Due to the explosive growth of the internet, terminology like "information society" and "virtual space" is frequently used, but often in a confusing manner. Some Social theorists and many people are fascinated by "information" and "media" as key characteristics of the contemporary world and rely on the unproven opinion that "Knowledge is a source of value and information moves the world". In this regard, Boudllian defines contemporary culture as a culture of signs and insists that we are surrounded by signs and forms of meaning. There isn't anything behind the signs but signs only exsist, so we cannot escaped from its inauthenticity and consider it improper to insist on it. If people can understand that signs are just simulation of reality, that would be alright. But in fact anything cannot be alright. In this matter Boudllian's conclusion is that we produce images in bulk which are not worthy seeing. Today we reach the conclusion that most images are the letter(character) image itself which shows nothing special.Consequently, this kind of world is a postmodern-world that seems meaningless but has signs to experience and enjoy, many examples of which are shown in the media, such as the internet. We can get to the conclusion that the audience neither sees nor hears anything, but they just can experience many interesting things which characterize the present age. The purpose of this research is to help you to understand current design philosophy and the direction of media while considering both a positive social phenomenon about the new design paradigm of information and media, as well as critical thinking about it.
Buddhism and Buddhist art originated in India, but when they were introduced to different countries, they created an international environment. Buddhism was introduced as cultural package, with written texts, visual images, rituals, and the organization of monasteries. Buddhist art originated in India during the reign of King Asoka and then was developed under the political, intellectual, artistic, religious, social and natural environments of the regions. The stupa and the chaitya halls create monastic environment. The natural environment of the trade routes and caravans in the Central Asian deserts preserved brilliant-colored murals and helped spread tram India to China. When Buddhism and Buddhist art were introduced to China, Korea, and Japan, Buddhism became a part of government institution and social organization. Gigantic statues were carved in caves in mountains for political purposes. The Chinese transformed the stupa into a square pillar and created pagodas with tiled roofs in tower forms. Koreans not only transmitted the Buddhist art from China to Japan, but it also changed it with originality in the iconography of the pensive bodhisattva images and in the architecture of Seoggulam. The official ideology of Neo Confucian philosophy brought the rise of Chan Buddhism. Zen monasteries in Japan created unique environments by establishing the Zen Buddhist garden. to prompt believers to meditate. An important development in Buddhist art is the Esoteric Buddhist art in China and Tibet. This category belongs to the intellectual, religious as well as artistic environments. The Tibetan deities with consorts in their embrace symbolize the union of the god and the devotees. Buddhist art created a unique environment that was spread out to many nations and changed greatly over time.
This study was conducted to derive the new manager model in service economy era. It was logically explained that the modern economic society is different from the existing economic society, the modern organization that is the subject of management is different from the existing organization, and the tasks required by management are different from the existing tasks. It suggested the managerial model required for new managers. According to the proposed manager's model, the tasks required of new managers and essential qualities as managers to perform the tasks were presented. It suggested the role model that managers with required qualities should play. The role of a manager who becomes one with customers, the role of a manager who controls even his irrationality, the role of a manager who combines discernment and indiscriminateness, a flexible leadership role that combines charisma and tenderness, an administrator role that embraces regulations and non-regulations, and vision and non-vision. We derived the role of a manager who manages management, and a manager role model that utilizes both competition and non-competition. The managers engage in two opposing roles and perform management activities in a spiral dialectical cycle that develops while resolving the contradictions of each role. The method of embracing the two opposing parties internally and externally and the dialectical management execution process according to the change of the space-time axis were presented by borrowing the models of The Book of Change. Future research needs an empirical analytical study on this new Model. There is a need for studies that expand this study and develop it into a practical model and verify it in an analytical way.
This study was conducted to derive a model of a sustainable politics and administration system that will enhance human happiness. A new long-term sustainable development model has been established based on the experience of the politics and administration system over the past thousands of years. Currently, the democratic political system and the bureaucratic administrative system dominate, but they are facing many problems. In this study, we analyzed the politics and administration system experienced by human society, and derived a model of a politics and administration system that is ideal for the present and future societies and is sustainable in the long term. The necessary condition should be a model that can solve the problems of the current politics and administration system. It must be a model that is faithful to the characteristics and essence of modern society. And as a sufficient condition to ensure long-term sustainability, it must be based on the common principles of human society. After analyzing the problems of the current system and analyzing the conditions required for the new system, the axioms that are the basis of the politics and administration system were presented. Based on the axioms, the structure and operation model of a new politics and administration system were derived. The derived model was named as a servicism politics and administration system. It is a dynamic model in which two opposing opponents recognize each other's contradictions and balance them dialectically in the space-time dimension.
