The "About Us" page on the website of a corporation provides information regarding the organization's vision, philosophy, and values. We examine the association between institutional information provided on corporate websites (i.e., the "About Us" section) with present and future financial performance. Utilizing a text mining technique, we analyze the institutional information of S&P500 firms in the year 2016. We conduct a factor analysis including words that are intentionally repeated in the introductory text of corporate websites. The results of the analysis reveal that keywords from this institutional information can be grouped into six factors. We then carry out an ordinary least squares regression analysis to determine the associations between these six factors and present financial performance. The results show that keywords in Factor 2 (those related to Purchasing experience) are positively associated with ROE, a variable representing present financial performance, while keywords in Factor 1 (those related to Note to customers) show a negative relationship with ROE. On the other hand, keywords in Factor 1 have a positive relationship with Tobin's Q, a variable representing future financial performance. These results indicate that there is some relationship between the words used in the institutional information in this section of corporate websites and firms' financial performance. Hence, the institutional information on a website may be a useful indicator of current firm performance and future firm value.
As the number of students in the multicultural background grows, the interest in their education is also increasing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of forest healing factors on the improvement of language ability and ego-resilience of students from multicultural families. We conducted an after-school forest healing program of ten male and ten female middle school students of a multicultural preparatory school located in ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$-dong in Cheongju, Chungnam Province. The experiment consisted of a total of 12 weekly one-hour (60 minutes) programs from April 12, 2018 to June 26, 2018. The forest healing program is an activity that uses the various environmental factors that exist in the forest to increase the immunity of the human body and restore physical and mental health. To determine the difference in ego-resilience before and after the program, we conducted a paired t-test and analyzed with the SPSS 18.0 program. The results showed that the ego-resilience significantly improved in all sub-factors including the positive thinking ability, problem-solving ability, intimacy ability, emotional adjustment ability, and autonomic behavior ability (p<.001). The descriptive statistics of the language ability showed the improvement in writing errors, pronunciation errors, sentence errors, tense errors, and errors in research and connection. We expect the results of this study can be used as the basic data to improve ego-resilience and language acquisition ability of middle-entry children and students from multicultural families.
Agile methodologies in software development, including the development of artificial intelligence software, have been widespread over the past several years. In spite of the popularity of agile methodologies in practice, there is a lack of empirical evidence to identify determinants of success of software projects in which agile methods are used. To understand the role of clients in software project where agile methods are used, we examine the effect of client-side factors, including lack of user involvement, unrealistic client expectations, and constant changes of requirements on project success from practitioners' perspective. Survey methods are used in this study. Data were collected by means of online survey to IT professionals who have experience with software development methodologies, and ordered logit regression is used to analyze the survey data. Results of our study imply the following managerial findings. First, user involvement is critical to project success to take advantage of agile methods. Second, it is interesting that, with an agile method, constant changes of client's requirements is not a negative factor but a positive factor of project success. Third, unrealistic client expectations do negatively affect project success even with agile methods.
O2O services, a form of mobile commerce, are increasing due to the widespread use of smartphones and the rational consumption trend of young consumers. In addition, the introduction of Social Commerce's O2O service has transformed customer experience into innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of O2O service characteristics and social commerce provider characteristics on the social commerce 's O2O service as a social psychological image that consumers have at the point of purchase and use time, as a smart shopper feeling and a cheapness shopper feeling. And the relationship between consumer satisfaction and intention to use through Structure Equation Modeling, and to suggest the implications for O2O service management that can provide greater satisfaction to consumers by identifying the process of creating satisfaction of O2O service. The results of the study show that price discounts and scarcity of social commerce's O2O service characteristics have shown that it increases smart shopper feeling. Also, it was confirmed that brand awareness and ease of purchase, which are characteristics of social commerce, confirms the increase of cheapness shopper feeling. We also confirmed the effect of smart shopper feeling and cheapness shopper feeling on satisfaction. This satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to use. The result of this study is that it is necessary to reduce the cheapness shopper feeling of consumers and to emphasize the price discount and scarcity so that the smart shopper feeling occurs in order to satisfy the consumers who purchase O2O service products.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of common competency, managerial competency, and job competency, which are perceived management consultants' competencies, on organizational performance and management characteristics of these managers. The hypothesis 2 shows that the influence of the management consultant capacity and the management performance on the Hypothesis 1 and the moderating effect of the hypothesis 2 management characteristics are as follows. First, common competence, management competence, and job competence, which are H1 management consultant capacities, have been shown to have a positive (+) influence on financial performance and non - financial performance. Second, the characteristics of manager in H2 were partially shown by the common competence between management consultant capacity and management performance. Therefore, in order to establish a corporate sustainability management system and implement it strategically, a consulting firm should select a consultant with excellent management consultant capability and execute management consulting. In addition, management consultants were required to have diverse learning, experience and management plans to improve their qualitative performance. Despite the fact that managerial characteristics represent partial regulatory roles, they actively play a central role in the survival and development of corporations, requiring active publicity so that the organizational characteristics of managers can be understood.
