In Korea, the school foodservice program has been expanding rapidly in recent years, partly as a result of increased government support. With the growth in the number of schools offering foodservice programs, food safety and sanitation concerns have been increasing. To assist with program improvement, a situation analysis was carried out, with the focus on equipment and sanitary management of school foodservice programs under flour different management systems. A questionnaire was mailed to the foodservice directors of 234 randomly selected schools chi[h included elementary, middle and high schools at the national level. Among them, one hundred and sixty-five responses reasonably completed were used for the analysis. This study classified each school's foodservice management into one of four types : independent-conventional, independent-commissary, contract-conventional, and contract-delivery. The results show that the monitoring of employees' health and personal hygiene, and employees' sanitary education was well conducted, but that the sanitary education of the voluntary parent workers was largely ignored. Eighty-six percent of the schools had their drinking water tested for sanitation, and the results showed that more effort is needed in careful management of drinking water in order to prevent foodborne illnesses and bacillary dysentery. In general, contract management showed lower scores in foodservice equipment and their efficiency, compared with independent management. A relatively high number of schools on the contract-delivery management system employed nurses and leachers instead of dietitians and foodservice directors. The adoption of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system was lowest in contract-conventional and contract-delivery management systems, and highest in elementary schools using the independent-conventional system.

ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems-Requirements has been revised in 2015. It has been updated four times since its publication in 1987. It is the most widely used International Standard in the world. There are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001 from an ISO survey. Organizations are supposed to be certified to this new version by late 2018. The key changes in ISO 9001:2015 are to establish a High Level Structure (HLS) and focus on Risk-Based Thinking (RBT). Risk-Based Thinking means the process approach to decide how risk is addressed in establishing the processes to improve process outputs and prevent undesirable results. It pursues process planning and controls based on risks so that organizations can improve the effectiveness of the quality management system. It maintains and manages a Quality Management System that inherently addresses risks and meets objectives. In this article we firstly attempt to explain how to understand the fundamental concept of Risk-Based Thinking which is a systematic approach to consider risks rather than treating prevention as a separate component of a Quality Management System. We comment on the detailed requirements that contain risks in ISO 9001:2015 clauses. We also summarize recent advances on the risk assessment and management in line with ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management-Principles and Guidelines. We finally propose the practical risk management procedures for implementing ISO 9001:2015 with an emphasis on RBT. This article would contribute to help quality managers and practitioners convert to ISO 9001:2015.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop web-based self-nutrition management u-Health program for diabetic patients (DMDMG: Diabetes Mellitus Dietary Management Guide) for achieving systematic self-management of diet. Methods: The program consisted of five parts with different contents according to the results of needs assessment. Five major parts were 1) meal management part which contains calorie prescription, meals recording and dietary assessment, 2) prevention of disease part with information of diabetes and assessment of dietary behavior, 3) dietary behavior modification part with an education on dietary behavior modification plan and dietary behavior plan, 4) meal plan containing a training section for meal plan and self constructing part for meal planning by making tables, and 5) information about myself which composed with general and physical information. The system proposed in this study provides nutrients intake results right after input of diet intake, which is possible with simultaneous calculation of input data in the server with 3,495 food and 1,821 meal data base. The nutrients analysis program was evaluated with 26 diabetic patients with two-day 24 hr recall. Results: The differences of nutrients intakes between DMDMG and CANPRO 3.0 ranged from 13.5-16.5%, which was caused by the differences of databases of the two programs. The characteristics of DMDMG were; 1) it can provide an interactive tailored nutrition management, 2) it is a practical tool of diabetes nutritional management, 3) the program gives motivation for the dietary behavior modification. Conclusions: The effectiveness of whole program needs to be conducted, but the program was an innovative tool for self-management of nutrient intakes, diet behaviors, meal management and tailored nutrition education.
Safety accidents, which are called industrial accidents in construction work, are often caused by unstable physical and personal conditions combined during preparation and execution of work. It is difficult to manage all the construction works, but especially in the field of apartment construction work, complex and many kinds of works are being carried out at the same time. In the current construction, safety regulations such as safety management guidelines are generally well maintained, but the execution of manpower resources that can fulfill them is limited, and it is difficult to reduce the accident rate and loss cost. Therefore, in this study, it is a reality that most of the types of construction work are under contruction by subcontracting contract, so they are limit by methods of manual maintenance and safety education. Currently, the subcontractor is also allowed to perform safety management through the composition of the safety management review body, but it is operated formally. So alternatives to this were studied. As a result, safety accidents occur in the subcontractor's worker due to vertical integration, which is characteristic of the construction industry, together to the contractor, the safety management system is based on a safety construction system in which a worker who has a certain qualification condition such as career experience of the work type, work understanding of the work type, and management experience of the work type among the subcontractor, when we manage based on mutual personality which is the personality of interpersonal relationship that can communicate with each other by work type, process and grouping, it is concluded that effective and practical safety management can be achieved to reduce the accident rate and loss cost.
Even support-and-management efforts by government are enforced with the growing international restrictions for complying with global standard, not a few private enterprises are still suffering software management problems from lack of understanding the software asset management and carelessness of the software management. This is due to the ambiguous scope of software asset management as well as characteristics of software property such as invisibility, easiness of copy and installation. In other words, it is not easy for software managers to comply all the information throughout the software life cycle; from purchasing, procurement. distribution, preservation to disposition. Therefore, Inspector which has been developed for resolving these problems are proposed in this study. The inspection service consists of search algorithms adapted for software characteristics, standardization of software right management information, and practical use of registry information. Inspection time for a PC by using inspector make the inspection time much shorter. It is also shown that effective software management enables the enterprise to curtail software acquisition cost and to help rationalizing its business management.

