유한장 직선도체에 의한 자계의 계산 및 감소대책 (Calculation and Mitigation of Magnetic Field Produced by Straight Line-Conductor with Finite Length)

  • Purpose of this study is to find the mitigation method of magnetic field by finite length multi-conductors such as indoor distribution lines and to be applicable to design of the distribution lines. For this purpose, exact formula about the components $B_x$, $B_y$, $B_z$ of magnetic field need in case of straight line-conductor with finite length forward any direction. In this study simple formula of the components were deduced and by using these formula magnetic fields for various models of line-configurations were calculated. And also a calculation method of induced currents in conductive shield was presented and using this method, programing of calculation is relatively easy and calculation time is short. The magnetic field after cancellation by these induced currents was calculated. All of calculations were performed by Matlab 7.0 programs. Through the calculation results it could be obtained followings for the mitigation of magnetic fields. The separation between conductors ought to be smaller than smaller as possible. In case of 3-phase, delta configuration is more effective than flat configuration. In case of 3-phase, unbalanced currents ought to be reduced as possible.. In case of more than two circuits of 3-phase, adequate locations of each phase-conductor such as rotating configuration of 3-phase conductors are more effective. The magnetic shielding effect of the conductive shielding sheet is very high.

  • 위상잠금 적외선 열화상기법은 넓은 면적을 동시에 검사할 수 있으며, 결함부와 건전부 사이의 위상 차로부터 결함의 유무를 판단할 수 있다. 지금까지 결함의 크기는 검사자의 주관적 판단으로 평가되어 왔으며, 재현성과 정확성이 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 결함의 크기와 위치 평가에 있어 정확성과 재현성을 개선하기 위해서 전단위상기법을 제안하였다. 시험에서는 인공결함을 갖는 시험편으로 제안된 기법을 검증하였으며, 결함평가에 영향을 주는 인자를 추출하여 그 영향을 분석하였다.

  • The present work was aimed to examine the changes of the shape and particle size distribution(PSD) of ${\delta}^{\prime}$ particles on ageing in Al-Li-(Cu, Zr) alloys which had low density, high specific strength and stiffness, Increasing ageing time and temperature resulted in particles whose aspect ratio tended toward 1. The aspect ratio of ${\delta}^{\prime}$ particles was not dependent upon the ageing temperature and time in Al-Li-Cu alloy but was dependent upon them in Al-Li-Zr alloy. The PSD of ${\delta}^{\prime}$ particles in Al-Li-Zr alloy skewed to the right hand compared with that in Al-Li-Cu alloy, because $Al_3Zr$ phase in Al-Li-Zr alloy formed before ageing promoted the precipitation and growth of ${\delta}^{\prime}$ phase. Therefore, the PSD of the ${\delta}^{\prime}$ particles was found to be affected by the presence of $Al_3Zr$ particles. The growth rate of ${\delta}^{\prime}$ phase was not affected by the existence of the third transition phase $T_1$ formed by the addition of Cu in Al-Li alloy but was affected by the existence of $Al_3Zr$ formed by the addition of Zr in Al-Li alloy.

Cuckoo search optimization algorithm for boundary estimation problems in electrical impedance tomography

  • Estimating the phase boundary in two-phase flow is crucial for designing and optimizing industrial processes. Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is a promising technique for imaging phase distribution in such flows. This paper proposes using a cuckoo search (CS) optimization algorithm to estimate the phase boundary with EIT. The boundary is parameterized using the Fourier series, and the coefficients are determined by the CS algorithm. The CS algorithm iteratively seeks the phase boundary configuration by minimizing a cost function. Computer simulations and phantom experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of this method in estimating phase boundaries in two-phase flow.

