내구성 향상을 통한 고 신뢰성 Strut Mount 개발 (Development of a Strut Mount with High Reliability by Improving Durability)

  • A strut mount is an important part of vehicles which reduces the vibration and the impact transmitted from the wheels while supporting a shock absorber and a coil spring. Rubber compounding, shape design, and process design technologies are important components to improve the functionality of a strut mount such as durability, static, dynamic, and torsional characteristics. Among them the rubber compounding technology is the key technology which dominates the quality of a strut mount. In this study a strut mount with high reliability has been developed by adopting new rubber compounding and improving the shape of the inner plate and the isolator. Through the tests for prototypes it has been shown that the durability has been improved more than 2.5 times, from about 60,000 cycles to about 160,000 cycles.

  • In this research, the intensity of solar energy, which was injected to the different angle plane every hour day by day, was technically documented and quantitatively analyzed through actual observations. In order to group every days into days with similar intensity, graph was drawn with respect to time for every day and each area value under the curve was calculated. Then, the search for grouped days having similar intensity curve patterns was carried out and the optimum incident angle of absorber plate was derived to maximize the efficiency of solar energy systems.

  • The subject of this thesis is the vibration response of framed structure for buildings of "damed beam" type. In steel rigid frame with damped beams, web plate in mid span of beams is perforated to form a rectangular opening, only upper and lower flanges being remained. When the frame is subjected to horizontal seismic forces, dominant shearing deformation takes place in the opening part of the beams. Energy absorber in stalled in the opening is driven by relative displacement caused by the shearing deformation and provide the frame with damping force. First, static deformation of portal frames having a beam with the web opening is discussed and formulas of elastic deformation is derived.s derived.

직립 타공판 배열에 따른 소파 성능해석 (On the Efficiency of a Wave Absorber Using the Arrays of Upright Perforated Plates)

  • In this paper, the numerical model to analyze the wave absorbing performance of upright perforated plates is developed under the linear potential theory. If the drag force is dominent to the inertia force in passing perforated plate, the characteristics of perforated plates are determined by a nondimensionlized real-value of G or a length scaled real-value of a. The parameters (G,a), which depend on the drag coefficient, porosity and local shape of plates, can be readily obtained by simple experiments. We investigated the reflection coefficients over a wide frequency range according to the arrays of perforated plates with different values of G and a. We found that the wave absorbing system using the arrays of upright perforated plates is sufficient to install in the ocean engineering basin.

평판형 액체식 집열기 의 각종 변수 가 집열기 의 열성능 에 미치는 영향 (A Study of Parametric Effects on the Thermal Performance of Flat-Plate Liquid-Heating Solar Collectors)

  • 본 연구에서는 먼저 집열기의 열성능에 관한 가장 전형적인 Hottel-Whillier- Bliss의 모델을 사용하여 모의 실험을 수행하였다. 모의 실험에 사용한 집열기의 주 요 변수는 덮개 유리의 수(N), 집열판의 방사율(.epsilon.$_{p}$), 집열판의 흡수율(.alpha.$_{p}$T),집열기 단위 면적당의 유량(G), 집열기 단열재의 $L_{b}$/ $K_{b}$, 집열기 경사각 (S),일사량(I) 등이며 이들 집열기 변수의 대표치(typical values)를 중심으로 각 변 수의 값을 변화시켜서 여기에 따른 집열기 효율 곡선의 변화를 조사하였다. 모의 실 험결과와 비교하고, 모의 실험에 사용한 수학적 모델이 집열기의 열성능을 평가하는 데에 적합한가를 확인하고, 운전중에 인위적으로 그 값을 조절할 수 있는 운전 변수중 특히 유량(G)의 변화에 따른 집열기 효율변화와 최적유량의 범위를 동시에 실험적으로 조사하기 위하여, 액체 가열식 집열기 시험장치의 회로를 보완하여 실제 태양 아래에 서 실험을 수행하였다.

흑색 황산3가크롬을 이용한 태양열 흡열판 선택흡수막 도금기술 (Technology of selective absorber coatings on solar collectors using black chromium+3 sulfate acid on substrates)

  • One of the most important factors that have a large influence on performance of the solar water heater system is performance of the solar collector, more detailedly, coating technology on the surface of the solar collector, which can provide high solar absorptance and low emittance. The core of the coating technology is to coat solar selective surfaces. In this study, various performance experiments are carried out using $Cr_2(SO_4)_3{\cdot}15H_2O$ coating technology. Here, IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) of 5000A-15V was used as the surface processing rectifier which can stably output power and also can control voltage and current. The plating solution mainly contains black chrome$^{+3}$ concentration, H-y Conductivity, N-u Complex, NF Additive and NC-2 Wetter. Before applying the black chrome coating on the copper plate, optimal conditions are provided by using various preprocessing methods such as removal of fat, activation, electrolytic polishing, nickel strike, copper sulfate plating and bright neckel plating, and then the automatic continuous coating experiment are performed according to plating time and cathode current density. In the experiment, after the removal of fat, chemical polishing, nickel strike and activation processes as the preprocessing methods, the black chrome coating was performed in a plate solution temperature of $28^{\circ}C$ and a cathode current density of $18A/cm^2$ for 90 seconds. The thickness of chrome and nickel on the coated plate is $0.389{\mu}m$, $159{\mu}m$ respectively. As a result of the coating experiment, it showed the most excellent performance having a high solar absorptance of 98% and a low emittance of $5{\pm}1%$ when the black chrome surface had a thickness of $0.398{\mu}m$.

