시계열 군집분석을 통한 디지털 음원의 순위 변화 패턴 분류 (Derivation of Digital Music's Ranking Change Through Time Series Clustering)

  • 본 연구는 현대 사회에서 가장 가치 있는 문화자산이자 한류의 흐름에서 특히 중요한 위치를 차지하는 디지털 음악에 초점을 두었다. 디지털 음악에 대하여 공신력 있는 음원 차트인 '가온 차트'에 진입한 음원들의 73주간 순위 변화를 수집하였으며 유사한 특징을 가지는 패턴들로 분류하였다. 이후 각 순위 변화 패턴으로부터 주목할 만한 특징에 대한 설명적 분석을 수행하였다. 구체적으로 음원에 대한 신뢰도 이슈가 발생하기 이전 기간의 국내 발매된 디지털 음원들로 한정하여 시점을 일치시킨 후 시계열 군집분석을 통해 패턴을 도출하고자 하였다. 데이터 수집과 전처리를 통하여 742건의 중복되지 않는 음원들을 확보하였고, 시계열 순위 변화에 대한 시계열 군집분석 결과 16개의 패턴들이 도출되었다. 이후 도출된 패턴들을 기반으로 '스테디셀러'와 '원 히트 원더'의 두 가지 유형의 대표적인 패턴을 확인하였다. 나아가 두 패턴에 대하여 차트 내에서 음원의 생존 기간과 음원 순위에 관점에서 다섯 가지의 세분화된 패턴으로 분류하였다. 각 패턴들이 가지는 중요한 특징들은 다음과 같다. 원 히트 원더형 패턴에서 아티스트의 슈퍼스타 효과와 편승효과가 강하게 나타났으며, 소비자들의 디지털 음원 선택에 강한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 나아가 스테디셀러형 패턴을 통해서 매우 오랜시간 소비자들의 선택을 받는 음원들을 확인하였고, 소비자의 니즈를 관통하며 가장 많은 선택을 받는 음원들이 오히려 원 히트 원더형 패턴이 아니라 스테디셀러: 중기 패턴에 포진하고 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 주목할 만한 점은 스테디셀러형 패턴을 통해 기존의 패턴과는 상반되는 '차트 역주행' 현상을 확인했다는 것이다. 본 연구는 디지털 음원을 중심으로 상대적으로 소외되었던 분야인 시간의 흐름에 따른 음원의 순위 변화에 초점을 두었고, 음원의 흥행과 순위를 예측하는 것이 아니라 순위 변화의 패턴을 세분화함으로써 음원 연구에 대한 새로운 접근을 시도하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

한국 3개 지역의 결혼, 결혼년령 및 출산력에 관한 연구 (AGE AT MARRIAGE AND FERTILITY OF WOMEN IN THREE SELECTED AREAS IN KOREA, 1970)

