Recent modeling and simulation technologies are being used in various fields, especially in the field of military simulation-based acquisition (Simulation Based Acquisition) is recognized as an essential policy. In test and evaluation phase of the SBA process, to build a simulation-based T&E(test and evaluation) environment is needed when T&E cannot be carried by real weapon system. To improve efficiency and reliability for T&E, interoperability, reusability and reliability for T&E equipments and systems are important. In this study, we propose applying simulation framework for efficienct test and applying VV&A process for reliable evaluation. We describes the characteristics of the development process, the actual test cases and the results of evaluation. Finally utilization plan and the future direction of research is described.

In the application development process is an important task to improve the quality of the data is the principal means for achieving the functional requirements of the wireless sensor network applications because it is the data obtained in the real world. It should be possible to meet the requirements for the quality improvement to those detailed for improving the quality in a short period of time for developing a prototype of an application and low cost. However, development of the existing methods can not be satisfied simultaneously in order to use a consistent abstraction because antinomical relation between ability of description and ease of description. In this paper, we propose a meta-data designed to support the improvement of data quality through abstract modeling language is also used in combination to a multiple of the other.

This study analyzes online news articles and cafe articles on the '5-day Rotation Mask Distribution System', which is emerging as a recent issue due to the COVID-19 incident, to identify the mass media and social media agendas containing media and public reactions. This study figured out the difference between mass media and social media. For analysis, we collected 2,096 full text articles from Naver and 1,840 posts from Naver Cafe, and conducted word frequency analysis, word cloud, and LDA topic modeling analysis through data preprocessing and refinement. As a result of analysis, social media showed real-life topics such as 'family members' purchase', 'the postponement of school opening', ' mask usage', and 'mask purchase', reflecting the characteristics of personal media. Social media was found to play a role of exchanging personal opinions, emotions, and information rather than delivering information. With the application of the research method applied to this study, social issues can be publicized through various media analysis and used as a reference in the process of establishing a policy agenda that evolves into a government agenda.

Traffic accidents are caused by a variety of factors. Among the factors that cause traffic accidents are weather conditions at the time. There is a difference in the percentage of deaths according to traffic accidents, due to the weather conditions. In order to reduce the number of deaths due to traffic accidents, to predict the incidence of traffic accidents that occur in response to weather conditions is required. In this paper, it propose a model to predict the incidence of traffic accidents caused by weather conditions. Predictive modeling was applied to the theory of Markov processes. By applying the actual data for the proposed model, to predict the incidence of traffic accidents, it was compared with the number of occurrences in practice. In this paper, it is to support the development of traffic accident policy with the change of weather.

With the Government's policy of increasing the supply of residential houses in 1970s, the number of apartments have increased dramatically, and as the result, the number of old aged apartment are increasing too. Therefore remodeling is being executed to improve the residential environment. The rate of remodeling is increasing instead of rebuilding because rebuilding takes more resource and because of the realestate issue. There are many uncertainties in construction progress of remodeling such as communication between personnel, demolition and repair work. There are no standard for remodeling construction so such problems have been causing more problems. It has been found that BIM (Building Information Modeling) may be effective for resolving issues of standardization of remodeling construction. Therefore this study wishes to develop a standard process for remodeling work through BIM to estimate the possibility of its use at remodeling sites. Based on this, I wish to contribute to the issue of achieving construction efficiency pursued by BIM.

Since the outbreak of Covid-19, many countries have tried to defense Covid-19 to protect their people and as an influential and reliable policy as of now, they have recommended vaccinating. Thus, this research explored what influences the intention to vaccinate against Covid-19 with three health locus of control from multi-dimension health locus of control (MHLC) and perceived susceptibility and severity from health belief model (HBM) through PLS path modeling. Consequently, chance locus of control (CHLC) influence indirectly intention to vaccinate against Covid-19 mediating with susceptibility perception. It implies that the more fatalistic people attitude toward Covid-19, the more susceptible they perceived to the disease, and then, the stronger intention to vaccinate they would have. Thus, the health promotion authorities should motivate to activate people's susceptibility perception toward the disease through utilizing a variety of policies and consider that the fatalistic tendency toward the disease of people could play an antecedent role in the process.

