최근 스마트폰 또는 타블렛 PC와 같은 스마트기기가 정보의 창구 역할을 하게 되면서 다수의 사용자가 웹포털을 통해 웹 뉴스를 소비하는 것이 더욱 중요해졌다. 하지만 인터넷 상에 생성되는 뉴스의 양을 사용자들이 따라가기 힘들며 중복되고 반복되는 폭발하는 뉴스 기사에 오히려 혼란을 야기 시킬 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 뉴스 포털에서 사용자의 질의로부터 검색된 뉴스후보들 중 KoBART 기반의 문서요약 기술을 활용한 뉴스 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 실험을 통해서 새롭게 수집된 뉴스 데이터를 기반으로 학습한 KoBART의 성능이 사전훈련보다 더욱 우수한 결과를 보여주었으며 KoBART로부터 생성된 요약문을 환용하여 사용자에게 효과적으로 뉴스를 추천하였다.

본 논문에서는 건설사업 프로세스의 통합 정보화를 위한 포털시스템을 제안하고, 이 시스템의 개발 및 운영에 대해 기술한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 포털시스템은 정책 결정이나 실질적인 업무를 담당하고 있는 기관사용자를 대상으로 한 기관포털시스템과 관련업체 및 일반 사용자를 대상으로 한 대민포털시스템으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 포털시스템의 개발 방법론으로 관리기법(Method/1)을 본 논문에 맞게 커스터마이징하여 사용하였으며, 자바 기반의 웹 어플리케이션 프레임워크를 적용하여 시스템을 개발했다. 포털시스템 개발 후에는 단계별 테스트를 실시하여 시스템의 품질을 향상시켰으며, 시스템의 안정적인 운영과 신속한 유지보수를 위해 Help-desk를 운영하고 사용자 및 운영자 교육을 실시하였다. 향후에는 외부 연계 기능 및 추가적으로 요구되는 컨텐츠를 개발할 계획이다.

인구의 고령화 현상과 맞물려 인터넷 이용인구의 연령대별 분포에서도 최근 몇 년 간 중장년층 인구의 인터넷의존도가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이들을 위한 실버포탈이 등장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 40세 이상의 잠재 실버포탈 이용자들을 대상으로 하여 실버포탈의 성공적 수용을 위한 품질요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 인구통계학적 특성(성별)이 실버포탈 품질요인과 이용의도간의 관계에 미치는 영향도 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 관련 문헌들에 대한 검토를 통해 실버포탈 품질요인으로 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질 및 오락품질을 도출하였으며, 성별을 조절변수로 선택하였다. 이러한 연구변수의 정의를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 국내의 수도권 지역에 거주하는 40세 이상의 잠재 실버포탈 이용자들을 대상으로 설문지를 의뢰하여 통계분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 정보품질, 시스템품질과 오락품질은 실버포탈 이용의도와 관련성이 있는 반면에 서비스품질은 이용의도와 관련성이 없다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 실버포탈의 오락품질과 이용의도간의 관계에 대해 성별의 조절효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다.

In these days everyone search the information easily with the Internet as the rapid distribution and active usage of the Internet. The search engines were developed specially to accuracy of information retrieval. User search the information more quickly and variously with them. The search portal system will be embossed with representation and basic services. The Internet user needs the result of text, image and video, knowledge search. The keyword based search is used generally for getting result of the information retrieval and another method is category based search. This paper investigates the classification of knowledge search structure for oriental medicine in market leader of search portal system by ranking web site. As a result, each classification system is unified and there is a possibility of getting up a many confusion to the user who approaches with classification systematic search method. This treatise proposed the improved oriental medicine classification system of internet information retrieval in knowledge search area. if the service provider amends about the classification system, there will be able to guarantee the compatibility of data. Also the proper access path of the knowledge which seeks is secured to user.

