Shipbuilding is basically labor-intensive industry. It creates a number of job opportunities, but it is classified as a high risk industry like the construction industry. Shipyards show similarities in many aspects compared with the construction sites. There are many stakeholders of the HSE managements in the shipbuilding industry, such as ship owner, primary contractor and multi-layered subcontractors. The ship owners who are almost foreigners are treating strictly about safety and health. Therefore, it is necessary to development an appropriate HSE management systems and for the management systems it is desirable to information technology (IT) to accommodate these complex and complicated problems and situations. It was developed the ISP (Information Strategic Planning) as a HSE management system for the shipbuilding industry. It consisted of the environment analysis, the As-Is analysis and the To-Be design. In this study, the ISP is introduced and further it is suggested that it should be connected to system of HR(Human resource), PM(Plant maintenance) and KM(Knowledge Management) to make the HSE management system efficient.

Purpose - Appropriate project management knowledge as well as its effective application in the construction industry increase construction quality and, therefore, reduce fatalities and destruction. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted through a comparative analysis of earthquake fatalities in Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Indonesia, China, Haiti, Japan, and the United States of America. The data was analyzed using a frequency study. The analysis contrasts the fatalities of some of the strongest earthquakes around the world between 1960 and 2010. Results - Poor quality construction practices and a lack of effective application of project management knowledge play a major role in the vast destruction, high death toll, and dismal tragedies that are associated with earthquakes, especially in Iran. Conclusions - Despite the history of tragic earthquakes and their continuing recurrence, this study attempts to make governments, companies, and disaster management personnel aware of the dangers of poor quality construction and the deficient application of project management knowledge and, further, accentuates effective ways to prevent the probability of serious damage in future. This study contains valuable information on the effects of project management application towards reducing earthquake fatalities and destruction.

This study aims to establish a landscape plan that can preserve the identity of the region while meeting the unique functions related to land use of the Saemangeum agricultural land. In addition, it was intended to prepare a mid- to long-term landscape plan basic concept for the formation and management of the Saemangeum agricultural land landscape. Therefore, in this study, landscape management by type for processing/storage facilities, production/processing facilities, complex/sales facilities, and research/experimental facilities for facilities scheduled to move in after setting the direction and five strategies for landscape management considering the specificity of agricultural land direction was set. In addition, the landscape management direction for 6 common landscape elements such as buildings, open spaces, advertisements, colors, public facilities, and night scenery was also presented. In particular, Agroworks, Agro City, and Agro Town, which are important landscape areas, are landscape-focused management areas, and the landscape management direction for the area has been established. This study is considered to have great utility value when setting landscape standards for public or private buildings and infrastructure, development projects, etc. to be moved in prior to establishing a landscape plan for agricultural land. It is expected that it can be used as a basis for deliberation and review of the landscape standards derived from this study in the future landscape-related licensing for agricultural land.

SISP는 정보시스템 관리에서 중요한 부문이다. 기업은 성공적인 SISP를 통하여 장기적이며 효과적인 정보시스템 활용방안을 수립할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 기업의 목표 달성을 적극 지원할 수 있다. 이러한 체계적이고 성공적인 SISP은 기업으로 하여금 새로운 응용시스템을 개발하기 위한 우선순위의 결정, 정보시스템의 기능을 관리하고 정보시스템의 서비스를 조직화하기 위한 정책이나 절차의 개발, 나아가서 데이터와 응용프로그램의 통합을 촉진할 수 있는 글로벌화 된, 전사적인 정보 아키텍쳐를 완성할 수 있다. 성공적인 SISP 수립을 위해서 많은 연구들이 진행되어왔으며, 대부분의 연구들이 계획과정에서 가지고 있는 문제점 해결을 위한 연구, 계획수립 역량에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 요인들을 찾아내는 연구, 계획 과정을 수행하기위한 방법론에 대한 연구, 또는 성공적인 SISP와 기업성과와의 관계에 관한 연구 등이다. 본 연구의 목적은 성공적인 SISP의 기준(criteria)을 두 가지 차원 즉 관리 능력의 향상(improvement of planning capabilities)부문과 계획의 목표 달성(fulfillment of planning objectives) 부문으로 규정하고 성공적인 SISP 수립을 달성하기 위한 경로(path)를 밝히는데 있다. 즉 연구의 범위를 구체적으로 설명하면 다음 과 같다. (1) SISP의 관리능력을 향상시키는 조직적 요인은 무엇이며 얼마나 영향을 미치는가? (2) SISP의 관리능력의 향상은 계획의 목표달성에 얼마나 중요한가? 연구 결과에 의하면 계획의 관리능력향상에 영향을 미치는 조직적 요인은 정보시스템의 현재 및 미래의 역할이며 또한 관리 능력의향상은 계획의 목표달성에 밀접한 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

건설 프로젝트 관리를 위한 정보시스템을 적용하고 있는 건설기업의 경우, 그 특성에 맞는 적절한 정보시스템 계획 방법이 필요하다. 건설관리 업무를 분석하여 업무의 특성을 파악하고, 정보기술적 측면을 함께 고려함으로써 정보시스템 계획이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 업무의 특성에 따른 정보시스템화의 효과와 정보기술 적용의 가능성에 따른 기회를 분석하여 최종적으로 정보시스템화 기대가치를 평가하기 위한 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 정보시스템화 기대가치 평가 모델은 단위업무와 전보의 두 가지 관점에서 정보시스템화에 대한 기회와 효과를 평가하는 과정으로, 건설관리 업무의 정보시스템 계획을 위한 의사결정에 활용될 수 있다.

