Spatially distributed characteristic of longevity regions analysed using GIS tools. Fundamental factors for long life are categorized into natural conditions and artificial conditions. Degree of longevity is defined and used as a key parameter in analyzing longevity region. It is visually shown that aging areas are moving with time and variances of social and economic status. It is concluded that the degree of longevity is increased with improving living quality because of improvement of economic activities and living environment. However, longevity regions of recent times have slightly reversed tendency against urban areas in the manner of moving toward areas where social and economical activities are relatively weaker.

This paper discusses an application of discrete variable Servo Theory to the analysis of the effectiveness of production-inventory control system which uses exponential smoothing as a specific forecasting technique by establishing a new model which consists of such three departments as production planning, production, and inventory. The objective of the new production-inventory model is to keep the production to the optimal level of minimum production cost in production planning problem for obtaining, the stability of inventory subject to demand variation. On this basis, the dynamic characteristic of the system with the change of the parameters is clarified by the numerical analysis. The results of the numerical analysis show the effect that is obtained by the simultaneous stability of production and inventory as soon as possible.

This study was aimed to investigate the land use characteristics between urban and rural river systems. The ecological land unit systems was used to the key method for that objectives and the visual analysis was also used. The results were as followings : The won-sung river was characterized by the formal urban river system of which the headwater was covered with the various man-made constructions. Also the pong-se river showed a little simptoms of the urbanization from the headwater that meant the urgent ecological land use evaluation about that region.

The purpose of this study are observing changing direction of lobby space that happen by change of medical environment investigating lobby space of General Hospital by our country's medical policy change time and supply pabulum that need in forward Hospital Architecture planning. Results of this study are as follows ; Since Whole National Insurance enforcement from 1993 to 1995, form of general hospital lobby is form that outpatient entrance and inpatient entrance are detached. And lobby function divided to waiting space for medication, requisition space and also that is appearing being detached with rest space for user. ntil 1999 since 1996 that is since Medical Treatment Information System construction, the biggest characteristic of General Hospital lobby form is making Hospital Street itself do improving efficiency of flow planning being included in lobby.

Recently, The culture of accommodations have been developed and diversified as there have increasing people who want to enjoy in their extra-time. However, User's satisfaction have decreasing due to the accommodations have been focused on quantity and uniformed developing. Therefore, The accommodations are needed an accurate planning that it is regarded about the characteristic of an architecture and user's emotion without the purpose of benefit or the object of developing. So, It must be overwhelmed with the things of pleasure which the people have experience. Nowadays, The concerning of traditional accommodations as Hanok have increasing that it is engaged in the concerning of eco-friendly architecture, However, there is not much studies about this object. Consequently, the purpose of this study is presentation of basic materials for the traditional accommodations as Hanok throughout investigate that.

Rural policies in Korea have been changed into amenity-oriented ones recently to enhance the quality of life for villigians, which should be supported by the amenity-oriented maintenance system for rural space or environment too. Although so many studies on the classification system of amenity resources had been carried out, few ones which classified them principally by their spatial characteristics had been tried. From the viewpoint mentioned above, this study tried to propose a tentative classification system of amenity resources focussed on their locational characteristics. By the literature review, its draft was prepared, and after 2-round expert checks, the final table determined, which composed of 3-subsystems; green, production and living environment. Through the field application works in two case villages, its practical applicability was ascertained, from which two regarding points were found; public usability of terms and seasonality of amenity resources, especially green ones.

Amenity landscapes in rural areas are becoming increasingly important as a resources to vitalize the rural areas. Befitting the times, The objectives of this study were 1) Extracting Landscape Evaluation photos: research preferences of 93 Photos taken from 15 site and analyze the possibility of Classification. select 12 photos for Image survey. 2)Adjectives select: Preliminary investigation into the 45 selected adjectives and adjectives by taking expert group of 21 adjectives were selected. Through reliability analysis, 19 adjective pairs were used to survey and factor analysis of images of landscape photographs. 3)Psychological characteristics of agricultural landscape survey and analysis: Psychological research on landscape photos and factor analysis, the agricultural production landscape to explain the 4 factors were extracted. And, each factor was discussed in relation to agricultural landscape.

Common residential environment is synthetic forms promote with organic organization of varied cultures and images. Users perceive and classify about these environments of feeling and atmosphere of each elements through their experiences and memories, not fixed point of view. In Korea, park designing of common residential room is in operation monotonously attach importance to economical efficiency without aesthetic structures, varied tries of materials, multiplicity, congruity of surrounding, and user-oriented plan. Recently, in policy of park designing has elements that obstruct to characteristic of environment because of applied to wrong guidelines which are end in investigation to model of an advanced countries'. In conclusion, this investigation shows improve on quality of park planning with the pivot of the matter is for users of common residential room. and park planning needs to multidimensional achieve.

This study purposed to review the alternative criteria for preserving urban scenic view and establishing its management methods by selecting preliminary viewpoints to preserve the views of woomyeon mountain. The contents of this research consists of the representative urban scenic view by analyzing its viewpoints and landscape preference. For this study, seventeen preliminary viewpoints were selected, the ratio of visual structure was calculated by types of landscapes and an analysis was conducted on landscape preference through a questionnaire survey to draw results. Conclusively, various side studies through statistical method for characteristic analysis with preference elements about viewpoint and visual structure for urban landscape management. This research will contribute to management on objective point of view in environmentally friendly urban landscape planning.

Facing the aging society in Korea, the necessity of the facility for dementia patients is gradually increasing. This study is to understand the dementia and also to provide tile basic planning guideline in designing of the interior architecture of dementia ward. In designing dementia wards, following elements such as the behavior characteristic of dementia patients, living environment, individuality and community should be considered. The sauntering road of patients, patients' privacy, rest room, bathroom in ward designing for dementia patients should be understood. Material, color, lighting and furniture and so on as an intoner composition are also major elements.
