솔잎혹파리 항공방제용 저독성 농약선발연구 (Studies on Selection of Less Toxic Insecticides for the Aerial Control of Pine Needle Gall Midge (Thecodiplosis) japonensis Uchida et Inouye))

  • 솔잎혹파리 방제는 포스팜 50% 액제를 수간 주입에 의해 수행되고 있으나 약제처리가 농작업이 많은 시기임으로 노동력의 부족으로 인한 실제 방제에 문제점이 있어 항고기를 이용한 약제방제가 필요하여 저독성 약제인 곤충발육저해제 중 Buprofezin 40% 액상 수화제가 선발되었고 10배, 30배, 50배로 희석하여 ULV로 살포한 결과 각각 72.4%, 57.6%, 8.4%의 방제효과를 얻어 항공방제용 약제 선발가능성을 시사하고 있다.

솔잎(Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc.) 물추출물 첨가김치의 숙성 중 젖산균수와 효소활성의 변화 (Changes in Enzyme Activities and Population of Lactic Acid Bacteria during the Kimchi Fermentation Supplemented with Water Extract of Pine Needle)

  • To understand the effect of supplement of water extract of pine needle(WEPN) on shelf-life enhancement of the kimchi, activities of four enzymes and number of lactic acid bacteria, during fermentation of the kimchi, were assayed. Enzyme activities of kimchi fermented for 7 days with supplement by 2% water extract of pine needle showed amylase of 86.4%, protease of 85.8%, polygalacturonase of 61.5% and $\beta$-galactosidase of 58.8% against the control kimchi. WEPN showed weak inhibitory effect when it was applied to the isolated enzymes in vitro then those menifested by the kimchi in vivo. Number of total bacterial cell of WEPN supplemented kimchi increased by 10 folds than control between 7 to 14 days of fermentation. On contrast, number of lactic acid bacteria decreased maximaly to 21% of control by fermentation. The clear zone formed on paper disk by WEPN against L. plantarum was larger than that of Leu. mesenteroides.

에탄올 및 증류수 추출에 의한 솔잎 염색 견직물의 색채 이미지 및 선호도 (Color Image and Preference of the Silk Fabrics Dyed of Extract from Pine Needle by Ethanol and Distilled Water)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the color image of the natural-dyed silk fabrics. The dye was extracted from pine needle by boiling pine needle with ethanol at $78^{\circ}C$ for 3hours and distilled water at $100^{\circ}C$ for 2hours. The 100% silk fabric was dyed of extract in pH 5 at $90-100^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr. As mordants used were compounds of Al, Sn, Fe, and Cr, color image of pine-needle dyed silk fabrics was classified into 5 factors (pure, gentle, sophisticate, comfortable, pastorale) and the factor pure is most important one of those. Most cheerful image in pure factor was from the fabrics dyed with ethanol extract and then, none and Cr mordanting. Dignified image was from the fabrics dyed with ethanol extract and then, Cu or Fe mordanting. In production, products dyed with ethanol extracts was preferred to those dyed with distilled water extracts. Color image and preference of the silk fabrics dyed with pine needles extracted was affected by extraction solvents and mordants.

안성 지역 소나무 잎과 토양 중 PBDEs의 농도 수준 및 특성 (Concentration and Characteristic of PBDEs in Pine Needle and Soil of Ansung-city)

  • Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in pine needles and soil samples from rural area were analyzed in this study. Concentrations of PBDE congeners were ranged between 0.2 and 3104 pg/g DW(dry weight) in pine needles and between 2.4 and 1997 pg/g DW in soil samples. The most abundant congener both in pine needles and soil samples was BDE-209, which was related to importation and production of deca-BDE technical mixtures in Korean industry. And BDE-99, BDE-47, BDE-100 deposited in pine needles and soil samples were closely matched with the major constituents of the penta-BDE technical mixture. Those can be interpreted as an evidence that transfer of the congeners in deca-BDE and penta-BDE technical mixtures from source to pine needle and soil occurs with broadly similar efficiency. Correlation coefficient(r) of PBDE congeners deposited in pine needles and soil samples is very significant because it implies th at there has been little weathering/degradation/alteration of the congeners generated from sources during atmospheric transport or within pine needles and soil themselves.

