자아정체성의 유형이 페이스북 의견 지도자와의 준사회적 상호작용 및 정보공유 의도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Types of Self-Identity on Quasi-social Interactions and Information Sharing Intentions with Facebook Opinion Leaders)

  • 소셜 네트워크 서비스 상에서 의견지도자는 다양한 이슈에 대한 여론 형성을 주도하고 있다. 그러나 어떠한 개인적 특성을 통해 이용자들이 의견지도자와 상호작용하며, 행위 의도를 보이는지 파악하는 연구는 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구는 페이스북 이용자들의 자아정체성 성향에 따른 페이스북 내 의견 지도자와의 준사회적 상호작용과 정보공유 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용자들은 이슈 유형에 따라 인식과 행동을 달리 하기 때문에 이슈 유형을 생활문화 영역과 정치 영역으로 구분하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 생활문화 영역과 정치 영역에서 개인 정체성은 준사회적 상호작용에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 집단 정체성은 준사회적 상호작용에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 정보공유 의도와 관련하여 생활문화 영역에서만 자아정체성(사회 정체성·집단 정체성)의 유의미한 효과를 확인하였다. 준사회적 상호작용은 모든 이슈 영역에서 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 페이스북 이용자들의 자아정체성 유형에 의한 의견지도자 마케팅 전략에 차이를 고려할 필요가 있음을 나타낸다. 더불어 기업적 차원에서 이슈 유형의 구분 없이 준사회적 상호작용 수준을 높이는 것이 효과적인 결과에 도출할 수 있음을 시사한다.

공공기록관리분야의 빅데이터 활용 방법과 시사점 제안 (Big Data Utilization and Policy Suggestions in Public Records Management)

  • 본 연구에서는 오늘날 기록관리는 정보통신 기술의 발전과 업무환경이 급변하고 정부의 규모와 여러 기능들이 확대되면서 행정업무에서 발생하는 기록과 그에 따른 데이터 생산량이 대폭 증가함에 따라 관리에 대한 중요도가 커졌다. 빅데이터의 특성을 가진 공공기록물의 개념과 빅데이터 특징을 연계하여 사례로 설명한다. 빅데이터 발생 환경에 따른 사회적, 기술적, 환경적, 경제적, 정치적 영역으로 살펴보기 위해 'STEEP'분석을 실시하였다. 공공기록관리분야에서 빅데이터 기술 적용 적절함과 필요성을 알아보고 활용이 가능한 업무 분석을 통해 공공기록관리 업무의 최우선 적용 가능한 프레임워크를 도식하고 업무 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 공공기록관리 절차와 표준에 '분석' 단계를 넣고 기록관과 기록물관리전문요원들에 의해 빅데이터 분석기술을 적용할 수 있는 신규 조직과 추가연구와 시도가 필요하다. 둘째, 많은 양의 데이터 속에 비구조화 되어있고 숨겨져 있는 패턴을 발견할 수 있도록 통합적 사고와 관련이 있는 '빅데이터 분석 자격'을 갖춘 기록물관리전문요원을 양성하여야 한다. 셋째, 공공기록분야에 빅데이터기술과 인공지능을 결합하여 자가 학습 시킨 후, 맥락을 분석하고 이를 통해 공공기관의 사회 현상과 환경을 분석하고 예측 되도록 하여야 한다.

웹 예능을 활용한 아이돌 마케팅 전략 연구 - <달려라 방탄>을 중심으로 (A Study on Idol Marketing Strategies Using Web Entertainment - Focusing on -)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 웹 예능을 마케팅의 측면에서 살펴보고, 한국과 해외의 소비자는 이에 대해서 어떻게 느끼고 있는지를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 문헌연구, 사례연구, 소비자 인터뷰 등의 방법을 사용하였다. 본 논문의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 우선, <달려라 방탄>의 사례를 통해서 본 웹 예능은 상품적인 측면에서 웹 예능 고유의 상호성을 활용, 출연자들과 시청자들의 요구를 예능 콘텐츠에 적극적으로 반영하고 있다. 가격적인 측면에서는 웹 예능은 보다 다양한 콘텐츠를 담고 있는 유료서비스를 운영하고 있었다. 다만 시청자들의 수입이나 연령대별로 유료서비스에 대한 만족의 정도는 달랐다. 유통의 측면에서 웹 예능은 기존의 TV 예능보다 시청자들을 훨씬 명확히 포지셔닝 할 수 있으며, 시청자와의 상호소통성이 강하고, 해외 수출에 있어서 정치적인 갈등이나 검열에서 비교적 자유롭다. 마지막으로, 홍보의 측면에서 웹 예능은 기존 시청자의 주축을 이루는 팬들에게는 다양한 방식으로 홍보되고 있으나, 팬 이외의 다양한 시청자들에 대한 홍보는 비교적 약하다. 위와 같은 분석을 기반으로 본 논문은 다음과 같 세가지 개선방안을 제안하였는데, 웹 예능의 소비자를 지역별·나이별로 세분하여 맞춤 마케팅을 진행하고 소비자들이 콘텐츠에 직접 의견을 낼 수 있는 전문적인 창구를 마련하고, 다양한 매체를 통해 폭넓게 홍보하는 것 등이다.

