가족건강성이 청소년의 학교적응에 미치는 영향 및 사회적 지지의 매개효과 - 경남지역 중학생을 중심으로 - (A Study of the Effect of Family Strength on School Adjustment among Adolescents and the Mediating Effect of Social Support - Focus on Middle School Students of the Gyeongnam Region -)

  • This study focused on adolescents who are studying in middle schools of the Gyeongnam region, aims to provide methods for improving school adjustment among adolescents through the enhancement of family strength. It will examine the effect of family strength on adolescents' school adjustment verify the mediating effect of social support in the influential relationships of school adjustment. The summarizations, obtained in this study are as follows: First, an analysis of the results of the effect of family strength on social support demonstrated that family strength had a positive effect on social support. That is, as family strength was higher, social support increased. Second, an analysis of the results of the effect of family strength on school adjustment show that family strength would have a direct effect on school adjustment, which is positive. Where family strength was higher, school adjustment of adolescents was also higher. Third, the results of the effect of social support on school adjustment when controlling family strength demonstrate that social support would have a positive effect on school adjustment, however, family strength did not predict school adjustment. Therefore, the complete mediating effect of social support in the relationship between family strength and school adjustment was identified. In conclusion, it was identified that family strength had an indirect effect on school adjustment, but not a direct effect. Therefore, it is indicated that indirect intervention through the social support system as well as direct intervention for the improvement of adolescents' school adjustment is required. In addition, it was confirmed that family strength and social support would be more important variables than control variables, which reflect the characteristics of adolescents and family in terms of school adjustment. Therefore, the recognition that the responsibility in adjusting to school is the common role of families, schools, and community going beyond the individual responsibility of adolescents is needed.

맞벌이 부부의 가족 스트레스와 건강증진행위와의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between Family Stress and Health Promoting Behavior of the Dual Earner Couples)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between family stress and health promoting behavior (HPB) of the dual earner couples. Methods: The subjects were 312 dual earner couples selected from G city by convenient sampling. The data were collected from October 1 to November 10, 2009, and analyzed using frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient with the SPSS/WIN 17.0. Results: The mean score of family stress and HPB on the subjects were 2.98 and 3.29 respectively. Family stress showed a significant difference according to monthly income. HPB showed a significant difference according to exercise, smoking, and drinking. HPB had a significantly positive correlation with family stress. Conclusion: This study suggested that we should develop programs to increase regular exercise and to quit drinking and smoking for the dual earner couples in occupational health nursing.

부부 결혼검진의 가족센터 실행에 따른 탐색적 성과연구 (An Implementation Study of Marriage Checkups in Family Centers)

  • This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Marriage Checkup (MC) in community settings. Participants (N=57) were recruited from family centers and participated in the MC, which consisted of assessment and feedback visits. Participants completed marital satisfaction assessments before and after the MC. Overall, the participants reported significant improvements in terms of marital satisfaction with a large effect size (d=0.87). Specifically, 77.2% of participants demonstrated an increase in marriage satisfaction. Among them, 30.6% experienced a clinically significant change (from a clinical state to a non-clinical state). The reliable change index (RCI) identified 15.8% of participants as showing reliable improvement. Changes in marital satisfaction were larger for men and participants who experienced more positive changes during the MC in terms of intimacy and understanding of how to improve their marital relationships. This study supports the MC as an evidence-based approach for improving relationship health in community settings.

Relationship between Life Stress and Gambling Behavior Perceived by University Students - The mediation effects of self-control and family support -

  • This study examined the structural relationship between life stress perceived by university students and their gambling behaviors through their self-control and family support. For this, it conducted the questionnaire on life stress, self-control, family support and gambling behavior with 387 university students attending universities in Gwangju city and analyzed the data collected. The results of the analysis were described below. As a result of analyzing the direct effects of life stress on gambling behavior, self-control and family support, it was found that the life stress had the positive effect on gambling behavior and it meant that when the university students couldn't cope with the life stress effectively and felt frustrated, they were likely to be involved in gambling behavior to escape from their helplessness. In addition, as a result of analyzing the direct effects of life stress on self-control and family support, it was found that life stress had negative effect on self-control and family support. The more experiences of life stress they had, the lower their self-control was. As their life stress was higher, they didn't make supportive relationship network with family members. As a result of mediating effects, it was shown that self-control and family support played the partially negative roles in the relationship between life stress and gambling behavior and it suggested that as the life stress was perceived less, self-control was performed better and as family support was higher, gambling behavior was effectively reduced. These results of the research suggested that life stress could be handled actively through self-control and family support and development and distribution of the program to cope with life stress could minimize the gambling behaviors. Also the limitations of this study and necessity of further studies were discussed.