  • This study is designed to meet the following objectives: (1) To study attitude and behavior regarding marriage and age at marriage, (2) To learn correlates of age at marriage and to examine their relations, (3) To measure relative importance of the correlates of age at marriage, and (4) To study relations of age at marriage and family planning practice to fertility and their relative importance as correlates of fertility. The data are obtained by an independent cross-sectional survey in three study areas purposively selected to represent metropolitan. semihuman. rural population. The study population is confined to women age 17-50 as of survey. The overall response rate is 90%. Reliability of data is measured by . individual and aggregate inconsistency based upon a 15% subsample of the original interviews. The individual inconsistency (31%) is found to be high compared to the aggregate inconsistency (6%) for all 85 variables. However, the magnitude of differences between means is small, and the mean absolute shifts and proportional shifts are also small on the whole. In a word respondents did not change their answers too extremely or radically. The study populations of each study area are compared on some basic characteristics. It is found that the three study populations have more dissimilarities than similarities. The findings on seven different attitudinal positions of women toward marriage indicate that there have been tremendous changes in all study areas Iron "traditional" attitudes which have been prevalent for a long time in Korean society to "liberalized" or "modernized" attitudes. An apparent tendency is that women generally take a position of a "golden mean" attitude by not preferring either extreme of marriage attitudes. Nevertheless, the young, single, educated, and urbanite appears more "liberalized. " There has been some increase in ideal age at marriage from 1958 to 1970 for both sexes. No age group, marital status, or study area differentials in ideal age at marriage are found, the average ideal age at marriage in every sub-group being 24-25. Awareness of existing legal marriageable ages is low; only 4.4% are aware that "with parental permission: minimum age for males is 18 years and for females 16 years,"and only 3.7% are aware that "without parental permission: 27 years for males and 23 years for females." People in Korra tend to marry spouses who are in various social ways like themselves: the similarities include (a) education, occupational status of father, (c) economic status, (d) usual residence before marriage, and (e) religion. Both singulars and actual mean ages at marriage in this study confirm the trend of rising age at marriage previously established by other independent studies. The urban-rural differential in age at marriage is observed, but the differential narrows down gradually from 1935 to 1970. All socio-economic, demographic, and other variables pertaining to wife before and at first marriage, excluding (a) religion, (b) father′s of occupation, and (c) as: of menarche, are correlated with respondent's age at first marriage, whereas only three variables out of all socio-economic variables relating to husband before and at wife′s first marriage, viz., (a) education, (b) usual residence, and (c) economic level of his old home, are correlated with respondent′s age at marriage. Among socio-economic and modernity variables related to either husband or wife at the time of survey, only education and duration of residence are correlated with wife′s age at first marriage. Among the correlates of respondent′age at first marriage, education is in general the most important variable. However, it is found that wife′s education is more important than husband′s. The combined effects or the correlates studied explain no more than about 40% of variance for any of the selected groups of variables. Points which might counteract the effects of late marriage on fertility are not serious in Korea. For each of the correlates of the three fertility indices chosen for this study. namely, (a) number of living children, (b) number of live births, and (c) number of pregnancies, age at marriage is the major contributor to the variance in all age groups except the age group of 20-29 in which the index of family planning practice is the major contributor. The proportion of variability in fertility indices accounted for by the correlates is never more than 40% of the total variance in any age group. Based upon the findings from this study, it could be concluded that in the foreseeable future (a) celibate group will no! be increased to a point that would slow down population growth rate in Korea, (b) age at marriage will not increase continually, (c) although education stands out as the major contributing variable which independently explains the variation in age at marriage, it seems probable that education may not be the major variable in the near future, and (d) despite the fact found by this study that age at marriages has been the major contributor to the variance of each of the fertility indices used, family planning practice will play a more important role in the reduction of fertility in the Korean society. Therefore, factors interrupting practice of family planning must be eliminated and family planning program should be strengthened if further fertility reduction is needed.

퇴원환자의 가정간호요구와 가정간호사업의 효과 분석 - 일 종합병원을 중심으로 (A Study of Home Care Needs of Patients at Discharge and Effects of Home Care -Centered on Patients Discharged from a Rural General Hospilal-)