특별교통수단 장기대기수요에 대한 사회 연결망 분석 (Social Network Analysis of Long-term Standby Demand for Special Transportation)

  • 교통약자의 이동편의 증진을 위해 도입된 특별교통수단은 2016년 법적 기준대수 충족 등 양적인 발전을 이루었으나, 대기시간의 50% 이상이 30분을 초과하는 등 질적인 측면에서 발전이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특별교통수단의 운영 효율화를 위하여 대구광역시 특별교통수단 승하차 이력 자료 중 대기시간이 상위 25%에 해당하는 장기대기통행을 추출하여 공간자기상관 분석과 사회 연결망 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 특별교통수단 이용자들의 평균 대기시간과 공간과의 상관관계는 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 일부 도서산간 지역에서 개선지역을 도출하였다. 내향연결 중심성 분석 결과 첨두시간대는 종합병원, 복지관 방문이 주를 이루는 반면, 비첨두시간대는 터미널/역사, 주거지 인근의 의원 방문의 장기대기수요가 높게 나타났다. 외향 연결 중심성 분석은 첨두시간대와 비첨두시간대 모두 주거지 기반의 수요가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 특별교통수단 운영의 질적 개선과 교통약자 이동권 개선에 기여할 것으로 판단되며, 연구의 학술적 함의와 한계점 또한 제시하였다.

정보통신기술 기반 지식정보관리 프레임워크를 통한 한국 정부 조직 혁신에 관한 탐구: 외교부를 중심으로 (Organizational Innovation in the Korean Government via an ICT-based IKM Framework: A focus on the MOFA)

  • 급속히 발전하고 있는 정보통신기술은 기업과 조직의 운영시스템에도 영향을 미치고 있으며, 다수의 산업 분야에서 혁신적인 정보 및 지식관리 전략을 수립하기 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 외교부는 지난 20년간 지식정보관리 관련 시스템의 많은 부분에 디지털 기술을 적용하고 있으나, 그에 맞는 전략을 분석하기 위한 기존 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 인터뷰 및 외교부 내부 혁신 보고서 분석을 통해 현재 한국 외교부의 지식정보관리의 개념과 제약 사항을 진단하고, 외교부가 조직의 양면성 역량과 수용능력을 강화하여, 조직 혁신을 촉진하는 지식정보 관리체계를 제공하는 방법을 평가하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 외교부의 지식정보관리는 디지털 기술 변화에 적응할 수 있는 동적인 역량을 갖추고 있으나, 본질적인 내부의 한계(기밀 문서 처리구조, 지식정보관리 관련 협업체계 부재)와 외부의 한계(국내 정치 상황, 정부 조직의 위계질서)에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 내부적 한계와 외부적 요인으로 인한 영향을 최소화하는 방안을 마련하는 조직의 양면성 역량과 수용능력 증진을 통해 외교부가 조직 혁신을 위한 지식정보관리 체계를 개발해야 하는 것으로 관찰된다. 이를 위해 실질적으로 활용 가능한 IKM 시스템 개발을 위한 이후의 세부 연구에는 변화하는 환경에 대비한 직군 간 대화와 직원 역량 강화 방안이 포함되어야 할 것이다.

