This research deals with a relationship between the performance of Korean professional baseball players and their annual salaries. It is based on the sabermetrics, which measures the performance of baseball batters in a refined way. We collect the records of batters of eight professional baseball clubs during the season 2009 and 2010. Then, we calculate every index of the sabermetrics. Principal component analysis is used for examining the relationship between those indexes of sabermetrics and annual salary for the next year. In general, batters who show higher performance get more salary. The result of this research can be useful in order to reach an agreement on salary between a player and his club partner.
This study examined the relationship of what kind of creative thinking has as factors for emotion design products for consumers focusing on the successful cases of emotion products. For the design creativity attribute used in this experiment, the design evaluation creativity tools revealed in Kim Eun-Ju's 2007 design creativity evaluation tool development were used mostly MP3s, which have various forms, functions and sizes were selected as the target for experiment. Results of the experiment showed that for design creativeness items for MP3 as single products, uniqueness, favorableness and convenience were relevant. Accordingly, the common features of design creativeness items for emotional products were identified. According to the result, for emotional designs, the interest level of uniqueness for the design creativity evaluation items and the functional items for practicality had a high relativity. Therefore, there is a need to examine the common features between the design creativity items for products other than MP3s in the future.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the sports ethics awareness of college student athletes. To this end, data was collected from 312 college student athletes. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic and chi-square analysis by the experience of college student athlete's intentional defeat, recognition of intentional defeat, cause of match-fixing, and necessity of sports ethics education. The conclusions are as follows. First, 7.1% of the college students had experienced losing intentionally. Second, 16.3% of the college student athletes did not perceive intentional losses irrelevant to gambling as match-fixing. Third, the college student athletes perceived that the causes of match-fixing included illegal pursuit of profits, environmental factors, human relationships, lack of education, etc. Fourth, 8.1% of the college student athletes viewed that sports ethics education is necessary. This study can be used as a basic data of sports ethics education for student athletes and it is expected to grow as a student player who can maintain moral character.

Purpose : This study examined the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) combined high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the aerobic exercise capacity of college soccer players. Methods : The subjects of this study were 30 college soccer players. They were divided into a high intensity interval training group combining transcranial direct current stimulation (Group I) and a high intensity interval training group (Group II). Each group had 15 subjects randomly assigned. After receiving general soccer training, each group additionally received high intensity interval training combined with transcranial direct current stimulation and high intensity interval training for 30 minutes 5 times a week for 8 weeks. Their VO2max and 20 meter shuttle run test, Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test were analyzed before the intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention, the above items were re-measured and an intergroup analysis was performed. Results : As a result of comparative analysis of VO2max intake between groups, 20 meter shuttle run test and Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test, a statistically significant difference was found. The high intensity interval training group (Group I) combined with transcranial direct current stimulation showed a significant difference in aerobic exercise capacity compared to the high intensity interval training group (Group II). Conclusion : These results showed that high intensity interval training group combined with transcranial direct current stimulation was more effective for aerobic exercise. Based on this study, this study proposes an effective program for patients as well as elite athletes. In the future, it is necessary to develop an effective transcranial direct current stimulation program and to study how to apply it for various patients.
From the perspective that RPG games give players a sense of reality, the characterization of game characters can be said to be at the heart of design behavior. The personality of a unique character enhances the player's concern and commitment, allowing players to experience a variety of experiences. Through theoretical research and case analysis, this paper analyzes the expression of individuality in RPG game character design. In the RPG game, the way to express the character's individuality is first based on the game's time-space background, plot, task, etc. to inform the character's general gender, race, occupation, and skills. In line with the application and use of the characters, the roles will be developed in a concrete and rich way, and the shapes, movements, colors, costumes and weapons will be more refined. The purpose of this study is to obtain the main factors that influence RPG character's personality design from the viewpoint of perceptual design theory. In addition, it is proposed that the RPG game character personality design method should be adopted.

In this study, the correlation between sports records and weather data was analyzed using the big data analysis method. To this end, data was collected by API and crawling, data was processed, statistics were performed, and data visualization was performed. The subject of this study was a player who entered the regular at-bat among outfielders in the 2019 KBO League. In addition, meteorological data were analyzed by using the unpleasant index and above 70 and below 70. As a result of the study, in the various hitting indicators, which are the records that pitchers intervene, the higher the unpleasant index, the better the outfielder's record, but pitchers, walks, pitches, pitching success rates, pitches per turn, pitches per game From the records of the back, it was found that the outfielder made the pitcher difficult. It is expected that this study will help the development of the sports data industry and the performance of baseball players, baseball teams, and coaching staff.

Background: This study aims to investigate the effect of lower limb strengthening training combined with electro muscle stimulation on the quadriceps femoris muscle activity of soccer players. Methods: Thirty university soccer players were selected as study subjects and divided into a lower limb strengthening training group combined with EMS (Group I) and a general lower limb strengthening training group (Group II), and 15 subjects were randomly assigned. After receiving general soccer training, subjects in this study additionally mediated lower limb strengthening training combined with EMS and general lower limb strengthening training for 26 minutes, 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Quadriceps femoris muscle activity was analyzed before mediation. Vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, and rectus femoris were measured with maximum isometric contraction in the manual muscle test position in order to analyze leg muscle activity. The same items as above were re-measured and a between-group analysis was conducted after 8 weeks of mediation. Results: As a result of comparative analysis of lower extremity muscle activity between groups, the lower limb strengthening training group combined with EMS showed a statistically significant difference in lower extremity muscle activity compared to the general lower limb strengthening training group. Conclusion: As a result, it was found that lower limb strengthening training combined with EMS was more effective in improving quadriceps femoris muscle activity. Based on this study, we are going to provide basic data on the possibility of using EMS in the field of sports rehabilitation for soccer players.