  • The study was carried out at W. hospital, an affiliated hospital of Y university, involved a total of 163 patients who were discharged from the hospital between May 1990 und March 199J. Data collection was twice, just prior to discharge and a minimum of three months post discharge. Thirty patients who lived within a hour travel time of the hospital received home care during the three months post discharge. Nursing diagnoses and nursing interventions For these patients were analyzed in this study. The results of the study are summarized as follows : 1. Discharge needs for the subjects of the study were analyzed using Gordon's eleven Functional categories and it was found that 48.3% of the total sample had identified nursing needs. Of these, the needs most frequently identified were in the categories of sexuality, 79.3 %, health perception, 68.2 % self concept, 62.5 %, and sleep and rest 62.5 %. Looking ut j he nursing diagnosis that were made for the 30 patients receiving home care, the following diagnoses were the most frequently given; alteration in sexual pattern 79.3%, alterations in health maintenance, 72.6%, alteration in comfort, 68.0%, depression, 64.0%, noncompliance with diet therapy, 6.3.7%, alteration in self concept, 55.6%, and alteration in sleep pattern, 53%. 2. In looking at the effects of home nursing care as demonstrated by changes in the functional categories over the three month period, it was Found that of the 11 functional categories, the need level for health perception, nutrition, activity and self concept decreased slightly over the three month period. On the average sleep patterns improved, but restfulness was slightly less and bowel elimination patterns improved but satisfaction with urinary elimination was slightly less. On the other hand, role enactment, sexuality, stress management and spirituality decreased slightly. The only results that were statistically significant at the 0.05 level were improvement. in digestion and decrease in pain. No statistically significant changes were found in ability related to ADL, the total ADL Score at discharge was $19.78{\pm}8.234, and after 3 months $19.01{\pm}8.12$. Considering that a majority of the patients were over 60 years of age and that many had brain or spinal cord injuries, the fact that their ADL ability did nor deteriorate after discharge can be interpreted as related to a positive impact by the home health care nurses. Similarly there was a slight be not statistically significant decrease in the quality of life scores between the two lest times(l47.83 at discharge and 113.02 at the three month period). Again, when the chronic nature of thee problems facing these patients is considered this maintenance of quality of life can be interpreted as a positive impact by the home health care nurses. 3. One of the home care nursing activities was diagnosis. For this activity it was found that for nine functional health categories(sexuality and spirituality excepted) there were 20 nursing diagnoses. The most frequent were noncompliance, alteration in skin integrity both actual and potential, and impaired physical mobility in that order. 4. Delivery of home health care by the home health nurses included the following nursing activities; assessment, patient education, demonstration of care activities, counselling, direct care to the patient and referrals. Direct care included changing dressings, bladder irrigations, changing Foley catheters, measurement of residual urine, perineal care, position change, back care, oral hygiene, exercise and massage of motion exercises, cleansing enemas, tracheostomy suctioning and tracheostomy care, care of dentures, applications of heat and other similar nursing activities. In conclusion almost 50% of (he sample indicated a need for continued nursing care at the time of discharge and for the patients in the sample who received home care there was a slight decrease in nursing needs but while the patients had chronic and debilitation problems there was ill decrease in ADL abilities or in quality of life. Further study needs Lo be done La increase the reliability and validity of the tool that was used to measure home health care needs. It is also recommended that study by done using a randomized sampling with a control group to compare patients who receive home care with those who do not.

화성 근접 탐사를 위한 우주선의 궤도전파 소프트웨어 (AN ORBIT PROPAGATION SOFTWARE FOR MARS ORBITING SPACECRAFT)

  • 향후 우리나라의 화성 근접 탐사 임무를 대비한 우주선의 궤도전파 소프트웨어의 개발 및 검증을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 화성 주위를 비행하는 우주선의 동력학 모델에 대한 연구가 선행 되었으며, 탐사우주선의 모든 위치 정보는 화성 중심 좌표계를 사용하여 나타내었다. 정밀한 탐사 우주선의 위치 계산을 위하여 화성의 세차 및 장동 운동에 의한 영향도 고려하였다. 화성의 작용권구 안으로 진입한 탐사 우주선은 화성 주위에서의 다양한 섭동에 의한 영향을 받게 되는데 본 연구에서는 정밀한 동력한 모델의 계산을 위해 가능한 모든 섭동들을 고려하였다. 특히 화성의 비대칭 중력장에 의한 영향을 계산하기 위해 Jet Propulsion Laboratory(JPL)의 Mars50c 모델을 적용하였고 화성 대기 항력에 의한 영향의 경우 Mars-GRAM 2001 모델을 사용하여 계산하였다. 태양을 비롯한 다른 행성의 위치를 계산하기 위해서 JPL의 DE405 정밀 천체력을 이용하였고 화성 위성들(포보스와 다이모스)의 천체력 계산은 해석적인 방법으로 하였다. 개발 소프트웨어의 성능 검증을 위하여 Mars Global Surveyor의 화성 지도 작성을 위한 초기 궤도 요소를 사용하였으며, Satellite Tool Kit(STK)의 Astrogator모듈을 이용하여 산출된 결과와 본 논문에서 개발한 소프트웨어의 결과 값과 비교 하였다. 비교 결과 우주선의 모든 위치성분(반경방향, 궤도 진행방향 그리고 진행수직방향)은 화성 근접 탐사 우주선이 화성 주위를 12번 공전(약 1화성일)하는 동안 최대 ${\pm}5m$ 이내의 오차를 보여 주었다. 이는 본 연구를 통해서 개발된 소프트웨어의 성능에 대한 신뢰도가 매우 높다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 개발된 알고리즘과 소프트웨어는 향후 우리나라의 화성 근접 탐사를 위한 우주선의 임무 설계시 활용 될 수 있다.