Preparation of Mulberry Leaf Extract by Adding Mugwort and Pine Needle and Effects on Lipid Composition in Rats Fed High Cholesterol Diets

  • This study investigated the effects of feeding mulberry leaf extracts on lipid composition in rats fed high cholesterol diets. An initial 30-person sensory evaluation of preparations containing various concentrations of mulberry leaf extract showed that a preparation containing 9% mulberry leaf extracts was the most highly preferred. In addition, subsidiary materials of pine needle extracts and mugwort extracts were added to weaken the unpleasant smell of mulberry leaf extract A preparation containing 9% mulberry leaf extract with 3% mugwort extract and 7% pine needle extract was given highest preference scores by the 30-person panel. When comparing the functional ingredients contents of the various preparations of mulberry leaf extracts, such as GABA, DNJ and flavonoids, no significant differences were found as a result of adding subsidiary materials (pine needle and mugwort extracts). Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing l00$\pm$10g were randomly assigned to one normal diet group, and to four high cholesterol diet groups containing 1% cholesterol, to elucidate the functionality of the mulberry leaf extract The four high cholesterol diet groups were classified into: a mulberry leaf extract diet group free of subsidiary materials (EB group); a mulberry extract diet group with pine needle extracts (EP group); a mulberry leaf extract diet group with mugwort extracts (EM group); and a control group (HC group). The mulberry leaf extracts were provided as drinking water; the diet and water were fed ad libitum. Hepatic cholesterol and triglyceride levels were higher, by 279% to 475%, in the high cholesterol groups compared to the normal diet groups, but were significantly lower in the three groups supplied with mulberry leaf extracts, compared with the high cholesterol control. There were no changes in functionality of the mulberry leaf extract preparations due to the addition of subsidiary materials. In conclusion, preparations of mulberry leaf extracts were shown to improve lipid metabolism in rats fed a high cholesterol diet, by reducing hepatic and plasma triglyceride and cholesterol levels. Also human palatability of the mulberry leaf preparation was improved by adding subsidiary materials such as pine needle and mugwort extracts.

  • 본시험은 솔잎혹파리의 미생물학적 방제대책의 일관으로서 미생물의 분리동정과 병원성을 연구 조사하고자 행하여졌다. 1. 솔잎혹파리의 유충에서 분리동정 된 균은 Verticillium psalliotae, Aureobdsidium pullulansa, Streptomyces sp., Aspergillus sp.(2종), Ascochyt, sp.의 6종이었으며 6종 전부가 병원성이 있었다. 2. 추기 양잠농가로부터 Spicaria pracina, Isaria farinosa, Oospora destructor, Aspergillus oryzae, A. flavus의 5종의 누에 경화병균을 분리 동정하여, 솔잎혹파리유충에 대한 병원성을 검정한 결과, 5종 전부가 강력한 병원성을 나타내었다. 3. 솔잎혹파리 유충에서는 29종의 colony가 나타났으며 그 중에서 Bacillus 계통이 11, coccus 계통이 9개로 구분되었으며, 현재 병원성검정은 진행 중에 있으나 No.4와 No.9-1균주는 병원성이 인정되었다.

금속이온이 솔잎 tyrosinase의 활성에 미치는 영향 (Metal Ions' Effect on Activity of Pine Needle Tyrosinase)

  • The purpose of this study is to explain the relations between pine needle tyrosinase's activity and quantity of minerals in the Waters' mineral water. Pine needle tyrosinase's activity was measured by metal ions' concentration like Ca, Mg, Na, K, and Fe in different kinds of drinking water. 1. Pine needle tyrosinase has the highest activity when Ca's concentration is 14.40mg/L while the activity decreases by 92% when it is 108.10 mg/L. Therefore, the resonable range of Ca concentration for drinking water is 10-100.0 mg/L. 2. Mg has higher Pine needle tyrosinase's activity than Ca by three times. The reasonable range of Mg concentration for drinking water is 3.0-10.0 mg/L. 3. Pine needle tyrosinase has the highest activity when Na's concentration is 15.70 mg/L. The reasonable range of Na concentration for drinking water is less than 15 mg/L. 4. The activity increases as K concentration rises. In normal kinds of drinking water, K concentration is less than 10 mg/L. Since K has impacts on the activity only when its concentration is more than 10 mg/L, no problem in expected. 5. Fe has some impacts on the activity when its concentration is more than 10mg/L. As most kinds of drinking water contain less than 0.3 mg/L, no problem is expected. With above-mentioned observations, it is concluded that Water's mineral water contains reasonable levels of minerals like Ca, Mg, K and Na.