Assessment of Public Engagement Approach in Various Project Stages: The Case Study of Central Market, Hong Kong

  • The present research evaluates the public engagement approach in various project stages. Hong Kong had long been criticized as top-down and executive-led jurisdiction by overlooking the importance of cultural heritage and public concerns on public projects. It was suggested to the government to engage public and provide sufficient public consultation. Thereby, the government announced a series of revitalization and conversion measures in Policy Address in 2008. To carry out the measures, there were voices, because of diverse and sometimes conflicting interests, over the effect of revitalization project. On the other hand, studies reveal that there are benefits of revitalization and enhancement of public engagement approach. In pursuit of the subject, the present research aims at studying the Central Market as a case study pilot project. In October 2009, the Policy Address announced that the Central Market be revitalized. Tasked to implement the project, Urban Renewal Authority (URA) continued to adopt the people-oriented approach as the guiding principle in its core business and in heritage preservation and revitalization so as to create a sustainable development. Between government and the public, URA acts as a bridge for communication. As between URA and the public, URA conducted public consultation, set up an ad-hoc committee in January 2016 to be in charge of the project and will continuously inform the government and public with the updates and project progress. The main objectives of the present research are to assess the advantages and challenges in different stages of public engagement approach, to evaluate the engagement system, to give a comprehensive view for participation of stakeholders, and to find out effective strategies to enhance civil engagement. Research was achieved through interviews to key persons in the project, questionnaire that was distributed to community and experts in the field. Case Study of the Central Market was studied and investigated using different sources, such as newspapers, journals, etc, to evaluate the degree of public engagement in the project. Both detailed qualitative methodological approaches of interview, questionnaire, and case study, act as a synergy to demonstrate the research objectives and provide the comprehensive perceptions on the revitalization project. The results show that public participants in revitalized project have generated considerable value enhancements to social-cultural, environmental, political and economic aspect. This study provides valuable insights that the public participation can make positive contribution to sustainability in the city. The findings indicate that no any single system is flawless therefore seeking both public opinions and professional advices are also important as a comprehensive approach to achieve higher sustainability of the building.

효과적인 공공외교 분석을 위한 이론적 모형 (A Theoretical Model for Effective Public Diplomacy)

  • 배경: 조셉 나이(Joseph Nye)의 선구적 저서, 연성권력(Soft Power)이 출간된 이후 소프트파워는 공공외교 연구의 중심 개념이 되었다. 그러나 이 개념은 아직 논쟁 중이라 이를 과도하게 강조하는 정치학자들로 인해 현장 실무에 적용할 수 있는 유용한 지식의 생산은 지체되어 왔다. 나이는 연성권력을 성공적인 공공외교의 수단이자 결과로 정의함으로써 체계적인 분석을 어렵게 했다. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 효과적인 공공외교에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석을 위한 이론적 모형을 제공함으로써 연성권력과 공공외교의 관계를 나이와는 다른 각도에서 접근하고자 한다. 방법: 본 연구에서 제시하는 이론적 모형은 각국에 신공공외교가 언제 어떻게 도입되었는지 비교적 시각에서 분석하고, 연성권력과 경성권력 자원을 검토하였다. 결과: 다섯개의 차원으로 구성된 본 연구의 이론적 모형은 효과적인 공공외교에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히는데 사용될 수 있다. 이 모형을 통해 연성권력 그 자체보다는 공공외교 효과성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 사상과 가치, 제도, 거버넌스, 리더십, 의사소통 체계와 같은 정치체제 내의 변수와 홍보학에서 사용하는 평가모형을 결합함으로써 현장에서 적용가능한 지식을 창출할 수 있다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 공공외교에 관한 정성 분석은 물론 정량분석에 필요한 수많은 가설의 도출을 가능하게 함으로써 공공외교의 이론적, 분석적 발전에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

한국의 해상풍력산업 발전전략 고찰 (Contemplation of Korean Offshore Wind Industry Development)

  • Offshore wind power generation has significant advantages, including enhanced energy security and job creation. However, despite these benefits, South Korea has not fully utilized its potential in this sector. In contrast, offshore wind power industry development in Europe has been driven by government leadership. Drawing from this experience, South Korea also needs to relax regulations, strengthen necessary infrastructure, and enhance financial support systems to activate the offshore wind power industry. For this, sustained government leadership is absolutely essential. Without addressing the capacity issues in the power grid, we cannot expect offshore wind power generation to succeed. To address grid issues, we propose the enactment of a special law called the "Special Act on Grid Expansion." Considering KEPCO's financial situation, private investment should be encouraged for grid construction. The role of developers is crucial for the successful development and operation of offshore wind power. They manage risks throughout various stages, from site acquisition to construction and operation, which have a significant impact on the success or failure of projects. Since domestic developers currently lack experience in offshore wind power, a cooperative strategy that leverages the experience and technology of advanced countries is necessary. Energy issues should be recognized as important tasks beyond mere political ideologies, as they are crucial for the survival of the nation and its development. It is essential to form a public consensus and implement ways for residents to coexist with offshore wind power, along with the conservation of marine ecosystems and effective communication with stakeholders. Expansion of the offshore wind power industry requires support in various areas, including financial and tax incentives, technology research investment, and workforce development. In particular, achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 necessitates the activation of offshore wind power alongside efforts by major corporations to transition to renewable energy. South Korea, surrounded by the sea, holds significant offshore wind power potential, and it is our responsibility to harness it as a sustainable energy source for future generations. To activate the offshore wind power market, we need to provide financial and tax support, develop infrastructure and research, and foster a skilled workforce. As major corporations transition to renewable energy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, offshore wind power must play a significant role. It is our responsibility to fully utilize South Korea's potential and make offshore wind power a new driver of growth.