스트레스생활사건, 건강문제, 대응, 사회적 지지의 관계 -청소년을 대상으로- (Stressful Life Events, Health Symptoms, Social Support and Coping/in Early Adolescents)

  • Numerous research reports have substantiated the role of stressful life events in relation to the onset of health changes. The relationship tends to hold across different age groups. Theoretically, adolescence has been considered a developmental crisis period of great stress, impoverished coping skills and high vulnerability to biological, social and psychological demands. The research problem addressed by this study was to examine the relationships between stressful life events and health symptom patterns, and the effect of two variables, coping and social, support, theoretically considered to mediate the relationship between stress and health symptoms in adolescents. The following five hypotheses were tested in this research : 1. Health symptoms are positively related to stressful life events in adolescents, 2. Health symptoms are negatively related to coping in adolescents, 3. Health symptoms are negatively related to social support in adolescents, 4. When coping is controlled, the relationship between health symptoms and stressful life events will decrease, and 5. When social support is controlled, the relationship between health symptoms and stressful life events will increase. The study subjects consisted of 1090 high school students of the metropolitan city of Seoul. The following sampling procedure was used : 1. Of the 169 high schools in nine school administrative districts in the city, a proportional sample of ten schools was selected. 2. One class from each of the freshman and sophomore was randomly selected and all the students who were in the sampled class were used as the study sample. The study was limited to freshman and sophomore adolescents, aged 15 to 18(mean=16.6). Of the 1090 subjects 688(63%) were boys and 402(37%) were girls. An Adolescent Inventory of Stressful Life Events, a Health Symptom Questionnaire and an Adolescent Coping Inventory were adapted for this study. The Norbeck Social Support questionnaire was utilized to collect the data on perceived social support. Five high school teachers in the areas of school health and counselling reviewed the items of each questionnaire for content validity. A pilot study was undertaken to ascertain reliability. Fifty three high school students responded to the questionnaires and gave their opinions on the items. For stressful life events, health symptoms, coping, and social support, the Cronbach's alpha's on the study were .70, .94, .77, and .76, respectively. Research assistants attended all the sampled classes with the school proctor to explain the purpose and procedures of the study to the students. The questionnaires along with a ballpoint pen were distributed to the students who were asked to complete each item. The research assistants left the ballpoint pen with the students as a gift for their cooperation. An average of 50 minutes was required to complete the questionnaires. Using an SPSS, the first, three hypotheses were tested using Gamma, a measure of association for ordinal variables. Partial gamma was used to test the fourth and fifth hypotheses. Patterns of elaboration described by Babbie were selected to interpret the relationship of the three variable analyses. The significance of gamma was determined by Chisquare at a .05 level of significance. There was a positive relationship between health symptoms and stressful life events(Gamma=.35, p=.000). Thus the first hypothesis was supported. Unexpectedly, coping was positively related with health symptoms(Gamma=.13, p=.000). That is, the higher the coping levels, the greater number of health problems. The third hypothesis, the higher the level of social support, the fewer the health symptoms, was not accepted in this adolescent study group. When coping was controlled, under the condition of low coping the association between health symptoms and stressful life events increased significantly to a partial gamma of .39, and under the condition of high coping it was .30. According to the elaboration model, when one partial relationship is the same or greater than the original and the other is smaller, the control variable should be considered to be specifying the conditions. When social support was controlled the relationship between stressful life events and health symptoms increased under the condition of low social support, but with high social support, the relationship decreased. Both partial gamma were statistically significant at .05 level(.43 and .26 relatively). It can be interpreted that stressful life events are strongly and positively related to health symptoms under the condition of low social support, however this relationship can not be expected with high social support. Thus, the last two hypotheses were conditionally sustained. In this study, the relationships between stressful life events and health symptoms, and the specified me diating roles of coping and social support were found to have statistical interaction. This finding supports the theoretical position of this study. It suggests that stressful life events would create high susceptability to biological social and psychological health symptoms and coping and social support buffering the relationship between stressful life events and health symptom. The findings of this study have implications for nursing practice. When adolescents are confronted with non-developmental life events that are perceived as stressful, nurses should recognize the evidence of the stress-buffering effect of coping and social support on health symptoms and utilize the diverse sources of social support that are readily available to adolescents.

