This paper presents the optimal and practical constant-stress accelerated life test plans for the lognormal lifetime distribution tinder assumptions of intermittent inspection and Type-I censoring. In an optimal plan, the low stress level and the proportions of test units allocated at each stress are determined under given inspection scheme and number of inspections such that the asymptotic variance of the maximum likelihood estimator of a certain quantile at use condition is minimized. Although the practical plan adopts the same design criterion, it involves three rather than two overstress levels in order to compromise the practical deficiencies of the optimal plan. Computational experiments are conducted to choose an allocation plan and a inspection scheme of the practical plan and to compare with test plans over a range of parameter values.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the plan to introduce a practical skills test as part of the national examination for nursing licensure. Method: The delphi method was used. The first set of data was collected by open questionnaire from universities and hospitals nationally. The second and third were collected by structured questionnaire. Results: The biggest problem for clinical Practice in nursing education was reported as the lack of opportunities for direct nursing practice. The biggest performance problem in job duties for novice nurses was reported as the lack of integrated problem solving skills in a clinical situation. The biggest problem with the current national examination was reported as the use memorizing solutions to test questions. It was suggested that the best plan to resolve problems with the national examination would be to develop test questions representative of the clinical setting and increase personnel in clinical education. About the introduction of a practical skills test as part of the national examination, 56.9% were in agreement and 38.5% disagreed. Conclusion: The current national examination has many problems when it comes to testing clinical competency. So, a practical skills test must be deferred to a future time. There are also many difficulties in presenting a real situation, therefore further research is needed in preparation for the introduction of a practical skills test.

Several accelerated life test plans use tests at only two levels of stress and thus, have practical limitations. They highly depend upon the assumption of a linear relationship between stress and time-to-failure and use only two extreme stresses that can cause irrelevant failure modes. Thus 3-level stress plans are preferable. When the lifetime distribution of test unit is exponential with mean lifetime $\theta_i$ at stress $x_i$, i=0, 1, 2, 3, we derive the optimum quadratic plan under the assumption that a quadratic relationship exists between stress and log(mean lifetime), and propose the compound linear plans, as an alternative to the optimum quadratic plan. The proposed compound linear plan is better than two other compromise plans for constant stress testing and nearly as good as the optimum quadratic plan, and has the advantage of simplicity.

Accelerated life test is a viable method for identifying failure modes, incorporating design changes on an on-going basis during the early stages of automotive development program. The information from tests at high stress levels is extrapolated to obtain estimate of life at normal stress levels. This paper presents a practical method for accelerated life test to achieve a specified accuracy in estimating life at a design stress. Recommended and optimum plan are presented and the plans are illustrated with a simulated test data for the automotive power element example.

In this paper, we propose a two-stage group acceptance sampling plan for generalized inverted exponential distribution under truncated life test. Median life is considered as a quality parameter. Design parameters are obtained to ensure that true median life is longer than a given specified life at certain level of consumer's risk and producer's risk. We also explore situations under which design parameters based on median lifetime can be used for other percentile points. Tables and specific examples are reported to explain the proposed plans. Finally a real data set is analyzed to implement the plans in practical situations and some suggestions are given.

This paper presents new practical accelerated life test plans with different censoring times at three levels of stress for Weibull and lognormal lifetime distributions, respectively. The proposed plans are compared with the corresponding two-level statistically optimal plans and three-level compromise and practical plans. Computational results indicate that new practical plans have been more precise and effective than the existing three-level plans under a constraint of total testing time. In addition, a procedure to determine useful ALT plans is illustrated with a numerical example.

본 논문은 포병진지 구축계획 문제의 효과적인 해결을 위해 해당 문제를 최적화 모형으로 형성하고, 현실규모 문제 해결을 위한 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제시한다. 포병진지 구축계획은 공병부대의 지원 포병부대 결정과 공병 지원팀 편성, 편성된 공병 지원팀의 포병부대 지역 내 포병진지 구축일정을 수립하는 의사결정을 포함한다. 군에서는 포병진지 구축계획을 담당자의 경험적 지식을 바탕으로 수립한다. 본 논문에서는 공병부대의 포병진지 구축 일정계획 문제를 효과적으로 해결하기 위한 혼합정수계획 모형을 제안한다. 해당 모형의 목적은 공병 지원팀으로 구축이 요구되는 모든 포병진지를 구축 완료하는 데 걸리는 시간을 최소화하는 것이다. 또한, 현실규모 문제 해결을 위해 포병진지 구축계획 문제를 분할하여 해결하는 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제한한 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 성능을 확인하기 위해 두 가지 실험을 실시한다. 제안한 휴리스틱 알고리즘은 소규모 문제를 이용한 최적해 근접성 실험에서 최적해 대비 평균 6.44% 오차범위의 해를 도출했으며, 포병진지 200개 이상인 문제를 이용한 현실규모 문제 해결 가능성 실험에서 문제를 해결하는 데 평균 79.8초가 소요되었다.