한국부인의 보건지식, 태도 및 실천에 영향을 미치는 제요인분석 (An Analysis of Determinants of Health Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Housewives in Korea)

  • The levels of health knowledge, attitude and practice of housewives considerably effect to the health of households, communities and the nation. This study was designed to grasp the levels of health knowledge, attitude and practice of houswives and analyse the various factors effecting to health in order to provide health education services as well as materials for effective formulation and implementation of health policy to improve the health of the nation. This study has been conducted through interviews by trained surveyers for 4,281 housewives selected from 4,500 households throughout the country for 40 days during July 11-August 20, 1983. The results of survey were analysed by stepwise multiple regression and path analysis are summarized as follows; 1. Based on the measurement instrument applied to this study, the levels of health knowledge, attitude and practice of housewives were extremely low with 54.5 points out of 100 points in full. Higher level with 72 points and above was approximately 21 percent and lower level with 39 points and below was approx. 24 percent. The middle level was approx. 55 percent. In order to implement health programs successively, health education should be more strengthened and to improve the level of health knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of the nation, political consideration as a part of spiritual reformation must be concentrated on health. 2. The level of health knowledge indicated the highest points with 57.3 the level of attitude was the second with 55.0 points and the practice level was the lowest with 50.0 point. Therefore, planning and implementation of health education program must be based on the persuasion and motivation that health knowledge turn into practice. 3. Housewives who had higher level of health knowledge, showed their practice level was relatively lower and those who had middle or low level of it practice level was the reverse. 4. Correlations among health knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) were generally higher and statistically significant at 0.1 percent level. Correlation between total health KAP level and health knowledge was the highest with r=.8092. 5. Health KAP levels showed significant differences according to the age, number of children, marital status, self-assessed health status and concern on health of the housewives interviewed (p<0.001) 6. Health KAP levels also showed significant differences according to the education level, economic status, employment before marriage and grown-up area of the housewives interviewed. (p<0.001) 7. Heath KAP levels showed significant differences according to health insurance benificiary and the existence of patients in the family. (p<0.001). 8. Health KAP levels showed significant differences according to distance to government organizations, schools, distance to health facilities, telephone possession rate, television possession rate, newspaper reading rate and activities of Ban meeting and Women's club. (p<0.001) 9. Health KAP levels showed significant differences according to electric mass communication media such as television, radio and village broadcasting etc. and printed media such as newspaper, magazine and booklets etc., IEC variables such as individual consultation and husband-wife communication, however, there was no significance with group training. 10. Health KAP of the housewives showed close correlation with personal characteristics variables, i.e., education level (r=.5302), age (r=-.3694) grown-up area (r=.3357) and employment before marriage. In general, correlation of health knowledge level was higher than the levels of attitude or practice. In case of health concern and health insurance, correlation of practice level was higher than health knowledge level. 11. Health KAP levels showed higher correlation with community environmental characteristics, Ban meeting and activity of Women's club, however, no correlation with New-village movement. 12. Among IEC variables, husband-wife communication showed the highest correlation with health KAP levels and printed media, electric mas communication media and health consultation in order. Therefore, encouragement of husband-wife communication and development of training program for men should be included in health education program. 13. Mass media such as electric mass com. and printed media were effective for knowledge transmission and husband-wife communication and individual consultation were effective for health practice. Group training was significant for knowledge transmission, however, but not significant for attitude formation or turning to health practice. To improve health KAP levels, health knowledge should be transmitted via mass media and health consultation with health professionals and field health workers should be strengthened. 14. Correlation of health KAP levels showed that knowledge level was generally higher than that of practice and recognized that knowledge was not linked with attitude or practice. 15. The twenty-five variables effecting health KAP levels of housewives had 41 per cent explanation variances among which education level had great contribution (β=.2309) and electric mass com. media (β=.1778), husband-wife communication (β=.1482), printed media, grown-up area, and distance to government organizations in order. Variances explained (R²) of health KAP were 31%, 15%, and 30% respectively. 16. Principal variables contributed to health KAP were education level (β=.12320, β=.1465), electric mass comm. media (β=.1762, β=.1839), printed media, (β=.1383, β=.1420) husband-wife communication (β=.1004, β=.1067), grown-up area and distance to government organizations, in order. Since education level contributes greatly to health KAP of the housewives, health education including curriculum development in primary, middle and high schools must be emphasized and health science must be selected as one of the basic liberal arts subject in universities. 17. Variences explained of IEC variables to health KAP were 19% in total, 14% in knowledge, 9% in attitude, and 10% in health practice. Contributions of IEC variables to health KAP levels were printed media (β=.3882), electric mass comm media (β=.3165), husb-band wife com. (β=.2095,) and consultation on health (β=.0841) in order, however, group training showed negative effect (β=-.0402). National fund must be invested for the development of Health Program through mass media such as TV and radio etc. and for printed materials such as newspaper, magazines, phamplet etc. needed for transmission of health knowledge. 18. Variables contributed to health KAP levels through IEC variables with indirect effects were education level (Ind E=0.0410), health concern (Ind E=.0161), newspaper reading rate (Ind E=.0137), TV possession rate and activity of Ban meeting in order, however, health facility showed negative effect (Ind E=-.0232) and other variables showed direct effect but not indirect effect. 19. Among the variables effecting health KAP level, education level showed the highest in total effect (TE=.2693) then IEC (TE=.1972), grown-up city (TE=.1237), newspaper reading rate (TE=.1020), distance to government organization (TE=.095) in order. 20. Variables indicating indirect effects to health KAP levels were; at knowledge level with R²=30%, education level (Ind E=.0344), newspaper reading rate (Ind E=.0112), TV possession rate (Ind E=.0689), activity of Ban meeting (Ind E=.0079) in order and at attitude level with R²=13%, education level (Ind E=. 0338), activity of Ban meeting (Ind E=.0079), and at practice level with R²=29%. education level (Ind E=.0268), health facility (Ind E=.0830) and concern on health (Ind E=.0105). 21. Total effect to health KAP levels and IEC by variable characteristics, personal characteristics variables indicated larger than community characteristics variables. 22. Multiple Correlation Coefficient (MCC) expressed by the Personal Characteristic Variable was .5049 and explained approximately 25% of variances. MCC expressed by total Community environment variable was .4283 and explained approx. 18% of variances. MCC expressed by IEC Variables was .4380 and explained approx. 19% of variances. The most important variable effected to health KAP levels was personal characteristic and then IEC variable, Community Environment variable in order. When the IEC effected with personal characteristic or community characteristic, the MCC or the variances were relatively higher than effecting alone. Therefore it was identified that the IEC was one of the important intermediate variable.