In 1860 the missionary work of the great powers was placed in East Asia, centered on China, after Christianity was recognized in China. As missionary groups conducted missionary work and education, it was the Women's Foreign Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church(WFMS) that focused on women's education in particular. WFMS was organized in 1869 and later dispatched female missionary teachers to China, Japan, and the capital Tokyo to conduct women's education. In the mid-1880s, a Ewha School was built in Seoul by sending missionaries to form a network of women education in the three East Asian countries. The need for higher education gradually emerged as each local educational institution began with a small school curriculum and secondary education courses were arranged. Thanks to the efforts of local missionaries, including President Lulu E. Frey of the Ewha School, and the support of WFMS, the university was established in 1910. Unlike the two countries' educational institutions, Ewha School, the last established women's educational institution, was the first female institution located in the capital city of Seoul, a major advantage to the school's development since the 1910s. Above all, he started college education in 1910 and produced his first graduates in 1914 to promote growth. A total of 29 students graduated from universities and courses 11 times until 1925, when the school was developed into a specialized school. According to the education system in the 1920s, complete with the three semesters of spring, liberal arts education (English, science, mathematics, history, pedagogy, philosophy, English literature, pedagogy, psychology, etc.) was conducted without any special majors, and all but Chinese and Japanese were conducted in English. The March 1 Movement for the Promotion of National consciousness in Joseon, which was reduced to a colony of early graduates, and its activities are drawing keen attention, especially since the March 1 Independence Movement.
In the past, companies concentrated their efforts on developing new technologies and producing new products. But new technologies in this information age do not make difference any more comparing to other companies. In this marketing environment, a company must appeal strongly their own image to the customers' brains to make better difference than other companies do. One of the best way to make their own image in the customer's brains might be outgrowing themselves of the one-way communication such as the printed-media or broadcast-media and preparing some space such as advertisement halls or pavilions where customers and companies meet each other and make mutual communications between both of them. Therefore, we need to study systematically on the design elements in the advertisement halls or pavilions. To begin with, we should lully understand the basic idea by looking up the reference literature. We case-studied on the basic of constructive elements of advertise halls of both SAMSUNG and LG Electronics Co. The purpose of this study is to realize that we can transfer effectively the company's image to the customers only if we fully understand company's business philosophy and vision in advance to start design the advertisement hails. We should also realize that it is also important to manage systematically the company's design strategic elements' to achieve its changing goals in more logical and scientifically way.

The aim of this study was to improve the 'self-directed learning ability and attitudeselementary school students by applying a brain education-based learning program based on brain science in the form of a short term camp in consideration of the elementary school students' brain characteristics and mechanisms. For this purpose, this study was conducted on 4, 5, and 6 elementary school students in Korea. The brain training based learning camp program was conducted for two nights and three days. The camps were conducted twice from February 3 to 5, 2017 with 45 students from grade 6 and from February 22 to July 24, 2017, with 56 students from grades 4 and 5, 101 students in total. The conclusions of this study are as follows. The brain education-based learning camp program was found to be effective in improving the elementary school students' self-directed learning ability and learning attitude. First, the brain education-based learning camp program can increase the learning concentration through brain gymnastics, breathing, and meditation. Second, brain training called 'Brain Screen' among the brain education-based learning camp program can improve the brain ability of memory. Third, it can establish a self - directed learning philosophy of 'My study is done by me' by giving reason and motivation to study through the brain education-based learning camp program.
This study was conducted to derive a society and education system model that will improve the happiness and sustainability of human society. An ideological model for making human society a happy society was derived, and a society and education system structure and operation model based on this was presented. A fair society, a justice society, a mutually considerate society, and a society where individuals are happy are the conditions for a sustainable society. After analyzing the current situation of freedom and equality pursued by capitalism and democracy, which are currently adopted by most societies, an improvement model was derived from the perspective of a sustainable society. The cost of freedom and equality were analyzed and a new alternative system was discussed. The social solidarity and class mobility issues were discussed together and servicism was derived as an alternative solution. It is a system in which two opposing opponents of individual freedom and social norms form a symmetrical balance, and material and spiritual values are balanced. Servicism is a dynamic balance model. That is, the dimensions of time and space are involved. It is a model that maintains a thorough balance through a dialectical process as time and space change, and one value can dominate the other at a specific time or space. The service-oriented society and education system is a system that simultaneously pursues the goals of individual happiness and sustainable development of the social community.

The regeneration of Incheon Inner Port is a recent, representative case of conflict related to urban policies. This study aimed to analyze the conflicts that have arisen during the urban regeneration process. This study was a qualitative study, and the conflict management strategy was derived by analyzing the conflict process, subject, and content. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, central governmental agencies have proposed a clear plan that is mainly focused on the port redevelopment project through the participation of private sector businesses. Second, Incheon is pursuing a new vision called "Creative City" with specific urban regeneration. Third, the Incheon Port Authority is required to maximize the efficiency of the regeneration projects. Fourth, organizations such as port logistics companies and port trade unions are demanding the use of port space. Fifth, local residents and civic groups insist that the entire Inner Harbor should be returned to the citizens. Therefore, the establishment of city planning and administrative guidelines is necessary to manage Incheon Inner Harbor and surrounding areas in a desirable manner in order to develop a regeneration philosophy for Incheon Inner Harbor. Furthermore, the establishment of cooperative governance is required for the participation of various stakeholders.