교류전기철도 병렬급전 운영을 위한 위상조정장치 제어기법 (A Control Method of Phase Angle Regulator for Parallel-Feeding Operation of AC Traction Power Supply System)

  • 교류전기철도 급전시스템에 병렬급전방식을 적용할 경우, 전동차 부하로 인한 전압강하 및 최대순시부하를 감소시켜 급전구간을 연장하고 급전용량을 향상시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 변전소 간에 위상차가 있을 경우 순환전력이 발생하기 때문에 적용이 제한되며, 전동차 운행에 따른 부하 분포에 따라 변전소 부하 불균형이 커져서 급전용량이 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 변전소 위상차 및 전동차 부하분포에 따라 변동하는 순환전력을 실시간 제어하고 변전소 부하 불균형을 해소하기 위하여 사이리스터 제어 위상조정장치 (TCPAR: Thyristor Controlled Phase Angle Regulator, 이하 TCPAR)를 적용하는 방식을 제안하고, 이를 구현하기 위한 검토를 수행하였다. 전기철도 급전 시스템에 TCPAR을 적용하기 위한 제어 기법으로서, 변전소 공급전력을 입력으로 이용하여 변전소 위상차 및 전동차 부하 분포에 따라 변동하는 순환전력과 변전소 부하 불균형을 효과적으로 억제하는 제어모델을 제시하였다. PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과, 전기철도 병렬급전에 제안한 TCPAR을 적용함으로써 변전소 위상차 및 전동차 부하분포에 따라 변동하는 순환전력 및 변전소 부하 불균형을 효과적으로 억제시킬 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 제안 기법을 전기철도 병렬급전에 적용할 경우, 병렬급전 적용 범위를 확대하고 급전용량을 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구는 역상 액체 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 비이온 계면활성제의 propylene oxide 분포 및 고급 지방 알콜의 최적 분석 조건을 조사하였다. Propylene oxide 분포 및 지방 알콜의 탄소 길이를 분석하기 위해 UV 검출기를 사용할 수 있도록 유도체화 시켰으며 최적 분리 조건을 얻기 위해 분리관의 영향과 이동상의 조성 등을 실험하였다. 분리관은 Waters Symmetry $C_8(3.9{\times}150mm)$을 사용하였고 이동상은 methanol과 물을 이용한 기울기 용리에 의한 분석이 최적 조건이었다. 그리고 이들의 용리 거동은 log k'와 물의 부피 분율을 도시한 결과 좋은 직선성을 얻었고 고급 알콜의 정량성을 알아보기 위하여 검량선을 도시한 결과 직선성이 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

  • When the ground fault on the power side occurs on distribution system interconnected with distributed generations, the abnormal current is generated in the neutral conductor by the connection type and the iron core structure of transformers for the interconnection of distributed power supplies due to the unbalanced voltage of the system, and subsequently the false operation of the protective relay on the load side occurs. Herein, this paper proposes the method to correct errors in the phase current to prevent the false operation of the protective relay by applying p-q theory and presents the simulation result of the error correction algorithm using PSCAD/EMTDC.

유한요소법을 이용한 용접부의 열전달 및 잔류응력 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Heat Transfer and Residual Stress on the Weld Zone using FEM)

  • This paper represents to develop a computer software system which is capable to analyze the phase transformation of high strength steel(BV-AH32) and to predict heat transfer and welding residual stress due to phase transformation during Gas Metal Arc(GMA) welding. The developed model was considered temperature dependent properties such as young's modules, coefficient of thermal expansion and yield stress as well as the double ellipsoidal heat distribution by the moving arc. From the results, it was found that the longitudinal and transverse residual stresses calculated by the coupled analysis of heat transfer, residual stress and phase transformation showed good agreement with the experimental data. In addition, the temperature distribution as well as longitudinal and transverse residual stresses of weldment by the 1-pass and 2-pass of welding were also determined.

  • Most of the LV customer have been applied the distribution system of 3-phase four wire system because of its advantage of supplying both of 1-phase & 3-phase loads simultaneously. Due to its structural simplicity, it is more convenient for use rather than the conventional separated scheme. But uneven load distribution or unclean voltage quality has occurred various problems such as do-rating, losses increase and vibration, etc. In this paper, voltage, current and power waveform in the actual fields have measured and analyzed in relation with internationally allowable voltage unbalance limits and compared the current unbalance factor with the load unbalance factor.