본 연구는 웹사이트의 품질을 측정한 연구와 웹사이트 사용만족도 및 웹사이트 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 고찰하고, 이들 문헌을 기초로 웹사이트 사용만족도 및 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에 기초하여 웹사이트 사용만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 기술적 특성, 컨텐츠 질, 디자인, 네비게이션 특성 등으로 제안하였다. 이들 요인은 웹사이트 사용만족도에 정의 영향을 미치며, 사용만족도는 웹사이트의 지속적 사용의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 관계를 연구 모형으로 설정하고, 이를 회귀분석을 이용하여 검정하였다. 그 결과, 웹사이트의 기술적 특성, 컨텐츠 질, 디자인, 네비게이션 특성 등 웹사이트 특성은 웹사이트의 사용만족도에 유의적인 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 웹사이트 만족도는 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

While the impact or internet on our everyday life keeps increasing, the internet users are turning toward the value added information only that suits their purpose instead of just wandering over a sea (pool) or information. Although it is easy to locate the information using various search engines. we still finds it time and cost consuming to update the existing information or to add similar Information. There are several portal sites managed by each industrial types or associations/organizations for the purpose or strengthening the competitiveness or small and medium-sized enterprises And currently, tremendous manpower and expenses are put into the selection and quality improvement or information to satisfy the needs toward the high qualify information by the specialized users in their fields collection and updating or the information is partially available manually during He period or budget allocation by the government it becomes problematic, however, to continue this service when the project expires. This report presents the system for the information collection, analysis and classification of portal sites operated for the special purposes and automatic upload to the proper sites. In addition. expression or web robots and application of robots and several information types are suggested which will eventually accomplish currency or information and automatic updates and addition or documents with the least expenses or maintenance.

그리드 포탈 서비스는 기존의 어플리케이션 기반 그리드 서비스가 갖는 시간적 공간적 제약을 극복하여 보다 유연한 연구 환경을 제공한다. 그러나 사용자 인터페이스와 같은 사용자 요구 사항은 개발 기간 동안 불분명하기도 하고 자주 변하기도 한다. 그러므로 그리드 서비스를 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 만들고 유지 관리하는 비용을 줄일 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유저 인터페이스 개발이 보다 쉽고 코드의 재사용률을 증가시킬 수 있는 객체 기반의 컨트롤 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델에서는 프레젠테이션 페이지의 구조를 보다 명확히 기술할 수 있고 액션들을 구현하는 것이 보다 쉽고 간단하다.

As a knowledge-based economy is emerging, knowledge management (KM) is being rapidly disseminated in both academic circles and the business world. Accordingly, how to effectively manage knowledge is vital to the survival and advance of a company, particularly in project-based industries such as construction. For these reasons, construction companies have adopted IT-based Knowledge management systems (KMS), which is the technology platform and infrastructure that an organization employs to support knowledge management. However, many construction companies have spent resources on developing a KMS that only focus on codification. Furthermore, small and medium-sized companies have limited resources to afford extensive investments. This research addresses the problems found in the current KMS and develops a web-based construction knowledge management portal (CKMP). To achieve these objectives, a case study is conducted and requirements for implementing KM are identified. Based on the identified requirements, this paper builds CKMP using Expert Index (EI), blog, ontology based knowledge retrieval, and wikiblog. The most important functionality of CKMP is their fundamentals to synchronize and support KM process. In order to validate the CKMP, a pilot test with actual users is conducted, and the usability of the system is compared with the current systems. This study is relevant to both the construction industry and academia, as it provides a means of enhancing the performance of KM.

IT and e-business is a hot issue of the world business and economic communities. The web site is the portal through which most of electronic transactions are conducted today. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate on factors influencing the web site development at the firms in Korea. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & post to 281 firms that have implemented web site. Out of 44 responded questionnaires, 39 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPPSSWin 10.1. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of web site development : (1) support of top management, (2) information technologies maturity, (3) strategic utilization of web site, (4) strength of rivalry among competing firm, (5) support policy of the government. Results of this study show that information technologies maturity and strategic utilization of web site positively influence on web site development. But support of top management, strength of rivalry among competing firm and support policy of the government don't influence on web site development. This study may provide a guideline to improve the quality of web site development.

This paper aimed to exam core factors of the service quality and analyze their effects on trust, satisfaction. And this paper analysis trust and satisfaction effects on revisti intention. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of service quality. Form previous studies, we drawed core factor. Core factor is convenience, technologies, valuable of contents, service. These core factors will affect on customer trust, customer satisfaction and trust, satisfaction will affect on revisit intention. To be winner, companies must be consider these key factor(convenience, technologies, valuable of contents, service).