The main purpose of this study are to investigate the current situation of family-centered case management practices by case managers working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers, in order to propose a practical direction for improving the efficiency of family-centered case management services. Research participants included 24 case manager working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul, who have performed case management services for families for one to 7 years. The Date was collected through focus group interview(FGI) and demographic characteristics research. The results of this study are as follows: first, in the area of cognition about family-centered case management conceptualization, confused and ambiguous. Seconds, in the area of practicing as a case manager, there were limitations and biases in community resources contact and multiple intervention and limited sharing information between organizations. Third, family-centered case manager's have periodically been requested to provide diverse training and education for performance of challenging case managers roles. The Standardized manual and burnout precautions should also be prepared.
The introduction of BIM technology is expanding not only in the field of design and construction, but also in the maintenance and use stage. In particular, researchers are looking to build a smart facility management system that integrates advanced IT technology and BIM. This study proposes the parts to be used and added to the BIM information, focusing on information generated and exchanged in the application case that is an issue during the current facility maintenance work by introducing the smart facility management technology and its use cases. The effectiveness of this proposal is compared with the scenario in which BIM-based facility safety management is applied and the current business scenario. In conclusion, the requirements for smart facility management are analyzed, and linkable parts between facility management tasks and BIM data that should be reflected in the facility management system are presented. In the maintenance phase, through the use case scenario, the facility management phase is subdivided according to the characteristics and contents of the work. In addition, information about the facilities required for each task is specified. Furthermore, it is examined whether BIM data and IT information can be linked with existing facility management systems. It is a process and guideline that can be provided to practitioners who want to introduce BIM and smart technology to facility management. It can define the required data items and levels according to the required information step by step based on the maintenance case.

This study explores the success factors of post-investment management in content projects, which have recently seen increasing quantitative and qualitative status. The dependence on investment is huge in projects in the domestic content industry. As a result, unlike other industries, the content industry has a large role and contribution of investors in terms of project management. This study is conducted on 15 venture capitalists who have a key function in domestic content investment, and draws on their successful experience, what factors are successful in management(project management). To this end, 10 representative project management areas at the research and practice level are manipulated to suit content projects, and success factors by management area are derived in a qualitative manner for films and games with genre and industrial representation. For each area of management, a total of 38 success factors were derived, ranging from as little as three to as many as five. Given the theoretical and practical implications of research and the limitations of research, we present future research directions.

The results of the study include a computerized system and a systematic process model for risk management and analysis. This study analyzes the present status of risk management in the construction industry, and then suggests reasonable methods for improved risk management plans. This study defines risk management procedures as preparation, identification, analysis, response and management to manage potential risks in the construction project. The modules for computerizing in this system consist of planning, construction, application of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure), and risk analysis. The methodology for analyzing construction risk uses fuzzy theory, and the scope of developed system is focused to the contractors. The risk management system suggested in this study operates on the Internet, for providing contractors with a useful risk management tool by online system, with web-based menus that is helpful for practical application.

The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum of the elementary, and secondary school home economics that integrates three systems of action and to prepare a plan for convergence education in home economics curriculum. To achieve this goal, the characteristics of elementary, secondary school dietary curriculum integrating three systems of action, the focus of development, core competencies, and goals were derived through the review of literature. In this study, we set up perennial and sub-practical problems and selected content elements. The contents system of the developed curriculum was modified and supplemented by examining the validity of experts, and the achievement standard of the middle school home economics dietary education curriculum was developed by integrating the three systems of action. The content system of the elementary, and secondary school home economics curriculum that integrated the three systems of action is centered on practical problems, and the perennial problem is 'What should we do to practice healthy dietary life?' There are five areas of this curriculum: 'health and diet', 'food planning', 'food purchase and management', 'cooking', and 'meal', and the scope of curriculum is repeatedly expanded to 'personal and family', and 'social'. The practical problems in the five areas are composed of 10 practical problems in the two dimensions (personal & family, and society), and the practical problems and contents elements are spiralled by applying the principle of integration. The contents of this curriculum were compared with the achievement standards and learning elements of the dietary life in the 2015 elementary school practical arts, middle and high school 'technology & home economics', and the 'home economics science' curriculum. The results showed that the developed curriculum encompassed additional content beyond all the content already included in the 2015 revised curriculum.
