게임이론 비용배분규칙에 의한 항만서비스 가격산정 (Pricing the Seaport Service according to the Cost Allocation Rule of Game Theory)

  • 글로벌공급사슬간 경쟁이 격화됨에 따라 항만서비스도 항만의 존속과 경쟁력제고를 위한 시장지향적인 가격산정이 크게 필요하다. 협조적 게임이론의 오웬밸류는 선사주체의 시장지향적 항만서비스가격 산정에 활용될 수 있다. 이를 우리나라 광양항의 사례에 적용하여 그 유용성을 확인해보았다. 본 연구결과 부두용 특성함수를 사용하여 선석별 비용배분 문제를 해결하고, Budescu(1993)방법을 통해 안벽사용지수를 구하기 위한 관련요인의 상대적 가중치를 합리적으로 산정하였다. 또한 주요 선사에 대한 사용료 우대방안과 선사간 전략적 제휴에 의한 항만서비스 가격할인방안을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 결과를 활용하여 대형선박을 자주 운항하는 주요 선사에 대한 체계적인 요금할인을 통해 항만서비스요금을 전략적으로 책정 할 수 있을 것이다.

Analysis of Compression Ignition Combustion in a Schnurle-Type Gasoline Engine - Comparison of performance between direct injection and port injection systems -

  • A two-stroke Schnurle-type gasoline engine was modified to enable compression-ignition in both the port fuel injection and the in-cylinder direct injection. Using the engine, examinations of compression-ignition operation and engine performance tests were carried out. The amount of the residual gas and the in-cylinder mixture conditions were controlled by varying the valve angle rate of the exhaust valve (VAR) and the injection timing for direct injection conditions. It was found that the direct injection system is superior to the port injection system in terms of exhaust gas emissions and thermal efficiency, and that almost the same operational region of compression-ignition at medium speeds and loads was attained. Some interesting combustion characteristics, such as a shorter combustion period in higher engine speed conditions, and factors for the onset of compression-ignition were also examined.

  • In this paper, a new three-port multidirectional DC-DC converter is proposed for integrating an energy storage system (ESS) to a bipolar DC microgrid (BPDCMG). The proposed converter provides a voltage-balancing function for the BPDCMG and adjusts the charge of the ESS. Thanks to the multi-functional operation of the proposed converter, the conversion stages of the system are reduced. In addition, the efficiency and weight of the system are improved. Therefore, this converter has a significant capability when it comes to use in portable BPDCMGs such as electric DC ships. The converter modes are analyzed and small-signal models of the converter in each of the independent modes are extracted. Finally, comprehensive simulation studies are carried out and a BPDCMG laboratory prototype is implemented in order to verify the performance of the proposed voltage balancer using the burst mode control scheme.

가솔린 기관 공연비 제어를 위한 흡기포트 내의 연료액막 모델링 (Modeling of Liquid Fuel Behavior to Control Air/Fuel Ratio in the Intake Port of SI Engines)

  • A wall fuel-film flow model is developed to predict the effect of a wall-fuel-film on air-fuel ratio in an SI engine in transient conditions. Fuel redistribution in the intake port resulting from charge backflow and a simple liquid fuel behavior in the cylinder are included in this model. Liquid fuel film flow is calculated of every crank angle degree using the instantaneous air flow rate. The model is validated by comparing the calculated results and corresponding engine experiment results of a commercial 4 cylinder DOHC engine. The predicted results match well with the experimental results. To maintain the constant air-fuel ratio during transient operation. the fuel injection rate control can be obtained from the simulation result.

  • 선사가 기항노선의 주요 선정요인으로 컨테이너터미널 하역비를 들 수 있으므로, 하역비의 원가를 산정하는 것은 매우 중요하지만 컨테이너터미널을 대상으로 한 활동기준원가분석의 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 시간을 고려하여 개선된 시간-동인활동기준원가계산을 바탕으로 컨테이너터미널에서 적용 가능한 Conceptual Framework과 원가관리모델을 제시한다.

Rational Criterion of Suing and Labouring Charge in Marine Insurance -Using Game Theoretic Approach-

  • The purpose of this paper is to setup reasonable criterion for underwriters to reimburse the expenses of suing and labouring incurred by assured, using game theory. As for the upper limit for the reimbursement, MIA and ICC do not mention at all but stipulate that proper and reasonable expenses shall be reimbursed, while ITC-Hulls set the amount insured as the upper limit to compensate the sum of expenses and damage loss. And as for failed measures of averting and minimizing loss, MIA and ICC do not mention either, while ITC-Hulls stipulates underwriters shall compensate the expenses and damage loss within the amount insured. The main results of this paper are as follows: First, it is for the benefit of underwriters to reimburse the expenses incurred to take such reasonable measures to avert or minimizing a loss which would be recoverable under the insurance. Second, the expenses of single measure should not be above the amount insured. Third, even if the measures failed, the expense should be reimbursed if it is less than the expected value of the subject-matter insured that could be recovered by the measures. Last, if the measures are taken several times individually, even if the sum of expenses might be above the amount insured, it should be reimbursed.