Basketball is a highly complex sport, analyses offensive and defensive rebounds, free throw percentages, minutes played and an efficiency rating. These statistics can have a large bearing and provide a lot of pressure on players as their every move can be analysed. Performance analysis in sport is a vital way of being able to track a team or individuals performance and more commonly used resource for player and team development. Discovering information such as this proves the importance of these types of analysis as with post competition video analysis a coach can reach a far more accurate analysis of the game leading to the ability to coach and correct the exact requirements of the team instead of their perceptions. A significant difference was found between winning and losing performances for different types of turnovers supporting current research that states that turnovers are not a valid predictor of match outcomes and that there is no specific type of turnover which can predict the outcome of a match as briefly mentioned in Curz and Tavares (1998). Significant differences were found between winning and tied and losing and tied performance for some types of turnovers, however due to the lack of data collected in this area they cannot be considered valid. Further research could also be conducted in other areas relating to performance indicators where there is currently minimal research in some areas such as assisted baskets, stated about the performance indicators in their own study the performance indicators are inadequate for explaining the complexities of the game suggesting that one indicator will not be constant in every game an research into performance analysis areas would be more appropriate.
The purpose of this study was to biomechanical analysis Judo's Kuzushi throwing motion in order to increase the effectiveness of Nage-waja(throwing technique). The Tori was a Judo player with 18 years experience(4th degree) while the Uke was a player with 2 years experience(1st degree). The kinematic data was captured using the Vicon motion system (7 cameras) and the kinetics were recorded by force plates(2 AMTI). The following were the results; While leaning to the front the subject's trunk's angle was $14.5^{\circ}$, the lower limbs angle was $23.8^{\circ}$, knee angle was $179.6^{\circ}$ and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 325.42N(BW 0.34) and the right leg was 233.7N(BW 0.47). While leaning back the subject's trunk's angle was $11.3^{\circ}$, the lower limbs angle was $4.1^{\circ}$, knee angle was $1761^{\circ}$ and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 299.53N(BW 0.43) and the right leg was 441.7N(BW 0.64). While leaning to the left the subject's trunk's angle was $30.8^{\circ}$, the lower limbs angle was $2.7^{\circ}$, knee angle was $175.2^{\circ}$ and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 711N(BW 1.03) and the right leg was 9.2N(BW 0.01). While leaning to the right the subject's trunk's angle was $36.5^{\circ}$, the lower limbs angle was $10.4^{\circ}$, knee angle was $175.2^{\circ}$ and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 13.2N(BW 0.02) and the right leg was 694.7N(BW 1.01). While leaning to the left front corner the subject's trunk's angle was $19.8^{\circ}$ (front) and $15.1^{\circ}$ (left), the lower limbs angle was $17.8^{\circ}$ (front) and $2.4^{\circ}$ (left), knee angle was $177.8^{\circ}$ (front) and $173.9^{\circ}$(left), and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 547.4N(BW 0.8) and the right leg was 117.8N(BW 0.17). While leaning to the right front corner the subject's trunk's angle was $15.4^{\circ}$ (front) and $17.7^{\circ}$ (right), the lower limbs angle was $21.1^{\circ}$, (front) and $5.7^{\circ}$ (right), knee angle was $175.5^{\circ}$ (front) and $178.9^{\circ}$(right), and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 53N(BW 0.08) and the right leg was 622.4N(BW 09). While leaning to the left rear corner the subject's trunk's angle was $9.2^{\circ}$ (back) and $13.8^{\circ}$ (left), the lower limbs angle was $2^{\circ}$, (back) and $5.7^{\circ}$ (left), knee angle was $175.5^{\circ}$ (back) and $172.8^{\circ}$(left), and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 698.2N(BW 1.02) and the right leg was 49.6N(BW 0.07). While leaning to the right rear corner the subject's trunk's angle was $8.9^{\circ}$ (back) and $19.6^{\circ}$ (right), the lower limbs angle was ${0.6^{\circ}}_"$ (back) and $3.1^{\circ}$ (right), knee angle was $174.6^{\circ}$ (back) and $175.6^{\circ}$(right), and the vertical reaction of the left leg was 7.2N(BW 0.01) and the right leg was 749.4N(BW 1.09). It was observed that during the Judo motion Kuzushii the range of the COM varied from $26.5{\sim}39.9cm$. It was concluded that the upper body leaned further than the lower body as there was knee extension. There was high left leg reaction forces while leaning to the left and likewise for the right side. It was therefore deduced that the Kuzushi was a more effective throwing technique for the left side.
The purpose of this study was to collect and analyze information on the major scoring paths, success rate by shooting type, assist, steal, block, and goalkeeper defense rate by shooting type in the 2019 World Women's Handball Championship. Based on the research results, the following conclusions were drawn. First, as a result of the analysis of the scoring route, 1st the Netherlands and 2nd Spain had 6m shots and 7m shots the most. Second, in the success rate analysis results by shooting type, the top 6 teams showed 7m shot, breakthrough shot, and fast shot. Third, according to the result of assist frequency analysis, the fourth place in the competition Norway scored the most assists among the six teams. Fourth, as a result of the steel frequency analysis, Norway scored the most with 5.2 on average among the six teams. Fifth, as a result of analyzing the goalkeeper defense rate by shooting type, it was found that all 6 team's goalkeepers had the highest defense against 9m shooting. Therefore, for an in-depth analysis of the game strategy, it is considered that it is necessary to understand the characteristics of individual player's performance and collect information will be followed by a follow up research in the future.