핵심자기평가(CSE)와 일-가족 지원, 직장만족 그리고 이직의도의 관계 연구 (A study on the Relationships of Core-Self Evaluation, Work-Family Facilitation, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 외식업계의 비정규직 직원을 대상으로 핵심자기평가, 일-가족 지원, 직장만족 그리고 이직의도의 관계를 분석함으로써 직원의 이직을 줄이기 위한 방안을 모색하고 추후 이와 관련된 연구의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위하여 AMOS 4.0과 SPSS 10.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 분석 방법은 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis), 상관관계 분석(correlation analysis) 그리고 공분산 구조분석(covariance structure analysis)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 핵심자기평가는 일-가족 방향 지원과 가족-일 방향 지원 모두에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 일-가족 지원과 직장만족의 관계에 있어서는 가족-일 방향 지원만이 직장만족에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직장만족은 직원의 이직을 줄이는 것에 효과가 있는 것으로 규명되었다.

아동의 자아개념과 가족체계의 기능유형 - Circumplex Model을 중심으로 - (The Relationship between Children's Self-Concepts and Family Systems as Analyzed by the Circumplex Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between children's self-concepts and (1) types of functional family systems. (2) family cohesion and adaptability levels, and (3) the satisfaction of children with their current family systems. The subjects of this study were 347 middle S. E. S. children (168 boys, 179 girls) in grade 6. Analysis of functional family systems was by The Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales III(1985) of the Circuplex Model (Olson et al., 1979). The Self-concept Inventory (Lim Jae Leun, 1987) was used to assess children's self-concepts. The data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ and Pearson correlation. It was found that there were no differences in children's self-concepts by types of functional systems. There were differences in children's self-concepts by family cohesion and adaptability levels. That is, the higher the level of cohesion and adaptability the more positive the child's self-concept. The more the child was satisfied with his/her current family system, the more positive the child's self-concept. Children whose family systems were at a high level of family cohesion and adaptability were more satisfied with their current family systems.

여성근로자의 일.가정 관계가 성과에 미치는 영향: 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects on the Performance of Women Workers' Work-Family Relationship -Focused on Moderate Effects of Non-Occupational Supporting Systems-)

  • 본 연구는 일과 가정 간의 관계가 여성 근로자의 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 여성 근로자의 일과 가정의 원활한 관계 유지와 더불어 갈등 관계를 감소시킴으로써 일과 가정의 균형을 통해 여성 근로자의 근로생활의 질을 높이고 우수 여성인력의 효과적인 활용을 극대화 할수 있는 지원제도의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업 사무직에 종사하는 850명의 여성 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 연구대상이 아닌 직종과 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 최종 500부를 실증분석에 활용하였고 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일과 가정 간 조화 관계는 여성근로자의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 일과 가정간 갈등 관계에 있어서는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치지만, 조직몰입과는 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일과 가정 간 관계와 성과를 조절하는 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과, 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 요컨대, 본 연구에서는 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 조화 관계의 중요성을 입증하였으며, 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 갈등 관계를 최소화 할 수 있는 지원제도의 구축, 특히 비업무적 지원제도를 기업에서 시급히 마련해야 할 것으로 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.

가출여중생의 자아존중감과 부모-자녀 의사소통 및 가족관계 향상을 위한 가족미술치료 사례연구 (A Case Study of Family Art Therapy to Improve a Runaway Middle School Girl's Self Esteem, Child-Parent Communication, and Family Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate if and how much a family art therapy can influence a runaway middle school girl's self esteem, communication with parents, and family relations. Study subjects are a middle school girl (called S) and her parents, receiving a total of 13 sessions of art therapy from January 3 to March 28 of 2007, held at P-kindergarten located in Kyungbuk province, with each session of 90-120 minutes. Research instruments adopted for the study are a comparison between pre-test and post-test regarding S's self-esteem and a measure of dynamic relationship between S and her parents determined by KFD (Kinetic Family Drawing) in pre- and post-tests. The results are as follows. First, family art therapy shows its effect on the runaway middle school girls' self-esteem. Second, family art therapy proves to be effective on child-parent communication. Third, family art therapy displays positive influence on family relations.

