Metaverse refers to a digitally expanded world by combining real and virtual spaces. As reality expands into the digital world, various things that were not possible before are possible with the aid of the system, and its usefulness is spreading metaverse rapidly regardless of industry. In particular, it is relatively easier to display information from the virtual world over the real world than to bring information from the real world into the virtual world, which is why most industries are pursuing a metaverse using AR(Augmented Reality). The construction industry also tried to introduce the AR metaverse except in certain fields such as education, but it is being used only limitedly due to the limitations of AR devices. The disadvantages of AR devices, which are sensitive to afterimage effects, narrow viewing angles, and environmental influences, are the main reasons that make AR challenging to use in actual workplaces, not only in the construction industry but also in other industries. So as the technological maturity of VR(Virtual Reality) devices increases, VR will gradually replace AR. Therefore, in response to future changes, the construction industry should plan metaverse technology development using VR devices.

Looking back the history of formal treatment of linguistics, we cannot disregard the contribution of possible world semantics. Intensional logic of Montague semantics, DRT (Discourse Representation Theory), mental space, and situation theory are closely related to or compared with the notion of possible world. All these theories have commonly clarified the structure of belief context or uncertain knowledge, employing hypothesized worlds. In this talk, I firstly brief the pedigree of these theories. Next, I will introduce the recent development of modal logic for the representation of (i) knowledge and belief and (ii) time, in which belief modality is precisely discussed together with the accessibility among possible worlds. I will refer to BDI (belief-desire-intention) logic, CTL (computational tree logic), and sphere-based model in belief revision. Finally, I will discuss how these theories could be applied to the further development of analyses of natural language.

Image detection system for road traffic data analysis is a real time detection system using image processing techniques to get the real-time traffic information which is used for traffic control and analysis. One of the most important functions in this system is to match the coordinates of real world and that of image on video camera. When there in no way to know the exact position of camera and it´s height from the object. If some points on the road of real world are known it is possible to calculate the coordinates of real world from image.

In his book Worlds and Individuals: Possible and Otherwise, Takashi Yagisawa Yagisawa argues that his own theory is better than Lewis's theory by showing that his own theory can deal with important objections to modal realism more successfully than Lewis's. In particular, Yagisawa claims that by adopting modal tenses, he can respond to many important objections to modal realism in a uniform way. In this paper, I argue that Lewis can also successfully respond to Peacocke's objection in an exactly parallel way to Yagisawa's by distinguishing existence at the actual world from existence at other possible worlds and that Yagisawa's response to van Inwagen's objection does not succeed. I conclude that Yagisawa fails to show that his own theory is better than Lewis's.

In Korea, side impact type accidents are one of the main cause of fatality. MLTM and KATRI established sie impact regulation as well as NCAP type assessments to protect occupants. Recently, WP29 formed a informal group to study a possible harmonization of pole side impact test methods with WorldSID as a GTR. In this paper, two different dummies, ES-2 and WorldSID were evaluated with three different types of pole side impact test methods.

Suspended sediment outflows mainly by natural situation and artificial action and affects in down-stream. This research studied suspended sediments origination in forests size and mountain stream for natural situation, density for artificial action, and measured the size and possible quantity of suspended sediments origination and studied obstruction method of the generation by artificial action. As the result, I found that the size of generation is about 2~3% of forest size and the forest size which is affecting bare area of valley is about 1∼2ha. In addition, possible outflow segments quantity by artificial facilities is assumed to be maximum 200ton/ha and abstract of mountain incline for mountain development needs minimize bare area valley by make right angle with minimum size.

As computers can express and utilize information in a semantic dimension different from the real world, humans have opened the door to the digital world and have played a pivotal role in the transformation of the human habitual environment. Using metaverse, it can be possible to predict concepts such as virtual currency, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality, which have now become possible for practical systemic visualization. In order to implement the metaverse in the realm of technology, it requires not only a multifaceted discussion on the platform, but also research on an architect that can include the intrinsic complexity of the metaverse. In this paper, we discuss the architecture for an open metaverse platform based on convergence wrapping that can converge various contents into one space, and propose a comprehensive platform design.

The purpose of this paper to lead North Korea to open up is the disclosure of the information. In addition, the world's standards must be tailored to the communication of information and communication world is possible. I closed the meantime, is a country that has a lot on its own standardized. First, the Republic of Korea and North Korea should be able to communicate in every way. So much information as possible should be accessible through the North and North-South cooperation as may be true. North Korea opening up to the leading international organization (UN) as part of this priority is public information and communication to induce North Korea must understand the standard. Therefore, in order to be a true national unity to be a leading priority with each other when integrated information and communications standardization is possible.
