의복 스타일에 따른 인상 형성에서의 순서효과 (The Order Effect on Impressions Formed by the Function of Clothing Style)

  • This study examines the effects of clothing style and the order effect on impression formation. The instrument of this study consisted of response scales and stimuli. Fifty-one items of 7-point semantic differential scales, 9 items of demographic traits, and 4 items of subjective evaluation scales were developed. Stimuli were color pictures of a model wearing each of two clothing styles(mannish style, feminine style). The sample include 56 male and female subjects in their twenties and thirties. The experimental design was within-subject design and the half of the sample responded to the mannish style first and the other half responded to the feminine style first. Responses to the semantic differential scales were factor analyzed, and seven factors were identified: intellectuality, sensibility, activity, modesty, competence, display, keenness. There were significant differences between mannish style and feminine style in impression of wearer's age, job, and physical attractiveness as well as wearer's intellectuality and sensibility. It was revealed that the first impression and second impression of wearer's intellectuality, sensibility, modesty, competence, display were differed by the function of the order of stimuli shown to the subjects. Both primacy effect and recency effect of order effect were confirmed, and especially negativity effect was influenced prominently on impression formation.

종합병원 물리치료사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Empowerment on Job Satisfaction for Physical Therapists in General Hospitals)

  • PURPOSE: This study aimed to investigate the effect of empowerment on job satisfaction for physical therapists in general hospitals. METHODS: A total of 297 physical therapists working in general hospitals throughout the country participated in the study survey using self-administered questionnaires. The questionnaires comprised three major parts, i.e., questions about general characteristics, empowerment, and job satisfaction, which were rated using a 5-point Likert scale. Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the frequency and percentage of participants, and the independent t-test and analysis of variance were performed to determine the difference in job satisfaction according to the general characteristics. Stepwise multiple regression was used to evaluate the factors that affect job satisfaction. RESULTS: The average of total empowerment, including two subordinate concepts, was 3.29 points, that of psychological empowerment was 3.53 points, and that of structural empowerment was 3.05 points. The average job satisfaction of the participants was 3.43 points, and it showed a significant difference in age, overall work experience, current work experience, position, annual salary, and daily work hours. Moreover, job satisfaction increased as the subordinate factors for empowerment, i.e., support, resources, chance, and competence, increased. Other factors that affect job satisfaction were daily work hours, number of colleagues, type of work, annual salary, and therapeutic assistance. CONCLUSION: This study demonstrated that job satisfaction of physical therapists working in general hospitals was related to empowerment, thereby indicating that job satisfaction and work performance can be increased by improving their empowerment.

양육행동에 대한 어머니 신념과 아동의 자기능력 지각과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship with Maternal Beliefs on the Child Rearing and Children's Self-perceptions)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between mother's beliefs on child rearing and children's self-perceptions. The subject of this study were comprised of 167 children aged 8-10 in Iksan & Kunsan city from Dec. 2 to Dec. 8, 2000. The children's self-perceptions were assessed by the self perceptions profile for children. Mother's beliefs questionnaire, developed by Okagaki and Sternberg, was used to obtain the data on mother's beliefs of parenting. The methods of analyses included basic descriptive categorical analysis as well as t-test, one way ANOVA-test, and multiple regression analyses. The major findings from the analyses are as follows: First, a significant difference was found in the degree of mother's beliefs about child rearing by mother's religion(p<.01), mother's education(p<.05), income(p<.001), level of life (p<.0l), mother's job, mother and fathers' agreement of child rearing(p<.05), relationship between mother and child(p<.05) in independence but a significant difference was not found in the degree of mother's beliefs about child rearing in accommodation. Second, the levels of children's scholastic performance were related to higher levels of mother's education(p<.001), mother's income(p<.001), mother and fathers' agreement of child rearing(p<.01). The levels of children's social competence was related to higher, child's gender (p<.01); girls were higher than boys. The levels of children's athletic abilities were not significant. The levels of children's physical appearance was related to higher levels of mother's education(p<.01), mother's income(p<.01), level of life(p<.05), mother's marriage(not divorce)(p<.01). The levels of children's behavioral conduct were related to higher levels of child's gender (p<.05), mother's education(p<.01), mother's income (p<.01), relationship between father and child(p<.0l). The levels of children's global self worth were related to higher levels of mother's age(p<.05), mother's education(p<.001), level of life(p<.05). Third according to the multiple regression analyses for the relationships between mother's beliefs about child rearing and children's self perceptions, mother's beliefs on the creativity were related to higher levels of children's scholastic performance, social competence, and mother's beliefs on the problem solving skills to higher levels of children's behavioral conduct and mother's beliefs on the accommodation to lower levels of children's scholastic performance, social conduct.

