The study was conducted to compare organizational innovation depending on the leadership type of middle managers in general hospital. Moreover, the study was also to prove whether employees'readiness causes any differences to the link between leadership and organizational innovation. The result is based on 769 sheets of survey paper answered by administrations and nurses working at general hospitals or the same level of hospitals located in the metropolitan area. The methods of analysis used are as follows: reliability analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Main results of the study can be summarized as below. First, by analyzing the influence of task-behavior leadership on organizational innovation, R squre on knowledge management which is organizational innovation factor was 12.5%, R squre on creativity was 9.1%, and R squre on innovation behavior was 10.3%. Regression model appeared to be statistically significant as well. Both task-behavior and relationship-behavior leadership have influence on organizational innovation and it is learned that relationship-behavior leadership has a bigger influence on all the organizational innovation factors. Second, moderating effect of the employee's readiness is examined in terms of the link between leadership and organizational innovation. As a result, the member's readiness had positive influence when it comes to the link between leadership and organizational innovation. Also, after verifying moderating effect of readiness (ability/willingness), this study shows that ability readiness has positive influence on the link between task-behavior(or relationship-behavior) leadership and creativity, and innovation behavior while willingness readiness positively influences the link between task-behavior(or relationship-behavior) leadership and creativity & innovation behavior. To summarize results of the study, this study shows that the members who possess high readiness also have high organizational innovation, which promises their positive role in a group.

This study aims to examine the direct effects of two workplace spirituality dimensions, community at work and meaning in work, and burnout on three caring dimensions, emotional, social and spiritual care, for terminally ill people. It also seeks to examine the moderating effect of burnout in the relationship between two workplace spirituality dimensions and three caring dimensions. For these purposes, data were collected from 114 interdisciplinary team members, doctors, nurses, social workers and pastors, working in 68 palliative care in nationwide by questionnaires. The study results indicated that community at work has a positive effect on emotional care, and that meaning in work has a positive effect on social and spiritual care. The results also provided that burnout does not impact on three caring dimensions and has no moderating effect in the relationship between two workplace spirituality dimensions and three caring dimensions. In the findings, managers or leaders from palliative care should consider the potentially positive influence of workplace spirituality on caring for terminally ill people and can improve practitioners' performance with any interventions to increase workplace spirituality. The limitations of this study and recommendations for the future research were discussed.
In this study, the concept of emotional labor and AI(appreciative inquiry) are connected to examine how acceptance of AI, which is related to changes in hospital organizational culture, affects nurses' emotional labor, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. For this purpose, the data collected from 156 nurses working at a major hospital were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of this study are as follows: First, nurses' acceptance of AI had a significant positive effect on deep acting but not on surface acting. Second, deep acting had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Third, nurses' organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, deep acting significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and organizational commitment, but surface acting did not. Fifth, deep acting and organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between nurses' acceptance of AI and job satisfaction, but surface acting and organizational commitment did not. Theoretical and practical implications are provided based on the relationships between the variables found in this study.

We conducted an online survey of 395 incumbents working in the companies of different types and statistically analyzed data using SPSS and SPSS Process macro for hierarchical regression and bootstrapping. The results are as follows: 1. correlation coefficients of all combinations from four variables are significant, 2. simple mediation effects(WM-WE-FL and WE-JP-FL) are significant, 3. dual mediation effet(WM-WE-JP-FL) is verified. This study showed practical guide for the efficient management of employees in recent autonomous work environment and further studies with longitudinal method will be needed in order to verify substantially the dual mediation.
In previous studies, stress in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) work environment was focused on lowering work performance by negatively affecting the emotions of organizational members. In the current corona pandemic era, as the ratio of organizational members working from home in a smart environment increases, the need for research on the effects of positive and negative stress on work performance is being raised. Accordingly, by applying the Affective Event Theory to the emotional effects of stress on employees' emotional responses, the effects on work performance were analyzed by dividing them into positive and negative emotions. Also, the effect of smart work on work performance was analyzed. This survey was commissioned by a research company and analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 tool. Therefore, based on the research results, it was suggested that stress does not only negatively affect the emotions of employees, but that the challenge stress that appears in the mind to achieve a goal induces positive emotions in the employees' emotions and helps to improve work performance.
Purpose: This paper investigates the effects of leader feedback on employee creative problem-solving behavior. It also explores the relevant conditions that maximize the above relationship from the psychological trait and task nature perspectives. Specifically we examine how employee feedback acceptance and task complexity moderate the relationship between leader's feedback behavior on follower creative problem-solving behavior. Finally the three-way interaction among leader's feedback behavior, employee feedback acceptance and task complexity is analyzed for the best conditions to maximize the positive effect of leader's feedback on creative problem solving behavior. Methods: This paper used a cross-sectional design with questionnaires administered to 411 employees working in Korean manufacturing and service firms. It applied a hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypothesized relationships including three-way interaction effect among leader's feedback behavior, follower feedback acceptance and task complexity on follower creative problem-solving behavior. Results: The empirical results of the paper indicated that the leader feedback behavior had enhanced employee creative problem-solving behavior. It was also found that follower feedback acceptance and task complexity positively moderated the relationship between leader's feedback and follower problem solving behavior. In addition, the test of three-way interaction effects also revealed that the higher the levels of both employee feedback acceptance and task complexity, the greater the positive effect of leader feedback behavior on employee creative problem solving behavior. Conclusion: This paper contributes to the leadership and creativity literatures by identifying the role of leader's behavior enhancing employee creative problem-solving behavior and the specific conditions strengthening the positive effect of leader feedback behavior on employee creative problem-solving behavior.
The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance.