건축공사의 규모가 대형화, 복잡화, 다양화 되면서 여러 현장에서 공사수행에 따른 많은 정보가 발생하여 본사로 보고 되고 있다. 이러한 정보들 중에서 매개 현장 및 다중 현장을 동시에 관리하기 위해서는 필요정보만을 추출하여 경영진이 의사결정을 할 수 있는 지원체계의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 중견건설업체의 경우 대기업과 비교할 때 본사 조직의 미비 및 관리업무 시스템이 취약하여 다중현장 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 특히 이러한 현장관리에 있어서 자원관리는 프로젝트 관리자의 중요한 관리대상이다. 그러나 자원계획을 일정정보와의 연계가 없이 주로 담당자의 경험과 판단에 근거하여 수립하기 때문에 일정이 변경될 때마다 계획을 수작업으로 수정해야하는 실정이며, 이로 인한 불필요한 공기지연이나 재고비용이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중견건설업체가 다수 현장을 동시에 관리할 수 있도록 현장의 작업일보와 공정관리 소프트웨어의 연계를 통한 자재소요계획모델을 제시한다.

The Purpose of this research was to investigate the financial service tools for financial planning on the internet. First of all, what kinds of financial service tools were available was looked into and secondly, the sufficiency and the validity of the tools were examined. The deep search of 20 financial service related web-sites was confirmed on June of 2002. The results revealed that there were a variety of calculator for banking and investing and other planning tools. The financial service tools for financial planning looked somewhat abundant, however, the validity of the tools was not high sufficient.

The purpose of this study was to analyze marriage cost planning and marriage cost for the children. Data were obtained from 306 households with at least one child married within past 5 years in Seoul. There were significant differences in marriage cost planning. The average marriage cost was 46,410,000won. Earned income finance asset child's sex child's marriage type the length of planning whether debts were incurred or not and whether the property was sold for child's marriage were significantly associated with the marriage cost. Finally socio-economic variable and marriage cost planning variables played more imprtant role in determining child's marriage cost than child related variables.

웹 디자인 프로젝트에서 리스크 매니지먼트는 매우 중요한 프로젝트 매니지먼트 항목 중 하나이다. 리스크 매니지먼트란 웹 디자인 프로젝트 위기사항을 피하기 위하여 시간을 가지고 리스크의 원인을 찾아내어 적절한 대응책을 강구하여 프로젝트의 최종 목표를 성공적으로 수행하는데 있다. 즉 프로젝트 3대 요소인 일정, 비용, 품질을 만족하기 위한 프로세스이다. 본 논문은 첫째, 웹 디자인 프로젝트 매니지먼트의 개념 및 목적, 프로세스와 지식 영역을 살펴보고 둘째, 웹 디자인 프로젝트 기 계획 단계에서 리스크 매니지먼트 계획에 대한 체계적인 리스크 매니지먼트 프로세스와 리스크 관리 모델을 제안하고 있다. 세 째는 제시한 리스크 매니지먼트 모델의 표준화 및 모델 화의 타당성을 실제 사례인 E사 프로젝트를 통해 검증하고 있다.

최근 건축 리모델링은 건축물의 수명주기에 대한 관심이 증대하면서 침체된 건설시장을 활성화하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있다. 그러나 현재 리모델링 사업은 사업시행자의 리모델링에 대한 전반적 이해부족과 더불어 리모델링 효과, 성능에 대한 평가, 사용자 요구 반영체계의 미비, 투입된 공사비에 의한 경제적 가치상승의 타당성 분석 등 객관적 평가기준, 리모델링 주기(Remodeling Life Cycle : 기획, 타당성${\rightarrow}$설계${\rightarrow}$시공${\rightarrow}$관리)에 대한 체계적 수행절차 및 평가 등에 종합적 관리기술과 요소기술의 부재로 인하여 사업수행에 여러 가지 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 리모델링 사업수행에 있어서 기획단계, 설계단계, 시공단계 중 초기 기획단계를 중심으로 리모델링 사업의 업무절차 및 의사결정을 위한 분석항목 등을 제시하여 사업수행의 전반적 이해를 통해 효율적인 관리방법을 모색하고자 하였다 이를 위해 먼저 각 단계별 필요한 Input 정보를 분석하고 활용 가능한 도구(Tool)와 기술을 통해 요소 결과물(Output)을 제시하였으며, 이러한 일련의 과정에 있어서 사업 참여주체별 책임과 역할을 규정하여, 리모델링 사업의 체계적 수행 프로세스를 구축하고자 하였다.