율피, 솔잎, 호프의 아세톤 추출물의 항산화작용 (The Antioxidant Activities of Acetone Extracts of Chestnut Inner Shell, Pine Needle and Hop)

  • 율피, 솔잎, 호프로부터 70% 아세톤 추출물을 획득하여 대두유, 돈지, 대두유 유탁액, 돈지 유탁액에 대한 항산화력을 토코페롤과 비교하였다. Rancimat의 유도기간에 따른 항산화력 비교에서는, 대두유에서는 솔잎>율피>호프>토코페롤>무첨가구, 돈지에서는 토코페롤>율피>솔잎>호프>무첨가구로서 항산화력이 있었다. Peroxide value의 측정을 통한 항산화력 비교에서는, 대두유나 대두유 유탁액, 돈지나 돈지 유탁액에서 이들 세 추출물은 같거나 우수한 항산화력을 나타내었으며, 율피가 가장 좋은 것으로 판단되었다. 폴리페놀화합물의 분석결과, 율피 추출물에는 ellagic acid가 솔잎 추출물에는 flavanol이 항산화력에 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 보인다.

솔잎분말이 고 콜레스테롤 급여 흰쥐의 체지질구성과 TBARS량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Pine Needle on Lipid Composition and TBARS in Rat Fed High Cholesterol)

  • 솔잎의 지질저하효과와 항산화능을 알아보기 위하여 콜레스테롤을 급여한 흰쥐에 솔잎분말을 7주간 급여한 후 혈장 및 간장의 지질구성과 간장내 TBARS량 및 glutathione peroxidase의 활성치를 비교, 검토했다. 그 결과, 혈장 총콜레스테롤량은 솔잎분말처리에 의해 하락(P<0.05)하는 경향을 보였으나 HDL콜레스테롤량은 처리군간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다(P>0.05). 간장내 총 콜레스테롤량은 9.47 mg/g에서 9.85 mg/g의 범위를 유지하였으며, 처리군간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다(P>0.05). 혈장 TBARS량은 전 처리군에서 23.15 nmol/ml에서 35.38 nmol/ml의 변동범위를 보였으며, 솔잎분말처리에 의해 하락하는 경향을 나타냈다. (P<0.05). 간장내 TBARS량은 콜레스테롤 급여에 의해 증가하였으나(P<0.05), 솔잎분말처리에 의해 하락하는 (P<0.05) 경향을 보여주었다. 간장 glutathione peroxidase의 활성치는 처리군간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다(P>0.05).

S. mutans에 대한 천연추출물의 항균 및 탐식작용조절 (Antibacterial and phagocytosis control of natural extracts on S. mutans)

  • 본 연구에서는 새싹보리 추출물과 솔잎 추출물이 치아우식원인균인 S. mutans에 미치는 항균 및 탐식작용 조절 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 국내산 새싹보리가루와 솔잎가루의 에탄올 추출물을 이용하며 추출물의 농도에 따른 S. mutans에 대한 항균효과와 탐식작용조절 효과를 확인하였다. 그 결과 S. mutans 집락형성은 새싹보리 추출물에서는 유의적 차이가 나타내지 않았으나, 솔잎 추출물에서는 유의적으로 감소하였다. THP-1 세포의 S. mutans에 대한 탐식작용을 확인한 결과, 새싹보리 추출물에서는 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았으나, 솔잎 추출물에서는 면역세포의 탐식작용이 향상되었다. 따라서 솔잎 추출물은 치아우식예방을 위한 소재로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.