간이(簡易) 태양열(太陽熱) 집열기(集熱器)의 유형별(類型別) 분석(分析) 및 고추건조(乾燥)에의 이용(利用) (Application Performances of the Simplified Solar Collectors and for the Drying of Red Pepper)

  • 농가(農家) 규모에서 활용(活用)이 가능한 경제적(經濟的)이며 제작(製作)이 간편한 태양열(太陽熱) 건조장치(乾燥裝置)로 평판식(平板式)과 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)를 설계 제작하고 이들의 열이용(熱利用) 효율(效率)을 비교 분석(分析)하였는데, 집열판(集熱板)으로 흑색(黑色) 도색 함석판과 흑색(黑色) 비닐 필름을 사용하였을때 이들의 열이용(熱利用)의 효율(效率)은 평판식(平板式)에서 최대 48.2%, 평균 42.8%였고, 튜브식(式)에서 최대 25.4%, 평균 22.9%였다. 평판식(平板式)과 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)에서 일사량(日射量), 방향계수, 공기의 풍량(風量)을 측정(測定)하여 공기의 온도상승도(溫度上昇度)를 예측(豫測)할 수 있는 실험식(實驗式)을 구하여, 필요한 건조(乾燥) 조건에 따라 집열면적(集熱面積)및 풍량(風量)을 결정할 수 있었다. 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)를 사용해 고추를 건조(乾燥)한 결과(結果) 건조조작(乾燥操作)을 수행할 수 있었으며 건조속도(乾燥速度)는 노천건조(露天乾燥)에 比(비)헤 2배에 달하였다. 따라서 튜브식(式) 집열기(集熱器)를 농가(農家) 규모에서도 태양열(太陽熱) 이용(利用) 건조(乾燥)시설로 활용할 수 있었다.

화학적 환원법으로 제조된 은나노유체를 사용한 직접흡수식 태양열 집열기의 효율 (Efficiency of a Direct Absorption Solar Collector using Ag Nanofluids Synthesized by Chemical Reduction Method)

  • In this paper, the water-based Ag nanofluids are synthesized by the chemical reduction method and their extinction coefficients are measured by an in-house developed measurement device. The Ag nanofluids are manufactured by the chemical reduction method with the mixing of silver nitrate ($AgNO_3$) and sodium borohydride ($NaBH_4$) in an aqueous solution of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP). The extinction coefficients of Ag nanofluids are measured by means of the in-house developed apparatus at a wavelength of 632.8nm according to the particle volume fractions. The results show that the extinction coefficient of water-based Ag nanofluids increases with the increase of nanoparticle concentrations. Finally, the temperature field and efficiency of direct absorption solar collector (DASC) are analytically estimated based on the measured extinction coefficient of water-based Ag nanofluids. The results indicate that the direct absorption solar collectors using nanofluids have the feasibility to improve the efficiency of conventional flat-plate solar collectors without using an absorber plate.

  • Recently, regulations pertaining to the noise and vibration environment of offshore plants have been strengthened. For example, the NORSOK standards have been applied, which are very strict regulations that are comparable to those applied to passenger ships. Furthermore, the use of porous materials, such as those used in most of the current insulating panels, has been forbidden. Therefore, honeycomb-backed Micro-Perforated Plates (MPPs) are now regarded as next-generation absorber materials. This paper reports the results of parametric studies that were performed using numerical methods to determine the effect of the thickness on the performance of a honeycomb panel and the effect of the perforation ratio on the MPP performance. The numerical results were verified through experiments. Finally, we propose a combined honeycomb/MPP panel where the MPP is placed between upper and lower honeycomb panels and one end surface is also replaced with an MPP.

전파흡수체 정합경계값의 수치계산 (Numerical Computation of Matching Boundary Values of Electromagnetic Wave Absorbers)

  • 광대역용 박판 전파흡수체의 설계에는 자성재료가 많이 사용되며, 주로 자성재료 박판의 이면에 금속판을 접착하여 만든다. 이 경우,6개의 변수를 포함하는 한개의 이론식에 의해 무반사 또는 보다 실용적인 99% 이상의 흡수(20dB 전파감소)가 가능한 전파흡수체의 형상과 재료 및 전자파 상수가 정의된다. 2여B 전파감소에 해당 하는 정합 경제값을 계산하기 위하여 Secant법을 적용하였으며, 전파흡수체 설계시 허용 가능한 재료 상수값의 범위를 구하기 위하여 Secant볍을 응용한 search algorithm을 개발하였다. 6개의 변수 모두에게 적용할 수 있 는 이 수치해석 방법에 의해 최소의 반복 계산으로 정확한 값을 효율적으로 구할 수 있었다.
