Established business start - up support Impact on The youth of business performance (창업지원이 청년창업성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The study is analyzed that policy support impact on youth entrepreneurship and to purpose enhancing the effectiveness of the policy support, would like to empirical study on support performance by start-up support program through education level of the founder, performance of the establishment enterprises and an empirical study of start-up support. This study reported that start-up support should be different from impact of performance of support by young founder to participate in the success of entrepreneurship incubator package or preliminary young founders and is focused on study of policy support. Examines the literature of associated young founder's characteristics and entrepreneurship support policies at domestic and foreign, and the government's support policies in order to achieve the purpose of this study, survey research as the basis of the model was set. This study surveyed to university student which were trained nationwide entrepreneurship program in order to validate the research model. The survey targeted engineering students who is practical technology foundation possible during from June 1, 2012 to June. 15, 2012, the way of data collection was directly surveryed to engineering students who participated in the entrepreneurship program. and an empirical analysis were collected each 157 call.

The Influence of Hotels' Service Quality and Customer Value on the Reservation Intention: Temporal Construal Theory Perspective (호텔서비스품질과 고객가치가 예약의도에 미치는 영향: 시간해석이론 관점에서)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a research for hotels' expected service quality which influences reservation intention of hotel services. And we checked that these relations are formed by mediating of customer value on the basis of temporal construal theory. The result of our studies is as follows: 1) An abstract hotels' expected service quality(a concrete hotels' expected service quality) influence more on the customer's the social psychological value(the functional value) than the functional value(the social psychological value). 2) The customer's functional value(the social psychological value) influence more on the reservation intention of hotel service near(distant) in time than distant(near) in time. This research provides a theoretical-practical implications to the marketing staffs like packaging designers as well as scholars to study hotel services.

How do Verbal Information and Cognitive Load adjust the Anchoring Effect? (언어정보와 인지부하는 기준점설정효과를 어떻게 조정하는가?)

  • This study examines the anchoring effect and the adjustment process of two variables(verbal information, cognition load) with snack products. In the results of this study, 1) we found the anchoring effect because the respondents predicted more the number of real units(goraebap) on the packaging painted 25 units than 5 ones. 2) We confirmed the moderating effect of verbal information. The difference of the number of real units predicted between the two packaging was decreased when the visual information was in company with verbal information. And 3) the moderating effect of cognitive load appeared because the more cognitive load was, the less the difference of the number of real units predicted was. This study has shown that we can reduce the errors and biases by adjusting the information frame or the cognitive load. This research provides a theoretical-practical implications to the marketing staffs like packaging designers as well as scholars to study consumer psychology.

A Design of Clinical Information Exchange Framework for Performance Improvement based on Lazy Response Model (지연 응답 모델에 기반한 성능 개선 진료정보 교류 프레임워크의 설계)

  • Recently medical service environment, the clinical information exchange which contribute to medical safety, promotion of service quality and patient's convenience, efficiency of medical procedures and medical management is essential medical service model. But, practical exchange of clinical information which variation of information level, absence of standardization system, build of heterogeneous information systems is difficult in each medical institute. In this paper, We analyzed the related technical standardizations and the models of clinical information exchange. So, we designed the clinical information exchange system based on the ideal lazy response model which is aimed at vitalizations the exchange of clinical information under domestic law environment. In case of exchange the clinical information, we separate CDA document flow from metadata flow. As a experimental result we acquired 24% improved performance compared with existed system based on the lazy response model.

Promotion Model for Online Community Site based on the e-CRM: Focusing on the Case of Broadcasting (e-CRM에 기반한 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트 활성화 모형: 방송사 사례를 중심으로)

  • The current e-CRM has been used in various types of e-business. Since the study of e-CRM for the promotion of online community sites are rarely studied, we attempt to analyze the case of broadcasting and suggest the promotion model focusing on the characteristic factors for a successive online community. That is, as a result of analyzing the online community cases for broadcasting, we know that the Internet community site of broadcasting has grown in the order of contents, community and then commerce. According to the case analysis, we have presented an e-CRM promotion model consisting of four phases: customer attraction, customer maintenance, customer enhancement, and customer activation. The e-CRM model suggested in this study may be used as a theoretical basis and practical guideline for further research in relation to e-CRM and e-business.