In the presidential political system, the word of the president has great influence on the formation of national policy and the decision-making process. Policy priorities are determined according to the president's ideology and core values, and various policies are established and executed according to the priorities. Therefore, this paper analyzes the contents of the president's speech. Since the president's speech is a semantic datum, in order to analyze unstructured text, big data analysis is conducted through the methods of machine learning and deep learning. In this study, the president's speech at the "National Sea Day" commemoration was obtained 1996 onwards and analyzed using topic modeling. As a result of the analysis, all the presidents' speeches were delivered with a view of the ocean that was consistent with the direction of their administration. It was confirmed that the ocean-industry-resource topics, which are the intrinsic values of the ocean, were not damaged and consistently emphasized by all presidents.

Recently, high-speed internet subscribers have grown continuously, and reached up to 10 millions. But existing network management that is responsible only for user access is confronted with many difficulties, since user access network(xDSL, Cable, B-WILL, and so on) has diversified and value added wired/wireless contents service has developed. In this paper propose the Agent based Inter Networking platform as object-oriented hierarchical system that can provide various service such as access QoS(Quality of Service), customized application service and security service according to user on demand. This system has divided into two parts(user agent and agent management system ＆ local and central management systems). Management system periodically receive status information such as bandwidth, download speed, delay, current service, and so on, and process them, then build a policy based on processed information. According to personal user profile that is generated by this policy, the customized service can be provided for users. And This system adopt the object-oriented modeling in case that system migration and integration, and implement a system that is robust and stable for security through hierarchical server system.

This study suggests the dynamic value chain model, that will be able to not only show changing processes to organization's significant capital by integrating an individual, implicit, and explicit knowledge which affect organizational decision making, but also distinguish the key driver for raising organizational competitive power because it makes possible to analyze sensitivity of performance along with decision making alternatives and policy changes from dynamic view by connecting knowledge management capability, knowledge management activity, and relations with organizational performance with specific strategic map. Recently, a lot of organizations show interest in measuring and evaluating their performance synthetically. In organizations taking knowledge management, they introduce effective value chain model like a dynamic balanced scorecard (DBSC), and therefore they can reflect their knowledge management condition as well as show their changes by checking performance of established vision and strategy periodically. Furthermore, they can ask for their inner members' understanding and participation by communicating with and inspiring their members with awareness that members are one of their group, present a base of benchmarking, and offer significant information for later decision making. The BSC has been a successful framework for measuring an organization's performance in various perspectives through translating an organization's vision and strategy into an interrelated set of key performance indicators and specific actions. The BSC, while having significant strengths over traditional performance measurement methods, however, has its own limitations, due to its static nature, such as overlooking two-way causation between performance indicators and neglecting the impact of delayed feedback flowing from the adoption of new strategies or policy changes. To overcome these limitations, this study employs SD, a methodology for understanding complex systems where dynamic feedback among the interrelated system components significantly impact on the system outcomes. The SD simulation model in the form of DBSC would serve as a useful strategic teaming tool for facilitating an organization's communication process through various scenario analyses as well as predicting the dynamic behavior pattern of their key performance measures over a future time frame. For the demonstration purpose, this study applied the DBSC model to Prototype of Korea manufacturing and service firm.

Noise mapping covers the whole mapping process from the collection of raw data, storage and retrieval of the data for computation/modeling, to the presentation of information related to outdoor sound levels, sound exposure, noise effects or numbers of affected person. This presentation can be in either a graphical or numerical form. In Europe, the Directive 2002/49/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise is now being implemented in the EU Member States. Here, The first maps for major areas are required by mid 2007, and action plans required one year later. These activities are repeated at five yearly intervals and all defined areas are incorporated in the following round of deadlines starting in 2012. The above are minimum requirements and some countries are expected to go further and faster. In this study, present status of domestic and international noise maps has been introduced to implemente the Korean noise map standard. This will help to get more convenient and, more fair result, and produce correct map at domestic level.