This paper empirically analyzed whether or not professional college students' Protean career attitudes affect entrepreneurial intention through employability and entrepreneurship, and whether or not they have practical training experiences can make a difference in such influence. For this reason, a questionnaire survey was conducted on about 240 students at specialized universities in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province for one month beginning on June 1, 2018. Of the 220 collected questionnaires, 214 parts in total were selected for final analysis, except for the 6 parts of the answer sheet which were not sure if there was a missing value or not. The main findings are as follows. First, it has been confirmed that the professional career attitude of Protean has influenced employability and entrepreneurial intention, but has not directly influenced entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, it has been confirmed that the employability and entrepreneurship have have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention. Thirdly, it has been confirmed that employability and entrepreneurship play a role as a fully mediated role in the relationship between the attitude of the Protean career and the entrepreneurial intention. Fourthly, considering the characteristics of the vocational college, there is no difference in the influence of employability and entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial intentions, but the influence of the protean career attitude on employability and entrepreneuriship was different depending on whether or not they had the practical training experiences. This study is to analyze the relationship between the protean career attitude and the entrepreneurial intention in the aspect of employment and entrepreneurial activation of young people.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences and satisfaction of each purchase behavior by classifying cosmeceutical and medical cosmetics. A total of 861 questionnaires were distributed to males in their 20s to 50s (from 1 march 2017). A total of 446 respondents with experience using cosmeceutical cosmetics and medical cosmetics used as the final analysis material. According to the study, the term recognition for cosmeceutical cosmetics and medical cosmetics was very low. The differences in each purchase behavior were not statistically significant. but cosmeceutical cosmetic products have been found to have a significant impact on quality, price, container design, and service satisfaction among purchase preference factors (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001), In particular, it was found that satisfaction with quality was the greatest. Medical cosmetics have been found to have a significant positive (+) effect on brand image, price, and container design among purchase preference factors (p<0.01, p<0.001), It was also found to have the biggest satisfaction with the brand image. Based on the results of this study, The features of cosmeceutical cosmetics and medical cosmetics are subdivided. It has been deemed necessary to develop differentiated products according to each purchase behavior and preference.

As the interest in the positive quality of life is increasing throughout the world, the number of people who are suffering from negative sentiments, such as depression, anxiety, or stress, is increasing, as well. Especially, the adolescence period is the period of transition from childhood to adulthood and accompanies significant changes in terms of the body and mind alike. The purpose of this study is to examine the negative sentiment of the juveniles, caused by the stress they experience in their social and personal domains and the distress tolerance that can protect the inner feelings of them at the same time, to understand how they are related to the subjective well-being of the juveniles. For this study, the researcher employed the data from 362 high school students from the high schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, which were analyzed using the statistics suites SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. According to the findings of this study, first, the depression and anxiety of the adolescent population showed a significant relationship for each variable with regard to the distress tolerance and the subjective well-being. Especially, the negative correlation with the subjective well-being was highly significant. Second, the depression and anxiety of the juveniles turned out to influence the distress tolerance and subjective well-being of them in a negative manner. In both distress tolerance and subjective well-being, the influence of anxiety was higher than that of depression. Third, in the relationship between depression, anxiety, and subjective well-being, the distress tolerance turned out to have a mediating effect. Such results of this study provided the basic data for suggesting the strategies to promote the perceived psychological well-being and help the juveniles who are under stress.

Shoulder joint pain is a very common musculoskeletal disorder, in which about 20 percent of adults experience it more than once in their lives. In this study, an objective assessment was made that subacromial space was increased by pectoralis minor stretching exercise, which has a positive effect on impingement syndrome and shoulder pain. Also, This study examined the effects on pectoralis minor length(PML) and acromio-humeral distance(AHD) following pectoralis minor self-stretching exercise in normal adults. In this study, a total of 30 subjects were recruited and randomly divided into a self-stretching exercise group(n=15) and manual stretching exercise group(n=15) to compare the immediate effects of treatment. Studies have shown that both groups have significantly increased both PML and AHD within the group(p<.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison between the groups(p>.05). The results suggest that self-stretching exercise can be recommended as a treatment method for impingement syndrome and prevention of shoulder disease.
The purpose of this study is to understand in depth the experiences regarding the healing of stress that takes place in the process of the job performance of fire fighting officers. For this, by having seven incumbent fire fighting officers as the subjects of the research, the individual in-depth interviews had been conducted. As a result of analyzing their experiences based on the phenomenological research method of Colaizzi, the 17 topic bundles, 5 subcategories, and 3 categories were derived. Regarding the results of the research, firstly, it appeared that the stress resulting from the job performance in the diverse processes of solving the petitions experienced as the obsessive anxiety, feeling of depression and sleep disorder, etc. Secondly, it had appeared that fire fighting officers show the strong feeling of pride and sense of calling regarding the job performance, but their dread regarding the life after the retirement was high. Thirdly, it appeared that such stress were offset and healed through the positive experiences, including the professional vocation, companionship and support by the family, etc. Because the high job stress gets developed into the continuous and complex physical problems and the emotional and psychological problems, it shows that there is a limitation to the healing with only the professional calling, companionship and support by the family. As such, for the healing of stress that takes place in the job performance by fire fighting officers and not just for the environmental improvements that are related with the job, but for the psychological and emotional support, this research arrived at the point of the suggestion that the operations of the complex and systematized supporting programs, including the strengthening of vocation and companionship, emotional support by the family etc., must be carried out.