병원 행정직원의 조직효과성 수준 (A Study on Organizational Effectiveness of Administrative Personnel in Hospitals)

  • The hospital is characterized by it's remarkable labor industry and human resources input by unit. Recently, the administrative personnel are recognized as an important staff to provide a hospital guidance to consumer and also easiness for consumer's visit to hospital. The purpose of this study is to find the organizational effectiveness of the administrative personnel in hospitals. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 229 personnels working in 3 medium and small sized hospitals and 1 university hospital in Inchon area. The major finding are as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of over 31 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in are higher, general hospital's organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of university hospital. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the psychological motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every hospitals in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance. In as much as job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as older age, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication have affected as major influence factors of organizational efficiency. 6. In the university hospitals is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. In the general hospitals is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and psychological motive contributional factors is higher, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of administrative personnel in hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on four hospitals in Inchon area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially. as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the university and general hospitals.

폴리에틸렌 배관 버트융착부 열용융거리 측정에 대한 연구 (A study for detection of melt flow zone about polyethylene butt fusion joints)

  • 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene) 배관은 가요성이 좋고 부식이 되지 않는 등의 장점으로 가스배관 뿐만 아니라 원자력 발전소의 배수관, 석유화학 및 정유사 공정배관 등으로 그 사용범위가 점차 확대되고 있다. 그러나 폴리에틸렌 배관의 연결부를 직접적으로 검사할 수 있는 검사방법이 개발되지 않아서 사용범위를 확대하는데 제한을 받고 있다. 폴리에틸렌 배관의 연결방법은 전기융착 방법과 버트융착 방법으로 구분할 수 있는데 이 중에서 가장 많이 사용하는 방법은 버트융착이다. 버트융착은 배관과 배관을 열판에 맞닿게 하고 일정한 온도 및 압력을 가한 후 열판을 제거하고 용융된 배관의 말단부를 서로 연결하는 방법으로서 별도의 연결구가 필요하지 않아 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 연결방법이다. 