Objective of this study is to develop a 3D car navigation system that shows the driving direction to a destination through real-time 3-D panoramic views of the route. For the purpose, a new searching process was established to find the optimal driving direction based on the driver's current location and the real-time traffic situation and the TIP (tour into the picture) method was extended to implement a wide virtual environment. A virtual environment was built up by applying the extended TIP method to the panoramic images taken at a constant distance from a real road, and then, displayed 3-D navigation as clear as the real images. The car navigation system developed in this study provides the optimal driving direction and real-time traffic situation using 2-D navigation module and 3D navigation module.
In this paper, we are proposing a hierarchical segmentation method that first segments the video data into units of shots by detecting cut and dissolve, and then decides types of camera operations or object movements in each shot. In our previous work[1], each picture group is divided into one of the three detailed categories, Shot(in case of scene change), Move(in case of camera operation or object movement) and Static(in case of almost no change between images), by analysing DC(Direct Current) component of I(Intra) frame. In this process, we have designed two-stage hierarchical neural network with inputs of various multiple features combined. Then, the system detects the accurate shot position, types of camera operations or object movements by searching P(Predicted), B(Bi-directional) frames of the current picture group selectively and hierarchically. Also, the statistical distributions of macro block types in P or B frames are used for the accurate detection of cut position, and another neural network with inputs of macro block types and motion vectors method can reduce the processing time by using only DC coefficients of I frames without decoding and by searching P, B frames selectively and hierarchically. The proposed method classified the picture groups in the accuracy of 93.9-100.0% and the cuts in the accuracy of 96.1-100.0% with three different together is used to detect dissolve, types of camera operations and object movements. The proposed types of video data. Also, it classified the types of camera movements or object movements in the accuracy of 90.13% and 89.28% with two different types of video data.
From the ancient to these days, there have been used many kinds of pigment which have two types that are inorganic pigment and organic pigment. At the ancient times, natural pigment had been used but the artificially mixed pigment has been used in modern times. By the way, searching for studies has been studied recently, it would be said the ancient pigments such as Danchung, Wall painting and Mural painting are the mainthema. However, studies about the pigments used in modern pictured relics have rarely can be found. Therefore, this analysis of Ilweolokdo would be important at the point of the pigments used in pictures of royal family in modern times and the results can be briefly summarized as below; Firstly, the results of qualitative analysis of the pigments that base or all pigments of picture was detected components of Ca, Fe and As, this results meaning that picture was used filler and basic paint. Secondly, a result of the analysis on the composition elements of the pigments shows that the main components in their composition are ;White - Lead Cyanamide($2PbCO_3$.$Pb(OH)_2$) or Titanium Oxide($TiO_2$)Blue - Ultramarine($2(Na_2O$.$Al_2O_3$ .$2Si_O2$).$Na_2S_2$)Green - Emerald green($C_2H_3A_s3Cu_2O_8$)Gold - Gold(Au), Red-Red Lead($Pb_3O_4$) or Cinnabar(HgS)Black - Carbon(C)Thirdly, X-ray diffraction analysis of crystalline structure for the blue and green pigment peeling off in picture shows that the components of blue pigment is Ultramarine($2(Na_2O$.$Al_2O_3$ .$2Si_O2$).$Na_2S_2$) and green pigment is Emerald green($C_2H_3A_s3Cu_2O_8$). Especially, microcrystalline structure of the green pigment was the shape like a cross section of wood. Consequently, we knew through the analysis of qualitative and microcrystallinestructures seen on the cross section of analyzed pigments layer that the all pigments used in the Ilweoloakdo is possible to use synthetic pigments in modern.

Despite the fact that the copyright has grown into a large-scale business, there are many constant problems especially in image copyright. In this study, we propose an automatic object extraction and classification system for the scanned educational book image by combining document image processing and intelligent information technology like deep learning. First, the proposed technology removes noise component and then performs a visual attention assessment-based region separation. Then we carry out grouping operation based on extracted block areas and categorize each block as a picture or a character area. Finally, the caption area is extracted by searching around the classified picture area. As a result of the performance evaluation, it can be seen an average accuracy of 83% in the extraction of the image and caption area. For only image region detection, up-to 97% of accuracy is verified.
Motion estimation in video coding greatly affects implementation complexity. In this paper, a reducing method of the complexity in motion estimation is proposed by using both the depth and color cameras. We obtain object information with video sequence from distance information calculated by depth camera, then perform labeling for grouping pixels within similar distances as the same object. Three search regions (background, inside-object, boundary) are determined adaptively for each of motion estimation blocks within current and reference pictures. If a current block is the inside-object region, then motion is searched within the inside-object region of reference picture. Also if a current block is the background region, then motion is searched within the background region of reference picture. From simulation results, we can see that the proposed method compared to the full search method remains the almost same as the motion estimated difference signal and significantly reduces the searching complexity.
We propose the fast full search algorithm that reduces the computational load of the block matching algorithm which is used for a motion estimation in the video coding. Since the conventional spiral search method starts searching at the center of the search window and then moves search point to estimate the motion vector pixel by pixel, it is good for the slow motion picture. However we proposed the efficient motion estimation method which is good for the fast and slow motion picture. Firstly, when finding the initial threshold value, we use the expanded predictor that can approximately calculate minimum threshold value. The proposed algorithm estimates the motion in the new search order after partitioning the search window and adapt the directional search order in the re-divided search window. At the result, we can check that the proposed algorithm reduces the computational load 94% in average compared to the conventional spiral full search algorithm without any loss of image quality.
In this paper, I explored the direction of ICT used learning that can improve the access ability of e-learning to activate a neglected class's lifelong education by e-learning. I had a good grasp of a neglected class's actual condition of the access ability of e-learning and presented the direction of basic ICT used learning for the adults that can improve the access ability for the lifelong education by e-learning. According to the result of this research, it was found that the adult learners had a considerable disparity by age group. Therefore, it is desirable that they had to learn ICT used learning with considering the actual condition by age. Teenagers and 20 years of age need to be learned in order of an Internet club, word processor, moving picture and etc. It needs to be teamed for the $30{\sim}40$ age bracket lil order of a chat, an Internet club, searching engines and etc and for the $30{\sim}40$ age bracket in order of a chat, an Internet club and moving picture and etc. And also it needs to induce a neglected class to develope participation abilities for themselves by activating an internet club activity.
This study shed light on searching spatial location pattern of movie theaters by operating screens in theater as proxy variable to find spillover effects and spatial determinants. After taking procedure to find spatial spillover effect by GIS 3D analyst, movie theaters in Seoul metropolitan area are formed in four categorized regions, such as Kangbuk, Kangnam, Kangseo, and Kangdong. Regions which have larger number of screens than others show that they affect to relevant regions directly. In addition, this study analyzes that people have tendencies to visit movie theater while they use other similar facilities such as music, publishing, and public performance facilities. Therefore, trend of agglomeration of similar enterprise including motion picture industry has a spillover effect and economy of scale when they are gathered in specific regions which are specialized as certain usage.
Filming of movie is not working for translating scenario of story or character's moving. Director of Photography accumulates emotion in scenario through image. The accumulation of continuation is the essence of movie. Therefore, cinematographer strives consistently to analysis scenario and to express through visual which operation of the most basis can be filming technology. Eventually, Filming of movie is based on mean of technology to show artistry work. Accordingly, searching the most fundamental of filming's technical factor considerably help to understand movie art. There are variation technology factors to expose character's emotion. And the most simple and influential try by only using the pure function of camera is utilizing shutter without supporting lighting and production design. As a result, this thesis discuss about essential and basic factors of utilizing shutter.
