대시포트형 MR유체 마운트의 자극설계에 관한 연구 (Study on design of the magnetic pole used in the dashpot type MR fluid mount)

  • 본 연구에서는 MR 유체를 특징으로 하는 대시포트형 마운트를 제안하고, 제안된 MR유체 마운트의 동적지 배방정식을 구하였다. 또한, 자극의 구조 및 형상과 관련된 설계인자의 변화가 솔레노이드에서의 자계 발생에 미치는 영향에 대하여 관찰하였다 솔레노이드에서 발생하는 자기 특성에 대하여 살펴보기 위하여 자극의 유효길이와 코어 중심부의 구조를 달리하여 설계인자로 선정하였다. 등가자기회로법를 이용하여 솔레노이드에서의 자기 특성의 변화를 살펴보고, 이를 상용소프웨어에 의한 계산 결과와 비교하였다. 등가자기회로법에 의한 계산 결과, 자극의 유효길이가 증가할수록 자기저항은 감소하여 자속밀도가 증가하는 경향을 나타내지만, 그 밖의 자기 특성의 변화는 작게 나타났다. 상용 소프트웨어를 이용한 결과와 등가자기회로에 의한 결과는 유사한 경향을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Recently, polymer insulator and bushing that are used for high voltage application have some advantages such as light weight, small size, vandalism resistance, hydrophobicity and easy making process. The pole mount transformer installed in distribution system is acting direct role in supply of electric power and the electric power device should drive safely for long tenn. In this paper, the polymer bushing of pole transformer is designed adaptively to current assembly method, designed bushing is manufactured on basis of that result. The electric field of designed transformer is investigated by FEM program.

  • The transformer is major equipment in power receiving and substation facilities. Necessary conditions required for the transformer are compactness, lightness, high reliability, economic advantages, and easy maintenance. The pole-mount transformer installed in distribution system is acting direct role in supply of electric power and it is electric power device should drive for long term. Most of modem transformer are oil-filled transformer and accident is happening considerable. The mold transformers have been widely used in underground substations in large building and have some advantages in comparison to oil-transformer, that is low fire risk, excellent environmental compatibility, compact size and high reliability. In addition, the application of mold transformer for outdoor is possible due to development of epoxy resin. The mold transformer generally has cooling duct between low voltage coil and high voltage coil. A mold transformer made by one body molding method has been developed for small size and low loss. One body molding transformer needs some cooling method because heat radiation between each winding is difficult. In this paper, The thermal analysis of pole mount mold transformer with one body molding by duct condition is investigated and the test result of temperature rise is compared with simulation data.

  • 본 연구에서는 MR유체를 특징으로 하는 대시포트형 마운트를 제안하고, 자극 형상 및 구조의 변화가 MR유체 마운트의 감쇠력에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실험적으로 고찰하였다. 자극의 유효길이와 코어 중심부의 구조를 달리하여 MR 유체 마운트를 제작하였다. MR유체 마운트에 자기장을 형성하기 위하여 공급하는 전류의 세기를 변화시켰을 때의 감쇠력 변화와 전류를 공급하지 않은 경우의 감쇠력 변화를 측정하였다. 또한, 가진 변위는 일정하게 유지한 상태에서 MR엔진마운트에 가해지는 가진 주파수를 변화시켜 감쇠력의 변화를 측정하였다. MR유체마운트로부터 전달되는 힘은 가진 주파수가 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 공급하는 전류의 세기가 증가함에 따라 전달되는 힘은 증가하여 나타났다. 자기장이 형성되는 MR마운트에 유효길이 변화에 대해서는 전달력의 변화가 나타나지 않았다.

Those advantages are low fire risk, environmental compatibility, compact size and high reliability. The mold transformer is generally known to have cooling duct between low voltage and high voltage coil. To achieve better compact structure and low loss, mold transformers made by one body molding method has been developed. Nevertheless, such kinds of transformer need better cooling method because heat radiation between each winding is still of problem. The life of transformer is significantly dependent on the thermal behavior in windings. Many designers have calculated temperature distribution in transformers and hot spot point by finite element method(FEM) to analyze winding temperature rise. In this paper, the temperature distribution analysis of 100 kVA pole mold transformer for power distribution were investigated by FEM program and the thermal analysis results were compared with temperature rise test.

In this paper, the proto type mold transformer of 50kVA class is investigated by routine, type, special test. The outdoor energized aging test is investigated by back-to-back method to verify the long time performance of pole mold transformer. The aging process of transformer is analyzed by various diagnosis method such as DC voltage-current test, $tan{\delta}$, Meggar measurement, winding temperature and etc.

  • In this paper, we focused on the performance of reverse link in 1.8GHz CDMA 1x system including the Tower-Mount LNA in an urban environment. In order to study the benefit of TMLNA, Hata model is used and the effects of multiple cells are considered. Cell coverage extension ratio is proportional to the increased gain of TMLNA in CDMA cell site. However the cell coverage is not extended even if the noise figure of TMLNA is reduced in an urban area. When typical RSSI is between -70dBm and -80dBm, the increased gain and the reduced NF of TMLNA are not impact to the pole capacity of cell site. Namely, the benefit of TMLNA in an urban area is not the problem of capacity but the proble of sensitivity. The results are also shown that reverse link $E_b/N_o$ is improved by minimum 5dB and BER is lower than $10^{-6}$.

  • 본 연구에서는 MR 유체를 특징으로 하는 대시포트형 마운트를 제안하고, 자극 형상의 변화가 MR유체 마운트의 감쇠력에 미치는 영향에 대하여 고찰하였다. 제안된 MR유체 마운트의 코어부에 발생하는 자기 특성에 대하여 살펴보기 위하여 자극(Magnetic pole)의 유효길이와 코어 중심부의 구조를 달리하여 대시포트를 제작하였다. 등가자기회로를 이용한 대략적인 계산방법에 의한 결과 자극의 유효길이가 증가할수록 자기저항은 감소하는 경향을 나타내지만, 그 밖의 설계인자들의 영향은 작게 나타났다. 상용해석프로그램을 이용하여 등가자기회로 결과와 비교를 하였으며, 대시포트 마운트를 제작하여 자극의 유효길이 변화에 대한 감쇠력의 변화를 실험적으로 비교하였다.

  • This paper presents the actual test data of 3 phase, 9 pole, 3.6 [kw] synchronized wind-power generator controlled by hinged vane system and the possibilities of the small mount wind-power generations at the south-east coast of Ul-san. It also shows the data of the wind-velocity acquired by wind-direction sensor, calculation and analysis of the estimated electrical generation power, energy storage systems, and the efficient usages of the wind-power system.