버트융착 시에 열판으로부터 열이 용융된 후 압력을 가하면 용융부는 비드를 형성하는 부분과 연결부를 형성하는 부분으로 분리되고 냉각과정을 거쳐 버트융착부가 된다. 본 연구는 연결부를 형성하는 부분에서 열판으로부터 열이 전파되어 용융된 거리를 측정하고 이 결과를 연결부에 대한 건전성 평가 방법 중의 하나로 제시하고자 한다. 외경 225mm, 두께 20.5mm의 중밀도 폴리에틸렌 가스용 1호관의 초음파 속도를 측정한 결과 2,200m/s 였다. 열용융 거리를 측정하기 위하여 열판으로부터 열이 전파되어 폴리에틸렌을 가열하는 시간을 0%~130%까지 변화시켜 시험편을 제작하였다. 또한 정상적인 가열시간(100%의 가열)을 제공하고 스크레핑 처리를 하지 않은 시험편과 토양을 삽입한 시험편 그리고 자갈을 삽입한 시험편과 비닐류를 삽입한 시험편을 제작하였다. 총 20개의 시험편에 대한 열용융 거리를 측정하기 위하여 3.5MHz 및 5.0MHz 센서를 이용하였으며 1개의 시험편에 대하여 총 3곳에서 초음파 탐상을 실시하였다. 열용융 신호를 명확하게 구분하기 위하여 모든 탐상 결과에 대하여 동일한 post image processing을 수행하였고 이미지 레벨, contrast, sharpen 및 threshold를 적용하였으며 결과 탐상은 가장 직관적으로 파악할 수 있는 gray scale로 표현하였다. 탐상 결과 가열시간이 짧은 시험편일수록 융착이 이루어지지 않아 멀티플 에코가 반사되는 영역이 증가하였으며 이 부분을 최대한 배제할 수 있는 위치에서 데이터를 획득하였다. 정상적인 가열시간의 80%인 168초의 시간을 가한 시험편부터 열용융 거리에 대한 반사신호가 뚜렷이 구분되었으며 이 시험편부터 거리 측정을 실시하였다. 가열시간이 정상가열시간의 7%인 15초의 가열시간을 가한 시험편부터 더 낮은 가열시간을 가한 시험편의 경우 융착이 이루어지지 않아서 3곳 모두 데이터 영상을 획득할 수 없었다. 위 실험 결과로 위상배열초음파를 통해 폴리에틸렌 배관 버트융착부에서 열이 용융되어 전파된 거리 측정이 가능함을 확인하였으며 또한 열이 용융되어 전파된 거리 측정을 통해 정상적인 융착과 불완전 융착을 구분할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 연구목적 : 방사선사의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 바람직한 건강관리에 도움을 주고, 향후 방사선사의 건강증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 종합병원에 근무하는 방사선사 총 234명을 대상으로 건강지각과 건강증진행위에 대한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 건강지각에 대한 설문은 현재 건강, 건강관심, 민감성 등 총 20문항이었고, Cronbach's $\alpha$는 0.79였다. 건강증진행위의 설문은 자아실현, 건강책임, 운동, 영양, 대인관계지지, 스트레스 관리 등 총 47문항이었고, Cronbach's $\alpha$값은 0.93이었다. 건강증진행위와 관련이 있는 단변량 분석은 평균비교분석(t-test, ANOVA)을 하였고, 건강지각 요인과 건강증진행위와의 관련성은 상관분석(Pearson's Correlation Coefficient) 을 하였다. 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 단계별 다중회귀분석(Stepwise Multiple Regression)을 시행 하였다. 연구결과 : 일반적 특성 중 건강증진행위와 관련 있는 요인은 연령, 결혼, 연봉, 직급, 경력, 고용, 종교 등이었고, 건강생활습관 관련 특성 중 건강증진행위와 관련이 있는 요인은 흡연유무, 운동여부 등이었다. 대상자의 건강증진행위 수행정도는 평균 2.90점, 표준편차 0.37이었다. 민감성, 건강관심, 현재건강 등으로 구분한 건강지각 요인과 건강증진행위와의 상관관계는 각각 양의 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.01). 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 민감성, 현재건강, 운동여부, 흡연유무, 근무경력 등이었고, 건강지각 요인 중 민감성이 가장 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 건강지각에 대한 민감성, 현재건강 점수가 높을수록 건강증진행위 점수가 높았고, 규칙적으로 운동하는 군, 과거흡연군, 근무경력이 높은 군에서 건강증진행위점수가 높았다. 결 론 : 방사선사가 건강증진행위에 대한 점수를 높이려면 먼저 스스로의 건강에 대해 지각하고, 병에 걸리지 않으려는 노력이 필요하며, 건강한 생활을 추구하여야 한다. 또한 근무 경력과 년차에 관계없이 금연과 규칙적으로 운동을 하는 것이 반드시 필요하다.