본 연구는 기술 가정 교과의 2007년 교육과정의 '나와 가족의 이해' 단원과 또한 2007년 개정 교육과정의 중학교 1학년 '청소년의 이해' 단원과 중학교 2학년 '가족의 이해' 단원에 적용할 수 있는 '청소년의 성역할과 양성평등'에 대한 실천 문제 중심의 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하여 수업의 효과를 보고자 하였다. 개발된 5차시 교수 학습 과정안은 실천적 문제 '양생평등 의식 함양과 관련하여 우리는 무엇을 해야하나?'로 1, 2, 3차시를, '양성평등 의식 실천을 위하여 우리는 무엇을 해야하나?'로 4, 5차시 교수 학습 과정안을 학교 수업에 적용하였다. 적용 대상은 경기도 의정부시 소재의 중학교 1학년 남녀합반의 4개 학급, 총 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 적용 기간은 2009년 9월 14일~9월 30일까지 3주 동안이며, 수업 적용 전에 사전 설문을 하고 개발한 양성평등 수업을 적용한 후 사후 설문을 실시하였다. '청소년의 성역할과 양성평등' 단원의 하위 요소인 개인의 성역할 발달과 진로 직업역할과 양성평등, 우리 사회와 양성평등. 가족역할과 양성평등, 양성평등 실천 전략 세우기라는 주제로 나누어 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 학습자의 양성평등 의식에 대한 고양을 가져오는지와 집안일 참여도의 효과에 대해 결과를 분석하였다. '청소년의 성역할과 양성평등' 단원을 개발한 교수 학습 과정안 적용 결과 양성성 집단이 증가하고 학습자들의 양성평등적 의식 변화에 긍정적인 결과를 보였으며, 집안일 참여도라는 학습자의 실천적 행동을 높이는 결과를 가져왔다. 또한 실천적 문제 중심의 교수 학습 과정안에 대한 학습자들의 흥미와 참여, 이해에 대한 평가는 비교적 높았다. 앞으로 학년과 단원을 넓혀서 양성평등 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하고 적용하여 지속성을 검증할 것과 양성평등 실천과 관련된 척도안이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the National Technical Qualification Practical Evaluation focusing on National Competency Standards. First, in order to strengthen practical techniques such as field abilities and expertise, practical evaluation methods were applied to the National Competency Standards, referring to a learning module focused on field performance. Second, an expert advisory committee in the field of organic agriculture was utilized to compare, analyze, and match the competency unit and competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards with the national technical qualification examination standards in field of organic agriculture. In addition, in order to identify work in progress in the industrial field, share professional practice skills, and analyze facilities and equipment, we visited an organic agriculture industry site. Through this, a practical evaluation exam was developed. Subsequently, in order to confirm the adequacy of the developed exam, the pilot test assessment was conducted for those majoring in organic agriculture. Finally, as a feasibility study, a survey was conducted. Based on the results, greater technical job competency in the field of organic agriculture will contribute to strengthening knowledge in this field by suggesting an improvement plan for the national technical qualifications practical evaluation method in the field of organic agriculture.

The purpose of this study was to suggest an improvement plan ultimately to develop practical evaluation methods for national technical qualifications in the field of seeds and horticulture based on the National Competency Standards. Through this, national technical qualifications can be strengthened in terms of professionalism in the seeds and horticulture field. In order to conduct this study, the national technical qualification currently in use was matched to certain competency units and competency unit elements of National Competency Standards. We then visited an industrial site to understand the practical factors related to the technical, facility and equipment aspects of the seeds and horticulture industrial field, after which a practical evaluation exam was developed. Also, for a feasibility study, a pilot test assessment was conducted for students majoring in seeds and horticulture, with a survey also conducted with field experts and an advisory committee consisting of experts in seeds and horticulture. Based on the results, by suggesting an improvement plan for a practical evaluation method leading to better national technical qualifications in the field of seeds and horticulture, it was shown to be possible to improve knowledge, technical, and literacy aspects. This can lead to the training of outstanding technical professionals. Ultimately, the results here are expected to contribute to the improvement of the seeds and horticulture industry.