여성의 스트레스 증상, 암 예방 행위와 삶의 질과의 관계 (The Relationship of Symptoms of Stress, Cancer Prevention Behavior and the Quality of Life in Women)

  • Purpose: The study was done to identify the relationship of symptoms of stress, cancer prevention behavior, the quality of life in women, and the factors influencing the quality of life. Method: The subjects of this study were 210 married women. They were living in Gyeonggi Province and Busan Metropolitan City. Symptoms of stress were measured by the Park's Stress Scale. Cancer preventive behavior was measured by Suh's Korean scale, and Smith Kline Beecham Quality of life' Scale by Dunbar. Data was analyzed with the SPSS program by ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Result: The higher scores of physical stress correlated with lower practice scores of cancer prevention behavior. Psychological and physical stress revealed negative correlations among sub-items of the QOL such as competence, psychological well-being, stability, physical well-being and activity. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictor of quality of life in the women was stress. A combination of symptoms of stress and cancer prevention behaviors accounted for 35.3% of the variance in the quality of life in the women. Conclusion: The most important factor influencing the quality of life of women was stress. Thus the study's findings can be useful in directing a comprehensive nursing care plan to improve the QOL of women.

2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 체육교과서 표현활동 영역 체제 분석 (Content Analysis on the Expression Activity in the Middle School Physical Education Textbooks of 2009 Curriculum Revision)

  • 본 연구는 차기 체육과 교육과정 및 교과서 내용 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 체육 교과서 표현활동 영역의 체제를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 연구목적의 달성을 위해 중학교 체육교과서 5종을 분석하였다. 연구방법은 내용체제와 형식체제로 나누어 준거기준에 따른 수정된 비교분석방법을 이용하였고, 분석 근거 선정에 있어서는 선행연구 고찰을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 형식체제에 있어서 지면비율은 14.1-17.3%로 나타났다. 단원전개 및 구성에 있어서는 모든 교과서가 개념의 이해를 바탕으로 활동의 실천이 이어졌으며, 동기유발과 심화학습을 위해 그림과 추가적 구성 형태를 이용하였다. 둘째, 내용체제에 있어서 학습목표는 각 교과서마다 4-6개로 제시되었으며, 표현활동의 개념의 이해, 표현방법의 이해, 창작활동을 통한 개인 역량 강화, 작품 감상 등을 제시하고 있다. 학습내용은 심미표현에서는 미적 요소에 대한 개념에 초점을 맞추었으며, 현대표현에서는 창작적 요소를 강조하였고, 전통표현에서는 문화적 이해를 통한 활동의 특징을 표현하는데 중점을 두었다. 마지막으로 학습평가는 중단원별로 살펴보면 이론적인 측면에 대한 이해를 강조하였고, 소단원별로는 창작활동을 통한 태도변화에 초점을 맞추었다.

전류에 의한 자기장에 대한 중학생의 시각적 표상 해석, 구성, 적용 능력 (Middle school students' interpretation, construction, and application of visual representations for magnetic field due to a current)

  • 직선 도선 주위에 자기장이 생기는 현상은 중등 교육과정에서 다루는 전자기학의 핵심 개념 중 하나이다. 아울러 비가시적인 전류와 자기장의 관계를 설명하는 과정에서 시각적 표상이 사용되는 대표적 사례이다. 이 연구에서는 중학교 3학년 남녀 112명을 대상으로 전류가 흐르는 직선 도선 주위의 자기장에 관한 문제 상황을 제시하고, 시각적 표상에 관련하여 표상 해석, 구성, 적용 능력을 조사하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 75% 이상의 응답자가 전류와 자기장을 뜻하는 화살표의 의미를 타당하게 해석하였다. 그러나 50% 남짓은 전하가 자기장을 따라 운동하는 것으로 혼동하였고 주어진 시각적 표상을 전체적으로 올바르게 해석한 학생은 3분의 1미만이었다. 또 전체 응답자의 60 % 이상이 직선 도선의 자기장을 원형 폐곡선 모양으로 표현했지만 자기력선의 조밀함을 올바르게 나타낸 경우는 6.3 %에 불과했다. 또 나침반의 방향으로 상황을 바꾸어 표상 적용 능력을 조사한 결과, 과학적 표현에 해당하는 응답자의 비율이 상당히 줄어들었다. 학생들의 표상 능력을 점수화 한 결과 시각적 표상의 해석, 구성, 적용 능력의 순으로 점수가 나타났고 이들 사이에는 유의미한 상관관계(0.3~0.5)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 세 가지 표상 능력 요소가 서로 연관이 있으면서도 독립적임을 시사한다. 이러한 연구 결과들은 과학 학습 과정에서 시각적 표상을 효과적으로 활용하고 학생들의 표상 능력을 높일 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요함을 시사한다.