편물의 역사적 고찰 -유럽의 편물 전통문양을 중심으로 - (The Historical Survey on Knitted Works - On the Basic of the Traditional Knitting Patterns of Europe -)

  • This study investigates the characteristics of European knitted works from a historical perspective. Specifically, this study deals with the following research topics: 1) the origin and development of knitting. 2) the characteristics of knitting industry according to the change of times, 3) the comparison of local knitting patterns and cultures. 4) 7he symbolic meaning of the designs in the knitted works and theire functions. This research is barred on the survey of the relevant literature and photographs. The results of the study are summarized as follows. 1) The introduction of knitted works was closely connected with the climatic and socio-economic conditions of the places of the origin. Knitted work developed mostly in Northern Europe, a cold area, and the barren, mountainous coastal areas where people frequently used woolen materials for clothes. 2) In ancient times, abstract and geometric patterns have developed in Europe under the influence of Arabian knitted work. Middle Ages saw the flourishing of Arabian knitted works representing the authority of the church. In early modern times, the knitted work assumed the wealth of the royal families and the nobles. But afterward it was gradually Popularized among the middle classes. Knitting was then regarded as one of the women's major cultural activities. However, recently in the interwar periods. the knitting industry did not flourish and the knitted works came to serve merely as comfort goods by political urge. Knitted works were introduced in Korea around 1870 (the 7th or 8th year of king Kojong era) by Catholic missionaries and they started to be made by machine in 1917. 3) As for the propagation of the knitted work into Europe, there are three routes estimated. The traditional knitting patterns of local areas and their characteristics are summed up as follows : (1) England Guernseys are thick dark blue wool, whereas Jerseys are thinner and of various colors. The knitted shawls of Shetland are world-famous for their fine, lace-like texture that they can be through a wedding-ring.
