This paper shows construction management focused on waste management in construction project in planning stage Construction waste is given a great deal of weight on total waste. And it is issued in government policy. But it show the limit of problem.As a result of having referenced idea as describe above, this paper will be studied by this process. First, present condition of development waste, cases is researched in construction projects. Second, problems of development pattern and management system are investigated and checked in project cases. Third, maintenance and management method project are proposed by application of planning Stage.

The ultimate aim of this study is to diagnose the process stage and look at the step change of transition process to see how the step changes. Therefore, in this study, cluster analysis was conducted by examining four types of commercial characteristics such as Retail Homogeneity, Share of Neighbourhood store, Share of chain store, and Share of cafe & Western food store. Through the cluster analysis, three types have been identified. Type1 is the first step which can explain the time before gentrification occurs and when the ratio of neighborhood facilities is the highest. Type2 is the second step that can explain boutique stage where the gentrification occurs. At this time, the ratio of Cafes & Western food restaurant increased and the proportion of neighborhood shops decreased. And Type3, third step is when the mature gentrification occurs. In the analysis of the transition period, it is necessary to monitor the change of the industry in the period from the first stage to the second stage. In the transition period from the second stage to the third stage, It is necessary to constantly monitor such factors as the increase of shops.

The objective of supply chain planning is to satisfy the requirements for minimizing inventory costs, transportation costs, and lead times throughout the supply, production and distribution stage dispersed geographically. Therefore, the supply chain planning system should have functionalities to resolve complex optimization problems that have characteristics of multi-stage and multi-product. Ant the system should also support collaborative decision making among distributed business partners. In this study, we proposed a distributed architecture for the supply chain planning system. To do this, we analyzed functional requirements by using IDEF-0(ICAM Definition-0) methodology, defined required components, and designed each component by using object-oriented methodology. We implemented a prototype system based on CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) to show that the proposed distributed architecture based on component technology is feasible and can solve supply chain planning problem collaboratively.

The tight integration of the part design and process planning is very effective to high quality product development and cost effective manufacturing. Moreover, the integration in the early design stage, that is, the integration of the conceptual design and the conceptual process planning may take a big impact with the forecasting the alternative of the design and manufacturing. In this paper, the real field parts are studied about the relations among the Feature, Function, and Manufacturing Process taking the style of reverse engineering method, to found the base of the systematic computer system for the integrated product design and manufacturing process planning.

In this paper, a two-stage and top-down approach of mid-term and long-term R&D planning of public corporation is proposed to incorporate some characteristics of public corporation and to overcome the complexity of the real world planning. Unlikely to R&D planning of private company, the total investiment size of public corporation is institutionally determined. A top-down approach is developed to adopt this feature. The proposed approach has two stages to overcome the complexity. In the first stage, we develop a plan for R&D area by adopting the business area and the public role of corporation. In the second stage, we develop the detailed plan within each area. The proposed approach is applied to develop the mid-term and long-term R&D plan of Korea Gas Corporation.

The objective of this paper is to investigate important factors when one can consider an implementation of global e-trade. This paper in particular intends to derive which factors are significant at information strategic planning stage as well as its evaluation stage. Many works in the global e-trade area have been focusing on narrow research issues related to EDI implementation and trade process automation after trade contracts are legally made. Therefore, more complete and exclusive factors at pre-contract stage should be considered when one can make a strategic plan for global e-trade. Five factors are found to be important for global e-trade planning and those are: (1) corporate strategy, (2)trade process automation, (3)trade information technology & infrastructure, (4)organization & people, and (5)trade information technology utilization. An evaluation framework is developed in this paper and its empirical results are also provided.

The objective of this study is to develop Home Indoor Air Quality evaluation prorgram considering planning and construction stage for architects, engineers and occupants to estimate and improve the IAQ of a home. In this study, the IAQ modeling technique was discussed to determine the appropriate modeling of housing unit in Korea. The program algorithm was developed based on the selected model reflecting planning and construction stage. This program can be applied to estimate the IAQ of a home and encourage appropriate action in advance.

한국영화의 시장 활성화라는 관점으로 볼 때 영화의 상업적 성공은 매우 중요한 덕목이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 영화의 상업성은 영화의 제작 단계에 앞서 기획 개발 단계에서 결정되어지기 마련이다. 영화 제작의 근간이 되는 아이디어와 시나리오가 상업적 미덕을 갖추기 위해선 이 단계에 상업적 검증이 개입되어야 하며 이는 많은 텍스트들과 문화 전반의 트렌드에 대한 이해가 바탕이 되어야 한다. 한국영화의 질적 성장과 산업적 측면을 체계적으로 발전시키기 위해서 기획 개발 단계에 대한 개선 노력과 대안이 필요한 시점이다. 기획 개발 단계에 대한 효율적인 대안은 한국영화의 상업적 성공은 물론 창의성과 예술성이라는 영역까지 그 의미를 확장하는 중요한 결과를 낳을 것이기 때문이다.

A minimum-time trajectory planning for two robot arms with designated paths and coordination is proposed. The problem considered in this paper is a subproblem of hierarchically decomposed trajectory planning approach for multiple robots : i) path planning, ii) coordination planning, iii) velocity planning. In coordination planning stage, coordination space, a specific form of configuration space, is constructed to determine collision region and collision-free region, and a collision-free coordination curve (CFCC) passing collision-free region is selected. In velocity planning stage, normal dynamic equations of the robots, described by joint angles, velocities and accelerations, are converted into simpler forms which are described by traveling distance along collision-free coordination curve. By utilizing maximum allowable torques and joint velocity limits, admissible range of velocity and acceleration along CFCC is derived, and a minimum-time velocity planning is calculated in phase plane. Also the planning algorithm itself is converted to simple numerical iterative calculation form based on the concept of neural optimization network, which gives a feasible approximate solution to this planning problem. To show the usefulness of proposed method, an example of trajectory planning for 2 SCARA type robots in common workspace is illustrated.

This study has a purpose of setting applicable ecological environment plan items when establishing city development plan. To achieve this purpose, multiple methods of data gathering, documentary surveys, and questionaries research were used in this study. The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The appliance of ecological environment plan is appropriate to apply before the establishment of development plan. 2. The items applicable to ecological environment plan establishment step by step is the following. First, it is necessary to prepare the environment improvement plan and ecology restoration on the stage of assigning the area. Second, on the stage of planning development plan, it is required to set the restoration plan of ecological resources and step by step ecological environment plan. Third, on the stage of plan implementation, it is required to set the maintenance guide on ecological environment. 3. The planning items of ecological environment plan are "geographical features and soil", "water resource", "wind resource", "green resource", "circulation of resource", "usage of nature energy" and "habitats", etc. 4. To apply ecological environment plan to the planning of development, it is necessary to specify the clear concepts and specific plan. 5. This study is limited to select generalized planning items and later on, it is necessary to develop detailed planning contents.