운동 참여자의 자아존중감이 기본 심리욕구 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction on Self-esteem of the Exercise Participants)

  • 본 연구는 운동 참여자의 자아 존중감이 기본 심리욕구 만족과의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있으며, 2014년 J도의 시지역에서 운동 참여자들을 모집단으로 선정한 후 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 278부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 회수된 설문지는 Windows용 SPSS version 21 통계 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 측정변인 간의 상호관련성을 파악하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 영향력 검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동 참여자의 긍정적 자아존중감은 기본 심리욕구 만족의 하위요인인 유능성, 관계성, 자율성에서 정적(+)인 상관관계가 나타났고, 부정적 자아존중감은 유능성, 관계성, 자율성에서 부적(-)인 상관관계를 나타났다. 둘째, 운동참여자의 유능성, 자율성은 긍정적 자아존중감에서 정적(+)인 영향을, 부정적 자아존중감에서는 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관계성은 긍정적 자아존중감에서 정적(+)인 영향을, 부정적 자아존중감에서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 운동 참여자들이 운동을 지속적으로 참여하기 위해서는 긍정적인 자아존중감을 높여주고 참여자들의 기본적 심리욕구 충족에 대한 다양한 운동프로그램과 전략적인 지도활동이 전개될 필요가 있다.

20~30대 여성의 수영경력과 신체적 자아개념에 따른 수영복 선택기준과 구매만족도 (Selection Criteria and Swimsuit Purchase Satisfaction of Female Consumers According to Swimming Experiences and Physical Self-concepts)

  • This study analyzed the relationship among swimming experiences, swimsuit selection criteria, swimsuit purchase satisfaction level, and the physical self-concept of female consumers. This study was based on a descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The survey was conducted from June 15 through July 20, 2012, and the sample consisted of 330 female consumers in their 20s and 30s residing in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficients, ANOVA, Duncan's Test, and multiple regression analysis were employed for the data analysis. The results revealed that individual self-concepts on health, sports competence, and fitness were influenced by swimming experiences. There was a tendency for those with a longer period of swimming experience to have a higher level of brand consideration as a swimsuit selection criterion; in addition, they showed a higher satisfaction level with swimsuits. Individual physical self-concept influenced the consideration given to each swimsuit selection criterion as well as swimsuit purchase satisfaction level. The findings of the study reflect the possibility of utilizing swimming experiences as a criterion for swimsuit market segmentation. Attention to the quality of swimsuits as well as to the physical self-concept of consumers are required for marketing activities.

교양체육수업의 교수유형이 수업만족 및 수업몰입, 체육교과태도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of teaching types of liberal arts physical education to Class Satisfaction, Class Flow and Physical Education Attitude)

  • 본 연구는 교양체육을 수강하고 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 교양체육 참여 학생들이 인식한 교수자의 교수유형이 수업만족, 수업몰입, 체육교과태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보는데 목적있다. 경인지역과 충청지역에 소재한 대학에서 대면수업을 진행하고 있는 교양체육 수강생 221명을 표집하였으며, 불성실하게 응답한 자료 8부를 제외한 213부를 분석에 활용하였다. SPSS26.0과 Amos 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석 및 내적일관성계수 산출, 상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 교양체육 수업의 교수유형은 수강생의 수업만족(교육만족, 환경만족, 심리사회만족, 신체만족)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교양체육 교수자 교수유형은 수강생의 수업몰입(수업몰두, 목적경험, 의식일치, 도전, 통제, 통합)에 영향을 미치며, 교양체육 교수자의 지도유형은 수강생의 체육교과태도(대인관계, 신체활동, 능동참여 적극수행, 건강과 체력, 긍정적 정서)에 영향을 미친다. 교양체육수업의 교수유형은 교양체육에 대한 수강생의 긍정적 정서(수업만족, 수업몰입)나 자세(체육교과태도)에 영향을 미치기 때문에 교양체육 지도자의 역량강화를 위한 노력이 필요하다.

한의학 교육에서 내상발열(內傷發熱) 증례를 이용한 표준화환자 프로그램 개발 연구 (Developing a Standardized Patient Program using Internal Damage Fever Cases in Korean Medical Education)

  • Objectives : The objective of this paper is to develop a standardized patient program with a focus on diagnosis and treatment of internal damage fever in Korean Medical education. Methods : First, cases of diagnosis and treatment of internal damage fever were collected from various classical texts, then a module was developed according to pre-existing standardized patient program's protocols based on selected cases. Careful consideration was given to developing evaluation criteria on history taking and physical examination that are necessary to accurately differentiating the 9 types. Results : Nine types of differentiation models on internal damage fever were selected, which are qi deficiency from overexertion/fatigue and famish; blood deficiency from overexertion/fatigue, famish and fullness; fire stagnation from excessive eating and cold foods; food damage; yang deficiency; yin deficiency; phlegm; stagnated blood; liver qi stagnation. For each type, evaluation criteria in regards to history taking, physical examination, communication with patient, and patient education were developed. Conclusions : When developing a standardized patient program using internal damage fever cases, it would better reflect the characteristics of Korean Medicine in clinical education of Korean Medicine if the program is based on classical texts. It would also be useful in evaluating students' graduation competence in exams such as CPX.
