Early conflict research in channel and organization area have focused on the definition of conflict construct, its cause, consequence and identified conflict resolution management. Recent studies about conflict, however, have explored new assumption of complexity, a multidimensional conflict construct, contextual conflict management strategies, positive and negative conflict/consequence, and the conflict resolution strategy. Although many literatures exists on channel conflict resolution, little research has been done about relationship learning and performance from conflict resolution perspective. This study explores how channel members can achieve a relationship learning, as a conflict resolution mechanism, which enhance co-created value in marketing channel relationship. Therefore we propose that conflict resolution strategies(collaborating behavior and avoiding behavior) influence channel performance(effectiveness and efficiency) through relationship learning processes(learning via information exchange, joint interpretation and coordination, relationship-specific knowledge memory), in view of buyer-seller relationship. The aim of this study was to examine the image for dental hygienists and career consideration in academic high school students. A self-reported questionnaire was surveyed by 199 high school students in Gwangju. The questionnaire composed subject's general characteristics, image for dental hygienists, career consideration. The data were analyzed for independent t-test or Mann-Whitney test, one-way ANOVA or Kruskal wallis test and pearson's correlation coefficient by using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 21.0 program. The average of total image was 3.36, personal images were 3.64, occupational images were 3.47, business images were 3.42, social images were 2.83 in the five-point scale. The image of dental hygienists was higher significantly in case of having a dental practitioner in the family, treatment experience less than 1 year, and treatment in dental hospital. The participants who considered to be dental hygienist were higher significantly in occupational and social images. There were positive correlations among the personal, occupational, business, social images of dental hygienists. These results showed that general images for dental hygienists were slightly positive but among them, social image was the lowest level. It showed that most students didn't consider to be dental hygienist. Therefore, we suggested to enhance positive recognition for dental hygienists be needed.
The tennis was one of the most popular sport in the general physical education lesson. However there are many problems such as difficult of improvement tennis skill, lack of class days and so many students in a class. These reasons could ultimately damage the overall quality of class. The purpose of this research was to beginner students was fun and easy to learn. The tennis lesson using tools were 1.selective hitting ball, 2. high net hitting ball, 3. hitting orange ball. Scores of the experimental group(n=23) and the control group(n=21) were compared. In order to verify course content was the same 15 weeks, conducted a tennis teaching methods to take advantage of the tools. And tools to take advantage of the students who participated in a class analysis of the qualitative data (interviews, documents, questionnaires, observations, journals). As a result, the satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The tennis lesson using tools to take positive effect(meaning, improved skill, easy, fun/curious/confident) and negative effect(difficulties of adaptation, a high challenge level) was induced. In summary of the quantitative/qualitative data 'Orange Ball' has a positive impact on the girls than boys and teaching methods using tools gave generally positive influence to students.
A number of schools have introduced the Reward and Punishment Mark System. It has been applied to children at school in order to minimize the ill effects that are often caused by physical punishment. In this case, teachers have caused problematic issues in the course of student life guidance at school. However, the application of the personal Reward and Punishment Mark System raises many other questions as well. Accordingly, there is the necessity of making up for its weak points on the systematic level. The purpose of this study is to understand the Effect of the Collective Reward and Punishment Mark System, as a substitute punishment to the physical punishment, applying the reward and punishment mark system not to an individual but to a group. The Collective Reward and Punishment Mark System for the upper grade students of primary schools showed a positive effect which assists their adaptation to school. To put it more concretely, according to the characters of the study subjects, the system has proved that boy students are more positively affected than girl students. It has been also revealed that those students in the fourth grade experience a positive change in all areas of the adaptation to school, while those in the fifth and the sixth grade were negatively affected. Moreover, those who hold a lower rank in respect of grade achievement experienced a more positive change than those standing among a high rank. It is expected that the Effect of the Collective Reward and Punishment Marks System, on the basis of the study, possesses affirmative intervention on the field.
The purpose of this study is to examine the level and effectiveness of youth entrepreneurship and to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship level and career change perceptions, And suggested ways of mutual cooperation and cooperation for activating entrepreneurship education and career education. The research hypothesis is the effect of entrepreneurship on career recognition, the mediating effect of program satisfaction on entrepreneurship and career awareness, and the difference in entrepreneurship change before and after participation in the program First, all factors such as innovativeness, risk sensitivity, entrepreneurship, autonomy, achievement desire, etc., Which are components of entrepreneurship, have positive influence on career recognition. Third, it is expected that future-oriented education will be possible if software education, entrepreneurship education and career education are integrated and operated in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.
The purpose of This study was to find out the effects of the hotel advertising attitude and brand image on customers' purchase intention. For this study, a total of 306 questionnaires among collected data for customers who experience hotel service at five star hotels located in Seoul from April 1, 2015 to April 30, 2015 was to ensure a valid sample. As a result of the experiments which conducted by factor analysis and regression analysis, it shows positive significant effects in purchase intention of "feeling and persuade attitude factor" and "reputation and usefulness attitude factor", but it is not positively effected continual purchase intention in hotel customers. Also, it shows positive significant effects on hotel customers' purchase intention of "emotional brand image" and "physical brand image". From the study, it is expected to find efficient ways to activate purchase intention on hotel products through differentiated advertising and brand image. In addition, it should be considered that positive images building up emotional and physical characteristics in hotels for establishing consumer-brand relationship. From the study, it is expected to find efficient ways to activate purchase intention on hotel products through differentiated advertising and brand image.