서울지역 중소병원의 부서간 조직효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Interdepartmental Organizational Effectiveness of Medium and Small Sized Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed to grasp the factors, which may influence the harmonized organizational efficiency of the objects of hospital structure as well as its structural constituents of each departments of administration, nursing, and para-medical personnels, in order to provide basic data enable to contribute in the development of hospital. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 385 personnels working in 5 medium and small sized hospitals in Seoul area. The main finding of the study can be summarized as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of male, over 30 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in administration departments are higher, its organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of nursing and para-medical departments. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every departments in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance between administration and para-medical departments. In as much as the job circulation is intact, job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency, while the more workload and the more work feud resulted lower organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as higher educational level of over university graduates, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the psychological motive contributional level is higher, while the lesser job difficulty, the smooth job performance, the higher level of professional expertise, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication, have affected as major influence factors of the structural characteristics of organizational efficiency. 6. As the management of hospital organization, the job level and personal relation are satisfied or psychological motive is provided, especially when there are no difficult jobs or smooth job circulation and no job feud are prevailing, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is improving accordingly. The nursing departments has high educational standard and is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. The para-medical departments is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of the medium and small sized hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas the level of job circulation, job responsibility, the expertise and formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on several hospitals in Seoul area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially, as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the medium and small sized hospitals.

일 대학병원 간호사 이미지에 관한 연구 (A Study on Nurse' Image in a Medical Center)

  • This study is a descriptive investigation into the image of nurses, and attempted to help to advance the profession of nursing and to provide basic data for developing strategies to improve the image of nurses. The Subject of this study was a group of 380 persons from a K Medical Centre in Seoul, including the hospital patients and their guardians, as well as the doctors, assistants and hospital administrative staff. The data have been collected from the 10th to the 30th of May, 2003. We have developed a research tool of 40 questions divided into three categories using a tool developed by Kim, H.J and KIm, H.O.(2001) verifying its construct validity. The reliability of the tool was Cronbache's ${\alpha}=.97$, and by categories, Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.86$ for service image, Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.96$ for professional image and Cronbache's ${\alpha}=.90$ for social image. The collected data have been analysed according to the purpose of this study using SPSS WIN 11.0 for real number, percentage, factors analysis, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA and $x^2$-test, and the results are as follows: 1) There was a significant difference in the image of nurses by job series of the subjects; from patients and guardians for 4.01 to doctors 3.62, assistants 3.54 and staff members 3.41 (F=36.14, p=.000). As well, there was a significant difference in service, professional and social image categories according to the position of the subjects ($F=20.36{\sim}42.35$, p=.000). 2) The main factors that affect on formation the nurse's imaging came by direct experiences with nurses at hospitals for 81.3%, by looking at the every life of the nurses that the subjects personally know for 15.5%, by mass media for 1.6% and by the accounts from the others for 1.6%. 3) 78.4% of the subjects considered that the image of nurses on mass media is described better than for real, 8.2% believed that the image is described worse than for real, and only 13.2% of the subjects perceived that the image of nurses on mass media corresponds the image of nurses in actual life. 4) 74.5% of the subjects said that they got a better image of nurses after their hospitalization while 2% got a worse one and 23.5% said to have had no changes, and the period of hospitalization had no relevance to the image of nurses (X2=5.04, P=.489). However, while 16.8% of the subjects who spent less than one week in hospital said that they got a better image of nurses, 27.5% of those who spent longer than four weeks got a better image of nurses. 5) There was a significant difference in the total image points of nurses by the patients and their guardians according to the period of hospitalization; 4.14 for 1 to 2 weeks, 4.07 for 2 to 4 weeks, 4.02 for 4 weeks and longer and 3.80 for less than a week (F=3.40, P=.019). Upon the results stated above, I should like to propose as below: 1) An investigative enquiry is needed to improve the image of nurses as though being a nurse is very hard and difficult. 2) A continuous monitoring in mass media is needed to create a positive image of nurses.
