The purpose of this study is to investigate the evaluation perspectives of IT business value and empirically analyze the differences of evaluation perspectives between ex ante evaluation and post implementation evaluation, and among various information system types. 4 evaluation perspectives which have been used in the previous studies and in the field of industry practices are financial, customer, internal process, and growth, which are based on the BSC model. Data of 98 information systems have been collected from 89 companies including manufacturers, banks, insurances, and stock trading companies. As results of multi-way MANOVA test, 3 out of 8 hypothesis have been accepted statistically. While the order of importance of 4 perspectives in ex ante evaluation is customer, financial, internal process, and growth, the order of post implementation evaluation appears to be much different : that is, internal process, customer, financial, and growth. These findings provide insights for both IT practitioners and researchers.

Many enterprises have implemented packaged enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions rather than system development on the promises of feasible strategic benefits. Typical feasible benefits include adoption of global standards and processes through a proven integrated system, continuous version upgrading by vendors, and thus the easiness of system maintenance. The objectives of this research are to identify what makes a post-implementation success of ERP system and to figure out the critical issues and factors for the successful upgrade of packaged ERP systems. This case study was conducted based on five different organizations that have experienced system upgrade implementation. Success factors of ERP system upgrade include (1) clear statement of upgrade goals, (2) good coordination and communication among the implementation partners, (3) thorough management of customization and maintenance history including documentation, (4) Planning of system requirements of higher version, and (5) redefinition of role between business departments and IT department.

This study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to determine the impact of quality control managers' perception and implementation of KS certification factory inspection evaluation items on follow-up management. Through a multiple linear regression model, the influence of KS certification officer's awareness and implementation of KS certification factory inspection on post management was found to have a positive (+) influence on post management, with implementation having a greater influence on post management than awareness. It was having an impact. The independent variable (perception) has a statistically significant impact on the mediating variable (execution), and in the stage of verifying the mediating effect, the influence of the independent variable (perception) on the dependent variable (follow-up management) has a statistically significant impact. , In the stage where the independent variable (perception) and the mediator (implementation) are input simultaneously, both the independent variable and the mediator have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable, indicating that there is a mediation effect.

The Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System has been operated over the past 20 years not only to analyze the performance of large-scale construction projects, and but also to provide useful reference data for future similar projects. Although the Post-Construction Evaluation and Management Center has been legally designated and operated since 2020, various problems have been occurring in the operation of the system. Accordingly, this study proposes strategies for facilitating Post-Construction Evaluation and Management System in terms of the following three aspects: (1) improving the implementation rate of post-construction evaluation; (2) improving the information management system related to post-construction evaluation; (3) improving the utilization of post-construction evaluation outcomes. Based on the results of this study, a specific action plan will be prepared, which is expected to contribute to the efficiency of construction project performance management in the future.

This Processor is designed to Multimedia & Telecommunication Applications. We focuse on the verification of S3C2460 Processor and operation of Embedded Linux OS on it.

차세대 공개키 암호 고속 연산을 위해서는 목표로 하는 컴퓨터 프로세서의 구조를 활용하여 암호화 기본 연산을 최적화 구현하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 RISC-V 프로세서 상에서 차세대 공개키 암호 고속 연산을 위해 핵심 곱셈기 연산을 최적화 구현하는 기법을 제안한다. 특히 RISC-V 프로세서의 기본 연산자를 열 기반 곱셈기 연산알고리즘에 맞추어 최적 구현해봄으로서 이전 연구와 비교 시 256-비트 곱셈의 경우 약 19% 그리고 512-비트 곱셈의 경우 약 8%의 성능 향상을 RISC-V 프로세서 상에서 달성하였다. 마지막으로 RISC-V 프로세서에서 추가적으로 제공되면 곱셈 연산 성능 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 확장 명령어 셋에 대해서도 확인해 보도록 한다.

BDM mixed methods are obtained for a good approximation of velocity for flow equations. In this paper, we study an implementation issue of solving the algebraic system arising from the BDM mixed finite elements. First we discuss post-processing based on the use of Lagrange multipliers to enforce interelement continuity. Furthermore, we establish an equivalence between given mixed methods and projection finite element methods developed by Chen. Finally, we present the implementation of the first order BDM on rectangular grids and show it is as simple as solving the pressure equation.

Performance measurement is not an easy task. However, it is necessary to measure the expected value of the informatization project to be invested, to help the successful progress of the informatization project, and to confirm the result of the informatization project. This study describes the evaluation systems of the defense informatization project in Korea used after the end of the informatization project (post-implementation evaluation stage). In the post-implementation evaluation stage of proposed system, the informatization project is evaluated in terms of performance achievement, project plan compliance, project management, and economic validity. For each element, this study suggests metrics and practical measurement method. With metrics and their method, it can be evaluated which project is better than others. Moreover, the lessons learned can be developed. Under scarce budget condition, defense organizations can make better performance from IT project with the evaluation system suggested in this study.

Along with the recent advances in quantum computers, it is anticipated that cryptographic attacks using them will make it insecure to use existing public key algorithms such as RSA and ECC. Currently, a lot of researches are underway to replace them by devising PQC (Post Quantum Cryptography) schemes. In this paper, we propose a performance enhancement method for Lizard implementation which is one of NIST PQC standardization submission. The proposed method is able to improve the performance by 7 ~ 25% for its algorithms compared to the implementation in the submission through the techniques of various implementation aspects. This study hopes that Lizard will become more competitive as a candidate for PQC standardization.

As the existing FTAs' implementations are being accelerated, ex-post assessments, such as tariff schedules and agricultural trade analyses results, have been emerging as important national issues for the agricultural sector. Korea-Chile FTA is the first FTA in Korea, and more than ten years have passed since April 2004. It will be necessary to measure the impacts of the agreement on the domestic agricultural industry by analyzing concessions made on traded items of farm products on prices, agricultural trade, and so on. The purpose of this study is to prepare for the request for ex-post assessments on the agricultural sector by trade negotiation procedural law. Additionally, by providing policy direction for agricultural policy segments requiring amendments and supplements through an ex-post assessment, we can more objectively evaluate the conflicting arguments between the agricultural and non-agricultural sectors. Current evaluation methods about ex-post impact assessment of FTA are generally comparison analysis on the change of trade balance before and after FTA implementation. However, this simple comparison analysis cannot be said to pure FTA effects and objective, tightening economic impact assessment of the FTA because of all combined situations such as effects of exchange rates, international macroeconomic changes, climate change, and the occurrence of pests. This research attempts to use dynamic analysis as its ex-post assessment methodology and is expected to contribute to future policy evaluation.