  • A small electrical potential difference which appears on any solid body when subjected to illumination by a modulated light beam generated by laser is called photocharge voltage(PCV)[1,2]. This voltage is proportional to the induced change in the surface electrical charge and is capacitatively measured on various materials such as conductors, semiconductors, ceramics, dielectrics and biological objects. The amplitude of the detected signal depends on the type of material under investigation, and on the surface properties of the sample. In photocharge voltage spectroscopy measurements[3], the sample is illuminated by both a steady state monochromatic bias light and the pulsed laser. The monochromatic light is used to created a variation in the steady state population of trap levels in the surface and space charge region of semiconductor samples which does result in a change in the measured voltage. Using this technique the spatial variation of PCV can be utilized to evalulate the surface conditions of the sample and the variation of the PCV due to the monochromatic bias light are utilized to charactrize the surface states. A qualitative analysis of the proposed measuremen is present along with experimental results performed on amorphous silicon samples. The deposition temperature was varied in order to obtain samples with different structural, optical and electronic properties and measurements are related to the defect density in amorphous thin film.

조선말 개항기 부산항의 근대식 등대에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Modern Lighthouse of Busan Harbor in the late Joseon Dynasty after Opening Port)

  • 부산은 18세기말 서양에게 처음으로 알려졌다. 이후 19세기말 조선이 강화도 조약을 시작으로 국제 열강들에게 개항되었을 때에도 중요한 국제적인 개항장이었다. 국제 선박들의 왕래가 늘면서 부산항의 항만시설과 등대의 중요성이 부각되었다. 등대의 설치와 관리는 부산해관원들이 담당하였다. 개항기 해관의 작업들은 봉건사회에서 근대국가로 변천하는 조선의 역사적 기원이 된다. 이처럼 소중한 역사임에도 불구하고 개항기 해관문서들이 상당부분 소실되어 정확한 역사를 알 수가 없었다. 그러나 조선의 내부문서와 외교문서 그리고 국내외 언론들에 의해 작성된 기록들을 비교 검토함으로써 객관적인 사실관계를 정립할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 최근 출간된 자료들과 수집된 고지도들을 바탕으로 조선말 개항기 부산항에 설치된 근대식 등대를 확인하는 것을 우선적인 목적으로 한다. 이를 통하여 대한민국 근대사의 올바른 정립에 객관적 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

부산시의 컨테이너세 징수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Container Tax Collection of Busan City)

  • 부산항은 우리나라의 대표적인 사회간접자본시설로서 국가경제발전의 견인차 역할을 수행해 왔다. 그러므로 항만관련시설들의 상호 보완적인 시스템화를 통하여 부산항을 세계 제일의 물류기지로 발전시켜 향후 동북아 물류중심항으로의 기능을 원만히 수행할 수 있도록 정부가 부산항 항만배후도로의 시설주체가 되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 부산항의 발전을 저해하는 컨테이너세의 문제점과 폐지에 관한 현실적인 접근을 통해 컨테이너세와 그 용도에 관한 분석 및 현황파악을 바탕으로 컨테이너세의 타당성 여부를 검토하여 다름과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째, 항만에서 역외 고속도로까지를 연결하는 항만배후도로는 항만의 일부분이므로 정부가 시설투자의 주체가 되어야 한다. 둘째, 컨데이너세를 징수함으로써 화주와 선사는 수출입 물류비와 함께 컨테이너세를 추가적으로 지불하여 상당한 비용적 부담을 안고 있다. 셋째, 공컨테이너 또는 환적컨테이너의 수출입 비중은 상당히 높아, 부산시 교통체증을 유발하는 요인으로 작용하고 있으나, 부과대상에서 제외되고 있어 컨테이너세 부과대상의 형평성에 크게 어긋나고 있다. 넷째, 동북아 물류허브항만이 되기 위하여 중국, 대만, 일본의 경쟁항만들은 항만비용의 절감을 통해 경쟁력을 향상시키고 있는 반면, 부산항은 컨테이너세라는 추가적인 세금을 부과함으로써 가격 경쟁력의 약화를 가져와 동북아 물류허브항만으로 육성하기 위한 전략에 큰 차질을 빚고 있다.

중매인에 관한 연구 (On The Licensed Dealer in Landing Markets)

  • Korea is a peninsular country surrounded by seas on three sides, and the fishing industry has carried out the service of suppling to the people with important anima protein. The distribution of fishery products has very complicated structures, because the production is in charge of small producers scattering along the coast all over the country, while consumpstion is made by separate homes in areas away from producing district. The relation between these two factors the structures make very complicated. The most typical and special structures of fishery distridution are distinguished in two, that is, one is landing market, the other is inland market. Landing markets have been monopolized by fishermen's cooperatives, providing with landing facilities and building sites. Fish markets played not only an important role in the landing, but distribution and price determination of catches by auction or tender. Inland markets are two types of wholesale market in consuming center, one is the terminal market for urban consumers, the other type is the local market for rural consumers. Fundamental functions of landing markets are gathering, assessment, and distribution functions. Gathering function is in charge of wholesaler in fishery cooperative. Gathering amounts are equal to gathering capacity of wholesaler and transact ability of licensed dealers as shown below model. Gathering amount=f.gathering capacity(=pre price.landing facility.account of wholesaler.distance of fishing ground.conveniency purchasing.home port)=fㆍ transact ability of licensed dealers≒f.population or port, and table 1 indicates these relationship. Assessment and distribution functions are in charge of licensed dealers in consumption side. Assessment function should bring the value in production activity through the auction between the cooperative seller and the licensed dealer as buyer. For fair trade transaction in auction, the free competition is supposed to be a prerequisite among the licensed dealers. The ideal condition for free competition is sameness in the scale of buying amount by licensed delaers, but it is almost impossible to attain its goal in actual marketing.
