호 심리, 전자 보안, 경호 분석 기법, 기업 소개, 직업관에 관한 교육훈련 프로그램으로 구성되어야 한다. 실무 교육으로는 선발 및 예방 경호, 근접수행 경호, 차량 경호, 경호 운전, 경호무도 및 호신술, 응급 처치, 경호 장비, 총기류 및 사격, 경호 의전, 고객 만족, 시설보안 및 경비, 소방 교육, 팀워크 훈련, 폭발물 및 위험물, 체력 단련, 문서 작성 실무, 봉사 활동, 외국어 교육에 관한 교육훈련 프로그램으로 구성되어야 한다.

대학의 고등직업교육 중심기관으로서 역할을 다하여 노동시장의 미스매치 현상과 이로 인한 기업의 신입사원에 대한 재 교육비 소요 등의 불만 요소를 해소하는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 산업사회의 수요에 대응하는 인력개발요구 및 기계분야 산업현장 요구를 충족시키는 교육과정에 있어서 제안된 능력단위를 근거로 해서 실무형 교육과정을 개발하는 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 산업체 직무를 분석하여 영역별 요구 수준을 파악한 후, 새로운 교육과정을 개발하고, 이에 따라 전문기술인력으로 갖추어야 할 능력과 높은 성과를 창출할 수 있는 인력양성의 중요성이 증대되고, 이러한 현장중심의 교육과정 개발을 통하여 재학생들의 취업률 향상에도 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

Flipped learning research has been applied in various educational fields since 2015 and the educational effects have been discussed in previous literature. In the beauty field, flipped learning research is insufficient; in particular, it is difficult to find research on flipped learning specifically concerning nail beauty education. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for applying flipped learning to nail beauty education which should involve practical training based on theory. Such an approach is considered effective. Data were collected and analyzed focusing on previous studies with flipped learning applied as a research method. The subject of the research is "Nail Color Design 1", a common nail major elective subject at J college. The "Nail Color Design 1" course is a practice-oriented course in the form of theory and practical classes. Consequently, the flipped learning education model for nail beauty was designed by reflecting learners' needs through the ADDIE instructional design model. It was applied based on the education structure of the Pre-class, In-class, and Post-class of the PARTNER instructional learning model. This study deviates from the traditional practical education model, and has educational significance as a practical model in which flipped learning is applied to nail beauty subjects and self-reflection is derived through project practice.

그 동안 건설 분야 산업체들은 대학 교육 후 입사하는 신입사원들의 즉각적인 실무투입이 어렵다는 지적과 더불어 대학 교육에서 학생들의 실무 적응능력을 고취할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 필요성을 강조해왔다. 또한 지역대학의 경우 산 학 연 공조체계의 구축이 상대적으로 어려운 것이 현실이며, 다양한 건설현장을 방문할 수 있는 기회나 경험이 풍부한 전문 인력들과의 만남의 장을 마련할 수 있는 기회가 수도권 대학에 비해 상대적으로 적다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진학 및 취업을 앞둔 건축공학전공 학생들에게 건축실무에 관한 간접 경험을 제공하고자 실무 강의를 중심으로 한 신규강좌를 개발하고자 한다. 또한 홈페이지 프로그램을 구축하여 멀티미디어를 활용한 원격교육이 가능하도록 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램의 활용 및 교과목에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 평가사항 및 개선사항을 도출하고, 프로그램의 지속적인 활용을 유도하고자 한다.

고등학교와 대학 간의 연계 프로그램 중 학습형 모델(강의제공유형)을 이용하여 고등학교 2학년 학생들에게 맞춤형 정보통신 전공 수업을 진행하였다. 이 모델은 잠재적 고등학생에게 최신 전공이론 강의와 기초실습을 실시하여, 주어진 기간 내에 높은 관심과 참여를 도출하였다. 우선 1차 프로그램은 특강과 실습을 병행하여 이론과 실제를 경함하게 하였다. 교과서 외 전공 강의를 통해 새로운 지식 습득과 전문장비를 이용한 첨단 기기 실험 경험은 학생들의 흥미를 유발하는데 충분하였다. 다음으로 2차 프로그램은 실습 중심으로 진행되었다. 1차 프로그램 진행시 습득한 기본적인 전문지식을 바탕으로 다양한 실습을 진행하여 새로운 기술 분야와 장비를 경험할 수 있도록 집중하였다. 마지막으로 1 2차 프로그램 경험을 한 학생들을 통해 설문과 서술평가를 실시하였다. 학생들은 맞춤형 전공 이론 수업과 새로운 기술 분야 실습이 그들의 향후 전공과 진로 탐색에 많은 도움이 되었다고 평가하였다. 고등학교와 대학 간의 연계 프로그램 중 학습형 모델은 고등학교 2학년 학생들에게 선 경험 후 관심을 통해 학생들의 잠재적 능력을 찾아내고 우수한 인재를 대학 진학과 진로 선택 시 올바른 선택을 유도할 수 있다는 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

This study was designed to examine the educational conditions of a foodstylist and student satisfaction with the training. It looked at the educational conditions of the food-stylist department, one of relatively newly-emerging departments, and examined student satisfaction by each factor in order to have specific problem in the educational conditions. The purpose of this study was to maintain higher student satisfaction and to have competitive advantage over the other related departments. For the general information of respondents, most respondents said the monthly average income to be approximately 1.5 times higher than that of common workers in the country, showing that the food-stylist department is preferred by the class with economic ability. For admission motives, respondents used the information via mass communication when they choose it For general educational conditions, students have most satisfaction with the originality of department, at the score of 3.79, following by laboratory and vision in the order. The least satisfaction was in career guidance, reflecting that they have vague ideas where to work. For the theoretical course of study, it was found that ‘Introduction to Table Coordination’ had the highest satisfaction, 3.82, following by ‘Coloring’ and ‘Understanding on Oriental and Occidental Tablewares’ in the order. ‘Food and Beverage Service’ and ‘Public Health’ were found to have the least satisfaction, showing that those subjects do not cause any interest in terms of their property. For the satisfaction of practical training course, it was found ‘Cocktail Practices’, ‘Bakery and Confectionary Practices’, and ‘Understanding of Wines’ in the order, showing that practical subjects with high visuality have higher satisfaction. Further studies are necessary to examine the satisfaction with subjects from various classes, together with many course of study, and to develop statistical data that help us understand the needs of students more correctly for application.

본 논문에서는 물류 중소 IT기업과 학부 프로젝트 교과목을 연계하여 기업 실무 주제인 로컬 푸드 재고관리시스템을 공동개발하고 솔루션화하는 프로젝트 중심 교육사례를 연구하였다. 기존 이론 및 텀 프로젝트 진행방식에 탈피하여 기업의 실무 프로젝트를 대상으로 기업의 실무자가 멘토로 참여하여 프로젝트 주제를 제시하고 학생들이 그 주제의 시스템을 개발하였고 기업 실무자와 토의하는 과정에서 실무적인 지식을 습득하게 유도하였다. 이러한 방식을 통하여 상호 최신기술을 공유하고 물류 비즈니스 도메인을 이해하는 기회가 되었으며 프로젝트 수행을 위해 필요한 비용, 품질, 납기에 대하여 학생 스스로 이해하고 해결해 가는 경험을 하였으며 자신감을 얻을 수 있었다. 기업은 시제품 개발을 위한 비용절감과 우수인력을 교류할 수 있는 기회가 되었다.
