품질관리 담당자의 인식 변화에 따라 실행이 사후관리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: KS 인증 공장심사 평가항목을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Practice on Post-Management According to the Change in Perception of Quality Control Personnel: Focusing on Korea Standards Certification Factory Review Evaluation Criteria)

  • In this study, two things were analyzed for Korean Standards certification factory review evaluation items. First, it was examined whether there is a difference between the Practice of factory review evaluation items and Post-Management according to the change in perception of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel. Second, the moderating effect of the Korean Standards certification personnel's perception of the effect of the Practice of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel on Post-Management was verified. Although there is a statistically significant difference between Practice and Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards personnel, there is no statistically significant difference in the impact (slope) of Practice on Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards certification personnel. As the perception of factory review evaluation items increases, the Practice and Post-Management of factory review evaluation items are increasing, but the impact of the Practice of factory review evaluation items on Post-Management does not affect it. In order to further advance Korean Standards certification, which plays an important role in maintaining the quality level of products produced by companies, efforts to raise the level of perception of Korean Standards certification personnel are considered necessary.

  • 신제품개발의 성공에 중요한 마케팅정보의 활용에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 마케팅정보의 질이다. 그리고 담당자간 관계와 상호작용은 마케팅정보의 활용에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 대인적 특징과 관계 그리고 상호작용은 마케팅정보의 질에 정의 영향을 직접적으로 미치나 조직분위기와 통합은 간접적으로 정의 영향을 미친다. 따라서 연구개발담당자의 마케팅정보 활용을 촉진시키기 위해서는 최고경영자의 조직분위기 조성과 조직설계 노력이 요구된다. 아울러 연구개발 담당자와 마케팅 담당자의 상호이해에 기반을 둔 공동노력이 요구된다.

중국 휴대폰 시장에서의 구매 평가영역에 대한 만족이 재구매의도와 타인추천의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Evaluation Factor on Repurchase Intention and Recommendation Intention in China Cellular Phone Market)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중국 소비자의 휴대폰 선택 시 고려하는 주요 평가영역에 대한 세부 특성요인의 만족도가 해당 평가영역 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 각 평가영역에 대한 만족도가 고객의 재구매의도와 타인추천의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 사용 휴대폰 유형에 따른 집단별로 분석하는데 있다. 설문조사 시 평가요인으로 가격, 디자인, 품질, 편리성, 기능 그리고 개인적 요인을 설정하였으며, 재구매의도와 타인추천의도로 구분 실시하였다. 연구결과, 가격을 제외한 모든 특성요인이 해당 평가영역의 만족에 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 유의한 경로가 집단별로 차이가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 모든 집단에서 평가영역에 대한 만족이 재구매의도와 타인추천의도에 유의한 것으로 평가되었다. 연구 결과 우리 기업의 경우 디자인, 기능, 개인적 요인에 관한 특성요인은 평가영역 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치나 해당 특성요인의 만족도는 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 이들 특성요인에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있는 품질 개선방안을 강구하여야 할 것으로 사료된다.

인사관리의 운영방식이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Operation System of Human Resource Management on Business Performance)

  • 본 연구는 인사관리의 운영방식이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 첫째, 인사관리의 일차적인 목표, 인재선발방식, 인사관리의 운영방향은 거의 모든 성과변수에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 인사관리의 일차적인 목표를 고정적인 인건비 절감보다는 근로자의 애사심 고취에 둘수록, 단기고용의 외부충원보다는 장기고용의 내부육성방식을 선호할수록, 단기적 성과 향상보다는 장기적 관점에서의 근로자 육성 개발에 무게를 둘수록 노동생산성, 제품 및 서비스의 질과 혁신성, 근로자 주도 혁신활동, 이직률 감소, 노사관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, 인사관리의 일차적인 목표와 인재선발방식은 재무적 성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 인사관리 운영방향은 재무적 성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 주 활용근로자 유형은 제품 및 서비스의 질과 노사관계에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 비정규직보다 정규직 근로자를 활용하려는 노력은 제품 및 서비스의 질과 노사관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 인사관리의 운영 단위는 제품 및 서비스의 혁신 정도에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 인사관리의 운영 단위를 팀워크보다는 개인의 업적/성과에 둘수록 제품 및 서비스의 혁신 정도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 대규모 패널 데이터 분석으로 인사관리의 운영방식이 기업의 재무적 또는 비재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 효과를 구체적으로 검증한 데 의미가 있다.

지방자치단체 숲가꾸기 사업 수행역량에 관한 연구 (A study on performance capability of local government on the forest tending project)

  • The study proposes to draw out the correlation on what kinds of influences local government personnel's performance capability affect the overall quality of the project, and to suggest institutional supplement policies. For the study, two analytical methods are conducted. First, a hypothesis per each factor was set by classifying the factors which affect the personnel's performance capability into organizational and individual factors. Second, a survey was conducted targeting the project management personnels and presented the result on the verification of the hypothesis through statistic techniques. As the result, it is considered that the quality of forest tending project is more affected by the individual factors than the organizational factor, thereby this study suggests the methods of reinforcement in project management personnel's performance capability.

