  • As mobile shopping has been increasing, the competition has been also increasing to satisfy various consumers' needs. Despite such increase in terms of the volume of the consumers who use mobile shopping, there has been very few studies to examine characteristics of mobile shopping malls. The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of mobile shopping malls on consumer loyalty and the interaction effect of the O2O experience on the relationship between the characteristics of mobile shopping malls and consumer loyalty. Using a sample of 276 individuals who have experienced mobile shopping, we found that certain characteristics such as ubiquity, personalization, or convenience have a positive impact on consumer loyalty and a design characteristic solely has an interaction effect on consumer loyalty. As consumer loyalty has a critical factor on mobile shopping mall's profit, examining which factor has a positive effect on consumer loyalty is beneficial for mobile shopping malls. The results of the study have both practical and empirical implications.

The preferences for Chinese food (44.7%) and a combination of Korean (32.0%) and Chosun food (12.4%) were similar, and Korean food was more preferred than traditional Chosun food. Awareness of Korean food was in the order of bibimbap, kimchi-bokkeum-bap, gimbap, baechi-kimchi and ttoe-bbokki. Preference order was bulgogi, so-galbi, jang-jorim, dak-galbi and dewaeji-galbil. Meat foods and Korean traditional foods were relatively high, whereas kimchi, ttoe-bbokki and bibimbap were relatively low in terms of preference. More female than male students preferred Korean food, and the perception of new food experience and healthiness of Korean food were positive. Moreover, both awareness and preference related to Korean food were significantly higher in female than male students. These results can be used as a foundation to prepare a localization strategy of Korean food to China.

  • In this study, we operated science teacher learning community to enhance professionality of elementary science teachers. 8 participants with various background, which include their science content knowledge, teaching experience and beliefs about teaching, were involved in this study. Bales(1950)'s social interaction process framework was mainly used to understand the members' interaction, focusing particularly on process aspects not on contents aspects. The data analysis shows that the members in the science teacher learning community tried their best to maintain the positive reaction to other members in most occasions in the community meetings. On the other hand, there were also negative reaction process due to their different ideas and views, causing their emotional conflicts in some social relations and dialogical situations. Nevertheless, the results also imply that the dual reaction processes, which are positive and negative processes, are equally important to facilitate science teachers' professional knowledge and experience. The educational meanings are discussed in the aspects of science teacher education.