부정적 정서 유통에 따른 대인관계 문제의 영성효과: 트라우마를 중심으로 (Spirituality's Impact on Posttraumatic Interpersonal Relation Regarding the Distribution of Negative Affect)

  • Purpose - This paper aims to examine a spirituality's impact on the posttraumatic interpersonal relationships of family violence with a structural equation model(SEM). This article starts with the research idea that family violence experience bring about negative emotion in terms of interpersonal relationship leading to the distribution of negative affect in social relationship. The research question of this study pinpoints on how family violence experience affects interpersonal relationship problems and how spirituality affects interpersonal relations problems. Based on the idea, we attempts to deal with spirituality's impact as a driving factor of transforming the distribution of negative affect. Research design, data, and methodology - The structural equation modelling(SEM) is employed as a analysis method of this study. SEM provides a chiefly cross-sectional statistical modelling method, and moreover it allows multiple variables to be associated with a latent variable in this analysis. 300 samples from Seoul, Gyeonggy and Gangwon are selected in the survey. We chose available 271 among them. Results - The results verify that trauma have placed an negative impact on personal relations. The study results also shows that the more serious get the degree of family violence trauma, the worse become interpersonal relationship problems. What is more interesting is that the degree of trauma's impact on interpersonal relation problems in male is higher than that of trauma's impact in female. It is mainly attributed to the fact that women are superior to men in terms of empathy ability and interpersonal relationship orientation. It can be noted that the well-managed spirituality will be able to make a great contribution towards reducing the degree of trauma caused by interpersonal relationships. Conclusions - The study results demonstrates that family violence have negative impacts on spirituality, while spirituality have an positive impacts on reduction the problems of interpersonal relationship. It has been found out that family violence trauma may cause negative affectivity in personal relations, which can distribute negative impacts regarding interpersonal relationship in society. This study also supports that spirituality will be able to function well as a helper, which may reduce the distribution of negative affect in society.

학업중단 청소년 자녀의 학교복귀 선택에 영향을 미치는 자원에 관한 연구: 가족자원 등을 중심으로 (Study on Resources That Influence Drop - Out Teenage Children's Choices on School Reentry: Central Focus on Family Resources)

  • 본 연구에서는 학업중단 청소년 자녀의 학교복귀 선택에 영향을 미치는 자원에 관해 살펴보고자 2013년부터 2017년까지의 총 5차년도 2,553명의 학업중단 청소년 패널 자료를 활용하였다. 2012년 7월 이후 정규 중·고등학교 학업중단 경험이 있는 청소년을 대상으로 학교복귀에 영향을 미치는 자원을 검증하기 위해 학업중단 청소년의 가족자원을 비롯하여 개인의 심리·정서자원 및 사회관계자원에 초점을 두고 분석하였다. 자료 분석 방법은 t-test와 교차분석, 위계적 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 자녀의 학교복귀 선택에 영향을 주는 자원 중 인구사회학적 변인은 이사횟수였다. 둘째, 청소년 자녀들의 학교복귀에 영향을 미치는 심리·정서자원은 우울, 충동성과 함께 학업을 중단한 현재에 대한 긍정적 인식의 정도가 낮고 우리 사회가 학력에 대한 차별이 심하다고 지각하는 점이 학교복귀 선택에 작용하였다. 셋째, 가족자원으로는 가족형태와 부모애착의 하위요인 중 경제적 지지 측면이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 도움을 주는 사회관계자원으로서 멘토 여부가 사회자원으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로 학업중단 청소년 자녀들의 학교복귀 선택에 영향을 미치는 긍정적 가족자원을 밝혀 학업중단 청소년 자녀를 둔 부모들에게 지지적인 가족자원의 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