The Status and the Characteristic of Natural Resources in UNESCO Sacred Natural Site, South Korea -Focusing on the Natural Monument Plants- (한국의 유네스코 자연성지 잠재자원 현황과 특성 -천연기념물로 지정된 식물유산을 중심으로-)

  • Recently, there has been a increasing interest in Sacred natural sites. Sacred natural sites areas defined as "areas of land or water having special spiritual significance to a specific ethnicity or community. This research studies theoretically about the concept and value, the management principle of Sacred natural sites. In addition, status of the domestic natural monument plants that can applicate the values of the Sacred natural sites were analyzed and its characteristics were scanned. In analysis, 63 natural monument plants could be corresponded also they have biodiversity value, landscape and aesthetic values, cultural values, tour resources values. These are same as the general values of sacred natural sites. This research will contribute as a basis to register of sacred natural sites in korea. This study has the importance that plant of natural monuments of view point that natural sacred sites out of the importance internationally conditions. A follow-up research is required to ascertain natural sacred sites would getting concertely and practical case study.

Experiences of Permanency Planning Establishment by Persons with Mental Disabilities (정신장애인의 평생계획수립을 위한 경험)

  • This study is a qualitative research whose purpose is to analyze subjective experiences of permanency planning establishment by persons with mental disabilities. For the purpose, this researcher selected 12 persons with mental disabilities who have been maintaining their job for more than 6 months since they got it independently and then profoundly interviewed them to examine their subjective experiences in permanency planning establishment. Data were collected from Jan. 11th to Feb. 10th, 2011. Statements by the participants were analyzed and, from which, 38 constructed meanings were obtained. Those meanings were grouped and classified according to their similarities. As a result, they were finally categorized into 17 themes and 7 theme clusters. Those 7 clusters included stable job maintenance, self-capacity development, social supports, health management, awareness in preparation for the future, hopeful thinking and various social activities. Based on the findings of the study, finally, the researcher suggested some practical implications.

An Empirical Analysis of the Conflict Research Trend in the Field of Public Administration (행정학 분야에서의 갈등 연구경향 분석)

  • The research purpose of this paper is to afford a base data and a research direction for the effective conflict management. For this, this article analyzed the conflict research trend in the field of public administration. According to empirical analysis, the main research results are as follows. First, a published article number go on increasing in proportion to publication year. Second, a one-research paper have showed 71.2% of all papers because of limited researcher in the field of conflict research. Third, research paper which did not receive a research expenses have showed 73.1% of all papers. Fourth, research paper that used a empirical analysis and case study have showed 80.8% of all papers in the methodology of conflict. Fifth, the research purpose that aimed to propose an alternative and practical analysis have showed 91.3% of all papers. Sixth, about the research contents, it have showed each 50.0%(administration/institution and facilities location), 80.8%(interorganization conflict), 76.0%(intergovernment, between government and public), 64.5%(with local government) in a field, a level, a party, a relation of the conflict.

Influencing Factors of the International Payment Service Quality at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

  • International payment is an essential part of the economy, which is beneficial to both commercial banks and trading enterprises. Moreover, service quality, which has been a key point of discussion for decades, relates to customer satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing international payment service quality at the Join Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) from 2015 through 2019. This research deploys both quantitative and qualitative methods to discuss the effects of these components. Statistical data was examined through different tests, including reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analysis by SPSS 16.0. The authors obtain and analyze 157 valid responses from customer surveys, then by applying an integration SERVPERF and PSQM model, identify five main components: Reliability, Tangibles, Assurance, Convenience, and Responsiveness, which explain how the customer perceives the service quality of international payment activities at BIDV. The results show that these five factors have a positive relationship with service quality, in which, Reliability has the most significant impacts on service quality level. Besides, the findings not only contribute to the literature but also give some practical implications for BIDV to improve its international payment service quality and help them to obtain customer satisfaction in the fast-changing environment.

An Efficient Election Protocol in a Mobile Computing Environment (이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 효율적인 선출 프로토콜)

  • The Election protocol can be used as a building block in many practical problems such as group communication, atomic commit and replicated data management where a protocol coordinator might be useful. The problem has been widely studied in the research community since one reason for this wide interest is that many distributed protocols need an election protocol. However, despite its usefulness, to our knowledge there is no work that has been devoted to this problem in a mobile computing environment. Mobile systems are more prone to failures than conventional distributed system. Solving election in such an environment requires from a set of mobile hosts to choose a mobile host or a fixed host based on the their priority despite failures of both mobile computing and/or fixed hosts. In this paper, we describe a solution to the election problem from mobile computing systems. This solution is based on the Garcia Molina\\`s Bully algorithm.