The Effect of Last-Mile Logistics Services Quality on Customer Loyalty in Fresh Food E-Commerce: Evidence from China

  • Purpose: In the context of fresh food e-commerce, this study investigates the intermediary mechanisms between last-mile logistics service quality (LMLSQ) and customer loyalty. Utilizing the Quality-Value-Loyalty chain as a framework, it focuses on how perceived functional and emotional value mediate this relationship. Research design, data and methodology: Data was gathered through questionnaires from Chinese customers who purchased fresh products from fresh food e-commerce platforms which provide self-delivery services. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to examine the proposed hypotheses after confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) revealed the validity and reliability of the data. Results: The findings reveal that condition quality and personnel contact quality positively influence both functional and emotional value, which, in turn, significantly impact customer loyalty. Timeliness quality, however, does not significantly affect functional or emotional value, indicating its limited impact on customer loyalty. Conclusions: The study confirms that improving condition quality and personnel contact quality significantly boosts customer loyalty by enhancing perceived functional and emotional value. The findings highlight the importance for fresh food e-commerce platforms to offer high-quality, reliable, and emotionally satisfying LMLSQ. The results offer practical insights for e-commerce platforms to focus on specific service quality dimensions to foster customer loyalty and contribute to the theoretical understanding of the quality-value-loyalty framework.

제주도 지역 간호인력 현황 분석 (A Study on the Current Status of Nursing Personnel in Cheju Island)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide a fundamental data for improving nurses' working environment and securing quality of nursing care. Method: It was consisted of analyzing education system and employment status of nursing personnel, and focus group interviews in Cheju Island. Results: Total graduates were 4,139 by 2006 from two nursing schools in Cheju. Difficulties in working conditions from focal group interviews were classified into four categories; Lack of anonymity of nurses, the burden from performing nontraditional nursing roles due to shortage of physicians, irregularity of working schedule and too many night shifts for taking care of female colleague's condition related with pregnancy, and poor support for implementing and developing professional nursing. Conclusion: A survey revealing working condition of nursing personnel of all health care institutions in Cheju Island will provide the comparison between Cheju Island and other areas. It needs to cultivate the public opinion about the importance of quality of nursing care proceeded by the broad support for improving nurses' working environment. It is essential to support continuing education to bring professional nurses and establishing the system to utilize them to overcome the shortage of physicians in Cheju Island.

의료기관인증평가 관련 직무 스트레스가 직군간 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Occupational Stress among Occupational Groups Related to Healthcare Accreditation on Turnover Intention)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors influencing health personnel's occupational stress on turnover intention regarding healthcare accreditation. Methods: A survey was conducted from May 17 to May 31, 2021, among participants to examine occupational stress and turnover intention among health personnel working at a 188-bed specialized hospital in Seoul that is preparing for healthcare accreditation. Results: Occupational stress regarding healthcare accreditation was found to have a positive correlation with turnover intention (r=.698, p <.001), and influenced turnover intention the most, which explains the variance of 55.8% (F=29.015, p <.001). There were significant differences between occupational groups in job stress (F=13.292, p<.001) and turnover intention (F=10.930, p <.001) in the healthcare accreditation. Conclusion: Occupational stress regarding healthcare accreditation is higher in nursing than in other occupations, indicating the need to lower the turnover intention of nurses by preparing a national institutional standard for nursing manpower and also put in place an appropriate compensation system for each hospital seeking accreditation.

A Review of Mercury Exposure and Health of Dental Personnel

  • Considerable effort has been made to address the issue of occupational health and environmental exposure to mercury. This review reports on the current literature of mercury exposure and health impacts on dental personnel. Citations were searched using four comprehensive electronic databases for articles published between 2002 and 2015. All original articles that evaluated an association between the use of dental amalgam and occupational mercury exposure in dental personnel were included. Fifteen publications from nine different countries met the selection criteria. The design and quality of the studies showed significant variation, particularly in the choice of biomarkers as an indicator of mercury exposure. In several countries, dental personnel had higher mercury levels in biological fluids and tissues than in control groups; some work practices increased mercury exposure but the exposure levels remained below recommended guidelines. Dental personnel reported more health conditions, often involving the central nervous system, than the control groups. Clinical symptoms reported by dental professionals may be associated with low-level, long-term exposure to occupational mercury, but may also be due to the effects of aging, occupational overuse, and stress. It is important that dental personnel, researchers, and educators continue to encourage and monitor good work practices by dental professionals.

  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.