Considering the fact that many students and parents spend a considerable amount of time and economic power on prior learning and that the environments of internet-based society change rapidly, it is worth examining the status and effectiveness of prior learning. In response, the study surveyed 186 first-year students of A high school in Changwon on the basic status of science prior learning. By the analysis results for the status, 39.8% of the students surveyed said they had experience in prior learning in science. Among the students experienced, 56 students who started science prior learning after the start of winter vacation in the third grade of middle school were analyzed the specific status of science prior learning and the impact of science prior learning on science achievements. The semi-subject form of pre-learning in science showed the highest response rate with 50.0 percent, and the motivation for pre-learning in science was the highest with 33.9 percent improvement in test scores. The confidence and learning intention were positive when conducting prior learning in a semi-subject form, and interest and value were positive when conducting prior learning in a self-directed form. As a result of the survey on the effect of science prior learning, 71.4% of the students who experienced science prior learning showed positive scientific achievement.
Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the correlation and influencing factors of oral health awareness, oral health behaviors, self-esteem and OHIP-14. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 313 childcare teachers in Jeonnam from June 4 to 14, 2013. The questionnaire consisted of 3 questions of general characteristics, 4 questions of occupation, 1 question of oral health education experience, and 1 question of oral health education participation. The instrument for awareness and behavior of oral health were modified and consisted of 10 questions of awareness and 10 questions of behavior by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha was 0.718 in awareness and 0.812 in behavior. Instrument for self-esteem was modified from Rosenberg. Self-esteem questionnaire consisted fo 5 questions of positive answers and 5 questions of negative answers by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha in self esteem was 0.846 in the study. Oral Health Impact Profile-14(OHIP-14) was adapted from Slade by Likert 5 scale and consisted fo 14 questions. Cronbach's alpha was 0.934 in the study. Data were analyzed by chi square test, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe multiple range test, Pearason's correlation test, and stepwise multiple regression test. Results: There were positive correlations between oral health awareness, oral health behavior(r=0.502), and self-esteem(r=0.332), but negative correlations with OHIP-14. Oral health behavior showed positive correlations with self-esteem(r=0.230). The factors on oral health awareness were high oral health behavior and self esteem, low OHIP-14, and active participation in education. Self-esteem was closely related to high with high oral health awareness. low OHIP-14, low job satisfaction. Conclusions: Childcare teachers play the very important roles in the development of oral health education program for children and continuous education.

This study attempted to examine the job stress and turnover intentions of physical therapists and to investigate the relationship between these two factors. A total of 309 physical therapists currently working in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon in South Korea were selected as research subjects. The data were collected by a survey using self-administered questionnaires structured from June 10 to June 25, 2015. According to the study results, job stress was highest in job autonomy and lowest in relationship conflict, while the turnover intention score was $2.80{\pm}0.70$. The physical therapists showed higher job stress and turnover intention level with increasing age and working experience, showing a significant positive correlation(p<.05). The turnover intention showed a significant positive correlation with all of the job stress factors. Decreased work motivation showed a significant positive correlation with all of the job stress factors except for job instability(p<.05). In addition, among the factors for the job stress, Job autonomy, Structure and organization, Inappropriate compensation, and Workplace culture turned out to be those affecting their turnover intention. This study confirmed that an increase of job stress among physical therapists can be a risk factor of higher turnover intention, implying a necessity to try to reduce their job stress and turnover intention.
Cave shrimps from the genera Typhlatya, Stygiocaris and Typhlopatsa (TST complex) comprises twenty cave-adapted taxa, which mainly occur in the anchialine environment. Anchialine habitats may undergo drastic environmental fluctuations, including spatial and temporal changes in salinity, temperature, and dissolved oxygen content. Previous studies of crustaceans from anchialine caves suggest that they have possessed morphological, behavioral, and physiological adaptations to cope with the extreme conditions, similar to other cave-dwelling crustaceans. However, the genetic basis has not been thoroughly explored in crustaceans from anchialine habitats, which can experience hypoxic regimes. To test whether the TST shrimp-complex hypoxia adaptations matched adaptive evolution of mitochondrial OXPHOS genes. The 13 OXPHOS genes from mitochondrial genomes of 98 shrimps and 1 outgroup were examined. For each of these genes was investigated and compared to orthologous sequences using both gene (i.e. branch-site and Datamonkey) and protein (i.e. TreeSAAP) level approaches. Positive selection was detected in 11 of the 13 candidate genes, and the radical amino acid changes sites scattered throughout the entire TST complex phylogeny. Additionally, a series of parallel/convergent amino acid substitutions were identified in mitochondrial OXPHOS genes of TST complex shrimps, which reflect functional convergence or similar genetic mechanisms of cave adaptation. The extensive occurrence of positive selection is suggestive of their essential role in adaptation to hypoxic anchialine environment, and further implying that TST complex shrimps might have acquired a finely capacity for energy metabolism. These results provided some new insights into the genetic basis of anchialine hypoxia adaptation.
