Objectives: To deter job migration and to facilitate a more efficient personnel management system, a personality type analysis tool, such as MBTI and Enneagram, may be considered. These tools can facilitate better recognition of talent among prospective employees, as well as more efficient allocation of tasks for greater job satisfaction. Methods: This study conducted direct interviews with dental hygienists currently employed at two major dental organizations, which operate the largest networks of clinics across the greater metropolitan area. Results : First, in terms of number of turnover experiences, the Head Type showed lower task satisfaction, whereas the Body Type exhibited greater task satisfaction. Second, the Head Type showed greater job satisfaction compared to the other types. Third, the SJ Type, often considered the traditionalist in terms of long-term employments, exhibited greater tendencies toward long-term commitment with one employer. Fourth, dental hygienists, in terms of long-term employment, are negatively affected by task satisfaction, and positively affected by job satisfaction. Conclusions: It is thought to be considerable to use personality type analysis tools in clinical human resource management.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to analyze the research trends of articles on just graduated Korean nurses during the past 10 years for exploring strategies for clinical adaptation. Methods: The topics of new graduate nurses were extracted from 110 articles that have been published in Korean journals between January 2010 and July 2020. Abstracts were retrieved from 4 databases (DBpia, RISS, KISS and Google scholar). Keywords were extracted from the abstracts and cleaned using semantic morphemes. Network analysis and topic modeling were performed using the NetMiner program. Results: The core keywords included 'education', 'training', 'program', 'skill', 'care', 'performance', and 'satisfaction'. In recent articles on new graduate nurses, three major topics were extracted by Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) techniques: 'turnover', 'adaptation', 'education'. Conclusion: Previous articles focused on exploring the factors related to the adaptation and turnover intentions of new graduate nurses. It is necessary to conduct further research focused on various interventions at the individual, task, and organizational levels to improve the retention of new graduate nurses.

Results: Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and correlation were used. In the present study, the perceived stress of the subjects was 95.05 ± 10.21, stress symptoms were 200.02 ± 50.73 points, turnover intention was 39.591 ± 8.3 points. As the perceived stress increased, the stress symptoms and turnover intention increased appear. Conclusion: As a result of this study, it is necessary to provide a multidisciplinary support system to reduce the perceived stress of the nurse. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify difficulties that working mothers face and solutions to the identified problems. Methods: The study design was a cross-sectional, descriptive survey. A survey with 8 items rated on a 5-point scale (1~5) and 5 open-ended questions was administered to 48 married nurses and nurse aides working in 5 nursing units of a teaching hospital in South Korea in April 2013. Results: The score of satisfaction with childrearing patterns (mean=$3.31{\pm}0.79$) was higher than that of satisfaction with spousal support (mean=$3.08{\pm}0.85$). The score of working mother's turnover intention (mean=$2.40{\pm}1.03$) was lowest among the 8 items, but partners did not want their wives to quit work (mean=$3.60{\pm}1.22$). Satisfaction with company employment benefits for childrearing (mean=$2.90{\pm}0.72$) had the lowest score among the 4 satisfaction types analyzed. The turnover intention and satisfactions with childrearing (r=-.51, p<.001), spousal support (r=-.43, p=.002), supervisor's support (r=-.36, p=.013), and company benefits (r=-.37, p=.009) showed significant negative correlations. Conclusion: According to these results, familial support for childrearing is highly correlated with employed mothers' turnover intention. So improvement of familial support for childrearing will reduce married nurses' turnover intention. In addition, well-organized nursery facilities are recommended for enabling working mothers to continue their careers. Furthermore, more family-friendly welfare policies such as a flextime systems or compulsory paternity leave should be reinforced in the workplace.

This study aims to investigate the relationship among public service motivation, hospital organizational culture type, job-esteem, and turnover intention of public hospital nurses. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 124 nurses at four public hospitals in the Gyeonggi Province (Icheon, Anseong, Suwon, Paju). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Mann-Whitney U test and the Kruskal-Wallis test were used with the Bonferroni test for post hoc comparison when the data were not normally distributed. The turnover intention of the subjects was public service motivation (r=-.30, p<.001), affiliative culture (r=-.28, p=.002), innovative culture (r=-.34, p< .001) and task culture (r=-.30, p=.001) were negatively correlated. Study findings suggest that public service motivation must be increased to reduce the turnover intention of nurses in public hospitals.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the clear concept of organizational commitment for effective nursing personnel management. Method: This study was conducted using Walker & Avant's conceptual analysis framework(2005). Results: Organizational commitment was identified with six attributes: acknowledgment, acceptance, trust, sacrifice, attachment, regulation. Antecedents of organizational commitment were personal characteristics, perceived organizational support, empowerment, fair compensation, job satisfaction, job autonomy, organizational culture, and leadership. Consequences of organizational commitment were turnover intention, job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: Organization commitment is a core concept for understanding the management of nursing personnel. Appropriate instruments to operationalize the concept of organizational commitment including six attributes need to be developed.
Ageing induces huge dramatic change of society and economy rather than simple change of population structure. Ageing causes the decrease of working age population and production capable population, thus this brings growth slowness and long-term stagnation. In addition, progress in ageing decreases saving rate, consequently low saving rate brings about the decrease of country-wide investment resources. This ageing problem which is progressive rapidly needs core competence and implementation of human resource professionals to overcome this kind of environment change. First of all, it needs turnover in thinking way toward talents. Secondly, we need innovation one team to pursue innovation and creativity. Thirdly, it should be considered in a new way with the number of workers and efficiency of personnel expenses. Fourthly, employees should make effort for self-advancement. Under the environment with newly change human resource personnels' function and role should be emphasized to maintain sustainable growth and overcome the change of management environment. Therefore, human resources should be emphasized to become competitive personnel and organization with leading the change master and creating the value of the organization.

This study examined the factors that affect the turnover intention of newly graduated nurses. The basic data was utilized for developing a personnel resource maintenance program for newly graduated nurses. New nurses working at a general hospital in City D were surveyed from May 2016 to April 2018. The questionnaires completed by 232 volunteers were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program, and the descriptive statistical analyses included t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Among the general characteristics of new nurses, their workload displayed significant differences in proactive behavior, organizational commitment, social support, and the turnover intention. There was a negative correlation between organizational commitment, employer support, peer support, and the turnover intention. The influential factors were organizational commitment and workload, and the explanatory power for turnover intention was 36.1%. Higher organizational commitment, along with appropriate workload, led to a lower turnover intention. Therefore, appropriate work allocation through work analysis is necessary to lower the nurses' turnover intention. Developing a program that can increase proactive behavior and implementing various intervention strategies can increase the participation of newly graduated nurses when establishing and implementing appropriate hospital policies.
