These days, the environment of IT development goes through converging with various industries and technologies. Also, it accelerates to pioneer new markets and develop new technologies. This trend becomes one of the most important factors to explore new national growth engines in Korea. Thus, this research examines current trends of IT convergence in Korea. The strategic characteristics of IT convergence in overseas are briefly explained for comparing purpose. The governmental strategies or efforts regarding the IT convergence have been surveyed. Some example convergences of LG, Samsung, and POSCO as major IT industries in Korea have been introduced. It also identifies several buzz concepts in this field. The study aims to provide an insight about the activities that are happening in the field of IT convergence in Korea. Finally, the findings through the research have been summarized.

Milano Fair is the most authoritative event in the world and the most noticeable exhibition for expecting stream of furniture design and future. Companies and designers, who participate in this event, pioneer independent market through the creative and creative products based on their own identity. Their competitiveness in the market comes from the identity of the brands and it is possible when making continuous efforts to make competitiveness by differentiated designs and products. Upright design culture will be made when respecting the value of designers and designs, making the history and tradition and striving for new challenges and pioneerings.

This paper proposes robot localization using Fuzzy-Extended Kalman Filter algorithm of the mobile robots equipped with least sensors. In order to improve the accuracy of the localization, we usually add the sensors or equipment. However, it increases the simulation time and expenses. This paper solves this problem using only the odometer and ultrasonic sensors to get the localization with the Fuzzy-Extended Kalman Filter algorithm method. By inputting the robot's angular velocity, sensor data variation, and residual errors into the fuzzy algorithm, we get the sensor weight factor to decide the sensor's importance. The performance of the designed method shows by the simulation and Pioneer 3-DX mobile robot test in the indoor environment.

In this paper, a market share competition model for two firms with asymmetric conditions is considered with. In the model, the asymmetry between two firms is given by the difference of market shares In the existing market and the change of market share is supposed to be occurred only through pioneering a new market. Since the timing decision of market pioneering is based on the continuous time domain, a super game structure which has infinitely many numbers of subgames is employed for the modeling. In the course of equilibrium finding, we show that there exists no subgame-perfect pure strategy equilibrium In this game. So, we apply a mixed strategy concept and find a unique subgame-perfect equilibrium behavior strategy. As a result of equilibrium analysis, we know that the relative sizes of pioneering Incentives between two firms are varying with parameter conditions. However, the global speed of market pioneering is proven to be independent with the level of asymmetry between two firms.

정부에서는 무의촌 해소와 농어촌 모자보건사업에 주력할 것을 늘 내세우고 있지만 사실상 해마다 졸업하는 의사나 간호원이 직접 농어촌보건사업에 나서는 일은 거의 없다의사의 일은 젖혀 놓는다 치더라도 우리 간호원들만도 농촌으로 들어가 일하려는 생각보다는 학교를 나오자마자 시설이 잘된 종합병원에서 $1\~2$년간 경력을 쌓은 후, 미국이나 카나다로 떠날 궁리를 하고 있는 사람이 대부분이다.아무리 정부시책이 농어촌 보건사업에 주력을 하고 있다 하더라도 시설이 없고 교통이 불편하며 생활조건이나 근무조건등 모든 것이 미비한 농어촌에 강제로 보낼 수 는 없는 것이다.스스로 농어촌보건사업에 뜻을 가지고 정부시책에 호응하여 기꺼히 나서는 사람과 이들을 위해 뒷받침해 주는 정부가 보조를 맞추기 전에는 그 성과를 기대할 수 가 없는 것이다.다행이도 여기 이대 간호학과를 졸업하자마자 특별한 뜻을 품고 강원도 정선군북면에서 농촌 모자보건의 선구자로서 일하고 있는 갸륵한 회원이 있어 지상을 통해 그의 얘기를 듣기로 했다.

FastSLAM is a factored solution to SLAM problem using a Rao-Blackwellized particle filter. In this paper, we propose a practical FastSLAM implementation method using an infrared camera for indoor environments. The infrared camera is equipped on a Pioneer3 robot and looks upward direction to the ceiling which has infrared tags with the same height. The infrared tags are detected with theinfrared camera as measurements, and the Nearest Neighbor method is used to solve the unknown data association problem. The global map is successfully built and the robot pose is predicted in real time by the FastSLAM2.0 algorithm. The experiment result shows the accuracy and robustness of the proposed method in practical indoor environment.

The RIT(Research Institude of Technology) in KTMI(Korea Tacoma Marine Industries, Ltd) has played a vital role in maintaining the comapany's leader ship as a pioneer in the technical development of shipbuilding and new type of special vessel design. As a results, in February of 1981, the RIT could succeed in designing and constructing a small manned test hovercraft. In Arpril of 1983, the RIT started to design a 12M class, 55knots hovercraft with the highly skilled and experienced technology through the development of 4 kinds of SES(Surface Effect Ship), totally 10 vessels. In December of 1984, the diesel-powered 12M class hovercraft of proto type was developed with RIT'S own technical ability. The craft is the first hovercraft in domestic and the first diesel-powered hovercraft in Asia area. The paper describe the progress of development and general review of technology and concept of design about the hovercraft developed.

This paper presents the target detection method using Support Vector Machines(SVMs) and the navigation system using behavior-based fuzzy controller. SVM is a machine-learning method based on the principle of structural risk minimization, which performs well when applied to data outside the training set. We formulate detection of target objects as a supervised-learning problem and apply SVM to detect at each location in the image whether a target object is present or not. The behavior-based fuzzy controller is implemented as an individual priority behavior: the highest level behavior is target-seeking, the middle level behavior is obstacle-avoidance, the lowest level is an emergency behavior. We have implemented and tested the proposed method in our mobile robot "Pioneer2-AT". Comparing with a neural-network based detection method, a SVM illustrate the excellence of the proposed method.

기존 연구는 주파수에 대한 정부 규제가 지극히 당연함에 인식의 바탕을 두고 있어서 주파수 배정에 대한 정부의 정책 분석이 직관적인 것임에 비하여 본 논은 주파수를 일종의 경제재로 간주하여 이에 대한 후생경제학적인 분석을 하였다. 본 논문은 주파수 규제의 기존 논리의 오류를 지적하고 주파수 수요와 주파수 공급간의 불일치를 야기시키는 초과잉여의 재분배라는 점에서 정부의 규제가 필요하다고 결론내렸다. 그러므로 주파수 배정절차도 이러한 맥락에서 이해되어야 한다. 현재 주파수 배정 제도고서 공개 심사, 경매, 추첨, 연합 콘소시엄, 개척자 우선의 원칙 등이 거론최고 있는데 된 논문은 이에 대한 객관적인 경제 분석을 통하여 정책 결정강의 함의를 도출하였다.

The value of Dongeuibogam has been officially acknowledged as a Memory of the World. However, we should not overlook the forward-looking value of Dongeuibogam in addition to its backward-looking value. For the past 200 years, Western medicine has attained great achievements in therapeutic medicine based on Descartes' mind-body dualism, which focuses on the body as a separate entity from the mind. Recently, Western medicine modified its previously one-sided track into a new orientation towards holistic mind-body medicine in recognition of the two as an organic whole. At this point in time, it is essential to draw attention to the forward-looking value of Dongeuibogam, which pioneered mind-body medicine based on the medicinal philosophy of Jing Qi Shen more than 400 years ago.
